"[Tesis ini menganalisis Faktor Faktor Kinerja Koperasi Primer Koperasi Pusjarah TNI Puspen TNI dan Puskes TNI di Lingkungan Mabes TNI dengan Berdasarkan Perspektif 7's Mckinsey Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Post Positivism dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif Faktor faktor yang mendukung kinerja di koperasi Pusjarah TNI Puspen TNI dan Puskes TNI sebagai subyek penelitian sebagai berikut 1 Adanya nilai yang berkembang dan dianut oleh anggota koperasi untuk selalu memberi dukungan bagi kemajuan koperasi dengan banyak memberikan masukan masukan feedback untuk peningkatan kegiatan perkoperasian Selain itu kepercayaan yang tinggi kepada Pengurus koperasi 2 Adanya dukungan dari dinas untuk kemajuan permodalan koperasi di masing masing primer koperasi 3 Style yang diterapkan bersifat demokratis dengan stlye yang berbeda dimasing masing koperasi namun tetap berdasar kepada asas kekeluargaan Faktor faktor yang menghambat kinerja di koperasi Pusjarah TNI Puspen TNI dan Puskes TNI sebagai berikut 1 Tidak adanya penetapan Standard Operational Procedure SOP dalam kegiatan koperasi sehari hari Prosedur yang ada ditetapkan pada saat Rapat Akhir Tahunan RAT dan dapat berubah sewaktu waktu berdasarkan kebijakan yang ditetapkan pada saat Rapat Akhir Tahunan RAT berikutnya 2 Tidak adanya struktur tersendiri untuk pengurus koperasi serta tidak adanya penetapan SOP dalam kegiatan koperasi sehari hari 3 Pengurus koperasi memiliki double duty antara sebagai pegawai dan sebagai pengurus koperasi sehingga tidak terfokus dengan kegiatan koperasi 4 Kurangnya pengetahuan pengurus tentang perkoperasian serta belum maksimalnya anggota memanfaatkan keberadaan koperasi dan koperasi hanya dikenal sebagai Unit Simpan Pinjam USIPA Hasil penelitian menyarankan membuat struktur tersendiri khusus koperasi Perlunya ditetapkan SOP yang jelas serta adanya evaluasi

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme pegawai pengawasan proyek konstruksi ditinjau dari aspek legal, administrasi, teknis dan keuangan terhadap kinerja mutu di Mabes TNI AU. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 46 pegawai dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel sensus. Pengujian validitas menggunakan korelasi product moment dan pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan cronbach alpha. Uji asumsi klasik menggunakan uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji multikolinieritas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme pegawai pengawasan proyek berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja mutu di Mabes TNI AU. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan hasil sebesar 0,693 yang artinya bahwa 69,3% kinerja mutu di Mabes TNI AU dipengaruhi oleh profesionalisme pegawai pengawasan proyek dan sisanya 30,7% dipengaruhi variabel lainnya di luar model penelitian ini. "Penelitian ini menjelaskan pola asuh anak pada keluarga militer dalam hubungannya dengan institusi pendidikan militer orang tua, studi ini berfokus pada TNI Angkatan Darat. Penelitian ini mengisi kelemahan kajian pola asuh anak di keluarga militer terdahulu yang berfokus pada jenis-jenis pola asuh keluarga militer, implikasi penempatan militer terhadap hubungan orang tua militer dengan anaknya, serta pendidikan militer dan kehidupan prajurit setelahnya. Peneliti berargumen bahwa dalam mengasuh anak, anggota militer menerapkan nilai-nilai militer yang diperoleh selama pendidikan militer sebab latar pendidikan orang tua militer menjadi dasar dalam mengasuh anak. Keluarga militer menyerap nilai-nilai militer karena batas profesional dan pribadi di dalam militer sangat tipis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data utama diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan anggota militer lulusan sekolah pendidikan dan pembentukan militer (Akademi, Sekolah Bintara, dan Sekolah Tamtama) yang telah berkeluarga dan memiliki anak dalam kerangka indikator total institution. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat keterkaitan antara teknik pola asuh dengan nilai-nilai militer yang diperoleh orang tua selama pendidikan militernya. Meskipun demikian, tidak seluruh teknik pola asuh orang tua militer berkaitan pendidikan militer mereka. Penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat perbedaan praktik-praktik indikator institusi total dalam institusi pendidikan militer yang diteliti yaitu Akademi Militer, Sekolah Bintara, dan Sekolah Tamtama. Penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa terdapat faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keterkaitan antara pola asuh orang tua militer dengan nilai-nilai militer dari institusi pendidikan militer, yaitu faktor internal keluarga dan faktor eksternal keluarga.

This research describes the parenting of children in military families in relation to parents' military educational institutions, this study focuses on the TNI - AD. This research fills in the weaknesses of the former study of child parenting in military families which focuses on the types of military family parenting, the implications of military deployment on the relationship between military parents and their children, and also military education and the lives of soldiers afterward. Researchers argue that in parenting children, military members apply military values obtained during military education because the educational background of military parents is the basis for parenting the children. Military families absorb military values because the professional and personal boundaries within the military are very thin. This study uses a qualitative approach, the main data obtained through in-depth interviews with members of the military who graduated from military education institutions (Akademi, Sekolah Bintara, and Sekolah Tamtama) who are married and have children within the total institution indicator framework. This study shows that there is a link between parenting techniques and military values acquired by parents during their military education. However, not all of the parenting techniques of military parents are related to their military education. This research shows that there are differences in the practices of total institution indicators in the military education institutions studied, namely the Akademi, Sekolah Bintara, dan Sekolah Tamtama. This study also shows that there are factors that influence the relationship between military parents' parenting and military values from military education institutions, namely family internal factors and family external factors."

"ABSTRAKPekerjaan sebagai awak pesawat helikopter mendapat pajanan antara lain kebisingan, yang dapat menyebabkan tuli perseptif. Untuk pencegahan, perlu diidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko yang berkairtan dengan tuli saraf tersebut . Oleh karena di Indonesia belum banyak dilakukan penelitian mengenai hal ini, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko total jam terbang, intensitas kebisingan pesawat, jenis jabatan awak pesawat dan usia awak pesawat.Jabatan sebagai juru mesin udara, tingkat kebisingan pesawat Serta total jam terbang merupakan faktor-faktor risiko yang potensial terhadap tuli perseptif, oleh karena itu ke 3 faktor risiko tersebut perlu mendapat perhatian terhadap program pencegahan tuli perseptif diantara para awak pesawat helikopter militer."
