"Rumah sakit dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat harus dapat menjaga mutu dan kualitas. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan rumah melalui akreditasi. Akreditasi wajib dilakukan dan merupakan syarat ijin operasional sesuai aturan pemerintah. Rumah Sakit Prima Medika melakukan persiapan akreditasi KARS 2012 yang terdiri dari 4 sasaran pokok, namun penelitian ini pada dua sasaran yaitu sasaran keselamatan pasien dan Milenium Development Goals. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tahapan, masalah dan monitoring dalam proses persiapan akreditasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melibatkan partisipan sebanyak 7 orang yang terlibat dalam kelompok kerja akreditasi. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dan penelusuran dokumen, dianalisis menggunakan content analysis. Hasil wawancara persiapan akreditasi dimulai komitmen dari seluruh jajaran rumah sakit, kelompok kerja akreditasi ditetapkan direktur, penyusunan dokumen sesuai elemen penilaian akreditasi, sosialisasi pada staf medis maupun non medis, implementasi sangat penting karena penilaian lebih terfokus pada pelaksanaan dilapangan, monitoring dan evaluasi dengan laporan monev, indikator mutu dan turun langsung ke lapangan. Kesimpulan tahapan persiapan yang penting adalah komitmen seluruh jajaran rumah sakit, melakukan pendekatan kepada dokter spesialis secara formal maupun informal, menambah pelatihan internal.

Hospitals in providing public health services should be able to maintain quality of services. One of the government's efforts to improve the quality of home services through accreditation, which is compulsory and required by government regulation. This study focus on two goals of Prima Medika Hospital in preparation of KARS 2012 accreditation: International Patient Safety Goals and Millennium Development Goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the stages, problems and monitoring in the preparation process of accreditation on the patient's safety goals and the Millennium Development Goals. This research uses qualitative method by involving 7 participants working group of accreditation. Data collected by in-depth interview technique and document tracing, then analyzed using content analysis. The results of the interviews show that the preparation phase begins with the commitment of all hospitals, the accreditation working group established by the director, the compilation of documents of the assessment elements according to the accreditation standards, program dissemination to medical and non-medical staff, then the implementation. The next stage are monitoring and evaluation, through monev report, quality indicator and field inspection. In conclusions, the very important stages in preparation process are: commitment from all level of hospital, approaches to the specialist doctors formally or informally, more internal training."

"Keselamatan pasien merupakan hal yang sangat mendasar dalam pelayanankepada pasien di rumah sakit. Sebagai langkah awal dalam upaya meningkatkankeselamatan pasien di rumah sakit adalah dengan mengukur budaya keselamatanpasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinantransformasional, kerjasama tim, dan kesadaran individual dengan budaya keselamatanpasien di Rumah Sakit Prima Medika RSPM Denpasar. Metode yang digunakanadalah metode campuran mix method. Pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan jenispenelitian potong-lintang cross-sectional. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada sampelsebanyak 218 responden. Pada pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan penelusuran lebih lanjutterhadap hal-hal yang dirasa masih belum terjawab, untuk melengkapi penjelasan hasilpenelitian kuantitatif.
Analisis statistik menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling SEM, dengan program STATA-SE 12.1. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan denganDireksi RSPM dan pegawai yang terkait, untuk konfirmasi hasil penelittian. Hasilanalisis menunjukkan variabel independen yang saling berhubungan yaituKepemimpinan Transformasional, Kesadaran Individual, dan Kerjasama Tim, danketiganya berhubungan secara bemakna dengan variabel dependen BudayaKeselamatan Pasien p.

Patient safety is very basic in the service to patients in the hospital. As a firststep in improving patient safety in hospitals is by measuring the patient 39 s safety culture.The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of transformational leadership,teamwork, and individual awareness to patient safety culture at Prima Medika Hospital RSPM Denpasar. The method used is mix method. The quantitative approach usescross sectional research. Questionnaires were distributed to a sample of 218respondents. In a qualitative approach, further searches on things that remainunanswered, to complement the explanation of the results of quantitative research.
Statistical analysis using Structural Equation Modeling SEM, with STATA SE 12.1program. In depth interviews were conducted with the RSPM Board of Directors andrelevant employees, to confirm the results of the study. The results of the analysis showthat the independent variables are Transformational Leadership, Individual Awareness,and Team Cooperation, and all three are related significantly to the dependent variableof Patient Safety Culture p.

"Rumah sakit merupakan tempat pelayanan kesehatan yang komplek dan padat resiko, keselamatan pasien sangat penting untuk meningkatan mutu rumah sakit, salah satu caranya adalah dengan melaporkan Kejadian Tidak Diharapkan (KTD). Perawat memiliki kontak paling lama dengan pasien sehingga menjadi komponen terpenting dalam pelaporan KTD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi melaporan KTD di Rumah Sakit Prima Medika Denpasar tahun 2020. Rumah Sakit Prima Medika Denpasar merupakan rumah sakit swasta tipe C. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan sampel penelitian 140 perawat yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni tahun 2020. Didapatkan gambaran persepsi perawat yang tidak pernah melaporkan KTD sebesar 63.6% karena tidak pernah menemukan kejadian KTD atau mungkin pernah mendapat kejadian KTD tetapi tidak berani mealpor. Variabel yang berhubungan signifikan dengan persepsi melaporkan KTD oleh perawat adalah variabe sikap (p value = 0.002), pendidikan (p value = 0,046), porsi beban kerja berat (p value = 0,003 ) dan porsi beban kerja ringan (p value = 0,026 ). Variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah sikap perawat ( OR 4,33 ). Saran antara lain adalah rumah sakit menumbuhkan sikap positif perawat dalam hal melaporkan KTD dengan memberikan penghargaan kepada yang melapor, rumah sakit melakukan pelatihan keselamatan pasien secara rutin dan regular, shif kerja malam selama 12 jam perlu di evaluasi.

Hospital is complex and full of risk medical facility. Adverse events reporting is one part of the patient safety system that has an important roles to improve the hospital’s quality. Nurses have the longest contact’s time with patients so they become the most important component in reporting the Adverse Event reporting. This study aims to determine the factors that affects perception in adverse event reporting at Prima Medika Hospital Denpasar in 2020. Prima Medika Hospital is a type C private hospital. This study is quantitative study using a cross-sectional design with 140 nurses as samples and conducted in June 2020. The nurses’s perception who never report adverses event is 63.6%, assuming they never found any adverse event or maybe have found it but not have no courage to report it. The variable that significantly associated with perceptions on adverse event reporting by nurse are attitude (p value=0.002), education (p value=0.046), and workload ( heavy workload with p value= 0.003 and light workload with p value=0.026). The most affecting variable is the nurses attitude (OR 4.33). It is proposed for the hospital to build the nurses positive attitude to report adverse events one through giving appreciation to those who report the adverse event, hospital needs to give regular patient safety training to maintain the nurse knowledge, and to revisit the 12-hour nightshift which is regarded as unusual long hours.. "

"Nyeri pasca bedah merupakan salah satu penyebab nyeri akut yang paling umum. Penanganan nyeri yang efektif merupakan komponen fundamental dari pelayanan pasien yang berkualitas. Di RS Prima Medika belum ada protokol standar penanganan nyeri pasca bedah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur intensitas nyeri pasien pasca bedah di RS Prima Medika, membuat protokol standar penanganan nyeri pasca bedah di RS Prima Medika dalam mewujudkan pelayanan yang berkualitas dan aman bagi pasien.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi intensitas nyeri pada pasien pasca laparotomi dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan serta telaah dokumen.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan intensitas nyeri pada periode 24 jam pasca bedah adalah nyeri ringan, pada periode 48 jam pasca bedah intensitas nyeri bervariasi antara nyeri ringan sampai sedang dengan prosedur penanganan nyeri yang tidak terarah dengan baik. Diperlukan suatu SOP untuk memberikan penanganan nyeri pasca bedah yang optimal.

Fundamental component to serve a quality service to the patient. There is no Standard operating procedure in pain management in Prima Medika Hospital. The aim of this study is to measure the intensity of pain in postoperative patient in this hospital, to arrange a standard operating procedure for postoperative pain management to serve a quality and safe service to the patient.
This is a qualitative descriptive study where data were collect by observed pain intensity in post laparotomy patient, in-depth interviews with the informans and reviewed documents.
Result show that pain intensity in 24 hours after surgery were mild, and in 48 hours the pain intensity were mild to moderate with no proper protocol. A standard operatimg procedure is needed to give the best pain management to the patient

"Standar Akreditasi Rumah Sakit merupakan penilaian sejauh mana rumah sakit sudah melaksanakan program keselamatan pasien sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 1691 Tahun 2011. Rumah Sakit X belum sepenuhnya melaksanakan pelayanan berbasis keselamatan pasien.
Penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif dilanjutkan metode kualitatif bertujuan melihat persiapan Rumah Sakit X dalam menghadapai Akreditasi Bidang Keselamatan Pasien tahun 2016.
Pada penelitian ini dihasilkan kuesioner keselamatan pasien berdasarkan Standar Akreditasi Rumah Sakit 2012. Uji Reliabilitas menghasilkan 65 pernyataan kuesioner menjadi 47 pernyataan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 17 komponen penilaian dari Standar Akreditasi Rumah Sakit 2012 masih harus ditingkatkan pelaksanaannya di Rumah Sakit X.

Hospital Accreditation Standards is an assessment for hospitals to implement patient safety programs in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 1691 of 2011. Hospital X wasnot yet fully implementing patient safety based on the Hospital Accreditation 2012.
Descriptive research with quantitative method continued by qualitative method was implemented to study the preparation of Hospital X which will undergo Accreditation in 2016.
The research also developed questionnaire on Patient Safety based on The Hospital Accreditation 2012. Reliability test was done with the result of that 47 out of 65 questionnaires were reliable. The research found 17 points of The Hospital Accreditation 2012 still need improvement in implementation at Hospital X.

"Rumah sakit sebagai institusi penyedia jasa pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan dan dapat menjangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan, Rumah Sakit wajib untuk melakukan akreditasi secara berkala, minimal tiga tahun sekali. Perkembangan terkini untuk standar akreditasi rumah sakit di Indonesia disempurnakan dengan mengacu pada versi 2012 yang berfokus pada pasien. Rumah Sakit 'X' merupakan rumah sakit kelas C yang sebelumnya telah terakreditasi lima pelayanan dasar pada penilaian akreditasi versi 2007 yang dilaksanakan pada tahun 2012. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahmenganalisis kesenjangan antara standar pelayanan yang ada dan diaplikasikan di Rumah Sakit 'X' dengan elemen penilaian yang tercakup dalam tiga Bab Standar Akreditasi Rumah Sakit Nasional versi 2012. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa standar pelayanan menurut Hak Pasien dan Keluarga serta Pendidikan Pasien dan Kelurga masih belum sesuai, kebijakan dan dokumen yang belum ada secara resmi. Standar pelayanan Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi (PPI) pun masih belum sesuai, karena belum berkesinambungannya fungsi komite serta belum terpenuhinya sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung program Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi. Pengorganisasian tim Akreditasi telah berjalan cukup optimal, walaupun kuantitas anggota tim yang terbatas. Disarankan agar pemenuhan dokumen dan kebijakan dikoordinasikan secepatnya, dan disosialisasikan segera setelah kebijakan dan dokumen tersebut disetujui, agar dapat diadaptasi dan diaplikasikan. Pendampingan dan evaluasi secara berkala oleh manajemen tetap diperlukan untuk dapat mencapai target kelulusan akreditasi yang diharapkan rumah sakit.
Hospitals as a health care provider in the individuals plenary are required to provide a good quality services in accordance with established standards. In an effort to improve the service quality, hospital accreditation required to perform on a regular basis, at least every 3 (three) years. Recent developments for hospital accreditation standards in Indonesia improved by referring to the 2012 version that focuses on the patient. 'X' Hospital is a grade C Hospital who have previously accredited to the 2007 version of the accreditation assessment which conducted in 2012. The purpose of this study is to analyze the gap between the existing standards that applied in 'X' Hospital with the elements covered in 3 (three) chapters of Hospital Accreditation Standard (2012 version). The research used qualitative approach, was carried out through in-depth interviews and review of secondary documents. This research found that the standard of service according to Patient and Family Rights as well as in Patient and Family Education, are still not appropriate, due to the policies and documents that did not exist officially. The standard of Prevention and Control of Infection (PCI) is still not appropriate, because there is discontinuity function of the committee and unmet infrastructure that supports the Prevention and Control of Infection program. The organizing team of Accreditation has been running quite optimal, although the team members in a limited quantity. The fulfillment of the document and policy have to be coordinated and disseminated as soon as the policy and the document is approved, so can be well adapted and applied by the staff. Mentoring and periodic evaluation by hospital management are still needed in order to achieve the expected target of hospital accreditation."

relationship with nurse job satisfactory. Job satisfactory has relationship with

Conclusion: nurse intention turnover is influenced by job satisfaction that lies in

Kinerja perawat yang baik akanmemberikan kepuasan pada pengguna jasa baik internal maupun eksternal.Kinerja perawat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai macam faktor. Dipersepsikan bahwapenyebab kinerja perawat terganggu adalah gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja,beban kerja, dan kelelahan kerja. Kinerja perawat di RSU Prima MedikaDenpasar selama ini dilaporkan baik, namun belum diketahui secara pasti kinerjaperawat yang sebenarnya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuifaktor-faktor determinan yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga perawat.Metode : Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif denganrancangan cross-sectional yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis multivariat,dengan sampel perawat pelaksana yang berjumlah 74 responden.Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proporsi kinerja yang kurang baik lebihbesar dibandingkan dengan kinerja yang baik, adanya hubungan yang bermaknaantara gaya kepemimpinan, beban kerja, dan kelelahan kerja terhadap kinerjaperawat berturut-turut sebesar 3,784, 2,971, dan 1,320. Sedangkan tidak terdapathubungan yang bermakna antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja perawat.Simpulan : Kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan paling besar terhadap kinerjaperawat pelaksana. Kepemimpinan yang baik perlu senantiasa diterapkan dalamupaya meningkatkan kinerja perawat.Kata kunci :Kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, beban kerja, kelelahan kerja; kinerja perawat.

It is perceived that the cause of the nurse rsquo s performance isdisrupted by the style of leadership, work motivation, workload, and workfatigue. The performance of nurses at RSU Prima Medika Denpasar has been wellreported, but it is not yet known exactly the actual performance of the nurses. Thepurpose of this study is to determine various factors that affect the performanceof nurses.Method This research method is quantitative research with cross sectionaldesign which analyzed using multivariate analysis, with sample of nurse executorwhich amount 74 respondent.Result The result of the study shows that the proportion of poor performance isgreater than the good performance, there is a significant correlation betweenleadership style, work load, and work fatigue on nurse performance 3,784, 2,971,and 1,320 respectively. While there is no significant relationship between workmotivation and nurse performance.Conclusion This study concluded that leadership has the greatest relation to thenurse performance. Tujuankhusus penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang prosedurimplementasi wisata medis pada Rumah Sakit Umum Bali Royal Denpasar;menganalisis kesesuaian prosedur implementasi wisata medis pada Rumah SakitUmum Bali Royal Denpasar dengan Permenkes No. 76/2015; menganalisiskesesuaian prosedur implementasi wisata medis pada Rumah Sakit Umum BaliRoyal Denpasar dengan diagram wisata medis model Deloitte 2008; danmenganalisis kepuasan wisatawan medis terhadap implementasi wisata medispada Rumah Sakit Umum Bali Royal Denpasar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitiankualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Pelayanan wisata medis pada Rumah SakitUmum Bali Royal Denpasar mencakup pelayanan prarumah sakit, selama di rumahsakit, dan pascarumah sakit. Prosedur implementasi wisata medis pada RumahSakit Umum Bali Royal Denpasar belum sesuai dengan Permenkes No. 76/2015.Prosedur implementasi wisata medis pada Rumah Sakit Umum Bali RoyalDenpasar sesuai dengan diagram wisata medis model Deloitte 2008. Wisatawanmedis belum sepenuhnya puas terhadap pelayanan wisata medis pada Rumah SakitUmum Bali Royal Denpasar.
Bali Royal Hospital Denpasar has been implementing medical tourism since2010, but the implementation of medical tourism has not been systematicallyanalyzed. Therefore, it is necessary to do further study on the implementation ofmedical tourism at Bali Royal Hospital Denpasar. The general purpose of theresearch is to obtain an overview of the implementation of medical tourism at BaliRoyal Hospital Denpasar. The specific objective of the study are to obtain anoverview of procedures for the implementation of medical tourism at Bali RoyalHospital Denpasar analyzing the appropriateness of procedures for theimplementation of medical tourism at Bali Royal Hospital Denpasar with HealthMinister Regulation No. 76 2015 analyzing the appropriateness of medical tourismimplementation procedures at Bali Royal Hospital Denpasar with the medicaltourism diagram of Deloitte 2008 model and analyzing the satisfaction of medicaltourists on the implementation of medical tourism at Bali Royal Hospital Denpasar.This research is a qualitative research with descriptive design. Medical tourismservices at Bali Royal Hospital Denpasar include pre hospital, during the hospital,and post hospital services. The implementation procedure of medical tourism at BaliRoyal Hospital Denpasar has not been in accordance with Health MinisterRegulation No. 76 2015. The implementation procedure of medical tourism at BaliRoyal Hospital Denpasar in accordance with the medical tourism diagram ofDeloitte 2008 model. Medical tourists have not fully satisfied with medical tourismservices at Bali Royal Hospital Denpasar."
