"Di Indonesia masih banyak terdapat usaha informal yang belum memilliki akses mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan kerja. Permasalahan program kesehatan kerja seringkali terjadi dikarenakan pergantian dokter puskesmas, kurangnya pengetahuan dari petugas dan kader kesehatan kerja. Di Kabupaten Pesawaran Propinsi Lampung terdapat empat puskesmas yang menjadi percontohan program upaya kesehatan kerja dimana sudah diberikan pelatihan kepada dokter dan pemegang program tentang kesehatan kerja serta sudah pernah dilakukan bimbingan teknis serta monitoring. Akan tetapi, program upaya kesehatan kerja di puskesmas belum berjalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kendala apa saja yang ada dalam implementasi program upaya kesehatan kerja pada tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan juga evaluasi.
Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan fungsi manajemen menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesawaran, Kepala Seksi Kesehatan Khusus dan Matra, Kepala Puskesmas, Pemegang program dan perwakilan dari sasaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu program upaya kesehatan kerja belum menjadi prioritas dikarenakan bukan merupakan program pokok di puskesmas namun ada juga yang mengemukakan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan antara program prioritas dan program pengembangan. Masih kurangnya pengetahuan, jumlah sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam program upaya kesehatan kerja. Dari segi anggaran, program upaya kesehatnan kerja memiliki alokasi anggaran baik sehingga program upaya kesehatan kerja masih terintegrasi dengan program kesehatan lain.
Selain itu, program upaya kesehatan kerja juga tidak didukung oleh peralatan yang memadai serta tidak ada rencana kerja. Dan juga keterlibatan sasaran yang kurang aktif serta kondisi lingkungan yang tidak mendukung dari sisi keamanan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program upaya kesehatan kerja di Kabupaten Pesawaran belum menjadi prioritas dikarenakan masuk kedalam program pengembangan dan belum diukung adanya sumber daya manusia yang memadai, tidak ada alokasi anggaran, tidak ada peralatan serta rencana kerja, keterlibatan masyarakat masih kurang aktif serta lingkungan yang kurang mendukung.
Oleh karena itu, program upaya kesehatan kerja perlu dimasukkan dalam rencana kerja baik itu di dinas kesehatan dan puskesmas. serta adanya alokasi anggaran untuk program serta peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan juga peralatan yang menunjang program serta di butuhkan kerjasama lintas sektor untuk lebih memaksimalkan implementasi program upaya kesehatan kerja di puskesmas.

In indonesia there are still many informal businesses who have not have access occupational health services. Occupational health problems program often occurred due to the doctor puskesmas, the lack of knowledge of officers and kader occupational health. In Pesawaran District, there are the four be pilot programs health effort work where already provided training to medical doctors and holder programme about occupational health and is has been done technical training and monitoring.But, program health effort work at puskesmas not run. This study aims to identify the constraints all that is for the implementation of program health effort work in the planning stages, the implementation and also evaluating.
This research qualitative by using function management uses the method in-depth interviews and review of documentation. Informants in this research was head of district health pesawaran, head of specific health and matra, the head of puskesmas, holders the program and representatives of the target. The result of this research namely the program health effort work had not been priority because not is a program basic puskesmas but some are suggested that there is no difference between priority programs and development program. There is a lack of knowledge, the number of human resources involved in the program health effort work. On the budgeting side, program efforts kesehatnan work are budget allocation good and the health effort work still integrated with other health program.
In addition, health effort program work also are not supported by proper equipment and had no work plan. And also the involvement of a target that is less active as well as environmental conditions that not in favor of security side. This research concluded that the program working health effort in kabupaten pesawaran had not been a priority because entered into a program to develop and has not diukung the presence of human resources sufficient, there was no budget allocation, there is no equipment and the work plan, the involvement of the community is still less active as well as the environment less supportive.

"Perlindungan kesehatan dan upaya untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat telah diatur dalam Undang-undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan yakni setiap upaya pembangunan harus memperhatikan kesehatan masyarakat dan merupakan tanggung jawab baik pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Untuk mencapainya, pemerintah telah mengupayakan suatu Upaya Kesehatan Berbasis Masyarakat UKBM. Salah satu bentuk UKBM untuk pekerja sektor informal adalah Pos Upaya Kesehatan Kerja Pos UKK. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan Pos UKK di wilayah kerja 6 puskesmas Kota Tangerang tahun 2016 mulai dari pembentukan organisasi, kegiatan pembinaan oleh puskesmas, hingga pemberian pelayanan kesehatan oleh kader. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa untuk mendorong aktifnya penyelenggaraan Pos UKK diperlukan membentuk kerjasama yang kuat dengan lintas sektor terkait, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan penanggung jawab program Pos UKK serta kader, dan pengelolaan sumber keuangan.

Health protection and effort to improve public health has been regulated in Law Number 36 year 2009 on Health, that every effort should pay attention to the development of public health, and is the responsibility of both government and society. To achieve that, the government has sought an Upaya Kesehatan Berbasis Masyarakat UKBM. One form of UKBM for informal sector workers is Pos Upaya Kesehatan Kerja Pos UKK. This study focus on the implementation of Pos UKK in the workplace of 6 Health Centers Tangerang City in 2016, ranging from the establishment of the organization, develompment activities, to the provision of occupational health services by the cadres.the results of this study suggest that to encourage active implementation of Pos UKK needed to form strong alliances with across relevant sectors, increase skills and knowledge of the person incharge and cadres of Pos UKK, and management of financial resources."

"Tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia jika dibandingkan negara-negara di Eropa. Di mana 171 pekerja di Inggris mengalami Fatal Injury, sedangkan di Indonesia tercatat 4.380 cacat fungsi, 42 cacat total, dan 2. 144 meninggal dunia. Tahun 1996 OSHA merilis 5 elemen inti program K3 diantaranya adalah evaluation of program effectiveness. Dalam PP no. 50 tahun 2012 juga mengharuskan melakukan evaluasi SMK3. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program K3.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi program-program K3 yang dimiliki oleh PT. XYZ berdasarkan standar OSHA PEP pada periode tahun 2012. Desain penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan peninjauan dokumen. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa nilai profil program K3 PT. XYZ berada pada tingkatan ke 3 (basic) berdasarkan Standar OSHA PEP.

Indonesia has higher work related accident than European Country. They were 171 workers fatally injured in England, meanwhile, they were 4.380 workers function disabilities, 42 has physical defect, and 2.144 died. At 1996, OSHA releases 5 core elements, one of them is evaluation of program effectiveness. PP no. 50, 2012 says occupational safety and health have to evaluated. Therefore, this research have done to evaluated OSH programs.
This research have done to evaluating OSH programs which belong to PT. XYZ based on OSHA PEP standard in the period of 2012. The design of this research is qualitative. The collecting of data is conduct with interview, observation, and document review. The result of this research is known that PT. XYZ Occupational Safety and Health programs be in basic level based on OSHA PEP standard.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi K3 PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Variabel Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) diukur dengan perencanaan, penerapan, audit, sertifikasi, pembinaan dan pengawasan, sedangkan variabel kinerja karyawan diukur dengan kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, pengetahuan pekerjaan, kerjasama, inisiatif, dapat dipercaya atau diandalkan, dan kualitas personal. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang menggunakan teknik Total Sampling terhadap karyawan divisi K3 PT. Adhi Karya yang berjumlah 35 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

This research aims to know the Influence of The Management System of Occupational Safety and Health Division Employee Performance Against K3 PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Variable management system occupational safety and health (SMK3) measured by planning, implementing, auditing, certification, coaching and supervision, while the variable performance of employees is measured by the quality of work, the quantity of work, job knowledge, cooperation, initiative, can be trusted or relied upon, and the quality of the personal. This research used quantitative approach with survey method using the technique of Total Sampling of employees Division K3 PT Adhi Karya, which totaled 35 respondents. The results of this study indicates the Management system of occupational safety and health has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (SMK3) terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk Narogong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel Total Sampling karena jumlah populasi hanya sebanyak 134 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan penelitian survei. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara pelaksanaan sistem manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (SMK3) dengan kinerja karyawan bagian produksi. Hal ini berarti semakin meningkat pelaksanaan SMK3 di perusahaan, maka akan semakin meningkat pula kinerja karyawan bagian produksi pada PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk Narogong. Dengan adanya pelaksanaan SMK3 yang baik dalam perusahaan, maka risiko kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja akan teratasi. Karyawan akan merasa aman dan nyaman saat berada di lingkungan kerja sehingga dapat bekerja secara optimal.

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of occupational health and safety management systems on production employee performance in PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk Plant Narogong. This study uses quantitative-explanatory research method. This study has used Total Sampling technique because the population just only about 134 employee. The technique of data collection is using survey research method. The results showed that there’s a significant and positive effect between the implementation of occupational health and safety management systems with the production employee performance. It means while the implementation of occupational health and safety management system rise increasingly in the company, it will also affect to the increase of the production employee performance in PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk Narogong. With the good implementation of occupational health and safety management system in the company, then the risk of accidents and diseases can be resolved. Employee will feel safe and comfortable with the work environment, so they can work optimally."

"Rendahnya cakupan pertolongan persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan di fasilitas kesehatan disebabkan adanya keterbatasan dan ketidak-tersediaan biaya. Pada tahun 2015, diharapkan angka kematian ibu menurun dari 228 pada tahun 2007 menjadi 102 per 100.000 KH dan Angka kematian bayi menurun dari 34 pada tahun 2007 menjadi 23 per1000 KH. Pemanfaatan pelayanan JAMKESMAS oleh masyarakat miskin di wilayah puskesmas Bukoposo pada tahun 2010 hanya 10,04% untuk pelayanan persalinan.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan program JAMPERSAL di Puskesmas Bukoposo tahun 2012. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Crossectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 87 responden. Analisa statistik menggunakan analisa univariat dan analisa bivariat di lakukan untuk menilai perbedaan proporsi maupun korelasi antar variabel. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Kai kuadrat (Chi Square).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemanfaatan program Jaminan persalinan menjadi 27,3%. Dari enam variabel yang di teliti didapatkan bahwa ada tiga faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan program Jampersal, yaitu : Pekerjaan, Pengetahuan dan Aksesibilitas responden. Sedangkan variabel umur, pendidikan dan adanya sarana transportasi tidak berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan program Jampersal. Di harapkan adanya peningkatan sarana dan prasarana kesehatan serta sosialisasi tentang program Jampersal kepada masyarakat baik secara langsung maupun melalui media informasi, dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat.

Low number of labor support coverage by health officer due to fund limitation and unavailability. On 2015, expected number of maternal mortality 2007 decrease from 228 to 102 per 100.000 KH and infant one decrease from 34 to 23 per 1000 KH. Labor Assurance Program (JAMKESMAS) of low income society in Bukoposo public health center area 2010 was only 10.04% for labor program.
This study aims to find out on how JAMPERSAL program utilization in Bukoposo Public Health Center 2012. It is quantitative study by Cross sectional design, with number of samples are 87 respondents. Statistical analysis using univariat and bivariat one. Statistical test using Chi Square.
Study result shows that there is escalation in utilizing labor assurance program becoming 27.3%. From six variables of study, there are three factors that associated with Jampersal program utilization, they are: work, knowledge, and respondent accessibility. Whereas age, education variable, and transportation facility variable do not. It is expected that there is increment of health facility and infrastructure and also promotion about Jampersal program to society either directly or through information media, in order to enhance society knowledge.

This research is case study characteristic with the observation approach also using the secondary dam that is found from the employee medic dala and primary data that is found from with the questioner, check list, video recording, a taken picture worker, discordant posture weigh measure.
The sample of this research result, which for BRIEF survey are the discordant posture worker, whereas for the symptom survey and medic data survey are at the worker at the press shop unit and evacond unit. The research Is delivering in the distribution from an illustration.From the analysis shown that there some ris factor which can cause the low back pain on the worker shering, mould die (job A1), mould and die (job B2) and expander CS/LT. The result mentioned as follow
1) BRIEF survey result is found, for kind jobs which under observation had score 3.
2) The symptom survey result in found, the usm of the worer that had low back pain mostly on group age > 31 year and excessively on the group of the period work > 10 year.
3) The medic data survey result in found.average of the worker sense which suffering low ba£k pain I to 7 day and they still working.
4) Total value of EASY is found for fourth type job are 5.
There for, the company party is advised for completing the standard operating procedure (SOP) with inserting ergonomic aspect, doing the redesign again on the working tools. doing work rotatio14 and doing evaluation of the work activity.
While on the worker that have sick: of tile low back pain is advice for lie down following the illumination and do the physical training.

"Kegiatan ramp handling merupakan kegiatan yang sangat vital dalam dunia ground handling karena dapat mempengaruhi keselamatan pekerja hingga penumpang dan crew. Berdasarkan data PT. X hingga tahun 2014 tercatat setiap tahunnya terjadi kecelakaan kerja di area kerja ramp. Tingginya risiko keselamatan kerja disertai dengan kontak pekerja dengan GSE sebagai alat bantu pelayanan dan terbatasnya area gerak di ramp membuat peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan akhir untuk dapat menentukan tingkat risiko dengan melakukan penilaian risiko pada setiap tahapan proses pekerjaan ramp handling yang dilakukan oleh PT. X di Bandara International Soekarno Hatta tahun 2015 yang meliputi tahapan pre-flght, tahapan on-ground, dan tahapan post-flight.
Penilaian risiko diawali dengan melakukan identifikasi bahaya/hazard dan uninspected event sesuai tahapan ramp yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses analisis risiko K3 dengan menentukan nilai kemungkinan dan nilai konsekuensi. Nilai-nilai tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan level risiko semi kuantitatif dalam standar AS/NZS 4360:2009. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan risiko tertinggi pada tahap pre-flight yaitu risiko/potensi terpapar bising, pada tahap on-ground berupa terpapar bising dan risiko tersedot mesin pesawat, dan tahap post-flight berupa risiko terpapar bising. Tingkat risiko yang telah didapatkan kemudian diberikan rekomendasi pengendalian oleh peneliti untuk perusahaan sehingga tingkat risiko kerja menurun dan angka kecelakaan kerja juga menurun.

Ramp handling activities is a vital activity in the world because it can affect ground handling worker safety to passengers and crew. Based on data recorded from PT. X until the year 2014 workplace accidents occur each year in the work area ramp. The high safety risk along with workers contact with GSE as tools and limited services in the area of ​​motion ramp researcher doing research with the ultimate goal to be able to determine the level of risk with risk assessment at each stage of the process ramp handling work carried out by PT. X at Soekarno Hatta International Airport in 2015 which includes the stages of pre-flght, on-ground stage, and post-flight phases.
Risk assessment begins with identifying hazards / hazard and uninspected event ramp to the stage, followed by a process of risk analysis to determine the possible value K3 and value consequences. The values ​​are then compared to the level of risk in the semi quantitative standard AS / NZS 4360: 2009. Based on the results, the highest risk in the pre-flight phase, namely the risk / potential noise exposure, at this stage of the on-ground in the form of noise exposure and the risk of air sucked in the engine, and post-flight phase in the form of risk of exposure to noise. The level of risk that has been obtained is then given recommendations by the researchers to control the company so that the level of risk decreased work and number of work accidents also declined.

Audit merupakan suatu proses untuk memverifikasi sejauh mana sistem manajemen K3 suatu
perusahaan telah dilaksanakan secara efektif dalam rangka mencapai kebijakan dan sasaran
organisasi. Auditor sebagai komponen penting dalam pelaksanaan audit haruslah memiliki
kualifikasi yang baik dari sisi perilaku personal, prinsip audit, pengetahuan dan keterampilan
dan kompetensinya. Kualifikasi tersebut tertuang di dalam suatu panduan audit sistem
manajemen ISO 19011:2011. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan penilaian
pemenuhan kriteria kualifikasi auditor K3 PT. X berdasarkan ISO 19011:2011 dan untuk
mengetahui tingkat kepentingan dari masing-masing kriteria tersebut. Penelitian ini
menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dari data primer yang diperoleh
dari kuisioner yang diberikan kepada 30 auditee dari industri yang berbeda. Dengan
mengelompokan menjadi 8 kelompok industri yang berbeda didapat hasil kepuasan rata-rata
4,20 terdapat kinerja auditor PT. X. Industri Jasa memberikan penilaian kepuasan tertinggi
(4,67) sedangkan yang terendah adalah Elektronik Telekomunikasi (4,57). Kriteria yang
paling memuaskan adalah terkait pemahaman terhadap Peraturan K3 & Persyaratan lain
(4,37) dan pemahaman terhadap Sistem Manajemen K3 (4,35). Untuk penilaian tingkat
kepentingan, maka kriteria Prinsip Audit yaitu Integritas dan Kerahasiaan merupakan kriteria
yang memiliki tingkat kepentingan tertinggi. Terdapat perbedaan penilaian dari auditee
terhadap pemenuhan kriteria kualifikasi auditor PT. X antar kelompok industri dan juga
perbedaan penilaian tingkat kepentingan antar kelompok industri. Beberapa saran yang
diberikan untuk auditor K3 dan PT. X antara lain: meningkatkan pengetahuan teknis, sharing
knowledge, kalibrasi antar auditor, rotasi auditor berkala, dan penugasan yang sesuai
kualifikasi.

ABSTRACT
Auditing is a process to verify the extent of occupational health and safety (OHS)
management system already implemented effectively in achieving organization?s policy and
objectives. Auditor is an important part in auditing process that must have qualification for
some criteria including personal behaviour, auditing principles, knowledge and skills, and
competency. That qualification is included in guideline for auditing management systems
based on ISO 19011: 2011. The purpose of this research is to get evaluation from auditee or
organization being audited related to fulfilment of qualification criteria for OHS auditor of
PT. X based on ISO 19011: 2011 and to determine the level of interest of each qualification
criteria. This study used a quantitative survey with descriptive approach from primary data
that obtained from questionnaire to 30 auditees in different industry. With eight-group
industry, the satisfaction result for OHS auditor of PT. X is 4.20. Industrial Service scored
with highest score (4.67) while the lowest is from Electronic Telecommunications (4.57). The
most satisfying criteria are related to the understanding of OHS regulation and other
requirement (4.37) and understanding of OHS Management System (4.35). The auditees also
scored that Audit Principles that covered Integrity and Confidentiality as highest level of
interest. There were significant differences in evaluating of OHS auditor performance and
level of interest between industry groups. Some suggestion were given to auditor and PT. X

with highest score (4.67) while the lowest is from Electronic Telecommunications (4.57). The
most satisfying criteria are related to the understanding of OHS regulation and other
requirement (4.37) and understanding of OHS Management System (4.35). The auditees also
scored that Audit Principles that covered Integrity and Confidentiality as highest level of
interest. There were significant differences in evaluating of OHS auditor performance and
level of interest between industry groups. Some suggestion were given to auditor and PT. X
such as to improve technical knowledge, sharing knowledge, calibr]"

"Penelitian ini tentang Gambaran Penilaian tingkat Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Berdasarkan PP No.50 Tahun 2012 di PT X (Persero) tahun 2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskripstif analitik. Peneltian ini menggunakan data primer berupa observasi dan menggunakan data sekuder dari perusahaan. Pengolahan data dan analisis data menggunakan 12 elemen dan 166 kriteria yang terdapat pada lampiran 3 PP No.50 Tahun 2012.
Hasil keseluruhan dari semua kriteria yang dinilai maka PT X (Persero) mendapatkan nilai persentase 89 %, yang berarti 148 dari 166 kriteria SMK3 PP No.50 Tahun 2012 telah terpenuhi. PT X (Persero) mendapatkan penilaian penerapan SMK3 berdasarkan PP No.50 Tahun 2012 Memuaskan.

This Study is about The Overview Of Application Level Assessment Of Occupational Health and Safety Management System Based on PP No.50 Tahun 2012 at PT X (Persero) in 2015. Design study is a Descriptive analytic. Method od data acquisition through interviews, obseravtion and secondary data.
The results showed that the level of adpotion research SMK3 in PT X (Persero) by PP No.50 Tahun 2012 as much as 89%, which means 148 from 166 kriteria SMK3 PP No.50 tahun 2012 have completed and assessment of The implementations are Satisfy.
