"Pandemi Covid-19 masuk ke Indonesia pada awal tahun 2020 dan mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Pemerintah berusaha melakukan upaya pencegahan penyebaran virus corona dengan menerapkan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). Tempat-tempat umum terpaksa ditutup sementara. Banyak kegiatan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara tatap muka harus beralih ke ruang online untuk sementara waktu. Aplikasi video conference seperti Zoom merupakan salah satu platform yang sering digunakan pada saat proses pembelajaran online. Lansia sebagai kelompok yang paling tertinggal dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) perlu beradaptasi dengan perubahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerimaan dan penggunaan aplikasi Zoom oleh lansia peserta LBIQ selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini mengadopsi model UTAUT yang telah dikembangkan oleh Raza et al., (2020). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 lansia peserta LBIQ. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner melalui google form dengan teknik individual reported yaitu responden mengisi survei tanpa bantuan dari peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor harapan terhadap kinerja yang meningkat, tingkat kemudahan dalam menggunakan teknologi, pengaruh dari lingkungan sosial, fasilitas yang mendukung dan niat untuk menggunakan aplikasi Zoom disetujui oleh para responden. Sedangkan variabel ketakutan terhadap virus corona dan variabel isolasi sosial tidak disetujui oleh responden

The Covid-19 pandemic entered Indonesia in early 2020 and affected various aspects of people's lives. The government is trying to prevent the spread of the corona virus by implementing Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). Public areas have been temporarily closed. Many activities that were previously carried out face-to-face have had to switch to online for a while. Video conferencing applications such as Zoom are one of the platforms that are often used during the online learning process. The elderly as the most lagged group in using information and communication technology (ICT) need to adapt to these changes. This study aims to determine the acceptance and use of the Zoom application by LBIQ participants during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study adopts the UTAUT model which has been developed by Raza et al., (2020). The sample in this study was 80 elderly LBIQ participants. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires via google form with the reported individual technique of respondents filling out a survey without any help from the researcher. The results showed that the factors of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition and behavioral intention to use the Zoom application has been approved by the respondents. While the variable of the corona fear and the social isolation were not approved by the respondents."
