"Telah dilakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan PKPA ini berlangsung selama tiga minggu dari tanggal 4 sampai dengan tanggal 24 Agustus 2015. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKPA ini adalah agar mahasiswa Apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku dan agar mahasiswa Apoteker memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku, serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktik profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKPA yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan bertanggung jawab atas kegiatan pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan mangacu pada Permenkes No. 30 Tahun 2014 tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas.
Profession Internship at Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan Jakarta Barat has been done for three weeks from August 4 th until 24 th 2015. Puskesmas is community health centers. Profession Internship at this area was intended to make apothecary student understand the role and responsibility of pharmacist accordances to the statutory provisions and ethics, have insight into the implementation of pharmaceutical practice in Puskesmas, and know the issues in pharmaceutical practice in Puskesmas. Based on the activities, pharmacist in Puskesmas have been carrying out the duties and responsibilities in management of pharmaceutical preparation and consumable medical supply and in practice of clinical pharmacy. Pharmacy services in Puskesmas is carried out refers to Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 30 Tahun 2015 about the standard of pharmacy services at Puskesmas."

"Praktek kerja profesi (PKP) di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan Jakarta Barat bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan kefarmasian serta memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman serta gambaran nyata dalam melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan, Apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam menjamin pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas sesuai dengan standar. Secara umum praktek dan pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan telah diupayakan sesuai dengan Permenkes No. 30 tahun 2014. Pelayanan farmasi klinis di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan masih belum berjalan optimal akibat kurangnya tenaga Apoteker yang berfokus pada pelayanan farmasi klinik. Kegiatan PKP di Puskesmas kecamatan Kembangan berlangsung selama 3 minggu dari tanggal 4 Agustus sampai dengan tanggal 24 Agustus2015 dengan tugas khusus yaitu patient medication record penyakit tidak menular di Puskesmas Kecamatan kembangan Jakarta Barat periode 2 Juli-20 Agustus tahun 2015.
Profession internship at Puskesmas kecamatan Kembangan West Jakarta was intended to make apothecary students understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in accordance with the rules and ethics of pharmaceutical care; also have the insight, knowledge, skills and experience as well as know the issues of pharmaceutical care in Puskesmas. Based on the activities, Pharmacists have an important role in ensuring pharmaceutical care at Puskesmas accordance with the standard. In general, pharmaceutical care in Puskesmas kecamatan kembangan has been pursued with Permenkes No. 30 2014. The clinical pharmacy services in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan are still not optimal due to the lack of the number of Pharmacists that focus on clinical pharmacy services. Profession internship at Puseksmas Kecamatan Kembangan was held for 3 weeks from August 4th until August 24th 2015 in a special assignment that is medication record of noncommunicable diseases patient in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan on period 2nd July until 20th August 2015."

"ABSTRAK
Praktik Kerja Profesi (PKP) di puskesmas bertempat di Puskesmas Kecamatan
Kembangan, Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga minggu dari
tanggal 30 Juni hingga 24 Juli 2015. PKP di puskesmas bertujuan agar mahasiswa
apoteker mengerti peranan apoteker, memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan
pekerjaan kefarmasian, mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi
apoteker, memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di
puskesmas, serta berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain.
Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Apoteker di
Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan telah melaksanakan kewajibannya dengan baik.
Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin
yang dilakukan di puskesmas. Kegiatan manajerial meliputi perencanaan
kebutuhan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengendalian,
pencatatan, pelaporan, dan pengarsipan obat, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi
pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai, dan kegiatan farmasi klinis meliputi
pelayanan resep (dispensing), Pelayan Informasi Obat (PIO), konseling, homecare,
dan penyuluhan kesehatan. peningkatan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian dilakukan
dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi seperti penggunaan perangkat
lunak dan website. Masalah yang terjadi di puskesmas adalah keterbatasan sarana
dan prasarana pendukung kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian.

Puskesmas merupakan unit pelaksana teknis dinas kesehatan kabupaten/kota yang bertanggung jawab menyelenggarakan pembangunan kesehatan di suatu wilayah kerja. Peran apoteker di Puskesmas adalah mengelola perbekalan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan bertujuan agar calon apoteker dapat memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian, memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas, melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktek profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas, berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di Puskesmas. Kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan pelayanan farmasi klinik dan pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai. Praktek kerja profesi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku, dan dalam bidang kesehatan masyarakat; memiliki pengetahuan, ketrampilan, sikap perilaku (profesionalism) serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata (reality) untuk melakukan praktik profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di puskesmas; melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi apoteker di puskesmas; memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan (problem-solving) praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di puskesmas; serta mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di PUskesmas. Sedangkan tugas khusus yang berjudul "Gambaran Pengetahuan tentang Apoteker dan Pengelolaan Obat di Rumah Tangga melalui Program Ketuk Pintu Farmasi" bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai apoteker dan mengatahui pengelolaan obat di rumah tangga.

Internship program at Puskesmas Kembangan Sub-district aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in practice pharmacy services at the health center in accordance with legislative provisions and applicable ethical pharmaceuticals, and in the field of public health; have the knowledge, skills, attitude, behavior (professionalism) as well as the insight and experience real (reality) to practice pharmacy profession and work in Puskesmas; see and learn strategies and the development of professional practice of pharmacists in the health center; have a real picture about problem solving and employment practices in the health center pharmacy, and be able to cimmunicate and interact with other health professionals on duty at the health center. While the special task entitled "Overview Knowledge of Pharmacists and Management of Medicines at Household via "Ketuk Pintu Farmasi" Program aims to reveal the public' knowledge of the pharmacist and know the management of drugs in the household."

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan pada Bulan Februari 2016 bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku, dan dalam bidang kesehatan masyarakat, memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktik profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas, melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas, mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di Puskesmas. Profession Internship at Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan in West Jakarta on February 2016 aims to understand the role, job, and responsibilities of pharmacist in Puskesmas, gain knowledge, skill, attitude, perception, and real experience in pharmaceutical practices at the health center, find strategic ways to develop the role of pharmacist, have real illustration of any problem that occurred in pharmaceutical practices, and have capability to communicate with other health professionals. The profession internship program runs for 3 weeks in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan with special assignment is study design for a book Drug Information Service."

mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktek profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas,
memahami gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek dan pekerjaan
kefarmasian di Puskesmas serta mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan
tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di Puskesmas. Praktek Kerja di Puskesmas
Kecamatan Kembangan dilaksanakan selama 3 minggu dengan tugas khusus
Pengkajian Evaluasi Penggunaan obat di Puskesmas Kecamaatan Kembangan.ABSTRACT The aims of apothecary profession internship program at Kembangan District
Community Health Centers on November 2015 are to understand the role , duties
and responsibilities in pharmaceutical care at Community Health Centers in
accordance with the provisions and ethics pharmacy that applies in Community
Health Centers, perceive and have knowledge , skill , behavior and attitude insight
and experience to do the practice of a profession and pharmaceutical care in
Community Health Centers, look and study thedevelopment of strategies and
practice of the profession of pharmacists at Community Health Centers, having an
example of the problems and work of pharmaceutical care in Community Health
Centers and able to communicate and interact with other health workers.;The aims of apothecary profession internship program at Kembangan District

"ABSTRAK
Praktik kerja profesi di puskesmas dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan Jakarta Barat pada tanggal 2 November - 20 November 2015.
Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi ini memiliki tujuan umum agar mahasiswa
program studi apoteker memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi dan pelayanan
kesehatan; memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap prilaku serta wawasan dan pengalaman untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian;
mempelajari Strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas; memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik dan pekerjaan
kefarmasian di Puskesmas; mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di Puskesmas. Praktek profesi dilakukan selama 3
minggu dengan tugas khusus kajian pelayanan informasi obat (PIO) pada pasien di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan tanggal 16-20 November 2015.
ABSTRACT Profession internship in Health Center is held at Kembangan District Health
Center, West Jakarta on November 2nd ? August 20th 2015. The goals of this
internship program are to make students understand jobs and duties of pharmacist
in Health Center legally and ethically; to make students have the knowledge,
skills, attitudes and behavior of insight and experience to do pharmaceutical care
practice; to make students learn the strategy and activity in developing
pharmaceutical practice; to make students experience pharmaceutical practice
problems; and to make students able to communicate and interact with other
health professionals who served in health center. The apothecary profession
internship program conducted during three weeks in a special assignment that is
drug information services in patients at Kembangan District Health Center on 1620 November 2015.;Profession internship in Health Center is held at Kembangan District Health
