"Penggunaan teknologi di bidang kesehatan bukanlah hal yang baru. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi memberikan dampak pemberian pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih baik dan berkualitas. Resep elektronik merupakan salah satu terobosan teknologi di bidang kesehatan, yang digunakan oleh dokter di fasilitas Kesehatan, namun belum semua dokter menggunakannya. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi nyata penggunaan resep elektronik di RS Permata Cibubur melalui pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). TAM merupakan suatu model yang menjelaskan perilaku pengguna teknologi informasi yang berlandaskan atas kepercayaan (beliefs), sikap (attitude), minat (intention) dan hubungan perilaku pengguna (user behavior relationship). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain non-eksperimental dan analisis dengan pendekatan cross sectional, kemudian dilakukan wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap informan. Didapatkan hasil yang signifikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung oleh aspek persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap kondisi nyata penggunaan resep elektronik, aspek persepsi tentang kemanfaatan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kondisi nyata penggunaan resep elektronik, serta aspek minat perilaku untuk menggunakan memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kondisi nyata penggunaan resep elektronik. Sedangkan pada aspek sikap terhadap penggunaan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan kondisi nyata penggunaan resep elektronik. Dalam upaya peningkatan penerimaan penggunaan resep elektronik, aspek persepsi kemudahan penggunaan menjadi pertimbangan utama yang harus diperhatikan dengan seksama. Semakin mudah penggunaan, maka akan semakin berminat untuk menggunakan resep elektronik tersebut. Yang menjadi tantangan ke depan pada pengembangan resep elektronik adalah jaringan internet yang lambat, sistem resep yang sering mengalami error, desain dan terminologi sistem yang tidak user friendly, fitur atau kemampuan sistem yang belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan dokter, sosialisasi petunjuk atau pedoman penggunaan belum menyeluruh, serta pelatihan penggunaan yang belum dilakukan secara berkala dan menyeluruh.

The use of technology in the health sector is nothing new. Utilization of information technology has an impact on providing better and quality health services. Electronic prescriptions are one of the technological breakthroughs in the health sector, which are used by doctors in health facilities, but not all doctors use them. This research aims to determine the real conditions of using electronic prescriptions at Permata Cibubur Hospital through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. TAM is a model that describes information technology user behavior based on beliefs, attitudes, intentions and user behavior relationships. This is a quantitative research with non-experimental design and analysis using a cross-sectional approach, and then conducted in-depth interviews and observation of informants. Significant results were obtained that there was an indirect effect by the perceived ease of use aspect on the real conditions of using electronic prescriptions, the perceived usefulness aspect indirectly influenced the real conditions of using electronic prescriptions, and the behavioral interest aspect to use had a significant direct effect on real conditions use of electronic prescriptions. Meanwhile, the attitude towards use aspect does not significantly influence the real conditions of using electronic prescriptions. In an effort to increase acceptance of the use of electronic prescriptions, aspects of perceived ease of use are the main considerations that must be considered carefully. The easier it is to use, the more interested it will be to use the electronic prescriptions. The challenges going forward in the development of electronic prescriptions are slow internet networks, prescription systems that often experience errors, system design and terminology that are not user friendly, system features or capabilities that are not in accordance with doctor's needs, dissemination of instructions or usage guidelines that are not comprehensive, as well as usage training that has not been carried out periodically and thoroughly."

Industri 4.0 dianggap memiliki potensi yang sangat besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas industri. Meski demikian, implementasi Industri 4.0 mengalami beberapa hambatan. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah mengeluarkan rencana jangka panjang untuk adopsi Industri 4.0 yang bernama Making Indonesia 4.0. Tetapi, apakah kebijakan -kebijakan tersebut mampu menyukseskan adopsi Industri 4.0 masih menjadi pertanyaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh struktur kebijakan yang mampu mendorong atau membatasi adopsi teknologi Industri 4.0 pada sektor tekstil dan pakaian jadi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan bagaimana industri tekstil dan pakaian jadi dapat lebih cepat mengadopsi teknologi Industri 4.0 dengan mempertimbangkan peran masing-masing aktor di dalamnya."

"Transformasi yang besar dalam industri automasi telah memasuki fase baru yang dikenal sebagai era Industri 4.0. Fenomena perkembangan teknologi secara besar pada era industri ke-4 ini telah mendesak negara-negara di dunia untuk mengambil langkah dalam merevitalisasi teknologi pada industri penopang pertumbuhan ekonomi negaranya, khususnya industri manufaktur, agar dapat merasakan manfaat-manfaat yang dijanjikan oleh penggunaan teknologi industri 4.0 tersebut dalam kurun waktu panjang. Sebagai negara berkembang yang sedang berupaya untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja dan potensi dari sektor manufaktur nya, Indonesia pada tahun 2018 meluncurkan sebuah peta jalan implementasi industri 4.0 pada lima sektor unggulannya yang berjudul Making Indonesia 4.0. Industri makanan dan minuman sebagai kontributor PDB terbesar dari industri manufaktur non-migas ini merupakan industri penopang dari perekonomian Indonesia dan dipilih sebagai industri prioritas dalam pengimplementasian peta jalan industri 4.0 di Indonesia. Dalam upaya mempercepat implementasi, pemerintah menyusun beberapa kebijakan yang diharapkan dapat mengakselerasi tingkat adopsi teknologi pada industri yang telah dipilih termasuk industri makanan dan minuman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari kebijakan-kebijakan pemerintah terhadap adopsi teknologi industri 4.0 pada sektor makanan dan minuman menggunakan pendekatan sistem dinamis. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa model konseptual yang menggambarkan interaksi antarvariabel dalam percepatan adopsi teknologi industri 4.0 pada industri ini.

The great transformation in industrial automation has entered a new phase known as the Industrial 4.0. The phenomenon of major technological developments in industry 4.0 has triggered countries in the world to take steps in revitalizing their nation-wide industrial technology in order to reap the benefits from Industry 4.0. As a developing country which is trying to optimize the performance and potential of its manufacturing sector, Indonesia launched a national roadmap for implementing industry 4.0 in its five leading sectors entitled Making Indonesia 4.0. The food and beverage industry, as the largest GDP contributor of the non-oil and gas manufacturing industry, was chosen as the priority industry in implementing 4.0 industrial roadmap in Indonesia. To accelerate the implementation, the government has developed a number of policies that are expected to accelerate the level of technology adoption in selected industries including the food and beverage industry. This paper aims to analyse the impact of industrial policies toward industry 4.0 implementation in food and beverage industry in Indonesia by using system dynamics approach. The output of this research is a conceptual model representing variable interactions that hasten technologies 4.0 adoption in this industry."

"ABSTRACTVibrio cholera, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio vulnificus are opportunistic pathogens causing disease in weak shrimp and possible food poisoning in shrimp consumers. In this study, three pairs of primers were designed to amplify the target DNA fragments of three Vibrio spp. and together with one pair for internal amplification control. The PCR condition was optimized to detect three Vibrio spp. in one reaction tube. The specificity and sensitivity of the reaction were evaluated. The results showed that this technique can detect V. cholera, V. parahaemolyticus and V. vulnificus in the same reaction tube with high specificity. Sensitivity is moderate, 0.5 ng-10 pg. In the future, this technique can be used to detect these bacteria in shrimp. It is potentially useful for shrimp farmers and shrimp consumers."

"ABSTRAKThe number of elderly people is more increasing along with the rising of the life expectancy age. There are many efforts that should be carried out to prevent the elderly, one of which from the preventive aspect is by maintaining the physical fitness of the elderly. To monitor the fitness status of the elderly, it needs an application of the web technology-based physical fitness monitoring because has been no system that records elderly fitness data. This application was to record physical fitness data of the elderly to recommend the appropriate gym based on the health condition which can be accessed anywhere. This application was made with the PHP and MYQSL program language as the database processing equipped by the graphic to monitor the physical fitness. The results of the test showed that the application worked properly. As indicated by the functioning of the designed and developed menues. The system was able to record the individual data and the physical fitness of the elderly, also able to serve the information and the records of the fitness of the elderly people and theappropriate recommendation on fitness exercise."
