"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kolaborasi antara writing center dan layanan referensi di Perpustakaan Sampoerna University. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kesiapan pustakawan dan mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa dan tutor writing center mengenai potensi kolaborasi kedua layanan tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang pernah memanfaatkan layanan di writing center, tutor writing center, dan pustakawan Perpustakaan Sampoerna University. Teknik pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pustakawan siap dengan kolaborasi tersebut dilihat dari SDM dan koleksi yang dimiliki oleh perpustakaan. Mahasiswa dan tutor pun menjelaskan bahwa kolaborasi layanan tersebut akan berkesinambungan dan menghasilkan suatu yang positif dalam membantu mahasiswa dalam penulisan karya ilmiahnya, namun harus didukung oleh kebijakan yang jelas dan terstruktur.

This study discusses the collaboration between writing center and reference service in Library of Sampoerna University. This study aims to see the readiness of librarians and to describe the perceptions of students and tutors of writing center about the potential collaboration of both services.

The research is conducted using qualitative research method with descriptive studies. Informants in this research are students who have utilized the writing center, tutor of writing center, and librarian in Library of Sampoerna University. Sample selection technique is done by using purposive sampling technique.

The results in this study show that librarians are ready for the collaboration, viewed from the human resources and collections owned by the library. Students and tutors explain that the collaboration of these services will be sustainable and it enables students to write paper easier as long as is supported by a clear and structured policy."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi dan menemukan makna dari strategi yang dilakukan Perpustakaan Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan keberlanjutan sosial perpustakaan. Pertanyaan penelitian dalam kajian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana strategi peningkatan keberlanjutan sosial Perpustakaan TIM dalam mendukung konsep Perpustakaan Hijau? dan 2) Apa saja faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam mewujudkan konsep perpustakaan hijau melalui melalui proses keberlanjutan sosial di Perpustakaan TIM?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, berjenis studi kasus periode bulan Juli-November 2022 dan memilih informan dengan metode purposive sampling. Penjaringan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Signifikansi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap strategi dalam memenuhi konsep perpustakaan hijau. Strategi peningkatan keberlanjutan sosial pada perpustakaan TIM mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi hingga mencapai tahap kemandirian, sedangkan keberlanjutan lingkungan masih berada pada tahap pemberdayaan. Komitmen perpustakaan, berupa motto, prinsip dan sifat perpustakaan yang hadir dalam tahap pengembangan masyarakat adalah yang paling mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan dan ekonomi dari konsep perpustakaan hijau. Namun, terdapat hambatan yang dirasakan Perpustakaan TIM, yaitu adanya persepsi lama masyarakat mengenai perpustakaan diharapkan dapat diatasi melalui strategi yang tengah dilakukan oleh Perpustakaan TIM dengan terus menciptakan program-program pemberdayaan yang bersifat kreatif sehingga dapat menarik partisipasi atau minat masyarakat dan menciptakan persepsi baru terhadap perpustakaan.

This study aims to describe the strategy and find the meaning of the strategy carried out by the Taman Ismail Marzuki Library (TIM) in increasing the social sustainability capabilities of the library. The research questions in this study are 1) What is the strategy for increasing the social sustainability of the TIM Library in supporting the Green Library concept? and 2) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors in realizing the green library concept through the process of social development in the TIM Library?. This study used a qualitative approach, in the form of case studies for the period July-November 2022 and selected informants using a purposive sampling method. The data collection used is interview, observation, and document analysis. The significance of this study is to uncover strategies in fulfilling the green library concept. The strategy for increasing social development at the TIM library supports economic development to a level of independence, while environmental development is still at the empowerment stage. The commitment of the library in the form of mottos, principles and characteristics of libraries that are present in the community development stage is the one that most supports the environmental and economic sustainability of the green library concept. However, there are obstacles that are felt by the TIM Library, namely the existence of old community perceptions about the library which is expected to be overcome through the strategy being carried out by the TIM Library by continuing to create empowerment programs that are creative so as to attract community participation or interest and create new perceptions of the library."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang keberlanjutan sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Gunadarma yang menerapkan sistem informasi perpustakaan baru dalam memudahkan kinerja pustakawan. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Gunadarma dari offline ke online serta mengetahui keberlanjutan sistem informasi Perpustakaan Universitas Gunadarma dalam menerapkan sistem yang baru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan analisis dokumen terkait keberlanjutan pada sistem informasi perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberlanjutan sistem informasi Perpustakaan Universitas Gunadarma sudah terbilang cukup bagus akan tetapi pustakawan yang ada di sana harus memperhatikan penyesuaian-penyesuaian pada perubahan yang terjadi. Temuan penelitian juga mengungkapkan bahwa sebaik-baiknya sistem yang dirancang oleh ahli IT belum tentu dapat digunakan dengan baik oleh penggunanya. Studi ini menyarankan agar perpustakaan dapat mempertahankan keberlanjutannya dengan melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan pada sistem serta memberikan sosialisasi dan melakukan analisis kebutuhan pengguna pada mahasiswa agar mereka dapat memahami dan dapat mengakses sistem ini dengan baik dan benar.

This study discusses the sustainability of the Gunadarma University library information system which implements a new library information system to facilitate the performance of librarians there. This study aims to identify changes in the Gunadarma University library information system from offline to online and to determine the sustainability of the Gunadarma University Library information system in implementing the new system. Data collected through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis related to the sustainability of the library information system. The results show that the sustainability of the Gunadarma University Library information system is quite good, but the librarians who are there must pay attention to adjustments to the changes that occur. The study findings also reveal that the best system designed by IT experts can not necessarily be used properly by its users. This study suggests that library should keep their system sustain with system maintenance and they need to socialize and make the user needs about the system so that they able to access the system properly."
