"The classical inventory models usually consider deterioration rate and demand rate as constant quantities, but, in the practical situations, the deterioration rate and the demand rate are uncertain in nature. In this paper, a new two-warehouse inventory model with fuzzy deterioration rate and fuzzy demand rate under conditionally permissible delay in payment is developed. The deterioration rate and demand rate are considered as right-shaped fuzzy numbers. The objective was to obtain the optimum value of the fuzzy total cost. The numerical examples are also considered to compare the crisp model and its corresponding fuzzy model. Finally, a sensitivity analysis is carried out to get the sensitiveness of the tolerance of different input parameters."

"Pemborosan inventory disebabkan karena tidak adanya koordinasi dalam sistem Supply Chain Management. Koordinasi antara vendor dan buyer dapat mengurangi biaya inventory dalam sistem. Dengan metode joint economic lot size akan ditentukan lot produksi dan lot order yang optimal bagi vendor dan buyer. Dalam penelitian ini juga diusulkan penerapan metode quantity discount. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai lot produksi dan lot order optimal serta nilai quantity discount. Selain itu, diperoleh juga perbandingan besarnya biaya inventory model independen dengan model koordinasi. Pengaruh perubahan parameter terhadap perilaku model diteliti dengan sensitivity analysis terhadap beberapa parameter kunci.

The problem of inventory loose is caused by non co¬ordination in the Supply Chain Management. Co¬ordination between vendor and buyer could minimize inventory cost in the system. Joint economic lot size method will determined the optimal lot production and lot order for vendor and buyer. This research also propose the quantity discount method. From this research, the joint economic lot size production and order and the value of the quantity discount are obtained. Also, the differences of inventory cost between independent model and co¬ordination model are obtained. Finally, A sensitivity analysis is performed to explore the effect of key parameters. "

"Biaya logistic menjadi parameter untuk meningkatkan performa bisnis, dengan menekan biaya logistic, pengeluaran dapat dialokasikan kepada bagian yang dapat meningkatkan performa industry baik dari segi social, maupun secara environmental. PT. IMARI dan Rumah Sakit Medika Permata Hijau melakukan penyelenggaraan makanan terhadap pasien memiliki permasalahan biaya pengadaan bahan baku belum mendapatkan biaya yang optimal. Dengan menggunakan Dynamic Lot-Sizing, Biaya logistic PT. IMARI dapat berkurang sehingga dapat dialokasikan untuk pengolahan dan manajemen makanan sisa, Peramalan permintaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Winters Method karena data pasien dan permintaan mengikuti tren musiman di Indonesia. Implikasi penelitian bahwa dengan menggunakan Algorithma Wagner-Within, biaya logistic dapat berkurang hingga 18% dalam periode 12 hari.

Logistics costs are one of a parameter to improve business performance, by reducing logistics costs, budget spending can be allocated to sections that can improve industry performance both in terms of social and environmental aspects. PT. IMARI and Medika Permata Hijau Hospital conduct food distribution for patients having problems with the cost of procuring raw materials especially Perishable Product has not yet received optimal costs. By using Dynamic LotSizing, the logistic costs of PT. IMARI can be reduced so that it can be allocated for processing and remaining food management. Demand forecasting is done using the Winters Method because patient data and demand follow seasonal trends in Indonesia. The research implication is that by using the Wagner-Within Algorithms, logistics costs can be reduced by up to 18% in a 12 day period."

"Manajemen rantai pengadaan merupakan salah satu kunci sukses bagi perusahaan industri. Salah satu perusahaan industri yang telah menggunakan konsep rantai pengadaan adalah PT Mumi Cahaya Pratama yang memproduksi Cargloss Carfme 0302. Produk ini khusus dibuat untuk PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing dan bahan bakunya terdiri dari 5 macam. Agar bisa menang dalam kompetisi industri diperlukan kinerja yang baik dalam rantai pengadaan untuk menjamin produksi dan kualitasnya. Perusahaan ini menyadari bahwa untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas rantai pengadaan perlu diketahui kinerja dari rantai pengadaan tersebut. Sayangnya, perusahaan ini belum memiliki sistem penilaian kinerja bagi rantai pengadaannya.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan sebuah model penilaian kinerja rantai pengadaan bagi Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red dan mengaplikasikannya untuk mendapatkan nilai kinerja rantai pengadaannya. Sistem penilaian kinerja rantai pengadaan yang sudah ada saat ini kurang dapat mengakomodasi kondisi nyata dalam proses penilaian, yaitu kurang informasi dan keragu-raguan serta ketidakpastian. Maka dari itu peneliti menggunakan algoritma pengukuran berdasarkan aplikasi dari teori himpunan fuzzy dan metode metrik.
Peneliti menggunakan 2 metode untuk membandingkan hasil penilaian menggunakan kedua metode tersebut. Dalam pembuatan model penilaian kinerja bagi rantai pengadaan Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red, kriteria penilaian dipilih dan dibobotkan. Hasilnya adalah sistem penilaian kinerja rantai pengadaan bagi produk Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red. Kemudian sistem ini diaplikasikan dalam proses penilaian sehingga dihasilkan nilai kinerja rantai pengadaan Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red sebesar 8.44 dalam skala 0 sampai dengan 10. Dengan menggunakan metode metrik hasil pengukuran kinerja adalah baik.

Supply chain management is one of industrial companies' key to be success. One of the companies who adopt supply chain management concept is PT Mumi Cahaya Pratama that produces Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red. This product is produced only for 1 customer and its material supplied by 5 suppliers. To win in industrial competition, excellence supply chain performance is needed to guarantee its production and quality. This company realizes that in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of its supply chain, company needs to know its supply chain performance. Unfortunately, this company doesn't have supply chain performance measurement system.
The objective of this research is to design a supply chain performance measurement system for Cargloss Carfine 0302 and apply this model to measure its supply chain performance. The existing performance measurement system fails to address the real situations in evaluation, which are lack of information, hesitation and fuzziness. To fill this gap, this research proposed a fuzzy measurement algorithm and the metric method.
Researcher used 2 methods to compare the results. To generate a supply chain performance measurement system, criteria as performance indicators is chosen and weighted. The result is a supply chain performance measurement system for Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red. Then this system is used to measure supply chain performance of this product. The measurement process using fuzzy measurement algorithm yields supply chain performance for Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red is 8,44 on scale of 10. Using the method metric the measurement process yields supply chain performance is good.

"Indonesia sebagai negara dengan kawasan hutan terluas di Asia Tenggara menjadikan sumber daya alam kehutanan yang dimiliki sangat berpotensi. Berbagai sumber daya alam dapat diperoleh dari hutan, salah satunya adalah kayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja pengadaan bahan baku kayu bulat dengan menggunakan kerangka Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Analisis dilakukan pada CV Prima Papua yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan pengolahan kayu. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan matrik strategi Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) level 1, level 2 dan level 3 dengan 5 indikator penilaian kinerja pengadaan bahan baku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja CV Prima Papua pada 5 indikator tersebut berada di bawah target yang ditetapkan akibatnya. Usulan perbaikan yang diberikan adalah perusahaan perlu menetapkan tingkat persediaan bahan baku kayu bulat.

Indonesia as a country with the largest forest area in Southeast Asia needs natural resources. Various natural resources can be obtained from forests, one of which is wood. This study analyzes the acquisition of round wood raw materials by using a Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). The analysis was carried out on CV Prima Papua which is one of the wood processing companies in Indonesia. The diminishing forest area and the more wood processing companies the more competition, the tighter in obtaining raw materials. The analysis was carried out using level 1, level 2 and level 3 Supply Chain Operations (SCOR) Strategy matrix with 5 indicators of performance evaluation of raw material procurement. Currently, CV Prima Papua's performance on these 5 indicators is below the target set.
The results of this study indicate how the application of inappropriate levels is the main factor
causing companies not to need high level companies.Therefore, the company needs to set it's level of raw material invetory.
