"Kapal penangkap cumi (kapal lampu) dengan alat tangkap jaring yang digunakan oleh beberapa nelayan skala kecil di kabupaten Cirebon membutuhkan stabilitas kapal yang baik. Maka muncul suatu ide perancangan system moveable cadik sebagai pembantu stabilitas kapal yang dapat difungsikan pada saat melakukan aktivitas penangkapan ikan. Pada kapal ikan penagkap cumi pelat datar 10 m ini dilengkapi moveable cadik dikedua sisi kapal dengan system moveable yaitu dapat tidak difungsikan pada saat kapal sedang berjalan dan berlabuh. Tujuan adanya moveable cadik ini adalah agar stabilitas kapal menjadi lebih baik sehingga dapat memperluas daerah jangkauan pelayaran dan meningkatkan hasil tangkapan ikan khususnya cumi. Hasil dari perhitungan stabilitas awal kapal ikan penangkap cumi menunjukkan penggunaan moveable cadik memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap stabilitas kapal berdasarkan kriteria IMO.

Squid vessel (light ship) with net fishing gear used by some small-scale fishermen in the district Cirebon requires good stability of the vessel. Then came the idea of designing a moveable system as an auxiliary outrigger boat stability that can be enabled at the time of fishing activity. In the squid fishing vessel 10 m flat plate is equipped with moveable outrigger on both sides of the ship with a moveable system that can not be enabled when the ship is underway and anchored. The purpose of the portable outrigger is for better stability so as to expand the service area of shipping and increased catches of fish, especially squid. The results of calculation of the initial stability of fishing vessels catching squid showed the use of portable outrigger provides good leverage toward vessel stability."

"ABSTRAK
Dalam rangka meningkatkan pemasaran pada industri manufaktur
yang mempunyai salah satu produk pressure vessel, maka diperlukan
standarisasi pola estimasi perhitungan biaya pressure vessel untuk
mengantisipasi permintaan penawaran yang tidak dapat dipenuhi
seluruhnya dengan waktu yang dikehendaki oleh calon pemesan,
mengingat penawaran harga merupakan langkah awal untuk menuju ke
proses untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan tersebut.
Dengan menggunakan standarisasi pola estimasi software
ESTIMASI, maka dapat menghasilkan perhitungan yang cepat dan tepat,
untuk mengantisipasi produktivitas perusahaan yang terurai dalam QCD
(quality, cost dan delivery) se.cara keseluruhan.
Dari hasil analisa di -dapatkan bahwa perhitungan harga produk
pressure vessel dengan menggunakan software ESTIMASI akan
mempercepat waktu penyelesaian perhitungan penawaran llarga dengan
menggunakan jam orang yang rendah.
Dengan menggunakan sistem ini maka dapat dihemat waktu sebesar
dua belas hari dan biaya untuk proses perhitungan penawaran harga
pressure vessel dapat direduksi sebesar 2a,68 %.

ABSTRACT
To improve marketing in the field of manufacturing industry in which
one of its product is pressure vessel councequently a standardization of
estimation design for pressure vessel cost calculation is need to anticipate
quotation inquiry which cannot wholly be fulfilled according to time of
delivery determined by client concidiring that a quotation is a first step
concerning a process to achieve the work.
using the ESTIMASJ standardization of software estimation design it
can resulting a fast and accurate calculation to anticipate the entire
company productivity explained in the QCD (quality, Cost and Delivery).
From the result of analyzing it is found that price estimation of pressure
vessel product using software ESTIMASI, will speed up the finishing time
of the price quotation estimation using a low man hour.
Using this system it can be economized time for about 12 (twelve)
days and the cost for price quotation estimation process of presssure
vessel can be reducted as much as 28.68 %.
