"ABSTRACT
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan organizational attractiveness pada PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk yang dipengaruhi oleh corporate recruitment website quality dan informational social influences secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel yang berasal dari penelitian terdahulu yaitu, variabel corporate recruitment website quality dari Lin, variabel informational social influences dari Van Hoye, dan variabel organizational attractiveness dari Gomes dan Neves. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner online berupa Google Form. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah responden yang ada di dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 orang yang merupakan generasi Y atau generasi millennials (lahir antara tahun 1980-tahun 2000) yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta dan pernah melihat website rekrutmen PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa corporate recruitment website quality dan informational social influences mempengaruhi organizational attractivenss secara signifikan.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to explain the organizational attractiveness of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk that influenced by corporate recruitment website quality and informational social influences simultaneously. This research used three variables that comes from previous researchs which are the variables of corporate recruitment website quality by Lin, the variables of informational social influences by Van Hoye, and the variables of organizational attractiveness by Gomes and Neves. This research used a quantitative approach. Data was gathered by applying survey method. The instrument for data collecting in this research was online questionnaire in form of Google Form. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling. Total respondents in this research were 150 people of Y generations or millennials generations (born between 1980-2000) that domiciled in DKI Jakarta and have seen corporate recruitment website of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. The result of this research shows that corporate recruitment website quality and informational social influences affect organizational attractiveness significantly."

"Iklim komunikasi organisasi meliputi persepsi-persepsi mengenai pesan dan peristiwa yang berhubungan dengan pesan yang terjadi di dalam organisasi. Unilever merupakan perusahaan multinasional yang mendapatkan banyak penghargaan, khususnya dalam prestasi internal. Iklim yang ingin diterapkan adalah keterbukaan, namun ternyata masih ditemukan kesulitan komunikasi antar karyawan pada beberapa situasi di head officenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat iklim komunikasi Unilever, motivasi kerja karyawan, dan hubungan antar keduanya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik survey.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang cukup kuat antara 2 variabel dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,688, dimana iklim komunikasi organisasi Unilever memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan hubungan yang paling erat adalah dimensi keterbukaan terhadap loyalitas, sedangkan yang paling rendah adalah dimensi kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas.

The climate of a organizational communication includes perceptions of the message and the event that is related to the message in the organization. Unilever is a multinational company that has received many awards, especially for internal achievements. The climate being put forward is openness, but it still founded that there are still problems of communication amongst workers is some situations in the head office. This research is to see the communication climate in Unilever, the worker’s motivation and the relation of both mentioned previously. The approach will use a quantitative approach with data gathering using the survey technique.
The result of this research shows there is a strong relation between 2 variables with correlation coefficient 0,688. It shows that communication climate in Unilever has an influence on the improvement of employee motivation. The research also shows a close relation between openness and loyalty. Whereas the lowest is for the dimensions of trust and loyalty.

"Di era saat ini adalah suatu kewajiban bagi setiap pelaku usaha untuk menciptakan bisnis dengan memperhatikan tanggung jawab sosial dengan para stakeholder. Banyak penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa keberlangsungan bisnis dalam jangka panjang meningkat ketika perusahaan mampu memenuhi keinginan atau kepentingan para stakeholder. Untuk itu persepsi konsumen sebagai stakeholder penting bagi perusahaan dalam menilai kegiatan CSR yang dilakukan perusahaan akan sangat menentukan kelangsungan bisnis perusahaan. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk menilai efek atau pengaruh yang terjadi dari persepsi masyarakat terhadap antiseden dan konsekuensi dari kegiatan CSR. Antiseden adalah sebuah evaluasi sebelum terbentuknya kegiatan CSR yang merupakan ekspektasi masyarakat dengan menilai kinerja keuangan dan kualitas pernyataan etika perusahaan. Konsekuensi adalah persepsi yang timbul akibat adanya kegiatan CSR yaitu reputasi perusahaan, resiko membeli yang dipersepsikan, kepercayaan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen.
Penelitian dilakukan kepada 175 ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan analisa penelitian menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) memperlihatkan adanya signifikansi pengaruh positif dari kinerja perusahaan dan kualitas pernyataan etika terhadap ekpektasi dari kegiatan CSR, Aktivitas CSR juga menimbulkan pengaruh positif terhadap reputasi dimana reputasi menimbulkan signifikansi pengaruh negatif terhadap resiko membeli yang dipersepsikan dan pengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan. Dalam penelitian juga terlihat signifikansi pengaruh positif antara kepercayaan konsumen dengan loyalitas konsumen dan pengaruh negatif kepercayaan konsumen terhadap resiko membeli. Namun pada penelitian ini ditemukan fakta yang tidak signifikan dimana evaluasi konsumen atas kegiatan CSR tidak menimbulkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen.

In the current era of business, businesses are obliged to create businesses that pay attention to social responsibility with stakeholders. Much research stating that the existence of long term business increased when the company was able to meet the wishes or interests of the stakeholders. To that end, the perception of consumers as stakeholders important to companies in assessing a company's CSR activities conducted. This research was made to assess the consumer's perception of the antecedent and consequence of CSR activities. Antecedent is an evaluation prior to the formation of CSR activities that constitute the community's expectations, by assessing the financial performance and the quality of the company's ethics statement. The consequence is the perception that arise due to the presence of CSR activities like reputation, consumer trust, perceived risk, and consumer loyalty . This research was conducted to 175 housewife?s as a respondent and analyzed by using SEM (structural equation modeling) methods.
Result of this studies showed a significance of the positive influence on the financial performance and quality of ethical statements to expectation of CSR activities. CSR activities has a positive influence on corporate reputation, and reputation has a negative influence on the perceived risk and has a positive influence on consumer trust. This study also led to the significance of positive influence between trust and consumer loyalty and trust has a negative influence to perceive risk. However, this research found that there is no significance influence between evaluation of CSR activities on trust and consumer loyalty.

"Prinsip CSR adalah suatu konsep yang baru dan mulai berkembang sejalan dengan tuntutan masyarakat akan perusahaan yang bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat di sekitarnya tersebut dan tidak semata-mata mencari keuntungan. Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai pengaturan CSR pada beberapa peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia, baik yang dinyatakan secara eksplisit maupun implisit; berbagai pemahaman dan pendapat para ahli mengenai CSR; dan pelaksanaan prinsip CSR di Indonesia serta permasalahan yang muncul sebagai akibat pelaksanaan tersebut. Berdasarkan penelitian yang menggunakan metode kepustakaan ini, ternyata ditemukan bahwa di Indonesia CSR telah diatur secara eksplisit pada Undang-undang Penanaman Modal Nomor 25 tahun 2007 dengan menggunakan istilah tanggung jawab sosial dan secara implisit pada beberapa peraturan perundang-undangan. Namun demikian, CSR tidak sama dengan kewajiban hukum. Pelaksanaan CSR yang ideal pada umumnya dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan (sustainable) sehingga membawa dampak positif bagi lingkungan dan masyarakat sekitar perusahaan serta memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan itu sendiri. Di Indonesia, pelaksanaan CSR secara umum masih bersifat filantropis. Namun demikian, sudah ada perusahaanperusahaan yang dengan kesadaran dan dengan tuntutan masyarakat mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip CSR hingga ke nilai perusahaan."

"The main idea of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which has become a hot topic at the present is that companies doing businesses are not only committed to their shareholders but also their stakeholders. This commitment is shown from the contribution to develop a sustainable economy by contributing to the environment and working with employees, their families, the local community and society at large to improve their lives in ways that are good for business and for development. Through CSR, the establishment of good corporate governance will be supported. It is one of the means in realizing the principles of corporate governance established by the Organization for Economic and Co-operation andDevelopment (OECD) in 2004. OECD listed these principles which are:
1. Ensuring the basis for an effective corporate governance framework
2. The rights of shareholders and key ownership functions,
3. The equitable treatment of shareholders,
4. The role of stakeholders in corporate governance,
5. Disclosure and Transparency,
6. Responsibilities of the Board.
The principles were first endorsed back in 1999 by OECD ministers and since then they have become an international benchmark for investors, policy makers, corporations and stakeholders worldwide.
The discussion on the matter of CSR reheated in Indonesia when there were rumors that a new law will be established on the requirement and details in conducting CSR.Eventually it became the main discussion due to the approval of the draft of the much fearful new law ; Company Law article 74 (UU Perseroan Terbatas pasal 74) on July 20th, 2007 one of which paragraph states that every company operating in areas relating to natural resources is obliged to fulfill its social and environment responsibilities. The approval of this new law surely invites pros and contras from many constituents. It seems that many still feel that CSR is not necessary and only should be voluntary. The problem is when CSR was a voluntary activity, only a few are willing to carry it out furthermore to give their best to contribute on the matter. Unilever as one of the companies realizing the importance of CSR has been executing CSR since it was first established. Its reputation in the CSR implementation is recognized nationally and internationally; many have awarded Unilever for its outstanding achievements. Programs are approached using the triple bottom-line approach so that it covers the three perspectives, namely social, economy and environmental. Thus, the company formulates CSR programs mainly in three areas environment, small and medium enterprises and health and hygiene. The programs have been enormously successful and have contributed significantly to the sustainable operations of the company and its position as a market leader and as the brand preferred by the people. This excellent implementation of CSR is a mirror image of the commitment made by the company to its stakeholders; an emphasis on the growing awareness in the industry to alter companies? point of views in their purpose of existence from maximizing shareholders? value to stakeholders? value. It has also helped the implementation of good corporate governance at Unilever as CSR is one of the elements of supporting good corporate governance.

Variabel employer brand attractiveness diukur dengan beberapa indikator dari Berthon, untuk variabel reputasi organisasi diukur menggunakan indikator dari Bergammi dan Bagozzi, dan yang terakhir untuk variabel intensi untuk melamar pekerjaan diukur menggunakan beberapa indikator dari Lievens et al. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden terkumpul sebanyak 425 responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda, analisis mediasi (causal step), dan analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik merek perusahaan mempengaruhi intensi untuk melamar pekerjaan secara signifikan; employer brand attractiveness mempengaruhi reputasi organisasi secara signifikan; dan reputasi organisasi mempengaruhi intensi untuk melamar pekerjaan secara positif. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa reputasi organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh employer brand attractiveness terhadap intensi untuk melamar pekerjaan dalam penelitian ini.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employer attractiveness terhadap intention to apply for a job Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui google form. Jumlah sampel yang terkumpul pada penelitian ini adalah 138 sampel, yaitu mahasiswa S1 tingkat akhir jenjang sarjana perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang sedang mencari tempat magang atau tempat pekerjaan. Analisis penelitian menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa employer attractiveness berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap intention to apply for a job.

Today's companies have challenges facing intense competition. On the other hand, steps to achieve competitive advantage are getting tougher. The era of an increasingly globally integrated economy requires superior human resources to face global competition. To increase the interest of job seekers in applying, companies must have attractiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of employer attractiveness on the intention to apply for a job. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method using a questionnaire distributed online via the Google form. The number of samples collected in this study were 138 samples, namely final year of undergraduate students of tertiary institutions in Indonesia who were looking for internships or jobs. The research analysis used descriptive statistical analysis, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and sobel test analysis. The results of this study indicate that employer attractiveness has a significant effect on the intention to apply for a job."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas website rekrutmen yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi (kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, dan kualitas layanan) dengan model penerimaan teknologi yaitu (perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use) dan faktor pengaruh sosial yang terdiri dari dua dimensi (faktor pengaruh sosial informasional dan faktor pengaruh sosial normatif) terhadap daya tarik organisasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 161 sampel aktif mahasiswa sarjana Universitas Indonesia jurusan perpajakan, jurusan administrasi fiskal, dan jurusan akuntansi untuk dua jenjang terakhir menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian data dilakukan secara simultan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh kualitas situs rekrutmen berorientasi layanan (kualitas informasi & kualitas sistem) pada persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan mempengaruhi daya tarik organisasi dalam hal pengaruh sosial. Ditemukan bahwa pengaruh sosial informasional mempengaruhi daya tarik organisasi. Namun tidak dengan pengaruh sosial normatif. Hasil ini memberikan masukan kepada perusahaan agar dapat memaksimalkan website dengan memberikan kualitas informasi dan layanan website yang terbaik. Karena kedua fitur berorientasi layanan ini sangat mempengaruhi persepsi kerja terhadap daya tarik organisasi. dan meningkatkan aktivitas eksternal yang mempengaruhi persepsi lingkungan sosial terhadap organisasi.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of the recruitment website which consists of three dimensions (information quality, system quality, and service quality) with a technology acceptance model, namely (perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use) and social influence factors consisting of two dimensions (factor informational social influence and normative social influence factors) on organizational attractiveness. This study involved 161 active samples of undergraduate students at the University of Indonesia majoring in taxation, majoring in fiscal administration, and majoring in accounting for the last two levels using a questionnaire. Data testing was carried out simultaneously with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show the effect of service-oriented recruitment site quality (information quality & system quality) on perceived ease of use, and perceived ease of use affects organizational attractiveness in terms of social influence. It was found that informational social influences affect organizational attractiveness. But not with normative social influences. These results provide input to the company in order to maximize the website by providing the best quality information and website services. Because these two service-oriented features greatly affect the perception of work towards the attractiveness of the organization. and increasing external activities that affect the perception of the social environment towards the organization."

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan mempengaruhi daya tarik organisasi secara signifikan. Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan mempengaruhi reputasi organisasi secara signifikan. Reputasi organisasi mempengaruhi daya tarik organisasi secara signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil uji mediasi yang telah dilakukan, reputasi organisasi mempengaruhi hubungan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan daya tarik organisasi sebagai mediasi secara signifikan.
