"ABSTRAKPancasila adalah dasar Negara Kesatuan republik Indoneisa dan juga merupakan falsafah hidup bagi bangsa yang menjadi acuan universal nilai-nilai kehidupan, yang dimana harus dilaksanakan secara konsisten dalam berbangsa dan bernegara. Kepemimpinan negara harus mengacu pada nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila dan harus mampu mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai tersebut ke dalam fungsi dan perannya sebagai seorang pemimpin. Nilai-nilai dari kepemimpinan Pancasila adalah: Spiritual, Humanisasi, Nasionalis, Demokratis dan Keadilan Sosial (social justice). Kelima nilai-nilai kepemimpinan tersebut sudah mengacu kepada kelima sila yang ada di Pancasila. Kepemimpinan Pancasila harus bisa bertindak dan berperilaku sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Pemimpin yang berbasis Pancasila akan mampu mengelola kebhinekaan dengan baik, menjaga keutuhan negara Republik Indonesia, membuat Indonesia menjadi bangsa yang besar, serta menjadikan Indonesia ke arah yang lebih baik."
