"Tikus liar dan domestikasi mempunyai potensi faktor risiko bagi kesehatanmasyarakat. Mereka dapat membawa mikroorganisme yang dapat ditrans-misi melalui kontak dengan urine maupun feses atau melalui ektoparasityang ada di tubuh mereka. Pada penelitian ini, diamati prevalensi mikro-organisme zoonotik pada tikus yang tertangkap di Pasar Kota KabupatenBanjarnegara. Bakteri Salmonella paratyphi B dan Salmonella paratyphi Cmenunjukkan prevalensi yang paling tinggi (masing-masing 20%). Spesiesbakteri lain yang ditemukan antara lain Salmonella typhimurium, Citroto-bacter, Citrotobacter frendii, Enterotobacter cloacae, Escherichia coli (E.coli) dan Proteus miriabilis. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa tikusyang berada di pasar dapat berperan sebagai reservoir untuk berbagaibakteri zoonotik seperti Salmonella dan E.coli.Commensal as well as wild rats and mice may present a potential risk topublic health. They may harbour microorganisms that can be transmittedeither through contact with infected rodent urine or faeces, or throughectoparasites. Prevalence of zoonotic microorganism in house rat (Rattustanezumi) was studied in City Market of Banjarnegara Regency. Salmonellaparatyphi B and Salmonella paratyphi C showed the highest prevalence infaecal material of Rattus tanezumi (20%). The other species of bacteriasuch as Salmonella typhimurium, Citrotobacter, Citrotobacter frendii,Enterotobacter cloacae, Eschericia coli (E. coli) and Proteus miriabilis werealso found in this study. These results indicated that house rat may act asreservoir for zoonotic bacteria such as Salmonella and E.coli."

"ABSTRAKTeori graf dan aljabar merupakan cabang dari matematika yang berkembang menjadi kajian yang menarik. Penelitian aljabar dalam teori graf merupakan topik dari matematika yang mengkaji graf melalui sifat-sifat aljabar antara lain representasi graf dalam matriks. Lebih tepatnya lagi, teori spektral graf membahas sifat-sifat graf yang berhubungan dengan polinomial karakteristik, nilai eigen dan vektor eigen dari matriks yang merepresentasikan graf tersebut. Salah satu cara merepresentasikan graf tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan representasi matriks adjacency. Dalam tesis ini akan ditentukan bentuk umum dari polinomial karakteristik pada kelas graf berarah yaitu kelas graf pohon berarah yang memiliki akar yang disebut out-tree dan menggali informasinya menggunakan representasi matriks antiadjacency.

ABSTRACTGraph theory and linier algebra is the branch of mathematics that developed into an interesting study. The studies graph by algebraic research is a topic of mathematics that studies the properties of graphs through algebra, such as, in the matrix graph representation. More in particular, the spectral graph theory studies the properties of the graph associated with the characteristic polynomial, eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the matrix representing the graph. One way is to represent the graph using adjacency matrix representation. This thesis will be determined in the general form of the characteristic polynomial class of directed graph in which class directed graph that has a tree root called out tree and find out the information using the antiadjacency matrix representation."

"ABSTRACTContemporary feminists in Indonesia do not yet have questions about nationality, since the conversation about nationality has been considered final at the beginning of Indonesian independence. In fact, in terms of contemporary analysis, women have problems with nationality, when the definition of nationality is dominated by the study of political science that is male view biased. By tracing history to contemporary time, the relationship between women and nationality is dominated by patriarchal interests for the mobilization of power, even if women have an independent political interest. That is why political interests of women are situated marginally in nationality. But if we use the perspective of the social sciences, as feminist theories, then the notion of nationality is broader than that of women and the state. We are still less productive in abstracting the relationship between women and citizens in nationality, while it is a daily practice of womens struggles both personally and organically. Women have proven to be an active agency to become citizens beyond the mobilization of the state.This paper seeks to arouse feminist questions about nationalism, in order to reveal the role of women who are hidden in nationality."
