"Summary: History and development of Grand Postal Road, stretching from Anyer to Panarukan"

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pengaruh jangka panjang pembangunan Jalan Raya Pos terhadap distribusi spasial wilayah di Pulau Jawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Repeated Cross Section untuk mengolah data Potensi Desa pada tahun 2014, 2018 dan 2021 serta jarak desa dari Jalan Raya Pos untuk mencari dampak pembangunan Jalan Raya Pos terhadap lokasi bank, sekolah dan fasilitas kesehatan per 1000 rumah tangga di Pulau Jawa. Ditemukan bahwa dalam jangka panjang, Jalan Raya Pos akan meningkatkan jumlah bank per 1000 rumah tangga pada kota-kota utama dan wilayah yang berada dalam radius 5 Kilometer dari Jalan Raya Pos, sedangkan jumlah sekolah dan fasilitas per 1000 rumah tangga akan meningkat di wilayah dengan radius yang lebih jauh. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya dampak aglomerasi aktivitas ekonomi dan suburbanisasi akibat Jalan Raya Pos.

This study aims to find the long-term effect of the construction of the Great Post Road on the spatial distribution of regions in Java Island. This study uses the Repeated Cross Section method to process data on Village Potential Data (Potensi Desa) in 2014, 2018 and 2021 as well as the distance of villages from The Great Post Road to find the impact of Jalan Raya Pos development on the location of banks, schools and health facilities per 1000 households on Java Island. It was found that in the long run, The Great Post Road will increase the number of banks per 1000 households in the main cities and areas within a 5 Kilometer radius of the Great Post Road, while the number of schools and facilities per 1000 households will increase in areas with a longer radius. This suggests an agglomeration of economic activity and suburbanization effect of The Great Post Road."

"Herman Willem Daendels, French Governor General who controlled the Netherlands colony of East Indie between 1808 and 1811, planned to integrate the highway from the west corner of Java to the east corner. This plan was finished only for one year. He decided to realize his plan on May 5th, 1808, and was planned to be finished one year later. During this construction, he decided to function this highway as a post service. Therefore, he workedout a modern post system administratively. To obtain this goal, he regulated a modern post system in Java, for the sake of public and administrative functions. Under VOC, there was no regular post communication, or the post was regulated badly. Daendels considered post service as an important way for fast communication matter. Therefore, he prepared to avail all crucial infrastructures for post correspondence necessities. Some facilities that he realized were post official corps, horses, carriages, the exact schedule for sending of package, lodging for postmen, etc. This system progressed under the British control. Thomas Stamford Raffles, British Lieutenant Governor of Java, developed the system and facilities of the post service that Daendels had prepared, as an institution for communication, This condition continued to the turning of century as the post serfice was controlled by the public railway company."

"Sejarah dan karya sastra memperlihatkan hubungan yang erat. Tidak jarang dalam karya sebuah karya sastra ditemukan peristiwa politik. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa dalam novel Jalan Raya Pos, Jalan Daendles terdapat lukisan tentang penindasan terhadap kaum pribumi. Dalam makalah ini akan dibahas bagaimana gambaran peristiwa politik berupa penindasan terhadap pribumi yang terjadi pada masanya, yang tergambar dalam novel Jalan Raya Pos, Jalan Daendles. Kemudian juga akan dibahas mengenai makna karya ini di mata masyarakat luas. Peristiwa politik berupa genosida yang terjadi di Indonesia menjadi sorotan dalam karya sastra ini. Melalui pendekatan New Historicism penulis berkesimpulan bahwa peristiwa politik yang digambarkan dalam novel Jalan Raya Pos, Jalan Daendles ini terjadi karena mental bangsa Indonesia yang memberi peluang untuk terjadinya sebuah penindasan besar-besaran.

History and literature shows a close relationship. Not uncommon in works of literature found a political event. "ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai September tahun 2016. Pelaksanaan praktek kerja profesi ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran serta tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi dan dalam proses pengembangan produk, khususnya di Departemen Business Development PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. Proses pengembangan produk obat dan regulasi obat di industri farmasi harus sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah Indonesia. Tugas khusus diberikan berjudul penyusunan dokumen registrasi nonklinik dan klinik larutan injeksi magnesium sulfat sesuai kriteria dan tatalaksana registrasi obat oleh Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan BPOM . Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus adalah untuk mengetahui tujuan dilakukan penyusunan dokumen klinik dan nonklinik serta memahami prosedur penyusunan dokumen klinik dan nonklinik injeksi magnesium sulfat sesuai dengan Kriteria dan Tatalaksana Registrasi Obat oleh BPOM.

ABSTRACTPharmacists profession internship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories was held on July to September 2016. Implementation of this internship aimed to understand the role and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the development of medicinal products, especially in Department of Business Development, PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. The process of development of medicinal products in the pharmaceutical industry must be in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian government. Special task given to support the internship activities was entitled Preparation of Non Clinical and Clinical Registration Documents of Magnesium Sulfate Injection according to the drug registration criteria and procedure by drug and food supervisory agency BPOM . The purpose of the special task are to understand the purpose of composing clinic and nonclinical documents, as well as understand the procedure of clinical and nonclinical documents arrangement of magnesium sulfate injection in accordance with BPOM drug registration criteria and procedure."

"Apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi, apotek, dan pemerintahan. Seorang apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalankan praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompentensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Therefore, in order to get experiences working as a healthcare professional, the Pharmacists Internship Program that called as Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) have been implemented. The prospective pharmacists get to do the internship at several places, such as PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Apotek Hidup Baru, and East Jakarta Administration City Health Office period January-April 2019. The prospective pharmacists are expected to get more knowledge and experiences to do the pharmaceutical practices in various places during the PKPA. "
