Jakarta Barat periode bulan Agustus tahun 2015 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas
dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktek
pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika
yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman
praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Apotek serta memiliki gambaran
nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan
kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek
kefarmasian. Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Apotek Kimia Farma No.96 Jl.
Leten S.Parman Kav. G/12 Jakarta Barat dilakukan selama empat minggu dengan
tugas khusus yaitu Pengkajian Resep Penyakit Rheumatoid Arthritis.

"ABSTRAK
Praktik Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No.96
Jalan Letjen S.Parman Kav.G/12 Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama
empat minggu dari tanggal 3 sampai dengan 30 Agustus 2015. PKP di apotek
bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab
Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA), memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, serta
pengalaman praktis tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki
gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek.
Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, APA di Apotek Kimia Farma No.96
Jalan Letjen S.Parman Kav.G/12 Jakarta Barat secara umum telah menjalankan
fungsi pengawasan dan pengendalian terhadap semua komponen obat di apotek dan
juga melaksanakan fungsinya sebagai apoteker dalam menjamin penggunaan obat
yang rasional. Pengelolaan pelayaan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi
perencanaan kebutuhan obat, pengadaan obat, pendistribusian obat, penyimpanan
obat serta pelayanan informasi obat untuk obat dengan resep dan obat non resep
atau swamedikasi. Praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 96
secara keseluruhan telah berjalan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan
yang berlaku. Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek Kimia Farma No.96 adalah
kurangnya kedisiplinan petugas farmasi dalam melakukan pencatatan barang di Apotek.

The practice of pharmaceutical services at Kimia Farma No. 96 as a whole has been run according with the legislation in force. "Program Pendidikan Profesi Apoteker Departemen Farmasi FMIPA Universitas Indonesia, bekerja sama dengan apotek Kimia Farma No. 96 dalam menyelenggarakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) guna memberikan pembekalan, pengetahuan, pemahaman dan gambaran singkat peran Apoteker dalam penyelenggaraan kesehatan sebelum mengabdi pada masyarakat. Pada Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini, peserta PKPA mendapat tugas untuk mengamati dan mempelajari langsung kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di apotek Kimia Farma No. 96. Pelaksanaan praktek kerja berlangsung dari tanggal 5 September - 15 Oktober 2011. Dengan adanya praktek kerja ini diharapkan mahasiswa calon Apoteker dapat mengambil manfaat dan ilmu agar nantinya dapat diterapkan secara nyata untuk kepentingan dunia kesehatan."

"ABSTRAK
Apoteker memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab yang sangat penting di apotek, yakni sebagai
pemimpin dan pemberi arahan seluruh kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan non-teknis
kefarmasian seperti pengelola dan penggerak bisnis di apotek, serta sebagai pengambil keputusan.
Pelayanan Kefarmasian adalah suatu pelayanan langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien
yang berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi dengan maksud mencapai hasil yang pasti untuk
meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Suatu sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat
dilaksanakannya dilakukannya praktek kefarmasian oleh Apoteker adalah apotek. Dalam
melakukan kegiatan kefarmasian di Apotek, Apoteker juga dituntut untuk memiliki wawasan,
pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman praktis di Apotek untuk dapat mengetahui gambaran
permasalahan yang sering dihadapi serta strategi dalam pengembangan praktek kefarmasian.
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker yang dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma No.7 Bogor dilakukan
selama satu bulan dengan tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu pengkajian.ABSTRACT Pharmacists have an important roles and responsibilities formanaging the pharmacy store, such as
a leader and giver of direction about technical and non-technical pharmaceutical activities such as
the pharmacy manager, business driver in pharmacies, and as a decision makers. Pharmaceutical
Services is a service directly responsible to the patient associated with the pharmaceutical
preparation with the aim to improve patients? quality of life. a place for doing of pharmacy
services and implementating a practice of pharmacy by a pharmacist is a pharmacy. As a
pharmacists, we also required to have the insight, knowledge, skills, practical experience in the

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma 202 bertujuan untuk
memahami peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam melaksanakan pelayanan
kefarmasian di Apotek, memahami sistem dan manajemen yang ada di Apotek
baik sistem perbekalan kefarmasian maupun pelayanan farmasi klinis, serta
menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan calon Apoteker dalam melaksanakan
pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek. Apotek Kimia Farma 202 Depok telah
melaksanakan pengelolaan perbekalan kefarmasian dan pelayanan farmasi klinik
dengan cukup baik. Tugas khusus yang diberikan tentang penyakit hipotiroid dan
analisa resep obat hipotiroid di Apotek Kimia Farma 202. Tugas khusus ini
diberikan agar mahasiswa memahami sistem dan fungsi hormon tiroid pada tubuh
manusia, memahami penyakit hipotiroid dan terapi yang diberikan, serta
memahami rasionalitas resep berdasarkan pengkajian resep yang berkaitan dengan
penyakit tiroid.
ABSTRACT Pharmacist profession internship at Apotek Kimia Farma 202 aims to understand
the role and responsibilities of pharmacists in implementing the pharmaceutical
service in the drugstore, understand the system in drugstore either the
pharmaceutical supplies system and clinical pharmacy, increasing knowledge and

Sehingga seorang apoteker perlu dibekali pengetahuan, pemahaman dan aplikasi tentang manajemen apotek, pelayanan kefarmasian, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan penggunaan obat yang tepat kepada pasien.
Pharmacy is a certain place, where pharmaceutical professional and pharmaceutical dosage forms distribution, other health supplies to people. Pharmacy as one of the health care facilities has to prioritize people's importance and must provide, stock and also deliver pharmaceutical dosage forms managed by a pharmacist who has made a professional oath and licensed by local District Health Ministry. A pharmacist need to be prepared in knowledge, comprehension and application about pharmacy management, pharmaceutical care, supplying, stock and appropriate drug administering to patients."
