"Kanker merupakan pertumbuhan dari sel yang tidak terkendali dan dapat menyebar serta dapat menyebabkan kematian, sampai saat ini kanker menjadi masalah kesehatan baik di dunia maupun di Indonesia. Salah satu kanker yang sering terjadi pada wanita yaitu kanker servik. Pendekatan teori dalam asuhan keperawatan diperlukan dalam perawat pasien kanker. Karya Ilmiah Akhir merupakan laporam praktik residensi keperawatan medikal bedah peminatan onkologi di rumah sakit kanker Dharmais Jakarta.
Karya ilmiah ini terdiri dari: (1) penerapan teori peaceful end of life pada pasien kanker servik, (2) penerapan mengunyah permen karet meningkatkan motilitas usus pasca operasi ginekologi sebagai evidence based nursing serta (3) proyek inovasi kelompok yaitu pelatihan pengkajian edmonton symptom assessment system dan treatment.
Kesimpulan teori peaceful end of life tepat digunakan dalam perawatan paliatif pasien kanker. intervensi mengunyah permen karet dapat mempercepat motilitas usus pasca operasi dan pengajian edmonton symptom assessment system dan treatment dapat di aplikasikan dalam pengkajian pasien kanker dengan berbagai keluhan yang muncul.

Cancer is the growth of cells that are not controlled can spread and cause death, until now cancer health problem both in the world and in Indonesia. One of the most common cancers in women are cervical cancer. Theoretical approach in nursing care is needed in patients with cancer nurses. Final scientific work is The reports that medical-surgical nursing practice residency at a hospital oncology specialization Dharmais cancer Jakarta.
This scientific work consists of: (1) the application of the theory of peaceful end of life in patients with cervical cancer, (2) the application of chewing gum increases intestinal motility after gynecologic surgery as evidence based practice and (3) project groups, training assessment innovation edmonton symptom assessment system and treatment.
The conclusion of scientific work is theory peaceful end of life appropriate for use in the palliative care of cancer patients. Chewing gum intervention may accelerate postoperative intestinal motility and edmonton symptom assessment system and treatment can be applied in the assessment of cancer patients with a variety of complaints."

Diabetes mellitus (DM) merupakan salah satu dari penyakit kronis. Penanganan DM tidak hanya membutuhkan pendekatan medis, tetapi juga membutuhkan pendekatan multidisiplin termasuk pendekatan keperawatan. Salah satu pendekatan keperawatan yang digunakan adalah teori self care Orem. Tujuan dari teori self care Orem ini adalah memberikan asuhan keperawatan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian pasien dalam perawatan diri. Ners spesialis adalah perawat yang memiliki keahlian dalam bidang klinik, mampu memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien secara langsung atau tidak langsung dengan mempengaruhi tenaga keperawatan dibawahnya. Ners spesialis dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan harus berdasarkan pada evidence based nursing. Salah satu evidence based nursing pada pasien DM adalah diabetes self management education (DSME). Sebagai inovator, Ners spesialis melalukan inovasi promosi kesehatan pada pasien DM berupa pemeriksaan dan pemantauan kesehatan mandiri. "Penerapan Standar Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 sudah dilaksanakan di BRSU Tabanan sejak tahun 2009 sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan namun masih ada saja keluhan terhadap pelayanan di Badan Rumah Sakit Umum Tabanan. Sampai saat ini belum pernah dilakukan analisis kinerja pelayanan di IGD pada penerapan Standar Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 BRSU Tabanan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja pelayanan di IGD pada penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2008 di IGD BRSU Tabanan. Dilakukan bulan Agustus-Oktober 2013, dengan metode penelitian kualitatif yang dilengkapi dengan data kuantitatif yang merupakan data sekunder berupa sasaran mutu di IGD sebagai indikator kinerja. Responden untuk kepuasan pelayanan di IGD adalah pasien atau keluarganya yang datang bulan Agustus-Oktober 2013 yang bersedia mengisi kuesioner,sebanyak 150 orang. Staf IGD dan staf di bidang pelayanan yang bekerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai responden penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2008 di IGD berjumlah 71 orang. Wawancara mendalam kepada Direksi sebanyak 3 orang sebagai informan dalam informasi pencapaian kinerja di IGD dan penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2008. Analisis data dengan content analysis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja pelayanan di IGD sudah baik pada 9 sasaran mutu dari 12 sasaran mutu yang ada di IGD. Sasaran mutu yang belum baik adalah keluhan pelanggan, ketidakpuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan dokter dan angka kematian pasien di IGD ≤24 jam. Diperlukan peningkatan anggaran yang bertujuan untuk peningkatan kualitas SDM di IGD seiring dengan peningkatan pendapatan rumah sakit, melengkapi sarana untuk ruang intensif serta sosialisasi kembali penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2008

Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standards have been implemented in BRSU Tabanan since 2009 in an effort to improve the quality of care, but there are still complaints against the ministry in BRSU Tabanan. Until now, this has never been done in the Emergency Room service performance analysis on the application of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard BRSU Tabanan.
This study was conducted aimed to determine and analyze the performance of services in the emergency department on the application of ISO 9001:2008 QMS in Emergency Room BRSU Tabanan. Do months from August to October, 2013, with a qualitative research method that comes with the quantitative data is secondary data quality objectives in the Emergency Room as indicator performance. Respondents service satisfaction in the emergency department for patients or their families were coming month of August to October 2013, which are willing to fill out a questionnaire, as many as 150 people. Emergency Room staff and staff working in the field of service of at least 3 years as respondents in the application of ISO 9001:2008 QMS Emergency Room are 71. In-depth interviews to the Board of Directors as an informant were 3 people in the achievement of performance information in the Emergency Room and the application of ISO 9001:2008 QMS. Data were analyzed using content analysis.
The results show the performance of services in the Emergency Room already well on target mutul 9 of 12 quality objectives in the Emergency Room. Quality objectives is not good customer complaints , customer dissatisfaction with the services of doctors and patient mortality in Emergency Room ≤ 24 hours. Required an increase in the budget aimed at improving the quality of human resources in the emergency department with increasing hospital revenue, completing facilities for intensive care and resocialization of the application of ISO 9001:2008 QMS.

"Seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya pengetahuan dan kebutuhan masyarakat khususnya dalam hal pelayanan kesehatan, yang diikuti oleh adanya tuntutan masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang Iebih balk, maka institusi pelayanan kesehatan dituntut untuk selalu merespon perubahan yang terjadi. Kebijakan Pemerintah Propinsi DKI Jakarta memberikan kesempatan kepada rumah sakit daerah menjadi unit swadana adalah sebagai upaya pemerintah daerah dalam memperhatikan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar rumah sakit daerah dapat dikelola secara mandiri dan profesional sesuai dengan perkembangan tuntutan masyarakat. Salah satu indikator keberhasilan rumah sakit sebagai unit swadana adalah berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang mereka berikan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penulis akan mengadakan penelitian tentang tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yaitu masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa layanan kesehatan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan poliklinik rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah ( RSUD) Budhi Asih. Penelitian ini akan difokuskan kepada persepsi atau tanggapan pengguna jasa terhadap layanan yang diberikan dan harapan pengguna jasa terhadap layanan yang berkualitas. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan adalah dengan Cara membandingkan antara tingkat kinerja dan harapan dari pelanggan dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Tingkat Kepentingan dan Kinerja. Sementara untuk rekomendasi tentang faktor atau atribut yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dipetakan dalam diagram kartesius. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survai terhadap 100 pasien poliklinik rawat jalan yang diambil secara acak dengan menggunakan teknik sampling aksidental. Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di RSUD Budhi Asih ini, didasarkan pada dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dan : reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy dan tangible.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Persepsi pasien terhadap tingkat pelayanan di poliklinik rawat jalan RSUD Budhi Asih sebagian besar berada pada kontinum cukup memuaskan, demikian pula berdasarkan rata-rata untuk setiap dimensi juga berada pada kontinum cukup memuaskan. Sementara dari 18 indikator yang dinilai, maka berdasarkan hasil analisis sebagaimana tergambar pada diagram kartesius berkenaan dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien, terlihat bahwa terdapat 4 faktor yang berada di kuadran A yang berarti faktor tersebut dinilai sangat penting oleh pelanggan, akan tetapi tingkat pelaksanaannya masih belum memuaskan. Dikuadran B terdapat 7 faktor, hal tersebut menggambarkan bahwa antara tingkat pelaksanaan dengan harapan pelanggan sudah sesuai. Sementara dikuadran C terdapat 5 faktor, artinya bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut dianggap kurang penting oleh pelanggan sementara tingkat kualitas pelaksanaannya dianggap biasa. Terdapat 2 faktor yang berada dikuadran D, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut dianggap tidak terlalu penting oleh pelanggan sementara pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan balk oleh rumah sakit. Hasil penelitian ini kiranya dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu masukan bagi pihak manajemen rumah sakit dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di masa yang akan datang.

Along with the advancement of knowledge and needs of the society with particular reference to health services, followed by society's demands on better health service quality, health service institution is forced to keep responding to these changes. The policy of the Provincial Government of the Special Territory of the Capital City of Jakarta. allowing the Local General Hospitals to transform themselves to be a self-funded unit, is the manifestation of the provincial government's concern on health services in the hospital. The intention is to enable the Local General Hospitals to manage independently and professionally in congruence with the development of societies' demands. One of the success indicators of the hospital as a self-funded unit is based on the customers satisfaction towards the health services they provide. Based on this, the writer conducts a research on customers' satisfaction level as service users towards on coming-basis polyclinic health services in Budhi Asih Local General Hospital. The research will focus on the customers' perceptions or responses towards the services provided and their expectations towards quality services.
To find out the customer's satisfaction level the writer uses a method of performance and interest analysis by way of comparing between performance level and customer's expectations. As for the recommendations on factors or attributes which influence the customer's satisfaction is outlined in Cartesius diagram. The method of the research uses survey method towards a hundred on coming-basis patients of polyclinic which were randomly taken by using accidental sampling technique. The customer's satisfaction level towards health services in Budhi Asih Local General Hospital is based on service quality dimension comprising of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangible. Based on the research findings it can be concluded that the patient's perceptions towards health services level in on coming-basis polyclinic of Budhi Asih Local General Hospital the majority stands in the continuum of relatively satisfactory, it is also the case for each dimension based on average. From 18 measured, based on analysis result as illustrated in Cartesius diagram in terms of factors that influences patient's satisfaction, it can been seen that there are four factors in A quadran meaning those factors is considered very important by the customers, however the implementation level remains not yet satisfactory. In B quadran there are seven factors that ilustrated between implementation level and customer's expectations already appropriate. As in C quadran there are five factors meaning that those factors are considered less important by the customers whereas the implementation quality level is considered ordinary. In B quadran there are two factors which show that those factors are considered not too important by the customers whereas the hospital has done it well. The research findings can be considered as an input for the hospital management in an effort to improve service quality in the future.

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang rencana strategis pelayanan medical check up di Instalasi Bougenville RSUP Fatmawati. Hasil observasi didapatkan trend yang menurun pada pemeriksaan MCU dan Mitra IKS yang memeriksakan MCU di RSUP Fatmawati. Oleh karena itu diperlukan optimalisasi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan medical check up. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui analisis SWOT pada pelayanan medical check up di Instalasi Bougenville RSUP Fatmawati yang kemudian akan dirumuskan strategi alternatif untuk optimalisasi pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode operational research dengan objek yang diteliti adalah lingkungan eksternal dan internal pelayanan medical check up RSUP Fatmawati, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kajian literatur, telaah dokumen, observasi dan wawancara mendalam berdasarkan tahapan pembuatan rencana strategis. Hasil akhir penelitian ini, menggunakan matriks Internal-External posisi pelayanan medical check up RSUP Fatmawati berada pada sel V, yaitu hold and maintain, strategi yang cocok pada posisi ini adalah market penetration dan product development. Selain itu peneliti merumuskan strategi yang dianalisis menggunakan matriks TOWS dan menghasilkan strategi alternative yang sejalan dengan matriks IE.

This research discusses the strategic plan of medical check up service at Bougenville Instalation of Fatmawati General Center Hospital. Based on the observation result, there is a decreasing trend figure in the examination of MCU and IKS Partners at Fatmawati General Center Hospital. Therefore, the optimization to improve medical check up service is necessary. The purpose is to know the analysis of the SWOT in the medical check up service at Bougenville Installation of Fatmawati General Center Hospital to formulate alternative strategies for service optimization. This study uses operational research method which the objects being studied are external and internal environment of medical check up service of Fatmawati General Center Hospital. Data collection is done by literature review, document review, observation and in depth interview based on stage of strategic plan making. The final result of this research, using the matrix of Internal External, the position of medical check up service of Fatmawati General Center Hospital is in cell V, which the hold and maintain strategy suitable in this position is market penetration and product development. In addition, the researchers formulate the strategies analyzed using the TOWS matrix and produced alternative strategies that were in line with the IE matrix.

"Laporan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang pengalaman praktik residensi spesialis keperawatan medika bedah dalam menjalankan peran perawat selama praktik keperawatan. Perawat berperan sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan, peneliti, pendidik dan innovator di RSUP fatmawati Jakarta. Sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan, penulis mengaplikasikan penerapan model self care Orem dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan gangguan system musculoskeletal. Laporan analisis ini juga menerapkan praktik keperawatan berbasis bukti (Evidence Based Nursing) untuk mengurangi nyeri post operasi ORIF dengan menggunakan tehnik terapi music. Terapi music efektif diterapkan untuk mengurangi nyeri pasien post operasi ORIF. Peran perawat sebagai innovator mencoba menerapkan Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG) pada klien post operasi ektremitas bawah. Penerapan CPG ini melibatkan tim ruangan tempat lahan praktik. Rumah sakit sebagai institusi pelayanana kesehatan diharapkan dapat mengembangkan sumber daya perawat melalui pendidikan yang berkelannjutan, pelatihan dan pertemuan ilmiah khususnya dibidang ortopedi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan keperawatan yang berkualitas, cepat dan tepat.

This report was aimed to analyze about the experience of specialist nursing practice residency medical surgical nursing in performing the role of nurses during the nursing practice. Nurse's role as provider of nursing care, researcher, educator and innovator in Fatmawati General Hospital Center Jakarta. As a provider of nursing care, the practician applied the model application Orem self care in providing nursing care to patients with f the musculoskeletal system disorder. The analysis report also implemented evidencebased nursing practice (Evidence Based Nursing) to reduce postoperative pain ORIF using music therapy techniques. Music therapy effectively applied to reduce postoperative pain patients ORIF. The role of the nurse as an innovator trying to implement Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG) on the client postoperative at lower extremity. This involves of the application of CPG team room where the place of practices.
