"ABSTRAK
Indonesia memiliki kekayaan pengetahuan tradisional yang sangat beragam. Namun, pengetahuan tradisional ini diketahui oleh komunitas lokal yang memiliki pengetahuan tersebut, sehingga tidak dapat dikontrol dan dipantau lokasi persebarannya. Begitu juga data apa saja yang terkumpul, alur pemrosesan data dan organisasi yang memiliki data tersebut belum diketahui secara jelas. Selain itu, data digitalisasi pengetahuan tradisional tersebar dan disimpan dalam sistem yang berdiri sendiri. Maka, diperlukan integrasi data agar tidak terjadi duplikasi data pengetahuan tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah model dan arsitektur web-based GIS persebaran pengetahuan tradisional di Indonesia menggunakan soft system methodology dan service oriented architecture. Kontribusi dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggabungkan pendekatan pendekatan soft system methodology SSM dan service-oriented architecture SOA untuk membangun web-based GIS dan memberikan rekomendasi model web-based GIS pengetahuan tradisional di Indonesia. Dari hasil pengujian efficiency dengan aspek response time pada sistem web-based GIS yang dibangun menggunakan GTmetrix didapatkan nilai rata ndash; rata sebesar 3,021 second. Nilai ini jika direpresentasikan menggunakan rentang response time yang dikemukakan oleh Anna Bounch mendapatkan rating ldquo;good rdquo;. Dari hasil pengujian usability menggunakan kuesioner system usability scale didapatkan nilai 73,07. Nilai ini jika direpresentasikan menggunakan rentang nilai yang dikemukakan oleh John Brooke dapat dikategorikan dapat diterima acceptable .Indonesia memiliki kekayaan pengetahuan tradisional yang sangat beragam. ABSTRACT
Indonesia has a wealth of traditional knowledge that is very diverse. However, this traditional knowledge is known by the local community who has such knowledge, so that it can not be controlled and monitored by the location of its distribution. So also what data is collected, the data processing flow and the organization that has the data is not known clearly. In addition, digitalization data of traditional knowledge is dispersed and stored in stand alone systems. Therefore, data integration is needed to avoid duplication of traditional knowledge data. This research aims to develop a model and architecture of web based GIS distribution of traditional knowledge in Indonesia using soft system methodology and service oriented architecture. The contribution of this research is to combine the approach of soft system methodology SSM and service oriented architecture SOA approach to build web based GIS and provide recommendations of traditional GIS web based knowledge model in Indonesia. From the results of efficiency testing with the response time aspects of web based GIS system built using GTmetrix obtained an average value of 3.042 second. This value if represented using response time range proposed by Anna Bounch get good rating. From the results of usability testing using questionnaire system usability scale obtained value of 73.07. This value if represented using the range of values suggested by John Brooke can be categorized as acceptable."

"Savage (1996) berpendapat bahwa ada hubungan antara kemunculan teknologi kunci dengan perubahan perekonomian. Teknologi kunci seringkali merupakan pemicu dari terbentuknya sebuah perekonomian yang baru. Wikipedia (2007a) menyatakan bahwa sejak tahun 2002 beberapa negara sudah memasuki tahapan baru dari Era Informasi, yaitu Intangible Economy, sebuah perekonomian baru dimana aktiva tidak berwujud (intangible asset) menjadi lebih berharga dari sebelumnya dan memiliki kekuatan untuk melahirkan kapitalisme baru. Jarboe (2004) menyebut perekonomian baru tersebut dengan nama I-Cubed Economy (hak paten Jarboe), karena terdapat 3 (tiga) faktor yang mempengaruhi keunggulan bersaing, yaitu: informasi, inovasi dan intangible. Namun teknologi apa yang mengimbangi atau mungkin merupakan pemicu dari lahirnya perekonomian baru ini? Salah satu teknologi yang menarik perhatian saat itu adalah Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), yang dalam waktu singkat sudah menjadi pusat perhatian dan dipertimbangkan karena manfaat yang ditawarkan. Teknologi ini memiliki keluwesan dengan menyediakan arahan kepada pengembangan aplikasi, suatu teknik penguraian aplikasi menjadi service yang diintegrasikan dan dikelompokkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan proses bisnis perusahaan. Tesis ini berusaha menganalisis kesesuaian SOA dengan I-Cubed Economy dilihat dari faktor keunggulan bersaingnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui teknik penelitian survei literatur, dan memberikan kesimpulan bahwa SOA memiliki kesesuaian yang tinggi dengan I-Cubed Economy. Kesesuaian ini memberi peluang yang besar untuk SOA menjadi teknologi kunci pada perekonomian yang baru tersebut. Penelitian ini melihat bahwa masih dibutuhkannya penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai tipe organisasi dan manajemen yang terjadi; serta seberapa besar nilai intangible mempengaruhi perekonomian di tingkat mikro dan makro.

Savage (1996) is in the opinion that there is a correlation between the emerging of new key technology with changes in economy. Key technology often becomes a trigger to reform a new economy. Wikipedia (2007a) states that since 2002 some countries had enter a new stage of Information Age, called as Intangible Economy, a new economy where intangible asset become more valuable than before and have strength to born a new capitalism. Jarboe (2004) named this new economy as I-Cubed Economy (copyright of Jarboe), because it has 3 (three) factors that has effect to the competitive advantage, which is: information, innovation, intangible. Which technology can balance or become the trigger of this new economy? One of technologies that had drawn a lot of attention at that time was Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), which in a short time had become the center of attention and considered for its benefits. This technology have flexibility by giving a direction to an application development, a technique of distributing the application to become services which can be integrated and classified according to company`s business process. This thesis will analyze the SOA conformity to I-Cubed Economy from the view of economy competitive advantage factors. This research is used literature survey technique, and conducts a conclusion that SOA have a high level of conformity with I-Cubed Economy. This conformity gives a big chance for SOA to become the key technology at the new economy. This research found that there is needs to conduct deeper research about organization type and management; and how much intangible value effecting the economy at micro and macro levels."

Dalam mencapai visi dan misi, Lembaga XYZ merencanakan transformasi bisnis melalui implementasi paket solusi Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS). Penggunaan SOA kemudian direkomendasikan sebagai arsitektur utama bagi aplikasi COTS maupun aplikasi legacy. Dalam penerapannya saat ini, pengembangan sistem informasi masih dimulai berdasarkan kebutuhan yang terpisah di masing-masing departemen bisnis sehingga dapat menyebabkan kemungkinan terjadinya duplikasi service. Tujuan implementasi SOA nantinya ialah sebagai role model dalam penerapan SOA Strategy dan SOA Governance yang akan berlaku di Lembaga XYZ. Dalam menjawab permasalahan dan tujuan SOA, dibutuhkan suatu mekanisme evaluasi untuk memperbaiki kondisi yang ada. Oracle SOA Maturity Model diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat kematangan di masing-masing domain. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara berdasarkan karakteristik domain pada setiap tingkat kematangan dan studi dokumen Lembaga XYZ. Hasil penelitian yaitu tingkat kematangan SOA di Lembaga XYZ berada pada tingkat 1 (opportunistic). Artinya, departemen TI mulai mengenal SOA dengan menggunakan dan mengekspos services serta mendapatkan manfaat bisnis yang relatif sedikit seperti penggunaan kembali beberapa logika bisnis yang tertanam dalam sistem legacy. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi peningkatan kematangan pada 8 domain yang ada. Prioritas diberikan kepada 2 domain terendah yaitu business & strategy dan domain organization.
ABSTRACT
In order to achieve its vision and mission, XYZ Institutuion has developed a business transformation plan through implementing a solution package named Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS). The use of SOA is recommended as the main architecture for COTS applications or legacy applications. At the current state condition, information system development in XYZ Institution is initiated based on different requests from each business department that can lead to the possibility of duplicate services. In fact, the goal of SOA implementation expected to be a role model in implementing SOA Strategy and SOA Governance at XYZ Institution. To answer the problem and the goal of SOA, an evaluation method is needed to improve existing conditions. Oracle SOA Maturity Model is expected to be the basis for assessing the level of maturity in each domain. This research uses interview method as research methodology, which based on domain characteristics at each level of maturity. Research result is the SOA maturity level at XYZ Institution is in level 1 (opportunistic). It means, IT departments are being familiar with SOA by using and exposing to SOA services, in which the benefits are still relatively small such as reusing some business logic embedded in legacy systems. This research also provides recommendations for increasing maturity in 8 existing domains. Priority is given to the two lowest domains, namely business & strategy and domain organization."

"Perkembangan bidang machine learning telah mengalami kemajuan yang pesat dari berbagai domain dimana dibutuhkan sistem otomasi. Hal ini membuat model yang advanced, seperti Convolutional Neural Network yang merupakan bagian dari deep learning, dapat mencapai performa yang baik dalam melakukan klasifikasi, identifikasi objek, hingga bahkan melebihi kemampuan manusia dalam beberapa domain. Salah satu aplikasi dari perkembangan ini adalah klasifikasi gambar terutama pada bidang medis misalnya pada klasifikasi kanker kulit. Diagnosis otomatis kanker kulit dari lesi kulit dengan menggunakan gambar dermoskopi masih merupakan tugas yang menantang bagi kecerdasan buatan seperti Artificial Neural Network khususnya pada metode konvolusi yang umum pada gambar, atau disebut Convolutional Neural Network. Penggunaan arsitektur transfer learning dengan TF Lite pada klasifikasi merupakan faktor penting dalam membuat diagnosis otomatis yang mobile, akurat, dan cekat. Meski demikian, model-model klasifikasi yang sudah terbuat tersebut masih belum dapat sempurna melakukan kategorisasi pada penyakit lesi kulit. Pada dataset ini terdapat 7 kelas label yang akan diklasifikasi dengan menggunakan arsitektur InceptionResNetV2. Kemudian dilakukan penanganan imbalanced data dengan menggunakan metode oversampling untuk mengangani dataset yang tidak rata. Setelah itu hasilnya akan dianalisis dengan beberapa metrik parameter yang dipakai yaitu presisi, recall, akurasi, dan F1-score. Didapatkan hasil terbaik ketika EarlyStopping pada epoch terakhir dengan akurasi overall pada 87.56%, top-2 pada 95.05%, dan top-3 pada 97.46%. Durasi klasifikasi juga telah diukur dengan Streamlit Share dan HuggingFace Spaces. Durasi tersebut ialah waktu dari ping ke tiap host, dimana aplikasi web Streamlit memiliki latency yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan HuggingFace, pada rata-rata (1,17 ms vs 1,49 ms), dan standar deviasi latency pada aplikasi web HuggingFace lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Streamlit (0,10 ms vs 0,49 ms), durasi klasifikasi HuggingFace memiliki waktu klasifikasi rata-rata 116 ms dan standar deviasi sebesar 5 ms, sedangkan Streamlit lebih rendah, yaitu 97 ms dan standar deviasi sebesar 2 ms.

The development of the field of machine learning has experienced rapid progress from various domains where automation systems are needed. This makes advanced models, such as Convolutional Neural Networks that are part of deep learning, can achieve good performance in classifying, object identification, and even exceed human capabilities in some domains. One application of this development is image classification, especially in the medical field, for example in the classification of skin cancer. Automatic diagnosis of skin cancer from skin lesions using dermoscopy images is still a challenging task for artificial intelligences such as Artificial Neural Networks, especially the convolutional method common in images, or called Convolutional Neural Networks. The use of transfer learning architecture with TF Lite on classification is an important factor in making automatic diagnosis mobile, accurate, and agile. However, the classification models that have been made are still unable to perfectly categorize skin lesion diseases. In this dataset there are 7 label classes that will be classified using the InceptionResNetV2 architecture. Then handling imbalanced data using the oversampling method to handle uneven datasets. After that, the results will be analyzed with several metric parameters used, namely precision, recall, accuracy, and F1-score. The best results were obtained when EarlyStopping at the last epoch with overall accuracy at 87.56%, top-2 at 95.05%, and top-3 at 97.46%. The duration of classification has also been measured with Streamlit Share and HuggingFace Spaces. The duration is the time from ping to each host, where the Streamlit web application has lower latency compared to HuggingFace, on average (1.17 ms vs 1.49 ms), and the standard deviation of latency on the HuggingFace web application is higher than that of Streamlit (0.10 ms vs 0.49 ms), the duration of HuggingFace classification has an average classification time of 116 ms and a standard deviation of 5 ms, while Streamlit is lower, at 97 ms and standard deviation of 2 ms."
