"Praktek kerja profesi di PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals periode bulan Januari hingga Februari tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Calon apoteker juga diharapkan dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul Kualifikasi Operasional Mesin Freeze Dryer di Area Produksi PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals . Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals adalah memahami proses freeze drying, prinsip kerja mesin freeze dryer, dan kualifikasi operasional freeze dryer terutama pentingnya serta tujuan setiap uji yang dilakukan; mengamati witnessing kegiatan kualifikasi operasional freeze dryer Lyofast5 pada area produksi; serta mampu menyusunan laporan kualifikasi operasional freeze dryer Lyofast5. Pada saat ini PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals sedang dalam persiapan untuk sertifikasi CPOB sehingga penulis dapat melihat persiapan dan tindakan yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi parameter CPOB. Penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi.

Internship at PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals period January to February 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is ldquo;Operational Qualification of Freeze Dryer in PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals Production Area rdquo;. The purposes of this special assignment are to understand the freeze drying process, working principle of freeze dryer machine, and the operational qualifications of the freeze dryer, especially the importance and purpose of each test performed; witnessing Lyofast5 freeze dryer operational qualification activities in the production area; and be able to create Lyofast5 freeze dryer operational qualification report. At this time PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals is in preparation for the GMP certification so the authors can see the preparations and actions taken to meet the GMP parameters. The authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on pharmaceutical work problems in the pharmaceutical industry."

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Kualifikasi Kinerja Alat Refrigerator di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Quality Control PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals yang bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti terdokumentasi bahwa alat refrigerator dalam kondisi baik dan dapat dioperasikan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan.

The internship given a special assignment about Performance Qualification of Refrigerator in Laboratory Microbiological Quality Control PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals with aim to provide documented evidance that give information about the refrigerator appliace is in good condition and can be operated in accordance with the specifications that already set. "

Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul “Kualifikasi Operasional Biological Safety Cabinet Kelas II Tipe A2 di PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals”. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals adalah mengkaji hasil kualifikasi operasional Biological Safety Cabinet Kelas II Tipe A2 yang dilakukan di PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals. Secara umum, PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals masih berada dalam tahap pemenuhan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi

"Obat merupakan bahan atau paduan bahan, termasuk produk biologi, yang digunakan untuk mempengaruhi atau menyelidiki sistem fisiologis atau keadaan patologi dalam rangka penetapan diagnosis, pencegahan, penyembuhan, pemulihan, peningkatan kesehatan, dan kontrasepsi untuk manusia (PerMenKes No 1799, 2010). Proses pembuatan obat dan/atau bahan obat hanya dapat dilakukan oleh industri farmasi yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat dan/atau bahan obat. Untuk menjamin dan menghasilkan obat yang bermutu tinggi secara konsisten, meningkatkan keselamatan kerja, efisiensi proses, dan produktivitas kerja maka pemerintah melalui BPOM menetapkan suatu peraturan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh industri farmasi. CPOB mensyaratkan industri farmasi untuk mengidentifikasi validasi yang perlu dilakukan sebagai bukti pengendalian terhadap aspek kritis dari kegiatan yang dilakukan.Apotek merupakan salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan dalam bidang kefarmasian dalam membantu mewujudkan tercapainya derajat kesehatan yang optimal bagi masyarakat (Hartini dan Sulasmo, 2010). Sarana pelayanan kefarmasian dituntut untuk memberikan perhatian lebih pada penggunaan obat polifarmasi. Menurut Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No 73 Tahun 2016 Pasal 3, salah satu standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek adalah pengkajian dan pelayanan resep. Kegiatan pengkajian resep meliputi administrasi, kesesuaian farmasetik dan pertimbangan klinis, jika ditemukan adanya ketidaksesuaian dari hasil pengkajian maka Apoteker harus menghubungi dokter penulis resep.

Drugs are materials or combinations of materials, including biological products, which are used to influence or investigate physiological systems or pathological conditions in the context of establishing diagnosis, prevention, healing, recovery, health promotion, and contraception for humans (PerMenKes No 1799, 2010). The process of making drugs and/or drug ingredients can only be carried out by the pharmaceutical industry which has a permit from the Minister of Health to carry out activities to manufacture drugs and/or drug ingredients. To guarantee and produce consistently high quality drugs, improve work safety, process efficiency, and work productivity, the government through BPOM has established a regulation on Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB) which must be implemented by the pharmaceutical industry. GMP requires the pharmaceutical industry to identify validations that need to be carried out as evidence of control over critical aspects of the activities carried out.

Pharmacies are one of the health service facilities in the pharmaceutical sector in helping to achieve optimal health degrees for the community (Hartini and Sulasmo, 2010). Pharmaceutical service facilities are required to pay more attention to the use of polypharmacy drugs. According to the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 73 of 2016 Article 3, one of the standards for pharmaceutical services in pharmacies is the assessment and service of prescriptions. Prescription assessment activities include administration, pharmaceutical suitability and clinical considerations, if any discrepancies are found from the assessment results, the pharmacist must contact the prescribing doctor."

"Apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Salah satu hal penting yang perlu dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam bidang praktik kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani praktik profesi sebagai bekal untuk memahami peran apoteker, serta meningkatkan kemampuan sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceutical periode Januari – Maret 2022, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari periode April 2022, dan Apotek Kimia Farma periode Mei 2022. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi, pedagang besar farmasi, dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh pengalaman, pengetahuan, wawasan, dan keterampilan yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

The pharmacists have important role in pharmacy practice. One of important things that must be done to become a professional pharmacist is participate directly in the field of pharmacy practice. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists, and improve their abilities before entering the world of work. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceutical for the period January – March 2022, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari period April 2022, and Apotek Kimia Farma period May 2022. Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry, wholesale pharmaceutical distributor, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to get appropriate experience, knowledge, insight, and skills to perform pharmaceutical practice."

"Industri farmasi dan apotek merupakan tempat dilaksanakannya praktik kefarmasian. Dalam melaksanakan praktik kefarmasian, apoteker sebagai orang yang berwenang harus mempunyai keahlian dalam penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi maupun penerapan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Oleh karena itu, calon Apoteker perlu mendapatkan pengalaman praktik baik pada industri farmasi maupun apotek sebagai perbekalan untuk bekerja sebagai profesional. Hal ini menjadi dasar bagi Program Profesi Apoteker Universitas Indonesia untuk memberikan saya kesempatan untuk melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) pada PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals dan Apotek Roxy Biak. Selama melaksanakan PKPA, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memahami mengenai peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan CPOB maupun standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek.

Pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies are places where pharmaceutical practices are carried out. In carrying out pharmaceutical practices, pharmacists as authorized persons must have expertise in the application of CPOB in the pharmaceutical industry and the application of pharmaceutical care standards in pharmacies. Therefore, apothecary student need to gain practical experience in both the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies to work as professionals. Therefore Apothecary Professional Programme University of Indonesia has given me the opportunity to carry out the Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) at PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals and Apotek Roxy Biak. During the implementation of PKPA, apothecary student are expected to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies in accordance with the provisions of CPOB and pharmaceutical service standards in pharmacies."

Apoteker memiliki peran yang penting di beberapa instansi, seperti di Industri Farmasi dan Apotek. Seorang apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalai praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari 10 standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 49 Pondok Bambu dan PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals selama periode bulan Februari – Agustus 2020. Selama PKPA diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacists have an important role in several institutions, such as in the Pharmaceutical Industry and Pharmacy. A pharmacist must meet competency standards as a requirement to enter the world of work and pursue professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of 10 competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a provision and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the internship was carried out at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 49 Pondok Bambu and PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals during the period of February - August 2020. During internship, it is hoped that prospective pharmacist will gain insight, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional work practices.
