Pada penelitian ini, disajikan framework yang menjelaskan proses evaluasi aspek Efisiensi dan Konservasi Energi (EEC) pada sertifikasi Greenship menggunakan BIM dari awal hingga diperolehnya poin capaian berdasarkan sertifikasi serta hal-hal yang mempengaruhi dan dipengaruhi selama prosesnya. Dengan memanfaatkan BIM, diperoleh permodelan tiga dimensi hingga analisis energi dari bangunan objek studi berupa bangunan hotel bintang tiga di Jakarta dalam waktu yang singkat. Dengan demikian, BIM terbukti dapat digunakan dalam proses esesmen bangunan hijau dan framework yang dikembangkan dapat diaplikasikan.

Building sectors have a major contribution to global energy consumption. The rising cost of energy and growing environmental concerns have pushed the demand for sustainable buildings with minimal environmental impact through the use of effective construction practices. This study aims to develop a framework for evaluating the Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EEC) aspects of the Greenship certification based on Building Information Modelling (BIM). The research presents a framework that explains the evaluation process of the EEC aspects in Greenship certification using BIM, from the initial stages to obtaining the achievement points based on the certification, as well as the factors that influence and are influenced during the process. By utilizing BIM, a three-dimensional model and energy analysis of the study object, a three-star hotel building in Jakarta, were obtained in a short time. Therefore, BIM has been proven to be applicable in the green building assessment process and the developed framework can be implemented effectively."

Peningkatan pada kedua aplikasi tersebut bertujuan agar kedua aplikasi tersebut memberikan manfaat bagi karyawan dan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu pada praktek keinsinyuran ini bertujuan untuk mengerjakan project pengerjaan aplikasi Sidilearn dan E-LSP pada PT Semen Indonesia. Posisi penulis pada proyek ini adalah sebagai project manager. Hasil dari praktek keinsinyuran ini adalah terciptanya aplikasi Sidilearn dan E-LSP yang telah diterapkan pada lingkungan PT Semen Indonesia untuk proses pembelajaran dan sertifikasi secara online.

At PT Semen Indonesia, it is necessary to make Sidilearn and E-LSP applications that are built to develop employee competencies so that they are able to compete with competitors both locally and globally. Based on the results of the study and evaluation, the application requires features that include the development of a user interface / user experience, information that can be displayed on the system, individual dashboard information and configuration. The increase in both applications is intended so that both applications provide benefits for employees and the company. Therefore, in this engineering practice, the aim is to work on a project to work on the Sidilearn and E-LSP application at PT Semen Indonesia. The author's position on this project is as a project manager. The result of this engineering practice is the creation of the Sidilearn and E-LSP applications which have been applied to the PT Semen Indonesia environment for the online learning and certification process."

"Banyaknya pembangunan infrastruktur di Jakarta membuat pengawasan internal pelaksanaan kontrak rancang bangun pembangunan gedung negara perlu mendapat perhatian. Permasalahan dalam pengawasan internal, yaitu masih adanya beberapa temuan yang tidak terdeteksi oleh Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah (APIP) namun ditemukan oleh auditor eksternal, serta keterlambatan penyelesaian pengawasan. Permasalahan tersebut diantaranya, terbatasnya jumlah auditor teknis, belum meratanya pengetahuan dan pengalaman pengawasan konstruksi, penugasan yang tumpang tindih, dan proses pelaporan yang memakan waktu lama. Permasalahan tersebut berdampak pada tidak tercapainya tujuan pengawasan internal dan ketidakpatuhan proses konstruksi terhadap peraturan perundangan, sehingga pengawasan internal konstruksi tidak berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Dalam pemerintahan, diperlukan adanya standarisasi prosedur operasional (SOP) untuk membantu kinerja pemerintah agar pelaksanaannya lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan standar prosedur operasional pengawasan internal konstruksi bangunan gedung negara menggunakan kontrak rancang bangun berbasis risiko. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis arsip atau studi literatur, survei kuesioner, dan metode Delphi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, terdapat 3 proses bisnis dalam pengawasan internal, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan. Dalam aktivitas pengawasan internal ditemukan 90 risiko yang mungkin terjadi dan 16 risiko diantaranya dikategorikan sebagai level risiko tinggi. Respon risiko atas 16 risiko tinggi tersebut digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan SOP berbasis risiko.

The amount of infrastructure development in Jakarta makes internal control of the implementation of design and build contracts for construction of state buildings need attention. The problem is there are still some findings that are not detected by APIP but found by external auditors, and delays in completing assignments. The problems include a limited number of technical auditors, uneven knowledge, and experience of construction supervision, overlapping assignments, and a report process that takes time. These problems have an impact, that are lack of internal control objectives’s achievement and non-compliance with laws and regulations, thus showing that internal control of construction is not running effectively and efficiently. In government, it is necessary to standardize operational procedures (SOP) to help government performance more effective and efficient. This research aims to develop SOP for internal control of building construction using design and build contracts with risk based. Methods used in this research are archival analysis or literature study, questionnaire survey, and Delphi method. The results showed that there are 3 business processes, namely the planning, implementation, and reporting. In internal control activities, 90 potential risks were found and 16 of them were categorized as high-risk level. Risk responses of 16 high risks are used as the basis for developing risk-based SOP."
