"Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan SERVQUAL, Model Kano dan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) untuk menyusun strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan enterprise portal PT Maskapai Reasuransi Indonesia Tbk (Marein) yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan para penggunanya. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seratus orang responden yang merupakan karyawan Marein. SERVQUAL didapatkan bahwa dari empat dimensi kualitas layanan yang diukur yaitu Usability, Design, Information Quality dan Service Reliability mendapatkan nilai kesenjangan yang negatif, artinya tingkat kualitas layanan enterprise portal Marein masih rendah. Kemudian dengan menggunakan Model Kano didapatkan lima belas atribut kualitas layanan yang harus ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Metode terakhir adalah QFD yang menghasilkan sebelas technical response berikut prioritas pelaksanaan untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas lima belas atribut kualitas layanan yang sebelumnya didapatkan dari Model Kano. Rangkaian penelitian tersebut menyimpulkan lima technical response yang memiliki tingkat prioritas tertinggi yaitu integrasi antar aplikasi, penambahan staf, penerapan user requirement management, peningkatan kapasitas server dan desain ulang tampilan.

This study integrates SERVQUAL, Kano Model and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to develop strategies for improving service quality of PT Maskapai Reasuransi Indonesia Tbk. (Marein) enterprise portal based on its users needs. The data used in this study are responds to questioners by onehundred employees of Marein. The result of SERVQUAL method shows that four of service quality measured ie Usability, Design, Information Quality and Service Reliability has a negative gap score, meaning that the level of service quality of Marein’s enterprise portal is lower than expected. Then by using Kano Model this study obtained fifteen attributes of service quality that should be improved to increase its user satisfaction. The last method being used is QFD which provides eleven technical responses along the priority score that should be implemented to improve the service quality. The study concluded a series of five technical response that has the highest priority which are integration between applications, the addition of staff, implementation of user requirement management, increasing server capacity and redesign."

"Setiap pengembangan SI/TI pada suatu perusahaan atau instansi pastinya ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan atau instansinya. Tetapi apakah kualitas layanan pengembangan SI/TI yang diberikan sudah sesuai dengan harapan pengguna? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut diperlukan pengukuran terhadap kualitas layanan SI/TI yang ada. Model kualitaslayanan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model SERVQUAL (ServiceQuality). Model SERVQUAL memiliki lima dimensi kualitas jasa, yaitu: berwujud (tangible), keandalan (reliability), ketanggapan (responsiveness), jaminan dan kepastian (assurance), dan empati (empathy).
Dengan menggunakan metode SERVQUAL, kualitas layanan pengembangan SI/TI PT. XYZ terhadap pelanggan internal perusahaan dapat diukur. Model Kano digunakan untuk memetakan atribut-atribut layanan ke dalam enam kategori, yaitu attractive, one dimensional, must be, indifferent, reverse,dan questionable. Dengan mengetahui kategori dari atribut layanan, dapat diketahui atribut layanan yang harus ditingkatkan. Selanjutnya, integrasi dari kedua metode tersebut menghasilkan nilai prioritas perbaikan, yang berguna sebagai saran perbaikan kedepannya. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini, pihak manajemen dapat mengetahui nilai kualitas layanan pengembangan SI/TI mereka dan mendapatkan masukan untuk meningkatkannya.

Any development of the IS/IT in a company or agency must have intended to improve the performance of the company or institution. But, has the given quality of IS/IT match according to customer expectation? To answer this question, the measurement of IS/IT service quality is required. Service quality model used in this study is a model of SERVQUAL (Service Quality).SERVQUAL has five dimensions of service quality, namely: intangible, reliability, responsiveness, guarantee and assurance, and empathy.
By using the SERVQUAL method development of IS/IT in PT. XYZ against internal customers can be measured. Kano model is used to map the service attributes into six categories, namely attractive, one-dimensional, must be, indifferent, reverse, and questionable. By knowing the categories of service attributes, service attributes to be enhanced can be known.Furthermore, the integration of the two methods yields improvement priority value, which is useful as future improvement suggestions.The first goal of this study is that the management can determine the value of their service quality development of IS/IT and get feedback to improve it.

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab rendahnya kualitas informasi (KI) web portal Indonesia Kreatif serta merumuskan strategi untuk meningkatkannya. Penelitian terdiri atas tiga tahap utama, yaitu sintesis dimensi KI, dilanjutkan penilaian KI, serta perumusan strategi. Sintesis dimensi KI dilakukan melalui 3 framework, yaitu AIM Quality, CC/LC, dan Gasser-Stvilia. Beberapa temuan faktor penyebab rendahnya KI web portal antara lain: ketentuan penulisan informasi dan image/file belum lengkap; sumber informasi belum merata, banyak informasi perlu diverifikasi; tidak ada ketentuan rentang waktu produksi informasi; tidak ada dokumentasi penyuntingan informasi; tidak ada penilaian tingkat pemahaman pengguna terhadap informasi; serta ada celah keamanan informasi.
Penelitian menghasilkan 24 strategi meningkatkan kualitas informasi web portal Indonesia Kreatif. Ke-24 strategi ini web portal Indonesia Kreatif ini disusun dalam kerangka strategi KREATIV. Bebeberapa strategi yang menjadi prioritas meliputi ekspansi sumber informasi kegiatan kreatif dari berbagai daerah, perancangan target produktivitas, standar waktu produksi, peningkatan target verfikasi profil orang kreatif, pencantuman referensi sebagai sumber informasi, serta pembuatan dokumen content change log.

"Saat ini banyak cara dalam melakukan investasi, diantaranya adalah investasi dalam bidang pembelian saham perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia. PT Kiwoom Securities Indonesia yang merupakan tempat studi kasus ini merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang dapat membantu dalam melayani transaksi jual-beli saham yang dalam melakukan kegiatannya tersebut ditunjang dengan aplikasi HERO S sebagai aplikasi mobile trading. User Experience yang terdapat dalam aplikasi HERO S masih belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Dalam melakukan pengembangan aplikasi HERO S tersebut PT Kiwoom Securities Indonesia belum mengetahui user experience aplikasi mobile trading yang diinginkan oleh pengguna.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis user experience yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna aplikasi HERO S. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk mendapatkan ide-ide baru atau masukan mengenai user experience aplikasi mobile trading dan Hermeneutika Fenomenologi yang akan digunakan dalam menganalisis data tekstual transkrip hasil FGD, sehingga didapatkan daftar user experience aplikasi mobile trading yang dibutuhkan untuk pengembangan tahap selanjutnya dari aplikasi mobile trading HERO S. Pada akhirnya, telah didapatkan sejumlah 13 user experience aplikasi mobile trading yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna aplikasi mobile trading HERO S.

Nowadays, company investation has many methods, the investation of stock procurement which is registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange, is one of them. PT Kiwoom Securities Indonesia where this study is held, is one of the company that can serve stock trading transaction with HERO S as mobile trading application. User experience of HERO S application hasn’t been accordance with user need yet. PT Kiwoom Securities Indonesia had done some development in HERO S application but the company doesn’t know user experience in mobile trading application that is demanded by users.
This research purpose is to analyze experience needs that is required by HERO S application users. This research uses FGD method due to compile new brainstorming or other recommendation about user experience of mobile trading application and hermeneutics phenomenology that will be used to analyze transcript data of FGD to obtain user experience of mobile trading application list which is needed for further development of mobile trading application HERO S. Eventually, this research gets 13 user experience of mobile trading application which required by user of mobile trading application HERO S.

Organisasi yang menerapkan sebuah sistem informasi mengharapkan agar seluruh pengguna menggunakan sistem informasi tersebut. Demikian pula dengan penerapan Portal Internal di Perum PERURI. Portal Internal tersebut hadir sebagai pintu gerbang ke berbagai sistem informasi lain serta menyajikan informasi seputar perusahaan dan individu pegawai. Meskipun Portal Internal telah memberikan fasilitas tersebut, belum semua pengguna menggunakan Portal. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan penelian untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi pengguna dalam menggunakan Portal Internal Perum PERURI.
Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan faktor yang terdapat pada Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), model keberhasilan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean, serta Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data awal penelitian didapatkan dari pengolahan basis data serta wawancara. Untuk pengujian hipotesis, data didapatkan dari kuesioner penelitian yang didapat dari 200 responden. Data yang diperoleh diuji dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 2.0 M3.
Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap Portal Internal Perum PERURI dapat diketahui serta membantu para pengambil keputusan untuk meningkatkan penggunaanportal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah didapatkannya lima faktor yang mempengaruhi niat pengguna dalam menggunakan Portal, yaitu kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kondisi fasilitas, pengaruh sosial, dan relevansi dengan pekerjaan.;

The data obtained were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using software SmartPLS 2.0 M3.

"Berbagai permasalahan pada pelayanan kereta Commuter Line Jabodetabek menuntut PT. KAI Commuter Jabodetabek untuk memperbaiki kualitas pelayanannya dalam rangka memberikan kepuasan bagi para pelanggan dan meningkatkan jumlah penumpang kereta Commuter Line Jabodetabek. Dalam penelitian ini, kualitas pelayanan kereta Commuter Line Jabodetabek dievaluasi menggunakan metode SERVQUAL dan atribut kualitas pelayanan dikategorikan menggunakan Model Kano berdasarkan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selanjutnya House of Quality digunakan untuk mendapatkan strategi guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Hasil metode SERVQUAL menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 23 atribut kualitas pelayanan dengan kesenjangan SERVQUAL bernilai negatif dan hanya 1 atribut kualitas pelayanan dengan kesenjangan SERVQUAL bernilai positif.
Hasil dari Model Kano menunjukkan bahwa 5 atribut kualitas pelayanan memiliki kategori attractive, 2 atribut kualitas pelayanan memiliki kategori one-dimensional, 11 atribut kualitas pelayanan memiliki kategori must-be dan 6 atribut kualitas pelayanan memiliki kategori indifferent. Kemudian terdapat 17 atribut kualitas pelayanan yang diprioritaskan untuk diperbaiki dan dengan menggunakan House of Quality, 17 atribut kualitas pelayanan ini diterjemahkan ke dalam persyaratan teknis untuk mendapatkan strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan yang tepat. Dari hasil House of Quality, didapatkan 29 strategi dan penambahan jalur rel pada stasiun transit merupakan strategi dengan prioritas paling tinggi untuk dikembangkan.

Many problems in Commuter Line Jabodetabek services forces PT. KAI Commuter Jabodetabek to improve service quality in order to provide satisfaction for customers and increasing the number of Commuter Line Jabodetabek passenger. In this study, the quality of Commuter Line Jabodetabek services are evaluated by using SERVQUAL method and service quality attributes are categorized using the Kano Model according to their effects on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, House of Quality is used to obtain the strategies to improve service quality. The findings of SERVQUAL shows that there are 23 service quality attributes with negative SERVQUAL gap and only 1 service quality attributes with positive SERVQUAL gap.
The findings of Kano Model shows that 5 service quality attributes are categorized as attractive, 2 service quality attributes are categorized as one-dimensional, 11 service quality attributes are categorized as must-be and 6 service quality attributes are categorized as indifferent. Furthermore, there are 17 service quality attributes that prioritized to be improved and by using House of Quality these 17 service quality attributes are translated into technical requirements to obtain the appropriate service quality improvement strategies. The findings of House of Quality, there are 29 strategies and addition of rail track at transit station is a strategy with the highest priority to be developed.

"Badan Pusat Statistik BPS adalah lembaga pemerintah non kementrian yang memiliki kewenangan melakukan kegiatan statistik berupa sensus dan survei. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan statistik ini harus didukung oleh sistem informasi pengolahan data yang memadai. Subdit Integrasi Pengolahan Data IPD sebagai pengembang sistem informasi di BPS harus dapat melayani pengembangan sistem informasi pengolahan data, namun saat ini layanan tersebut masih belum berkualitas.
Agar dapat melakukan peningkatan kualitas layanan maka kualitas layanan saat ini harus dievaluasi. Pengukuran kualitas layanan ini dengan menggunakan dimensi kualitas metode SERVQUAL yang dimodifikasi. Dimensi tersebut meliputi tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy dan geographics, selanjutnya diintegrasikan dengan model Kano.
Hasil dari evaluasi tersebut, dimensi Reliability dan Responsiveness mempunyai nilai gap yang paling besar. Selain itu dari 24 atribut layanan yang diukur hanya 19 atribut kualitas yang mempunyai dampak terhadap kepuasan pengguna, dimana diantaranya 15 atribut mempunyai kategori Attractive. Selanjutnya dari 19 atribut tersebut ditentukan atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama sampai dengan prioritas terakhir dalam usaha peningkatan kualitas layanan.

BPS Statistics Indonesia is a non ministerial government agency which has the authority to conduct statistical activities like census and survey. The follow up of these statistical activities should be supported by an adequate data processing information system. Sub Directorate of Data Processing Integration IPD as developer of information system at BPS must be able to serve development of information system of data processing, but now the service still not qualified.
In order to improve the quality of service, the current quality of service must be evaluated. Measuring the quality of this service using the quality dimension of the modified SERVQUAL method. These dimensions include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and geographics, then integrated into Kano model.
The results of the evaluation, the dimensions of Reliability and Responsiveness have the greatest gap value. In addition, based on the measurement results of 24 attributes, only 19 attributes that impact on user satisfaction, and 15 attributes of them have category Attractive. Furthermore, of the 19 attributes are determined attributes that become the main priority up to the last priority in efforts to improve the quality of service.

"Kemunculan era ekonomi digital disambut baik oleh PT. Telkom Indonesia dengan meluncurkan sebuah website SOBAT-UKM untuk mendukung perkembangan perekonomian di Indonesia, khususnya segmen usaha kecil dan menengah. Website SOBAT-UKM diharapkan menjadi wadah digital untuk berkonsultasi seputar hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan dunia bisnis supaya pelaku bisnis bisa mengembangkan bisnisnya. Salah satunya melalui layanan konsultasi online yang merupakan fitur yang terdapat pada website SOBAT-UKM. Data pada tahun 2016 menunjukkan bahwa target setiap bulan untuk transaksi pada fitur konsultasi belum pernah tercapai sama sekali. Hal ini tentu sangat berhubungan dengan tingkat penerimaan pelaku UKM dalam memanfaatkan situs SOBAT-UKM.
Dari permasalahan inilah peneliti ingin mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang memengaruhi pengguna dalam memanfaatkan fitur konsultasi online SOBAT-UKM. Model penerimaan untuk melakukan penelitian ini adalah UTAUT. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan pengolahan dan penarikan kesimpulan menggunakan Partial Least Square PLS . Berdasarkan pengolahan data, dapat diketahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pengguna dalam menggunakan layanan konsultasi online SOBAT-UKM. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah Effort Expectancy dan Social Influence yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention, serta Facilitating Conditions dan Behavioral Intention yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Use Behavior.

The emergence of the digital economy era was welcomed by PT. Telkom Indonesia by launching a website SOBAT UKM to support the economic development in Indonesia, especially the small and medium business segment. Website SOBAT UKM is expected to be a digital container to consult about matters relating to the business world so that business people can grow their business. One of them through online consultation service which is a feature found on website SOBAT UKM. Data by 2016 indicates that the monthly targets for transactions on consultation features have never been achieved at all. This is certainly very related to the acceptance level of SMEs in utilizing SOBAT UKM sites.
From this problem, the researcher wanted to know what factors influenced the users in using the online consultation feature of SOBAT UKM. The acceptance model for doing this research is UTAUT. Methods of data collection conducted using questionnaires, while processing and withdrawal of conclusions using Partial Least Square PLS . Based on data processing, it can be seen the factors that affect the user in using online consultation services SOBAT UKM. These factors are Effort Expectancy and Social Influence which has a significant influence on Behavioral Intention, as well as Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention which has a significant influence on Use Behavior.
