"Tugas karya akhir ini membahas mengenai sebuah program strategi pencegahan kejahatan insider threat pada industri aviasi melalui proses seleksi kinerja karyawan. Data yang digunakan pada penulisan ini diambil dari laporan program Security Clearance pada salah satu perusahaan industri aviasi PT. X yang bergerak dibidang MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) dan hasil temuan kasus yang terjadi selama periode 2012-2016. Data ini hanya digunakan sebagai entry point untuk melihat efektifitas program security clearance sebagai strategi pencegahan kejahatan pada industri aviasi terhadap kejahatan yang terjadi. Program security clearance sebagai strategi pencegahan kejahatan ini dianalisis menggunakan 25 teknik dalam situational crime prevention dan faktor-faktor yang membuka peluang terjadinya kejahatan industri aviasi dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan routine activiy theory.

This thesis evaluates the effectiveness of Security Clearance as a crime prevention strategy in preventing and handling insider threats in the aviation industry, particularly the ones committed through the industry's employee selection process. The data used in this paper are obtained from the Security Clearance report from an aviation company, PT. X who focuses on Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), as well as case reports ranging from 2012-2016. The data are used only as an entry point in evaluating the program's effectiveness in handling insider threats. Analysists done in this paper uses the 25 technics of situational crime prevention, accompanied by an analytical discourse based on routine activity theory on the criminogenics of the aviation industry."

"Tugas karya akhir ini membahas mengenai implementasi access control yang merupakan bagian dari sebuah program pencegahan kejahatan terhadap ancaman orang dalam (insider threat) dalam industri otomotif khususnya di area gudang. Data yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini diambil dari prosedur dan laporan program keamanan gudang industri otomotif PT. X. Hasil temuan kasus pelanggaran yang diperoleh terjadi dalam periode 2016-2020. Data ini digunakan untuk melihat efektivitas program keamanan dan implementasi access control sebagai strategi pencegahan kejahatan pada gudang industri otomotif PT. X terhadap kejahatan dan pelanggaran yang terjadi karena orang dalam. Faktor-faktor yang membuka peluang terjadinya kejahatan dalam gudang di industri otomotif akan dikaji menggunakan routine activity theory dan access control sebagai strategi pencegahan kejahatan dalam implementasinya akan dianalisis menggunakan 25 teknik dalam situational crime prevention.

This thesis evaluates the implementation of access control which is part of a crime prevention strategy program for preventing and handling insider threats in the automotive industry, especially in the warehouse area. The data used in this paper are taken from procedures and reports of security programs in a warehouse of PT. X is one of the famous corporations in the automotive industry. The findings of violation cases of warehouse PT. X found in the 2016-2020 period. This data is used to see the effectiveness of the security program and the implementation of access control as a crime prevention strategy in the automotive industry at warehouse PT. X for crimes and violations that occurred by the insider. Access control as crime prevention is seen further by factors that open up opportunities for crime to happen in the warehouse at an automotive industry which will be studied using routine activity theory and for the implementation will be analyzed using 25 techniques in situational crime prevention framework."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai implementasi sistem pengamanan yang ada di lingkungan kerja kantor utama Perusahaan X sebagai bentuk dari pencegahan kejahatan yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai implementasi sistem pengamanan yang telah dilakukan oleh divisi keamanan Perusahaan X sebagai bentuk dari pencegahan kejahatan. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori pencegahan kejahatan situasional yang kemudian dikaitkan dengan sistem pengamanan yang telah diimplementasikan. Teori pencegahan kejahatan situasional juga digunakan untuk melihat efektifitas dari implementasi sistem pengamanan untuk mencegah kejahatan yang berasal dari ancaman internal dan eksternal. Selain itu dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan teori aktivitas rutin sebagai alat analisis untuk melihat sejauh mana sistem pengamanan yang telah diimplementasikan oleh divisi keamanan perusahaan X telah melindungi korban yang mana merupakan aset bernilai dari Perusahaan X.

This mini thesis discussed about the implementation of security systems at the work environment head office of Corporate X as a form of prevention of crimes that have been committed. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type to provide an overview of the implementation of the security system that has been carried out by the security division of Corporate X as a form of crime prevention. The theory used in this study is the situational crime prevention theory which is then linked to the security system that has been implemented. Situational crime prevention theory is also used to see the effectiveness of the implementation of security systems to prevent crimes that come from internal and external threats. In addition, this study also used routine activity theory as an analytical tool to see the extent security system implemented by the security division of Company X has protected victims who are a valuable asset of Corporate X."

"ABSTRAKTugas karya akhir ini membahas mengenai upaya pencegahan penggunaan narkoba dan alkohol di kalangan air crew yang dilakukan oleh corporate security unit pada sebuah perusahaan. Data yang digunakan pada penulisan ini diambil dari program pencegahan pada salah satu maskapai penerbangan di Indonesia yaitu corporate security unit PT. X dengan program Drug and Alcohol Management Program DAMP. Data ini hanya digunakan sebagai entry point untuk melihata upaya pencegahan penggunaan narkoba dan alkohol yang lebih efektif. Upaya pencegahan ini dilihat menggunakan konsep social crime prevention yang dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan social bond theory dan konsep crime prevention through social development yang dianalisis menggunakan differential reinforcement theory. Hasil dari penulisan ini adalah melihat pencegahan yang lebih efektif dalam pelanggaran penggunaan narkoba dan alkohol pada air crew.

ABSTRACTThis thesis will explain crime prevention strategy for alcohol and drug usage of air crew done by corporate security unit of a corporation. The data used in this paper are taken from crime prevention program in one of airlines in Indonesia which is PT. X with Drug and Alcohol Management Program DAMP . This data is only used as an entry point for prevention strategy of drug and alcohol usage is more effective. This prevention strategy will be explain using social crime prevention concept that will be analyzed thoroughly using social bond theory and crime prevention through social development analyzed by differential reinforcement theory. The result of this thesis explains more effective prevention strategy of drug and alcohol usage within air crew."

The Crime Prevention Program occures there are conducted by the police and Badan Pengembangan Wilayah Suramadu. This research starts when mass media publication exposed a lot of criminalities occured around Suramadu Bridge after it established. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive design which the data is obtained through the process of interviewing and observation on the field. "Tulisan ini membahas mengenai penerapan konsep Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) sebagai strategi pencegahan kejahatan terhadap serangan teror pada area pusat perbelanjaan seperti Mal X yang memiliki potensial sebagai sasaran empuk bagi pelaku serangan teror. Pusat perbelanjaan memiliki kemudahan akses yang dapat dijangkau oleh pengunjungnya, yang berasal bukan hanya pihak lokal namun juga pihak-pihak yang biasanya ditargetkan oleh teroris. Serangan yang ditargetkan pada pusat perbelanjaan memperlihatkan bahwa serangan teror tidak ditujukkan secara sembarangan namun sudah ada pola yang terbentuk. Dengan menggunakan data sekunder, tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa Mal X telah menerapkan sistem pengamanan yang sesuai dengan konsep CPTED, yaitu access control, surveillance, dan territoriallity.

This paper discusses the implementation of the concept of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) as a crime prevention strategy against terrorist attacks in shopping mall areas such as Mal X, which have the potential to be targeted by terrorists. The mall has easy access for its visitors, who come not only from the local authorities but also from the parties that are usually targeted by terrorists. Targeted attacks on shopping malls show that terrorist attacks are not purposefully targeted but have already formed patterns. Using secondary data, this paper indicates that Mal X has implemented security systems that are consistent with the CPTED concept, namely access control, surveillance, and territoriallity."

"Tugas Karya Akhir ini membahas pencegahan kejahatan berpendekatan komunitas pada kasus kejahatan di permukiman. Kejahatan sering terjadi di permukiman yang memiliki karakteristik permukiman banyak rumah kontrak dan permukiman banyak rumah mewah. Dalam menanggulangi masalah kejahatan tersebut dibutuhkan pencegahan kejahatan yang berpendekatan komunitas. Pencegahan kejahatan berpendekatan komunitas lebih mengutamakan partisipasi warga komunitas pada perbaikan kapasitas komunitas yang ditentukan oleh kohesi sosial dan kontrol sosial informal warga komunitas yang bersangkutan. Argumen tersebut senada dengan teori-teori tentang pencegahan kejahatan berpendekatan komunitas antara lain yang dikemukakan oleh Dermawan (2010) dan Sampson (1997).

This paper discusses community-based crime prevention in cases of crimes comitted in residential areas. Crimes often occurs in settlements that have the characteristics of numerous contracted house, as well as settlements that have many luxurious homes. In tackling these crimes, a community-based crime prevention is needed. Community- based crime prevention prioritizes community participation in improving community capacity, which is determined by the social cohesion and informal social control of the community members. This argument is in line with the theories of community- based crime prevention that was proposed by, among others, Dermawan (2010) and Sampson (1997)."

This undergraduate thesis discusses about implementation of crime prevention through environmental design concept as situational crime prevention by national resource company PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang. As a resource management company, PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang having securities invasive potency, furthermore this company classified as Objek Vital Nasional that concern State?s interest and many people. This study included qualitative descriptive that analyze crime prevention strategy by the company seen of how crime prevention through environmental design concept implemented. The result of this study shows that crime prevention through environmental design concept implemented at PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang as a crime prevention strategy that adapted with natural condition of geothermal energy exploration."
