"ABSTRACTThis article begins with a small reflection on the importance of oral skills in Spanish for foreigners. Next, it assesses briefly the disagreement between the written and grammatical competences with respect to the oral ones, stating that students present, both in Spanish and in other languages, deficiencies in the oral comprehension that the system should correct. Finally, the author presents an active, individualized and self-correcting methodology that she has successfully implemented in several courses and levels at the University of Osaka during the first term of the 2018-2019 academic year. This methodology will be used in the future in order to check its long-term results and the possible changes in its development."

"Etnis Cina Benteng adalah sebutan untuk etnis Cina Peranakan yang bermukim di kawasan Tangerang. Mereka umumnya menempati rumah yang bentuknya melebar, dengan halaman depan yang luas serta tata ruang yang seimbang pada bagian kiri dan kanan rumah. Susunan tata ruang pada sisi kiri rumah akan sama dengan tata ruang sisi kanannya. Melalui metode kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan tata ruang rumah Cina Benteng dan juga menguraikan unsur budaya yang terdapat dalam rumah Cina Benteng, khususnya di rumah milik Oen En Cung yang terletak di desa Cukanggalih, Tangerang. Untuk itu, penulis melakukan observasi langsung dengan mendatangi beberapa rumah Cina Benteng di Tangerang, khususnya rumah Oen En Cung. Penulis juga mengadakan wawancara dengan narasumber untuk verifikasi data yang diperoleh. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa meja abu yang merupakan manisfestasi dari xiao masih terdapat dalam rumah Cina Benteng, begitu pula dengan penolak bala. Namun, tata ruang rumah yang diatur berdasarkan hongshui tidak lagi diperhatikan.

The Chinese Benteng ethnic group is a term for the Peranakan Chinese who live in the Tangerang area. They generally occupy a house that is wide in shape, with a large front yard and a balanced layout on the left and right of the house. The layout on the left side of the house will be the same as the layout on the right. Through qualitative methods, this study aims to describe the shape and layout of the Cina Benteng house and also describe the cultural elements contained in the Cina Benteng house, especially in the house of Oen En Cung located in Cukanggalih village, Tangerang. For this reason, the author made direct observations by visiting several Chinese Benteng houses in Tangerang, especially Oen En Cung's house. The author also conducted interviews with resource persons to verify the data obtained. From this study it was found that the table of ash which is a manifestation of the xiao is still present in the China Benteng house, as well as the repellent against reinforcements. However, the layout of the house that is arranged according to hongshui is no longer considered."
