"Background: HIV/AIDS is a chronic, lifelong disease with a wide clinical spectrum which could decrease the quality of life. Objective symptoms measurement is important because it is correlated to treatment adherence and progressivity of the disease. Currently, there is no clinical tool available to evaluate symptoms of HIV infection and the treatment’s side effect for the outpatient setting. This study aimed is to assess the reliability of the Indonesian version of HIV Symptom Index for measuring symptoms of HIV/AIDS patients, and use it for assessment of their symptom profile. Methods: this is a cross sectional study in outpatient HIV/AIDS subjects (n=87) recruited in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital’s HIV clinic from September-November 2018. The HIV Symptom Index consisted of 20 items evaluating somatic, psychologic, and the combination of both symptoms, and its’ language adaptation to Indonesian was done with Beaton and Guillemin method. Reliability of the Indonesian version of HIV Symptom Index was tested by alpha cronbach’s a coefficient analysis, and the internal validity was tested with multitrait scaling analysis before being used to profile the symptom pattern of HIV/AIDS patients. Results: Indonesian version of HIV Symptom Index is reliable (cronbach alpha 0.76) and valid (multitrait correlation >0.4) for measuring symptoms of HIV/AIDS patients. The most common symptom is fatigue (55.7%), followed by insomnia (43.3%), dizziness and lightheadedness (42.3%), skin problems (42.3%), and pain, numbness, or tingling in the hands or feet (39.2%). Conclusion: Indonesian version of HIV symptom Index is reliable and valid to measure symptoms of HIV/AIDS patiens objectively."

The number of HIV/AIDS cases in Indonesia in March 2022 was reported to be around 97.6% in various districts/cities (Ministry of Health, 2022). Based on PTO (Drug Therapy Monitoring) data, 256 people chose to seek treatment for HIV/AIDS at the Jatinegara District Health Center, East Jakarta. This high number must be overcome with various efforts, one of which is by helping patients remember to take medication. To increase compliance, media is needed that can help remind patients to take medication regularly. One medium that can be used is a medication reminder calendar. It is hoped that this calendar can help HIV/AIDS patients increase adherence to taking medication, so that the healing process can be maximized and the risk of drug resistance can be avoided. The medication taking calendar for new HIV patients was designed using the editing features in the Canva application which was made on thick paper measuring 21 cm x 15 cm printed front and back. This calendar has the advantage that it is easy to use, when the patient has taken medication, the calendar can be checked according to the day of taking the medication. Apart from that, this calendar is small in size so it is easy to carry anywhere and is equipped with important dates to make it easier for patients, for example the return date for treatment, which indicates that on that date the patient must return to the Puskesmas for routine control and to redeem medication.

"In a digital world, job seekers prefer to use e-recruitment for a vacancy searching. Thus, the explanation
of the determinants of their attitude in using this technology is left unobserved. This article
reports the result of a survey study on how users utilize e-recruitment to search for works. Three
hundred eighty-five just-graduated undergraduate students answered questions regarding their
intention of using the e-recruitment under Theory of Acceptance Model. We propose Perceived Usefulness,
Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived of Enjoyment as the determinants of the job seekers
intention. Results showed that those three variables influence the decision making of job seekers.
We found also Perceived Usefulness is the mediating effect for jobs seekers in easy-to-use and enjoy
feeling. This article provides evidence that e-recruitment has to be friendly user and fun to use to
attract job seekers intention."

This study presents a job shop scheduling problem on a specific company. Job shop is a common problem, but in this study, there is a uniqueness of the job shop involving a repetition process of operation on certain jobs. As a result, dummy machine is ?added? to ease the problem. The model used 10 jobs, 85 orders and 6 different machines with 2 additional dummy machines. Differential evolution (DE) algorithm method is used to solve the problem, which minimizes the total cost of production. Scheduling with DE algorithm provides a quick solution.
