ABSTRAKFaktor lokasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesuksesan suatu usaha. Adanya perbedaan sukses suatu usaha sering dipengaruhi ole faktor lokasi. Pertimbangan dalam penentuan lokasi usaha antara lain adalah pertimbangan aksesibilitas, visibilitas, dan jenis kegiatan masyarakat sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh faktor lokasi terhadap kesuksesan usaha pada usaha fotokopi di sekitar kampus UI Depok. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis spasial berdasarkan hasil observasi lapang, wawancara, dan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 52 orang pemilik usaha jasa fotokopi yang ada di sekitar kampus UI Depok. Hasil analisis memberikan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Aksesibilitas memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesuksesan usaha. 2) Visibilitas memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesuksesan usaha. 3) Jenis kegiatan masyarakat sekitar memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesuksesan usaha fotokopi di sekitar kampus UI Depok.
ABSTRACTFactors location is one of the factors that may influence the success of a business. The big difference in a successful business is often influenced by factors location. Considerations in determining the location of the business include consideration of accessibility, visibility and type of events surrounding communities. This study aims to examine the influence of location factor for the success of the business in the copier business around the UI campus in Depok. To achieve the purpose of research, analysis used is descriptive analysis and spatial analysis based on the results of field observation, interviews, and by giving questionnaires to 52 people photocopy service business owners who are around the UI campus in Depok. The results of the analysis provide the following conclusions: 1) Accessibility significant impact on business success. 2) Visibility a significant influence on the success of the business. 3) Type of activities surrounding communities have a significant influence on the success of the business copier around the UI campus in Depok."

Jigsaw menargetkan Generasi Y yang tinggal di benua Australia sebagai penggunanya. Kompetitor yang nantinya akan dihadapi adalah Blogger.com, Wordpress.com, Blog.com, Tumblr, dan Timehop. Dengan menggunakan beberapa teori marketing (seperti Product Life Cycle, Porter’s Five Forces Model, dan SWOT Analysis), pasar dilihat cukup attraktif dan menarik untuk dimasuki. Sumber pendapatan utama akan didapat melalui subscription. Sumber pendapatan lainnya akan didapatkan melalui branding, promosi, distribusi, dan dalam bentuk kerjasama.

Jigsaw will serve as an online journal service, subsequently letting users to track their daily online and offline activities. With core and augmented value offerings, Jigsaw will establish a unique selling proposition in the market, allowing users to revisit memories from the past in a simple way.Jigsaw has strategically segmented Gen Y and the Australia geographic region as its target market. Through the competitive analysis, it is discovered that there are a few major competitors such as Blogger.com, Wordpress.com, Blog.com, Tumblr, and Timehop. By using appropriate measures; PLC, Porter’s 5 Forces Model, and SWOT Analysis, the market attractiveness is found to be moderate. Jigsaw's revenue model proposes several ways to generate revenue. The primary revenue stream will be via a subscription for service. Secondary methods of generating revenue will be included in branding, promotion, distribution and partnerships."
