"ABSTRAKThe central theme in this paper is the problem of shifting from natural language descriptions, as in traditional dictionaries and thesauri, to working IT (Information Technology) systems that support people carrying out their administrative tasks. An explicit description of the specific language used in an organization is necessary to guarantee properly working IT systems and a healthy flow of information. Traditionally, there are different ways of capturing such a vocabulary. Different options are considered, arguing that the general form of a thesaurus offers the optimal solution for a broad range of cases. Various requirements for such a thesaurus are examined. A real world example is discussed in some detail. Finally, the paper examines how modern Web technology can help optimizing the creation, management and use of enterprise thesauri. Using these technologies, the enterprise thesaurus can take up new roles in managing the information household of an organization."

"ABSTRAKJurnal ini berjudul Kesepadanan Penerjemahan Kosakata Bermuatan Budaya dalam KomikSelamat Pagi Urbaz karya Beng Rahadian dan Terjemahannya Guten Morgen Urbaz oleh JanBudweg. Masalah penelitiannya adalah bagaimana penerjemah menerjemahkan unsur budaya kedalam hasil terjemahannya, metode apa saja yang digunakan dalam menerjemahkan unsur-unsurbudaya dan pergeseran apa yang terjadi pada hasil terjemahan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwadari tujuh data, tiga diantaranya dinyatakan sepadan penerjemahannya dan empat lainnyadinyatakan tidak maksimal kesepadanannya, karena adanya pergeseran yang terjadi. Tetapi secarakeseluruhan makna yang terkandung pada Bsa tidak bergeser, karena penerjemah mencari padananbudaya atau istilah yang terdekat dengan Bsu.

ABSTRACTThis journal is titled Equivalence of Culture Vocabulary Translation in Comic Selamat PagiUrbaz by Beng Rahadian and Its German Translation Guten Morgen Urbaz by Jan Budweg.The issues in this research are how the translator translated cultural aspects to the translatedcomic, what kind of methods he used in order to translate cultural aspects and what kind oftranslation shift appears in the translated comic. The research has shown that out of seven data,three of them are equivalent translation and the rest of its data arent equivalent. However, themeanings in translated language relatively arent shifted, because the translator seeks for culturalequivalent or the closest terms with source language."
