"ABSTRAK
Sistem Informasi Geospasial Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan KLHK merupakan sistem elektronik strategis yang menangani 33 informasi geospasial. KLHK membutuhkan suatu perencanaan manajemen risiko keamanan informasi yang mendukung sistem informasi geospasial. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis serta merancang manajemen risiko keamanan informasi geospasial KLHK dengan menerapkan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, studi dokumen dan literatur serta pengolahan data dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja ISO 27005:2011 dan ISO 27002:2013. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah dokumen perencanaan manajemen risiko keamanan informasi berupa dokumen penanganan risiko, rekomendasi kontrol untuk mengurangi risiko dan penerimaan risiko sebagai solusi kebijakan dalam keamanan informasi geospasial KLHK.

ABSTRACT
Geospatial Information Systems of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry KLHK is an electronic system that handle 33 strategic geospatial information. KLHK requires an information security risk management plan that supports geospatial information systems. The study will analyze and design the information security risk management at KLHK by applying geospatial data collection through interviews, documents and literature studies as well as data processing using ISO 27005 2011 and 27002 2013 framework. The results obtained from this study is document of information security risk management plan in the form of risk mitigation document, recommendations to reduce the risk and control of risk acceptance as a solutions in geospatial information security policy."

"ABSTRAK
Persaingan di industri migas untuk meningkatkan efisiensi biaya operasi dan investasi sangat ketat. Masalah ini tidak hanya disebabkan oleh ketidakpastian harga migas, tetapi juga oleh rendahnya tingkat efisiensi perusahaan-perusahaan migas. Masalah ini berpengaruh pada investasi di VICO dimana setiap investasi, termasuk investasi teknologi informasi, memerlukan evaluasi dan justifikasi yang lebih kuat agar dapat disetujui oleh manajemen.
Fokus pembahasan tesis ini adalah penerapan metodologi Information Economics untuk mengevaluasi biaya dan manfaat investasi proyek VICOPIMS (VICO Pipeline Information Management System). Pada analisis manfaat tangible, dievaluasi manfaat pengurangan biaya langsung. Pada analisis manfaat quasi tangible, dievaluasi efek investasi teknologi informasi pada kinerja bisnis. Pada analisis manfaat intangible, dievaluasi keselarasan antara business objective dan VICO Information Technology Strategic Plan dengan VICOPIMS. Kontribusi terbesar VICOPIMS terdapat pada manfaat quasi tangible value linking, yakni peningkatan akurasi corrosion analysis yang dapat mencegah kebocoran pipa.
Information Economics adalah sekumpulan teknik perhitungan untuk mengkuantifikasi manfaat tangible, quasi tangible dan intangible dari suatu investasi pada proyek teknologi informasi. Teknik tersebut terdiri atas cost-benefit analysis, value, linking, value acceleration, value restructuring, innovation valuation, business domain value, dan technology domain value.

ABSTRACT
Competition in oil and gas industry to increase efficiency of operational expense and investment is tough. This problem is happened not only due to uncertainty of oil-gas price, but also due to low efficiency level of oil-gas companies. This problem has influenced VICO investment so all investments, including information technology investment, need stronger justification to have management approval.
This thesis focuses on implementation of Information Economics methodology to evaluate the cost and benefit of VICOPIMS (VICO Pipeline Information Management System) project investment. In tangible benefit analysis, evaluation is done on direct cost reduction. In quasi tangible benefit analysis, evaluation is done on information technology investment effects on the business performance. In intangible benefit analysis, evaluation is done on alignment between business objective and VICO IT Strategic Plan with VICOPIMS. The major contribution of VICOPIMS is found on quasi tangible value linking benefit, i.e. increasing corrosion analysis accuracy that prevents pipeline leakage.
Information Economics consists of measurement tools to quantify the tangible, quasi tangible, and intangible benefit of information technology investment. The tools are costbenefit analysis, value linking, value acceleration, value restructuring, innovation valuation, business domain value, and technology domain value."

"A model to contour hydrographic data was designed to determine the depth of water. Because uf sparse and random nature of the given data, we superimposed an optimally sized grid system on the region and assigned the known data at their corresponding grid points. Thon We used the principle of minimum curvature tn derive finite difference? equations that calculated the remaining grid points. We iterated these equations until a convergence criterion of 0.01 over the whole grid was reached; this gave us a grid of values to contour. To insure corvergent.e of the grid before round-off error swamped the routine, we put the grid through an initializenq routine. The Geographical Information System is used to develop a powerful set of tools for concerting and displaying hydrographic data from the real world."

"BankMarsmap adalah sistem informasi marketing berbasiskan geografis yang membantu bank untuk menelaah penetrasi produk perbankan serta dapat membantu menentukan lokasi terbaik untuk pembukaan cabang baru. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik, BankMarsmap harus melihat faktor lain yang berpengaruh terhadap penentuan lokasi yaitu risiko. Pengembangan aplikasi BankMarsmap dengan memasukkan faktor risiko dimulai dengan menelaah risiko-risiko dari suatu bisnis perbankan, dengan mengacu terhadap aturan Bank Indonesia mengenai Risiko. Selanjutnya dilakukan survey terhadap salah satu pemakai BankMarmap untuk mengetahui sejauh mana faktor risiko berperan dalam bisnis prosesnya. Pengembangan aplikasi BankMarsmap harus meninjau sistem aplikasi ini secara rinci, untuk kemudian ditambahkan fungsi-fungsi baru yang mendukung analis risiko. Analisis risiko yang dicakup meliputi metodologi pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan FAST. Harapan dari pengerjaan proyek akhir ini adalah membantu mengembangkan aplikasi BankMarmap sehingga dapat menelaah lebih rinci mengenai faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap penentuan cabang baru, tidak hanya ditinjau dari faktor pendapatan (revenue) saja tetapi juga ditinjau dari sisi risiko. Dengan pengembangan aplikasi ini diharapkan informasi yang dihasilkan dapat lebih lengkap untuk pengambilan keputusan pembukaan cabang baru.

Bank Marsmap is a marketing information system. Having gepgraphical basis, it support the banks to conduct research on the penetration of banking products and to determine the best and suitable location to establish new branches. To achive better results, Bank Marsmap requires to consider other factor, that is a risk, which influences the determination of location. The Development of Bank Marsmap's application which involves a risk factor begins with studying the risk of banking business by referring to BI regulation about Risks. The, survey on one of BankMarmap's users will be conducted. It is done to find out how big the role of risk factor in his or her business process. The development of Bank Marsmap application needs to consider its application system in details. Furthermore, new fucntions supporting the risk analysis could be added. The risk analysis includes application development methodology using FAST. The completion of this project was wished to help the development of BankMarsmap's application. therefor, it enebles to conduct research in more details on factor that influence the determination of new branches. It might be studied either through revenue factor or through risk factor. Through the development of this application it was wished that the information to decide the establishment of new branches be more complete."
