"Bangunan-bangunan peninggalan Belanda dapat ditemukan di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia salah satunya di kota Bogor, Jawa Barat. Pada jurnal ini peneliti akan meneliti gedung BAKORWIL Badan Koordinasi Wilayah Bogor. Jurnal ini akan membahas bentuk adaptasi Neoklasik pada eksterior gedung kantor BAKORWIL Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengetahui bentuk adaptasi Neoklasik pada eksterior gedung bangunan BAKORWIL Bogor. Tahapan penelitian ini berupa 1 melakukan studi pustaka untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait gaya arsitektur Neoklasik dan Jawa Barat, 2 melakukan studi lapangan, 3 melakukan analisis mengenai bentuk adaptasi yang terdapat pada eskterior gedung tersebut. Adaptasi budaya pada gedung ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa bagian seperti atap dan jendela bangunan.Kata kunci: Gedung BAKORWIL Bogor, Neoklasik, Adaptasi budaya.

Buildings from the colonial era can be found throughout Indonesia, one of them is in Bogor City, West Java. This research will focuses on the building of BAKORWIL Badan Koordinasi Wilayah of Bogor City. This research will discuss about the adaptation of Neo classical architecture on the exterior of the building of BAKORWIL of Bogor City. The phases of this research are 1 references study to get the information about Neo classical and West Javanese architecture, 2 field study, 3 analysis on the form of adaptation on the exterior of the building. "Penelitian ini membahas karakteristik gaya Indische Empire pada bangunan Stasiun Bogor. Penulis ingin menyoroti eksterior bangunan lama Stasiun Bogor dan upaya pelestariannya yang dilakukan oleh PT Kereta Api Indonesia Persero . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dari penelitian ini terlihat bahwa eksterior bangunan tersebut memiliki karakteristik gaya Indische Empire yang dipadukan dengan unsur modern dan renovasi berkala diupayakan untuk melindungi dan mempertahankan gaya bangunan lama tersebut yang kini menjadi cagar budaya di Kota Bogor.

This research gives an elaboration about Indische Empire style characteristic of Bogor Station building. The writer wants to highlight the exterior of the old building of Bogor Station and conservation efforts undertaken by PT Kereta Api Indonesia Persero . The methods which is used in this research is descriptive qualitative. From this reasearch, it can be seen that the building rsquo s exterior has the characteristic of Indische Empire style combined with modern elements and renovation gradually attempted to maintain and protect the style of the old building which is now a cultural heritage in Bogor."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisis bentuk adaptasi Art Deco pada eksterior Gedung Filateli Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan secara rinci elemen-elemen pendukung teori Art Deco serta memaparkan bentuk-bentuk adaptasi arsitektur Art Deco dalam eksterior bangunan Gedung Filateli Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Art Deco pada eksterior Gedung Filateli terletak hampir pada seluruh bagian eksterior dan ditemukan juga keberadaan unsur adaptasi yang dilakukan dengan arsitektur lokal pada beberapa bagian eksterior gedung.

This journal discussed the analysis of the Art Deco adaptation form on the Gedung Filateli Jakarta exteriors. The purpose of this research is to describe in detail the supporting elements of the Art Deco theory and the form compositions of Art Deco architecture adaptation on the building exterior. Descriptive analysis with literature research and observational study is used to analyze this study. The results showed that the characteristic of Art Deco is adapted on almost exterior parts, and also there are several elements of adaptation with local architecture existed on some exteriors."

ABSTRACTThis journal discusses one of the Dutch heritage buildings that are still actively used as a center for research anddevelopment of the agro industry by the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Industry. This research discussed the Art Deco characteristic that was applied in the exterior of the Cirebon branch of Bank Indonesia building. The purpose of this research is to describe Art Deco style on that building and to observe the application of Art Deco style in the tropical climate. The method used in this research is by combining these literature reviews and doing a site visit to the Cirebon branch of Bank Indonesia building. The result of this research shows that the Art Deco characteristic that was applied in the exterior of Cirebon branch of Bank Indonesia building is an instance of a decorative ornament with some adaptation in the use of facade color and building shape to match the tropical climate of Cirebon."

"ABSTRAKBatavia memiliki peranan penting sebagai pusat pengawasan perdagangan di Nusantara pada masa VOC. Pada masa Hindia-Belanda pembangunan gedung-gedung kantor dan fasilitas umum dilakukan cepat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi dan industri. Peranan para arsitek dalam membangun gedung-gedung di Batavia sangatlah besar. Salah satunya adalah Frans Johan Lauren Ghijsels. Gedung kantor John Peet & co. dan Maintz & co adalah dua bangunan yang dibangun oleh Ghisels. Kedua bangunan tersebut memiliki fungsi sebagai kantor dan terletak bersebelahan yaitu di jalan Kali Besar Barat, Jakarta. Kedua bangunan tersebut bergaya Art Deco.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat karakteristik kedua bangunan serta persamaan ciri khas di kedua bangunan. ABSTRACT

Batavia had an important role as a trading control center in Archipelago during VOC era. During Dutch East Indies era, offices and public facilities was built rapidly, in order to meet economical and industrial requirements. Architects, Frans Johan Lauren Ghisels among others, had an important role in constructing Batavia?s buildings. Ghisels was the architect behind John Peet & co and martz &co office building. Both building was built next to each other in West Kali Besar, Jakarta Both of these buildings consist of Art Deco architecture.

This research is conducted to observe the architectural characteristics of both John Peet & co, and Maintz & co buildings, and compare the similarities between the two buildings. Research method that was used to analyze the founding in this research is descriptive qualitative.

The result shows that there are certain characteristics in the mass and columns, roof, ventilation, windows, doors, and ornaments of the building."
