"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh training, career development dan performance management terhadap employee competencies, employee performance  dan organizational capability. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Lembaga Negara yang Independen yang berperan sebagai Lembaga Regulator Industri Keuangan Indonesia. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner. Sebelum disebarkan, kuesioner penelitian telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan SPSS. Jumlah responden adalah 445 pegawai. Pengolahan data untuk membuktikan hipotesis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) Lisrel 8.80. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa training dan performance management berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap employee competencies, career development tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee competencies, employee competencies berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap employee performance, employee performance berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap organizational capability.

The objectives of this research are to examine and analyze the effect of training, career development and performance management on employee competencies, employee performance and organizational capability. This research was conducted at an Independent State Institution that acts as a Regulatory Agency for the Indonesian Financial Industry. The data collection technique was done by distributing questionnaires. Before being distributed, the research questionnaire had been tested for validity and reliability using SPSS. The number of respondents was 445 employees. Data processing to prove the  hypothesis using the Lisrel 8.80 Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The results show that training and performance management had a significant and positive effect on employee competencies, career development had no significant effect on employee competencies, employee competencies had a significant and positive effect on employee performance, employee performance had a significant and positive effect on organizational capability."

"Teori Konstruksi Karir pada dasarnya menjelaskan bagaimana calling pada karyawan dapat terbentuk melalui proses adaptasi. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti hendak menunjukkan bagaimana faktor individu, khususnya trait memiliki peran penting dalam mempengaruhi penemuan calling, juga peneliti ingin menunjukkan bahwa faktor situasional seperti gaya kepemimpinan turut berperan dalam memperkuat faktor individu dalam menemukan calling. Pada penelitian ini partisipan diperoleh melalui teknik sampling convenience dan partisipan merupakan karyawan yang bekerja dalam sebuah perusahaan consumer goods dengan masa kerja minimal 1 tahun (N=145). Data yang diperoleh, dianalisis menggunakan teknik Moderated Multiple Regression melalui program IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk menjelaskan mekanisme penemuan calling menggunakan teori konstruksi karir secara pararel, dimana core self-evaluation sebagai bentuk kesiapan individu menghadapi perubahan dapat mempengaruhi calling secara langsung. Selain itu, individu yang merespon perubahan dengan perilaku proaktif seperti job crafting juga dapat menemukan calling mereka secara langsung. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses adaptasi individu, keterlibatan pemimpin yang transformasional juga mengambil bagian dalam upaya memperkuat hubungan antara core self-evaluation, job crafting dengan calling.

Career Construction Theory (CCT) explains how employee’s calling can be discovered through an adaptation process. Through this study, we aims to prove how individual factors especially traits have an important role in affecting the discovery of calling, as well we wants to investigate the situation factor such as leadership style were play a role in support individuals to find their calling on work. In this study, participants were set using a convenience sampling technique. Participants were employees from a consumer goods company with minimum 1 year of working experience. Data were analyzed using the Moderated Multiple Regression technique on the IBM SPSS version 26 programme. The results of this study contribute to proving the calling discovery mechanism using CCT but in a pararel way, where core self-evaluation as a form of individual readiness can directly affect calling on employee. In addition, individual who did a job crafting as a response to adaptation can also find their calling directly. Moreover, the results of this study shows in the adaptation process, the involvement of transformational leaders also takes part in strengthening the relationship between core self-evaluation, job crafting and calling."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa daya saing DKI Jakarta melalui identifikasi dan evaluasi kompetensi inti, infrastruktur strategis, dan risiko ekonomi yang mempengaruhi kinerja ekonomi DKI Jakarta. Untuk itu penelitian ini menggunakan Multi Sector Analysis (MSA) dengan menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan para responden ahli. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa orientasi perdagangan, kewirausahaan, dan jaringan usaha merupakan kompetensi inti Jakarta; jaringan telekomunikasi, listrik, dan pergudangan merupakan infrastruktur strategis Jakarta; dan risiko yang perlu diantisipasi Jakarta adalah bencana akibat ulah manusia dan bencana banjir.

The study aims to analize competitiveness of DKI Jakarta's through identification and evaluation the core competence, strategic infrastructure, and economic risk contributing to Jakarta's economic performance. This research uses Multi Sector Analysis (MSA) of primary data obtained through in-depth interviews to examine contributing factors to a Jakarta's competitiveness. Research reveals that trade orientation, entrepreneurship, and networking are the core competences; telecommunications, electricity, and storage are Jakarta's strategic infrastructures and thus the risk that should be anticipated by Jakarta are man made disaster and flood disaster."
