Penelitian ini tentang pengaruh ketidakpastian dalam informasi kandidat
terhadap preferensi politik. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga ingin melihat pengaruh
sikap terhadap risiko sebagai moderator dari pengaruh ketidakpastian terhadap
preferensi politik. Penelitian ini melibatkan 83 Mahasiswa Diploma dan Strata-
1 yang ada di berbagai fakultas di Universitas Indonesia. Ketidakpastian dilihat
dari informasi kandidat, dengan kandidat petahana yang memiliki
ketidakpastian rendah, dan kandidat penantang dengan ketidakpastian tinggi.
Untuk mengukur sikap terhadap risiko digunakan alat ukur Domain Specific
Risk Attitude Scale (DOSPERT). Preferensi politik diukur melalui penilaian
positif terhadap masing-masing kandidat. Melalui teknik statistik Mixed-Anova,
hasil dari penelitian ini tidak menunjukkan adanya pengaruh ketidakpastian
dalam informasi kandidat terhadap preferensi politik seseorang untuk memilih
kandidat, dan tidak adanya pengaruh moderasi dari sikap terhadap risiko pada
pengaruh ketidakpastian terhadap preferensi politik

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi budaya sadar risiko pada Perusahaan Asuransi berdasarkan The Institute of Management (IRM) Risk Culture Framework dengan menilai perspektif individu dan organisasi. Studi ini menekankan bahwa budaya kesadaran risiko yang kuat merupakan fondasi kematangan manajemen risiko. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari objek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan wawancara. Statistik deskriptif dan analisis naratif digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang telah dikumpulkan. Berdasarkan analisis tingkat individu, personel PT XYZ mempunyai tingkat toleransi risiko sedang dan rendah. Mereka cenderung tidak nyaman mengambil risiko tanpa analisis dan perhitungan yang memadai serta memiliki karakter yang penuh persiapan. Personel juga mempertimbangkan ketiga etika yakni kepatuhan, kepedulian dan logika dalam pengambilan keputusan sehari-hari. Berdasarkan analisis tingkat organisasi, budaya organisasi PT XYZ masuk dalam kategori komunal yang memiliki dimensi solidaritas dan sosial tinggi. Orang-orang dalam kategori ini mempunyai ciri kerja tim yang baik di seluruh fungsi serta mempunyai fokus tujuan yang sama. Evaluasi terhadap delapan aspek budaya risiko berdasarkan IRM risk culture aspects model, terdapat empat aspek yang merupakan praktik unggul (risk leadership, accountability, risk resources, dan risk skill) dan tiga aspek praktik baik (reward, dealing with bad news dan informed risk decisions) serta satu aspek praktik lemah atau senjang (transparency).

The study aims to evaluate risk awareness culture in an Insurance Company based on The Institute of Management (IRM) Risk Culture Framework by assesing their individual and organizational perspective. This study emphasizes that a robust risk awareness culture is a foundation of risk mangement maturity. This study is a descriptive qualitative method. The data source is primary data obtained directly from the research object. This study employs a survey based and an interview based. Descriptive statistics and narrative analysis are used to analyze data by describing or illustrating the data that has been collected. Based on the individual level analysis, PT XYZ personnel have an average and low level of risk tolerance. They tend to be uncomfortable taking risks without adequate analysis and calculations and have a prepared character. Personnel within organization also have high conscience in ethic obedience, ethic of care and ethic of reason when carrying out decision day-to-day basis. Based on organizational level analysis, PT XYZ’s organizational culture described as Communal, which has high solidarity and social dimension. People in this category is characterized by good team work across function and goals focused. The evaluation of eight aspect of risk culture based on IRM risk culture aspects model, there are four aspects have excellent practices(risk leadership, accountability, risk resources, and risk skill) and three aspects have good practices (reward, dealing with bad news and informed risk decisions) and one aspects has fair practices (transparency)."

"Latar Belakang: Kolaborasi antara kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi merupakan hal yang esensial dalam meningkatkan efisiensi sumber daya dan standar pelayanan. Namun, masih sangat sedikit penelitian yang membahas mengenai hal ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui awareness mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran (FK) dan Kedokteran Gigi (FKG) Universitas Indonesia (UI) terhadap kolaborasi antara dokter dan dokter gigi dalam praktik.

Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional. Seluruh populasi mahasiswa FK & FKG UI angkatan 2013-2017 (n = 1432) diminta untuk melengkapi kuesioner. Kuesioner terdiri dari 12 pertanyaan yang didesain untuk mengetahui awareness mahasiswa mengenai kolaborasi antara praktik kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi.

Hasil: Response rate penelitian ini adalah 79.39%. Mayoritas mahasiswa (86.1%) aware terhadap kolaborasi antara praktik kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi. Mahasiswa menganggap bahwa disiplin ilmu Kecelakaan dan Layanan Darurat, Bedah, dan Telinga, Hidung & Tenggorokan (THT) merupakan tiga disiplin ilmu yang paling umum memiliki kolaborasi antara praktik kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi.

Kesimpulan: Dalam penelitian ini, mahasiswa kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi pada umumnya menunjukkan awareness yang baik terhadap kolaborasi antara praktik kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi di Universitas Indonesia. Hal ini merupakan fondasi penting untuk terus mendorong kolaborasi yang sangat vital dalam meningkatkan efisiensi sumber daya dan standar pelayanan kesehatan.


Background: Medical-dental collaboration is essential for improving resource efficiency and standards of care. However, few studies have been conducted on it. This study aimed to investigate the awareness of medical and dental students about collaboration between medical and dental practices in University of Indonesia.

Methods: The study design used is cross-sectional. All population of Faculty of Medicine & Faculty of Dentistry UI students (n = 1432) in the year of 2013-2017 was asked to complete a questionnaire. It contained 12 questions designed to elicit their awareness of the collaboration between dentistry and medicine.

Results: The response rate of this study is 79.39%. Most students (86.1%) were aware of the collaboration between medical and dental practice in University of Indonesia. They considered that Accident & Emergency, Surgery, and Ear, Nose & Throat were the three most common medical disciplines which entailed collaboration between medical and dental practice.

Conclusion: In this study, the medical and dental students in general demonstrated a good awareness of the collaboration between medical and dental practice in University of Indonesia. This established an essential foundation for fostering medical-dental collaboration, which is vital to improving resource efficiency and standards of care."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dorongan untuk mendapatkan jawaban dan ketidakpastian terhadap preferensi pemilih dalam pemilihan kandidat gubernur. Dorongan untuk mendapatkan jawaban diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner Need for Closure Scale, sedangkan ketidakpastian dioperasionalisasikan dengan keberadaan informasi mengenai potensi kandidat penantang dan prestasi kandidat petahana. Preferensi partisipan terhadap kedua kandidat diukur dengan skala yang digunakan oleh Tormala, Jia, dan Norton (2012), yaitu terdiri dari item penilaian positif dan negatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara ketidakpastian terhadap preferensi pemilih F(1, 36) = 4.46, p < .05. Akan tetapi, tidak ditemukan pengaruh dorongan untuk mendapatkan jawaban terhadap preferensi pemilih (β = .0773, t(36) = .45, ns). Meskipun begitu, skor rata-rata preferensi individu dengan dorongan untuk mendapatkan jawaban yang rendah menunjukan bahwa mereka menilai penantang lebih positif daripada petahana.
Pada akhirnya disimpulkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini partisipan mempertimbangkan kandidat dengan prestasi sebagai kandidat yang lebih mengesankan dibandingkan kandidat yang digambarkan memiliki potensi. Partisipan juga menunjukan adanya preferensi umum untuk memilih kandidat petahana sebagai kandidat gubernur.

This study examined the impact of need for closure and uncertainty towards candidate preference. Need for closure (NFC) was measured using Need for Closure Scale, while uncertain information was operasionalized by the presence of information about challenger’s potential and incumbent's achievement. Participant's preference towards incumbent and challenger was measured by preference scale which was used before in Tormala, Jia, and Norton (2012). In that scale, preference was divided into two kind of evaluation: possitive assessment and negative outcome.
Result show that uncertainty is a significant influence on candidate preference F(1, 36) = 4.46, p < .05, yet there is no significant effect between NFC level towards candidate preference (β = .0773, t(36) = .45, ns). In spite, the mean of preference score from participant with low NFC shows that they value challenger better than incumbent.
In the end, it can concluded that participants recognized that candidate with achievement was more objectively impressive and showed a general preference for achievement rather than potential in their voting decision.

"Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh brand awareness, perceived quality dan brand association yang dimediasi oleh brand attitude terhadap brand loyalty. Dalam penelitian ini brand awareness, perceived quality dan brand association dikategorikan ke dalam perceptual dimension; sedangkan brand loyalty dikategorikan ke dalam behavior dimension. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa brand awareness dan brand association melalui mediasi brand attitude memberikan pengaruh siginifikan terhadap brand loyalty. Selanjutnya, pada penelitian ini brand attitude dimodifikasi menjadi variabel moderasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa brand attitude memberikan efek penguatan hubungan antara brand awareness terhadap brand loyalty dan brand association terhadap brand loyalty, meskipun pengaruh diantara variable tersebut tidak signifikan. Sehingga untuk dapat membangun brand loyalty, Surya Promild harus menitikberatkan kegiatan pemasaran yang dapat menguatkan brand awareness, brand association dan juga brand attitude.

This study discusses the effect of brand awareness, perceived quality and brand association is mediated by brand attitude toward brand loyalty. In this research, brand awareness, perceived quality and brand association categorized into perceptual dimension; whereas brand loyalty categorized into behavior dimension. The results showed that brand awareness and brand association through mediation brand attitude provides a significant effect on brand loyalty. Furthermore, this research modifies brand attitude be moderating variables.
The results showed that brand attitude gives the effect of strengthening the relationship between brand awareness to brand loyalty and brand association to brand loyalty, although the effect was not significant among those variables. So as to be able to build brand loyalty, Surya Promild should focus marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness, brand association and brand attitude.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari tingkat suku bunga di Indonesia terhadap perilaku pengambilan risiko pada bank bank umum di Indonesia yang tercatat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2004 ? 2012 semiannual, sesuai dengan fenomena yang terjadi pada bank di negara negara Eropa. Pengukuran risiko akan dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu dari Risk Weighted Asset (Asset Tertimbang Menurut Risiko), Non Performing Loan (Kredit Macet), dan Z-Score . Sementara itu pengukuran tingkat suku bunga juga akan dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu Short-Term Rate (tingkat jangka pendek), Long-Term Rate (tingkat jangka panjang) dan Central Bank Rate (tingkat bank sentral). Tujuan pembagian kedalam ketiga ukuran tersebut adalah untuk melihat pengaruh tingkat suku bunga yang lebih konsistent, serta melihat pengaruhnya terhadap ketiga alat ukur risiko yang berbeda beda. Selain variabel variabel tersebut, model ini akan disertakan juga variabel variabel kontrol untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kontrol tersebut terhadap perilaku pengambilan risiko bank tersebut, serta untuk memperbaiki model penelitian. Dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode regresi data panel.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa benar terdapat pengaruh dari tingkat suku bunga terhadap perilaku pengambilan risiko pada bank bank Indonesia. Hal tersebut terlihat dari variabel short-term rate, long-term rate dan central bank rate yang memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap risk weighted asset suatu bank. Namun sebaliknya, tiga suku bunga ini memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap non performing loan suatu bank. Dan juga masing-masing suku bunga memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap z- score suatu bank. Yang mengartikan bahwa ketiga alat ukur tingkat suku bunga memiliki arah pengaruh yang konsisten dalam mempengaruhi satu ukuran risikonya. Selain itu, variabel kontrol ROA memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap risk weighted asset, namun memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap non performing loan, dan zscore bank tersebut. Sementara itu variabel capitalization (kapitalisasi pasar), dan loan deposit ratio (pertumbuhan pinjaman bank) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap risk weighted asset, non performing loan serta z score. Disisi lain, variabel size (ukuran bank) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap risk weighted asset dan non performing loan bank di Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze and determine whether there is influence of interest rates in Indonesia against the risk taking behavior of commercial banks in Indonesia that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2004 - 2012 taken semiannualy. This research shows more Indonesia?s market perpectives by comparison with the phenomena that occur on the banks in European countries. Risk measurement will be divided into Risk Weighted Assets, Non-Performing Loans, and Z-Score. Where the measurement of interest rate will be divided into Short-Term Rate, Long-Term Rate and the Central Bank Rate. Both independent variable and dependent variable are divided to three measurement analyze whether the three interest rate measurement have a consistent effect to each of the three different risk measurement. In addition, the model will also be included control variables to determine the effect of the control variables of the bank's risk-taking behavior, as well as to focus the research model enhancement. This research use Panel Data Regression.
The result of this study primarily examined the effect of the interest rate on risk-taking behavior in Indonesian banks. As a result, the short-term variable rate, long-term rate and the central bank rate has a significant negative effect on a bank's risk-weighted assets. Whereas, these 3 variables have a significant positive effect on a bank's nonperforming loans. And also these independent variable have a significant positive effect on the z-score of a bank. Which means that all the interest rate measurement have a consistent direction of effect in influencing the size of the risk. In addition, the control variable ROA has a significant negative effect on the risk-weighted assets, but has a significant positive effect on non-performing loans, and the bank's z-score. While the variable capitalization, and loan-deposit ratio has a significant influence on risk-weighted assets, non-performing loans and z score. On the other hand, the variable size did not significantly influence the riskweighted assets and non-performing loans of banks in Indonesia.

"Persaingan informasi dalam aktivitas promosi menjadi semakin jelas wujudnya serta semakin tipis batasannya. Teori dan praktek yang terjadi di sektor informasi terbukti dapat berjalan seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi. Efektivitas sarana promosi diukur sama-sama dengan perangkat instrumen yang sama. Penunjukkan responden sebanyak 90 yang termasuk konsumen potensial dari FPDSavills. Penunjukkan sampel didasarkan pada metode acak bertujuan dengan dasar pertimbangan segi kepraktisan dan kendala waktu yang ada.
Untuk menganalisa kebijakan bauran promosi di FPDSavills dan proses pelayanan jasa pemasaran Apartemen Plaza Senayan terhadap Brand Awareness konsumen, dipakai metode deskriptif dan korelasional dengan regresi sederhana, korelasi sederhana dan berganda.
Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa secara deskriptif bauran promosi dan pelayanan ada pengaruh terhadap brand awareness. Dengan metode korelasi didapat koefisien korelasi dari bauran promosi lebih rendah dari koefisien korelasi dari variabel pelayanan. 1.2 (koefisien determinasi) menyarankan bahwa semakin tinggi koefisien determinasi berarti total variance dari variabel dependent dapat dijelaskan dan variabel independent menjelaskan adanya proporsi yang tinggi pada variabel dependent. Dengan analisa teknik regresi sederhana, maka pelayanan memberikan kontribusi yang besar dibandingkan dengan bauran promosi terhadap brand awareness.
Lebih lanjut, bauran promosi dan pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness konsumen in Apartemen Plaza Senayan. Bauran promosi dan pelayanan juga mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness dengan menggunakan uji signifikansi dan didapat bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari semua variabel terhadap variabel dependent, dengan demikian hipotesis bahwa Bauran Promosi dan Pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Awareness konsumen dapat diterima. Dengan demikian, berdasarkan penelitian ini, bauran promosi harus lebih ditingkatkan lagi, kualitas pelayanan dapat juga ditingkatkan lagi untuk membuat konsumen puas dan lebih menarik serta secara komprehensif.

The Influence of Promotional Mix and Service toward Brand Awareness (Case Study Marketing Service in Plaza Senayan Apartment)Information competitions in promotional activities become very clear and no more compromises in its limit. What was happened in theory and practice, in information sector, they flow together with the technology development. The effectiveness of promotion tools are all reflected and measured with same instrument tools. The chosen respondent of 90 people which include the potential consumer from FPDSavills. The appointed sample is based on random sampling which aim to considerate the effectiveness and the time efficiency.
In order to analyze the promotional mix in FPDSavills and the marketing service process in Plaza Senayan Apartment toward consumer's Brand Awareness, descriptive method is used and correlation with simple regression, simple and multiple correlation .
The final result of this research, descriptively, promotional mix and service have influence toward brand awareness. With correlation method, the elation coefficient of promotional mix is lower than correlation coefficient of service. r2 suggest that the higher coefficient determination means that total variance of dependent variable explained and Independent variables explain high proportion of variance within the dependent variable. With simple regression technique, promotional mix and service, give positive contribution and significance to brand awareness. Furthermore, promotional mix and service have positive influence toward consumer's brand awareness in Plaza Senayan Apartment.
Promotional mix and service also have positive influence and significance to consumer's brand awareness using significance test and that there is positive influence and significance from all variable toward dependent variable, therefore the hypothesis can be accepted. Furthermore, based on this research promotional mix should be advanced, service quality can be more upgrade to satisfy and make consumer more attracted comprehensively.

"Limbah plastik yang sulit terurai menyebabkan permasalahan tumpukan sampah di lingkungan, namun, penggunaan plastik selama masa pandemi tidak dapat terhindari. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah peningkatan limbah plastik kemasan take-away produk makanan dan minuman saat masa Pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kesadaran lingkungan masyarakat dengan menggunakan analisis variabel pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku, serta hubungan ketiga variabel terhadap aktivitas pembelian minuman kemasan yang menggunakan produk plastik sekali pakai. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey terhadap 268 orang sampel. Metode  analisis adalah distribusi frekuensi serta analisis statistik regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku masyarakat, mayoritas responden sebesar 55,6% memiliki kesadaran lingkungan yang baik. Berdasarkan analisis regresi logistik, variabel perilaku secara signifikan memengaruhi aktivitas masyarakat dalam penggunaan plastik pada pembelian minuman kemasan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini peminimalan penggunaan plastik dapat dicapai dengan pengubahan perilaku masyarakat dengan menggabungkan peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan pada masyarakat dengan implementasi aturan lingkungan dari pemerintah.

Plastic waste nature which is difficult to decompose causes high amount of its garbage in the environtment. However, the use of plastic during pandemic cannot be avoided. Problems occur when there was a surge of demand of take-away food product resulting an increase in food and beverage packaging waste throughout Covid-19 pandemic. The objectives are to analyze public’s environmental awareness regarding plastic packaging waste through variables knowledge, attitude, and behavior and its relationship to public activity in plastic use in beverage purchases products. Methods used are frequency distribution and logistic regression analysis, on total 268 respondents. Results showed about 55.6% have good environmental awareness. Logistic regression analysis show plastic use behavior significantly affects the activity of plastic use in beverage products during Covid-19 pandemic. The conclusion is minimizing the use of single-use plastic could be achieved by changing people’s behavior, which could be attained by combining increasing environmental awarenss in the community and implementing environmental regulations from government."

"Kehilangan merupakan salah satu kisah dunia yang tidak dapat dipungkiri dalam kehidupan. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi kapanpun, dimanapun dan pada siapapun. Sifatnya yang sangat misterius dan tak terprediksi ini dapat mengguncang kondisi the first person dalam keharusan untuk menghadapi kesiapan dibalik ketidaksiapan. Hal ini disebabkan karena hal tersebut berada diluar kendali manusia untuk mempertahankan sesuatu yang dianggap berharga olehnya. Berdasarkan pengalaman tersebut, ketegangan antara diri dan dunia ini kemudian menjadi titik balik bagi peneliti untuk senantiasa memecahkan persoalan dalam relasi subjek, yang menimbulkan kesadaran baru berupa apresiasi dan perdamaian diri pada kekurangan the other setelah dirinya tiada. Sementara, kehilangan semakin tajam bukan pada saat mengalami diwaktu tersebut, melainkan saat waktu berjalan mengiringi kehidupan tanpa kehadiran yang pernah ada seperti sebelumnya. Oleh sebab itu, meskipun diobati tetap menimbulkan luka dan rasa sakit, sehingga mengganggu kondisi subjek. Titik paling terang untuk melihat hal tersebut melalui kondisi psikologis. Dalam lingkaran besar mengalami, penelitian ini berupaya mendekati lebih khusus terhadap intensi subjek yang sering kali dialihkan pada solusi semu dan kesadaran penerimaan kehilangan yang kerap berada dibawah penanganan teknis sehingga terdapat upaya penyamarataan universal untuk mengatasi rasa sakit dan kerapuhan. Sementara dalam penelitian ini, penulis berupaya menunjukkan bahwa subjek memiliki penerimaan internal dan cara kerja kognitif yang berbeda satu sama lain. Judgment terhadap situasi menghadapi kehilangan membutuhkan sisi reflektif untuk sampai pada kehadiran being yang lebih utuh. Dengan demikian, upaya kali ini senantiasa untuk mendamaikan sisi pengetahuan yang sangat kompleks. Bahwa, wilayah yang tidak dapat dijelajahi sesungguhnya adalah wilayah yang paling berharga untuk didalami, maka demikian tidak layak bagi kita jika harus mengobjektivikasinya.

Loss is one of the world's stories that cannot be denied in life. It can happen anytime, anywhere, and to anyone. This very mysterious and unpredictable nature can shake the condition of the first person in having to face readiness behind unpreparedness. This is because it is beyond human control to maintain something considered valuable by him. Based on this experience, the tension between self and the world becomes a turning point for researchers always to solve problems in the subject relationship, which creates a new awareness in the form of appreciation and reconciling oneself for the shortcomings of the other after he is gone. Meanwhile, the loss is sharper not when experiencing that time but when time goes along with life without a presence that has never existed before. Therefore, even though it is treated, it still causes wounds and pain, thus disturbing the subject's condition. The brightest point to see this is through psychological conditions. In a large circle of experience, this study seeks to approach the intentions of the subjects who are often diverted to pseudo-solutions and the awareness of acceptance of loss which is often under specialized treatment, so that there is a universal generalization effort overcome pain and vulnerability. While in this study, the authors attempt to show that the subject has internal acceptance and cognitive ways of working that are different from one another. Judgment of situations of facing loss requires a reflective side to arrive at the presence of a complete being. Thus, the effort this time is always to reconcile the very complex side of knowledge. The unexplored area is the most valuable area to explore, so it is not worth it for us to objectify it."
