"ABSTRAK
Banyak kontribusi positif yang didapatkan dari pegawai yang memiliki engagement yang kuat terhadap perusahaan. Salah satu penentu engagement adalah pemenuhan terhadap kebutuhan pelatihan dan pengembangan pegawai. Kegiatan unit pelatihan saat ini mulai bertransformasi menjadi corporate university. Menurut Meister 1998 , perbedaan kedua unit pembelajaran tersebut terletak pada kurikulumnya. Apabila bentuk kegiatan pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement, maka pelatihan dari corporate university diasumsikan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap engagement. Didukung pengaruh moderasi budaya pembelajaran, kegiatan pelatihan dan pengembangan akan memberi pengaruh yang lebih baik lagi bagi employee engagement. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum corporate university berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement. Budaya pembelajaran juga terbukti menjadi moderator pada hubungan antara kurikulum corporate university dengan employee engagement. ABSTRACT
There are many positive contributions sourced from an engaged employee. One determinant of employee engagement is the fulfillment of training and development needs. Many training unit has transformed itself into a corporate university. Meister 1998 said that the difference between those two entities lie on the curriculum. If previous style of learning has had a positive effect to employee engagement, it is assumed that training from corporate university will also has a positive effect to employee engagement. Learning culture is assumed to moderate the relationship between corporate university 39 s curriculum and employee engagement. From the research, it is found that corporate university 39 s curriculum has positive effect to employee engagement, while learning culture is found to be moderating the relationship between corporate university 39 s curriculum and employee engagement. "

Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis core processes yang diterapkan di X University berdasarkan konsep corporate university wheel. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yakni dengan melakukan wawancara dengan perwakilan dari X University untuk memperoleh informasi mendalam mengenai penerapan konsep corporate university di PT.X . Secara garis besar dari hasil penelitian X University sudah memahami dan menerapkan konsep corporate university dengan baik.

This study tries to evaluate the application of the Corporate University in PT. X called X University. Research carried out by analyzing core processes applied at the X University based on the concept of corporate university wheel. This research is conducted using qualitative methods by doing interviews with representatives from X University to obtain in-depth information regarding the application of the corporate university’s concept in PT.X. In general, X University already understand and had applied the concept of good corporate university."

"Penelitian tesis ini dilakukan di Organisasi Nirlaba XYZ, yang bekerja untuk memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Tantangan yang dihadapi organisasi ini adalah untuk membangun budaya pembelajaran organisasi agar bisa mencapai tujuan-tujuan strategisnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional dengan desain non-eksperimental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi budaya pembelajaran organisasi di XYZ adalah tools dan teknologi untuk berbagi pengetahuan dan perceived behavioral control. Untuk meningkatkan budaya pembelajaran organisasi di Organisasi Nirlaba XYZ, peneliti merekomendasikan intervensi berupa workshop tentang solusi tools dan teknologi untuk berbagi pengetahuan serta pelatihan manajemen waktu untuk meningkatkan faktor perceived behavioral control.

This research is conducted in the Organization XYZ; it is a not-for-profit organization working to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The challenge faced by the organization is to build an organizational learning culture in order to achieve its strategic objectives. The research is a correlational research with a non-experimental design. The result shows that the factors affecting organizational learning culture in XYZ are tools and technology for knowledge sharing and perceived behavioral control. As interventions to improve organizational learning culture in XYZ, the researcher recommends a workshop on tools and technology for knowledge sharing in XYZ and time management training to increase perceived behavioral control among the staff."

"Tesis ini membahas analisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan organisasi pembelajaran terhadap strategi bisnis serta persepsi terhadap kinerja perusahaan dalam konteks PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan dilakukan melalui survei terhadap karyawan PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan organisasi pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap cost leadership, differentiation dan focus strategy. Lebih lanjut ditemukan bahwa cost leadership strategy tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan differentiation dan focus strategy berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

This thesis describes the influence analysis of organizational culture and learning organization to business strategies and its perception to the corporate performance in the context of PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. This research is a quantitative study and conducted through a survey of employees of PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. The results showed that organizational culture and learning organization have positive significant effect on cost leadership, differentiation and focus strategies. Further found that the cost leadership strategy does not have positive effect on company performance, while differentiation and focus strategies have positive and significant effect on the performance of the company."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan variabel mediasi learning culture. Komunikasi Organisasi diukur dengan beberapa indikator dari Riggio 2009 , untuk learning culture diukur menggunakan konsep oleh Denison 1990 , dan yang terakhir untuk kinerja karyawan menggunakan pengukuran kinerja yang diterapkan di CNOOC SES Ltd. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 183. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi serta analisis mediasi causal step dan sobel test.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi organisasi mempengaruhi learning culture secara signifikan. Komunikasi organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. Learning Culture mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil uji mediasi yang telah dilakukan, learning culture mempengaruhi hubungan komunikasi organisasi dan kinerja karyawan sebagai mediasi secara signifikan.Kata kunci: Komunikasi Organisasi, Learning Culture, Kinerja Karyawan.

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational communication on employee performance by considering learning culture as a mediating variable. Organizational communication is measured by several indicators from Riggio 2009 , learning culture measured by several indocators from Denison 1990 , and employee performance using performance measures implemented at CNOOC SES Ltd. This study uses quantitative approach, collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 183 respondents. Data analysis was done by regression analysis and mediation analysis causal step and sobel test.
The results showed that organizational communication affect learning culture significantly. Organizational communication affects employee performance significantly. Learning Culture affects employee performance significantly. Based on mediation analysis, learning culture affects the relationship of organizational communication and employee performance significantly.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh organisasi pembelajar, budayaorganisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota kepolisianPolres Metropolitan Jakarta Utara. Organisasi pembelajar merupakan organisasiyang berusaha mentransformasikan dirinya sesuai dengan perkembanganlingkungan organisasi. Budaya organisasi adalah ldquo;shared values rdquo; sebagaiperwujudan nilai-nilai yang dibutuhkan bagi seluruh anggota organisasi untukmendukung keberhasilan tujuan organisasi Polres Metropolitan Jakarta Utara.Budaya organisasi diharapkan dapat membangun komitmen dan kepuasan kerjaanggota untuk mewujudkan tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini mengambil sampelsecara acak yaitu sebanyak 403 orang anggota polisi yang berada padalingkungan Polres Metropolitan Jakarta Utara dan Polsek jajaran. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji model pengaruh antara independent dan dependentvariabel digunakan analisis SEM Structural Equation Modelling.
Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa komitmen organisasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja r= 0.512. Selanjutnya organisasi pembelajar mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja r= 0.271. Dalam model SEM ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup kuat dan signifikan dengan organisasi pembelajar r= 0.625. Sedangkan variabel organisasi pembelajar mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi r= 0.271. Budaya organisasi tidak mempunyai pengaruhyang signifikan baik terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi.
Dari temuan dan analisis hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa komitmen organisasi pembelajar perlu dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerjaanggota. Organisasi pembelajar perlu ditansformsikan ke dalam organisasi untuk mendukung kepuasan kerja anggota. Organisasi pembelajar juga perlu ditransformasikan ke dalam organisasi sehingga dapat mewujudkan komitmenanggota terhadap organisasi khususnya dalam membangun budaya belajar dalamorganisasi Polres Metropolitan Jakarta utara.

This study was to examine the effect of learning organization, organizationalculture, and organizational commitment towards employees job satisfaction ofpolice officers at North Jakarta Metropolitan Resort Police. Learning organizationis an organization which often transforming itself in relation to the environmentalchange. While organizational culture is a shared values of organizational memberto create values which are needed to achieve the organizational success. Organizational culture was expected to build the organizational commitment andthe employees job satisfaction to reach the organization objective. This studyinclude 403 police officers randomly selected from Police Resort and Polsekoffice. To analyse the model of effect especially between independent dandependent variabel , this study used SEM Structural Equation Modelling.
The finding of the study indicated that the effect organizational commitment wassignificant to the employees job satisfaction r 0.512 . In addition, learningorganization had a significant relationship to employee job satisfaction r 0.271 .In SEM model of analysis was also found that organizational commitment wasstrongly significant effect to organizational culture r 0.625 . While, learningorganization was significantly effect the organizational commitment r 0.271 .Organizational culture was not significantly effect the organizational commitmentand employees job satisfaction.
Based on the findings and analysis, the study concluded that organizational commitment, learning organization need to bedeveloped at Police Resort to improve the employee job satisfaction. Learningorganization had to transform into the Polcice Resort to create employee job satisfaction. Learning organization was important to be transform into the PoliceResort to support the employees organizational commitment, especially to buildthe learning and service culture within the police officer at North Metropolitan Police Resort.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement, work environment, dan organizational learning terhadaporganizational commitment dengan studi pada perusahaan asuransi milik negara.Variabel employee engagementdiukur melalui perangkat Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES)oleh Schaufeli dan Bakker (2004), variabel work environmentdiukur berdasarkan McGuire dan McLaren (2009) dan Sedarmayanti (2001), sedangkan organizational learning diukur menggunakan teori dari Watkins dan Marsick (2003), dan variabel organizational commitment diukur menggunakan teori dari Mowday, Steers, dan Porter (1979).Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatankuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis dilakukan pada pegawai tetap non-manajerial di PT TASPEN (Persero) yang telah bekerja minimal selama satu tahun di perusahaan dengan jumlah responden terkumpul sebanyak 180 orang. Data penelitian ini dianalis menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Squaredengan bantuan perangkat lunak WarpPLS v.6. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa employee engagement dan organizational learningmemiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap organizational commitment pegawai. Berbeda dengan work environmentyang memiliki pengaruhdengan arah positifterhadap organizational commitmentpegawainamun tidak signifikan.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to examines the effect of employee engagement, work environment, and organizational learning on organizational commitment. Employee engagement variable is measured by Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) from Schaufeli and Bakker (2004), work environment is measured based on McGuire and McLaren (2009) and Sedarmayanti (2001), organizational learning is measured by theory from Watkins and Marsick (2003), and last for organizational commitment is measured by Mowday, Steers, and Porter (1979).This study uses quantitative approachin collecting data with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The analysis was conducted on non-managerial permanent employees at PT TASPEN (Persero) who had worked for at least one year in the company with 180 respondents collected. The data of this study were analyzed using Partial Least Square analysis techniques by using WarpPLS v.6. The results prove that employee involvement and organizational learning have a significant effect on employee organizational commitment. Whereas the work environment has a positive influence to the organizational commitment of employees but is not significant."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari corporate entrepreneurship dan authenticity  terhadap employee engagement. Variabel corporate entrepreneurship menggunakan konsep dari Hornsby, sedangkan variabel authenticity mengenai keterkaitan antara diri pribadi dengan lingkungannya menggunakan konsep Woods  dan konsep employee engagement mengenai keterikatan karyawan dengan perusahaan dan pekerjaan menggunakan konsep Gallup. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei pada karyawan  di PT Bukalapak yang telah bekerja minimal selama 1 (tahun) di perusahaan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 125 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Data penelitian ini dianalis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa corporate entrepreneurship dan authenticity memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement.

This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate entrepreneurship and authenticity towards employee engagement. The corporate entrepreneruship variable were measured through Hornby’s concept , while the authenticity variables about the similarity between internal condition and environment were measured by Wood  and the employee engagement variables about attachment between employee to their job and company were measured by Gallup . Data gathered  on the employees of  PT Bukalapak who had worked for at least a year in the company with the number of 125 employees. This study uses quantitative approach in collecting data with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The research data were analyzed using descriptive statistic analysis and regretion  analysis to test the relationship among variables. The results of this study provide an evidence that corporate entrepreneurship and authenticity have positive significance to employee engagement.

"Inovasi model bisnis dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan khususnya untuk menghadapi lingkungan bisnis yang tidak pasti. Dengan inovasi model bisnis perusahaan dapat mencipta nilai lebih bagi konsumen baik melalui inovasi dalam hal target pasar, produk yang ditawarkan maupun rantai nilai industrinya. Diharapkan inovasi model bisnis dapat menuju model bisnis sebagai platform yang adaptif dimana inovasi dilakukan bersama-sama melibatkan mulai dari pemasok bahan baku, proses produksi, saluran distribusi serta konsumen akhir. Namun, walau inovasi model bisnis penting, banyak perusahaan mengalami kesulitan melakukannya. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu studi deskripsi dan eksplanasi terhadap perusahaan yang berhasil untuk menjelaskan bagaimana dan mengapa mereka dapat melakukan inovasi model bisnis.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana peran pembelajaran organisasi dan budaya organisasi dalam mendorong terjadinya inovasi model bisnis di perusahaan. PT. Njonja Meneer dipilih sebagai unit analisis karena walaupun perusahaan jamu ini berada dalam industri kesehatan dengan campur tangan pemerintah sangat ketat dan disertai perubahan perilaku pasar maupun rusaknya citra jamu akibat jamu yang mengandung bahan kimia obat, PT. Njonja Meneer tetap mampu bertumbuh. Berdasarkan protokol studi kasus yang telah disusun maka dilakukan wawancara mendalam dan focus group discussion terhadap pemilik PT. Njonja Meneer, tim pengembangan, dan distributor tunggal.
Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan nexus antara pembelajaran organisasi, budaya organisasi, inovasi model bisnis dan kinerja perusahaan. Tahapan inovasi model bisnis yang terjadi diuraian berdasarkan Business Model Framework (Chesbrough, 2007). Kemudian diuraikan pula komponen-komponen model bisnis yang berperan pada masing-masing tahap inovasi model bisnis hingga menghasilkan kinerja.
Penelitian ini juga memberikan fakta tentang adanya paradoks budaya organisasi. Paradoks ini dipicu oleh adanya perubahan besar dalam lingkungan eksternal perusahaan. Paradoks ini kemudian memunculkan fenomena supply chain discontent yang memunculkan hambatan menuju model bisnis sebagai platform yang adaptif. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan paradoks budaya organisasi maka disarankan agar perusahaan keluarga mengadopsi perspektif pemangku kepentingan serta skema untuk mengatasi persoalan supply chain discontent. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis, proposisi maupun kontribusi manajemen terhadap perusahaan. Beberapa keterbatasan penelitian serta usulan penelitian lebih lanjut juga diungkapkan.

Business model innovation is needed especially to cope business environment's uncertainty. Business model innovation helps firm to create more value for their customer through innovation in term of target segment, product offering, and also industrial value chain.Through business model innovation, firm aims to get business model as an adaptif platform where innovation is done by firm along with their supply chain system. But, even business model innovation is so important, many firms were not able to implement it. Then, there is a need for a description and explanation study from a successful company to reveals how and why they conduct business model innovation.
This study aims to reveals how organizational learning and organizational culture could empower firm to conduct business model innovation. PT. Njonja Meneer is chosen as unit analysis. Even jamu industry were ruled aggressively by government and there were also many unfavorable situation such as customer behavior changing in consuming jamu and negative perception about jamu according to jamu that contained drug chemicals, PT. Njonja Meneer still able to grow. Based on a case study protocol, this study conducted in-depth interviews and focus group discussions toward the owner of PT. Njonja Meneer, development team and also their sole distributor.
This study revealed the nexus of organizational learning, organizational culture, business model innovation and firm’s performance. Stages of business model innovation are described by the business model framework (Chesbrough, 2007). Then, I elaborated the components of business model that plays important role in each stage of business model innovation to produce performance.
It also revealed facts that there were organizational culture paradox. This paradox is triggered by fundamental change in external business environment. Then, it brought up supply chain discontent issue that hampered firm’s effort to get business model as an adaptive platform. To cope with this culture paradox, company is advised to implement a stakeholder perspective as well as a scheme to solve supply chain discontent issue. Moreover, this study concluded some theoretical contributions, propositions as well as managerial contributions. Some research limitations and further research suggestions also be mentioned.
