"Penelitian ini membahas tentang perlakuan pajak atas biaya litbang di Indonesia dan membandingkan dengan perlakuan pajak atas biaya litbang di negara lain yang mendapatkan insentif pajak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini memetakan bentuk-bentuk insentif pajak di negara lain, dan membandingkan dengan bentuk perlakuan pajak atas biaya litbang pada industri susu di Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam dan studi kepustakaan.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu bentuk-bentuk insentif pajak di beberapa negara seperti Malaysia , Singapura, India menganut model deduction dalam jumlah yang lebih besar dari Indonesia dan bentuk insentif seperti double deduction di Malaysia dan tax credit seperti di Jepang apabila dibandingkan dengan perlakuan biaya litbang di Indonesia yaitu single deduction lebih menguntungkan secara tax saving apabila diterapkan pada industri susu di Indonesia. This study discusses the tax treatment of R D cost in Indonesia and compared with the tax treatment of R D cost in other countries that receive tax incentives. The purpose of this study mapping the forms of tax incentives in other countries, and comparing the shape of the tax treatment of R D cost to the dairy industry in Indonesia. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative data collection methods in depth interviews and literature study.The results of this study are the forms of tax incentives in some countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, India is a model of deduction in an amount greater than Indonesia and incentives such as double deduction in Malaysia and the tax credit, as in Japan when compared with the treatment of R D cost in Indonesia single deduction that is more advantageous tax saving when applied to the dairy industry in Indonesia. For expenses of fixed assets used in research, incentives such as accelerated depreciation provides tax savings in the early years."

"ABSTRAKKetuban Pecah Dini KPD merupakan salah satu komplikasi tersering yang ditemukan pada kasuskelahiran. KPD merupakan kejadian rupturnya membran sebelum proses melahirkan. KPD merupakankejadian multifaktorial. Hubungannya dengan aktivitas fisik ibu hamil pada satu bulan terakhirkehamilan masih belum diketahui. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahu hubunganluaran persalinan ketuban pecah dini dengan aktivitas ibu hamil pada satu bulan terakhir kehamilan.Penelitian potong lintang ini menggunakan perangkat SPSS 20 untuk menganalisis data. Untukpengambilan data, peneliti mewawancara sampel minimal yang dibutuhkan dengan menggunakaninstrumen kuisioner Kaiser Physical Activity Survey KPAS yang sudah diterjemahkan ke dalambahasa Indonesia serta sudah divalidasi pada penelitian sebelumnya yang memakai instrumen yangsama. Hasil dianalisis dengan uji bivariat Chi-Square dan mendapatkan nilai p, interval kepercayaan95 IK 95 , dan Prevalence Ratio PR . Selain aktivitas fisik dilakukan juga analisis hubunganantara ketuban pecah dini dengan faktor lain. Hasil analisis bivariat hubungan ketuban pecah dini danintensitas aktivitas fisik selama bulan terakhir didapatkan tidak bermakna p>0,005 dengan IK 95 0,328 ndash; 2,765 dan RP 0,952. Tidak didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara luaran persalinanketuban pecah dini dengan intensitas aktivitas fisik ibu hami pada satu bulan terakhir kehamilan.Kata kunci: Aktivitas Fisik Ibu Hamil; Kaiser Physical Activity Survey; Ketuban Pecah Dini.

ABSTRAKPremature Rupture of Membrane is one of the most common complication found during delivery of babies and itoccurs prior to delivery. It is multifactorial, however there is still lack of data regarding the relationship betweenthe physical activity of a mother during the last month of gestation and premature rupture of membrane, thus thisresearch is conducted to find about the relationship between those two variables. This is a cross sectionalresearch with primary data by conducting an interview based on the minimum sample and patients were asked tofill out the Kaiser Phsysical Activity Survey KPAS questionaire that has been translated into Indonesian andhas been validated by previous research. The results were analyzed with the help of SPSS 20 by performingbivariat Chi Square test and to find out the p value, confidence interval 95 CI 95 , and prevalence ratio PR . Furthermore, other factors contributing to the preterm premature rupture of membrane were also analyzed.The analysis of bivariat showed there is no significant association between preterm premature rupture ofmembrane and maternal 39 s physical activities during the last one month of gestation as p 0,005 with confidenceinterval 95 0,328 2,765 and ratio prevalence 0,952.
