"Dalam pengaturan pasal 40 huruf m, Undang-Undang No. 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta mengatur mengenai ciptaan yang diberikan perlindungan sebagai hak cipta yaitu karya sinematografi. Dalam menciptakan suatu karya sinematografi, dapat dilakukan dengan cara proses penggandaan atau reproduksi suatu karya sinematografi yang ada lebih dahulu menjadi karya yang baru berdasarkan film aslinya atau yang terdahulu. Dalam Pasal 1 ayat 12,Penggandaan adalah proses, perbuatan, atau cara menggandakan satu salinan Ciptaan dan/atau fonogram atau lebih dengan cara dan dalam bentuk apapun, secara permanen atau sementara.Suatu karya Sinematografi merupakan suatu karya seni yang menampilkan suatu Ciptaan yang berupa gambar bergerak (moving images) secara nyata baik secara visual dan audiovisual oleh pihak-pihak yang ahli dibidang sinematografi berdasarkan pengembangan ide dan kreativitas yang bersifat pribadi dan khas/original. Perwujudan ide yang menghasilkan suatu karya Sinematografi secara nyata mendapatkan perlindungan hak cipta sebagaimana diatur pasal 40 huruf m, Undang-Undang No. 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta. Dalam hasil nyata karya sinematografi melekat suatu perlindungan hukum yang diberikan oleh UUHC 2014. Pencipta dan atau pemegang hak cipta karya Sinematografi tersebut, memiliki hak ekslusive terhadap karya sinematogafi baik itu hak ekonomi, moral, dan hak terkait. Dalam pengaturan perlindungan hak cipta karya Sinematogarfi yang telah diwujudkan secara nyata tersebut, tidak hanya mendapat perlindungan hukum terhadap UUHC 2014 namun juga mendapatkan perlindungan berdasarkan Konvensi-Konvensi Internasional Di Indonesia baru-baru ini telah terjadi suatu masalah yang hangat mengenai dugaan pelanggaran hak cipta karya sinematografi terhadap penggandaan atau reproduksi (film ke film ) serial Korea You Who Came From The Stars menjadi sinetron Kau Yang Berasal Dari Bintang. Terhadap dugaan pelanggaran penggandaan/reproduksi yang dilakukan pihak Production House Sinemart sebagai pemegang Hak Cipta sinetron Kau Yang Berasal Dari Bintang perlu dilakukan analisa dan pembuktian yang akurat terhadap perwujudan Ciptaan yang berupa gambar bergerak (moving images) secara nyata baik secara visual dan audiovisual yang mengambil ide dan ekspresi ide dari serial KoreaYou Who Came From The Stars.

In Article 40 letter m, Acts No. 28 Year of 2014 about Copyrights on the works that are protected as copyrights, among others is cinematography works. In creating one cinematography work, one of the methods is reproduction of a previous cinematography works that had been around into a new one. In Article 1 verse 12, Reproduction is a process, an act, or a method of reproducing a copy of a work and/or phonogram or more with whatever means or forms, either permanently or temporarily. A work of cinematograph is a work of art that shows a creation in the form of moving images in actual, either visually or with audio conducted by professionals in cinematography based on idea and creativity expansion which are personal and original. The form of ideas that creates a work of cinematography actually gained copyright protection as stated in Article 40 letter m, Acts No. 28 Year of 2014 about Copyrights. In an actual cinematography work, attached protection from the law given by UUHC 2014. The creator or the owner of that Cinematography Copyright, gets the exclusive rights to such work, either economic rights, moral rights, and other rights attached to it. In such actual Cinematography Copyright Protection, it gets not only the law protection from UUHC 2014, but also protection based on International Convention. In Indonesia today, there is an emerging problem regarding allegation on Cinematography Copyright violation in regards to the reproduction (movie to movie ) of Korean series titled You Who Came From The Stars being retitled as Kau Yang Berasal Dari Bintang. To this allegation conducted by Production House Sinemart as the copyright owner of series Kau Yang Berasal Dari Bintang needs to be analyzed and an accurate evidence regarding the actual works on moving images, visually and with audio that grabs the idea and expression featured in Korean series Who Came From The Stars."

"ABSTRAK
Transhumanisme adalah gerakan global yang bertujuan untuk mengubah kondisi manusia dengan
mengembangkan dan menciptakan teknologi untuk meningkatkan intelektual, fisik, dan psikologis
manusia. Tujuan dari transhumanisme adalah mencapai keabadian dan evolusi manusia.
Transhumanisme menjadi topik luas dalam film fiksi ilmiah dan menimbulkan tahun ke tahun. Sebagai
contoh, Chappie (2015), adalah salah satu film fiksi ilmiah yang memiliki masalah tentang bagaimana
transhumanisme dapat mengubah manusia menjadi posthuman. Transhumanisme digambarkan dalam
robot yang hidup dan sadar bernama Chappie, yang kesadarannya diprogram oleh pembuatnya, Deon
Wilson. Transhumanisme dapat menyebabkan kepunahan manusia, yang merupakan masalah serius
yang mungkin kita hadapi di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bagaimana
transhumanisme diwakili dalam film Chappie sebagai prediksi kehidupan masa depan posthuman.
Analisis ini terdiri dari lima aspek transhumanisme yang akan digunakan untuk menjelaskan
penggambaran transhumanisme dalam film Chappie meliputi dialog dan gambar. Argumen-argumen
disertakan dan didukung oleh teori dan fakta dari beberapa ilmuwan dan juga peneliti transhumanisme
(analisis tekstual). Dengan demikian, penerapan teori-teori ini menunjukkan bahwa representasi
transhumanisme dalam film bisa dianggap menentang nilai-nilai kemanusiaan

ABSTRACT
Transhumanism is a global movement that purposes to transform human condition by developing and
creating widely available technologies to greatly enhance human intellectual, physical, and
psychological. The purpose of transhumanism is for immortality and human evolution.
Transhumanism becomes a widespread topic in Science Fiction movie and it rises years by years. For
example, Chappie (2015) is one of Sci-Fi movie that has the issue of how transhumanism changes
human into a Posthuman. Transhumanism is portrayed in the alive and conscious robot named
Chappie, which its consciousness is programmed by its maker, Deon Wilson. Transhumanism may
lead to human extinction, which is a serious problem that we may face in the future. This research
aims to show how transhumanism is represented in the movie Chappie as a prediction of posthuman
future life. The analysis consists of five transhumanism aspects that will be used to explain the
portrayal of transhumanism in the film, and it also involves dialogues and pictures. Included
arguments are supported by some scientists’ and researchers’ theories and facts about transhumanism
(textual analysis). As such, the application of these theories suggests that the representation of
transhumanism in the film could be considered opposing the human values."
