"Sports and physical activity provide multiple social and health benefits to participants, but may also increase the risk of developing musculoskeletal pain and injuries, especially in skeletally immature adolescents. This review outlines the 1) measurement and prevalence of musculoskeletal pain in adolescents, 2) dose-response relationship between the organized sports activity and musculoskeletal pain, 3) high risk population, based on our previously published epidemiological studies in Japan, and finally, 4) prevention strategy and its evaluation.In our school-based cohort study in Unnan, Shimane, a total of 2403 adolescents aged 12 to 18 years responded to two serial surveys, conducted 1 year apart. The prevalence of overall pain was 27.4% (lower limbs: 15.4%, upper limbs: 9.5%, and lower back: 8.5%). Sports activity had a clear linear association with musculoskeletal pain prevalence and risk. The more the adolescents played sports, the more likely they were to have pain or develop pain. Each 1 hour/week of additional sports activity time was associated with a 3% higher probability of having or developing pain. Some population groups were at higher risk of musculoskeletal pain, such as overweight adolescents and regular players with fewer teammates. To optimize the safety and benefits of organized sports activity for adolescents, prevention of musculoskeletal pain should be an important consideration. More observational and intervention studies with quality designs and development of a national surveillance system for (youth) acute and chronic sports injuries are needed in Japan."

Long history of struggle of the Indonesian nation describes how pioneering role in liberating the nations youth, Condition of Indonesia, which sank in a lot of side one of them caused by the scarcity of pioneering i11 the body of this nation. For this reason, Kemenpora strategic role in fostering and developing the pioneering youth in Indonesia is very necessary. Through this study researchers analyzed the pioneering youth development program in Kemenpora RL The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Theory used in this study namely; pioneering theory, and theory of Development Program (Harty, Wholey & Newcomer).

Based on this research using depth interviews we concluded that the pioneering program of youth in Kemenpora Rf has not gone well and also run the program development process is not as it should. "Penentuan model KMS yang sesuai di Sekretariat Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga dibutuhkan karena banyak data dan informasi yang tersimpan masih dalam bentuk tacit knowledge pada pegawai tidak tetap. Selain itu, banyak sumber pengetahuan yang ada belum diubah menjadi pengetahuan, menyulitkan pegawai dalam mencari informasi dalam waktu yang singkat yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung kinerja, turn over pegawai kementerian yang cukup tinggi, menuntut proses pembelajaran yang lebih cepat agar pencapaian tujuan organisasi tidak terhambat. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana model KMS yang sesuai di Sekretariat Kemenpora. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodologi yang dikembangkan oleh Fernandez. Hasil penelitian ini adalah prioritas utama pengembangan proses-proses knowledge management system di sekretariat Kemenpora adalah knowledge discovery, internalisasi dan eksternalisasi. Determination an appropriate model of KMS in the Ministry of Youth and Sport Secretariat needed because lot of data and information is still stored in the form of tacit knowledge in the non-permanent employees. The problem in this research is how to model the appropriate KMS Kemenpora Secretariat. The methodology used in this research is a Fernandez methodology. Results of this research a top priority the development of the processes of knowledge management system in the secretariat Kemenpora is knowledge discovery, internalization and eksternalization. Priority KM process later supported by other KM processes, knowledge sharing, routines, exchange, combination and direction. "Tesis ini membahas tentang manajemen kehumasan di Kementreian Pemuda dan Olahraga yang akan dianalisis berdasarkan Konsep Proses Manajemen Kehumasan yang dikembangkan oleh Cutlif Center dan Broom. Faktor-faktor yang dioperasionalisasikan adalah pendefinisian masalah, rencana dan program, melakukan tindakan dan komunikasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskripitf Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa proses manajemen kehumasan di Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, hal tersebut disebabkan oleh pemahaman konseptual dan operasional kehumasan yang benar belum merata maupun falctor-faktor hambatan baik dari eksternal maupun intemal Humas Kementetian Pemuda dan Olahraga.

The focus of this study is public relations management of Ministry of Youth and Sports. The data were collected by means of deep interview and document study. Based on the result of the analyses on the data and information gathered by using qualitative method with Four Step Relations Process by Cutlif Center and Broom : defining public relations problems, planning and programming, taking action and communicating, and evaluating the program, it is concluded that public relations management process of Ministry of Youth and Sports has not applied the steps in Four Step Relations Process concept."
