"Tesis ini menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan Ultra Mikro (UMi) terhadap kinerja usaha dan kesejahteraan debiturnya. Pembiayaan UMi bertujuan untuk menyediakan fasilitas pembiayaan yang mudah dan cepat bagi usaha mikro lapis terbawah serta menambah jumlah wirausaha yang difasilitasi oleh pemerintah. Konsep awal pembiayaan UMi merupakan hasil penelitian unggulan UI tahun 2009 yang hibahnya dimenangkan oleh Ibu Nining I. Soesilo yang pada saat itu menjabat sebagai Ketua Usaha Mikro Kecil (UKMC) Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Indonesia. Pembiayaan UMi mengadopsi konsep grameen bank yakni menyediakan pinjaman, tanpa agunan bagi skema pinjaman kelompok, dan pendampingan secara rutin bagi debiturnya. Kinerja usaha diukur dengan penjualan, profit, dan aset usaha. Sedangkan kesejahteraan diukur mengunakan konsumsi per minggu per kpaita. Penelitian ini menggunakan data hasil survey keekonomian debitur yang dilaksanakan oleh Ditjen Perbendaharaan, Kementerian Keuangan. Menggunakan metode estimasi Ordinary Least Square, diperoleh hasil bahwa pembiayaan UMi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja usaha, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi rumah tangga. Menurut penelitian sebelumnya, variabel mikrokredit, dalam hal ini pembiayaan UMi, berpotensi endogen. Oleh karena itu, estimasi dilakukan menggunakan instrumental variabel. Hasil estimasi IV menunjukkan program pembiayaan UMi beraosiasi positif terhadap penjualan dan profit pada masa awal pembiayaan UMi. Namun, pembiayaan UMi tidak berpengaruh terhadap aset usaha dan konsumsi. Selain itu dianalisis pula pengaruh pembiayaan UMi beradasrkan gender dan lokasi responden.

This thesis analyzes the effect of the Ultra Micro (UMi) lending program on business performance and debtor welfare. UMi financing aims to provide easy and fast financing facilities for the lowest-tier micro-enterprises and increase the number of entrepreneurs facilitated by the government. The initial concept of UMi financing was the result of UI's flagship research in 2009, whose grant was won by Mrs. Nining I. Soesilo. The UMi lending program adopts the Grameen bank concept, namely providing loans without collateral for group loan schemes and regular assistance for debtors. Business performance is measured by sales, profit, and business assets. While welfare is measured using weekly consumption per capita. This study uses data from the debtor's economic survey conducted by the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance. The Ordinary Least Square results show that UMi financing has a positive effect on business performance but does not affect household consumption. According to previous research, microcredit variables, in this case, UMi, are potentially endogenous. Therefore, the estimation was carried out using the instrumental variables. The result of IV estimation shows that the UMi financing program is positively associated with sales and profits during the initial period of UMi financing. However, UMi financing has no effect on business and consumption assets. In addition, the influence of UMi financing was also analyzed based on the gender and location of the respondents."

"ABSTRAKAs Pelindo IV said, being a maritime axis of the world is a great aspiration for Indonesia. In order to achieve this goal, Indonesia, in this term Pelindo IV PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia Persero IV , should have a good performance. Thus, research in measuring how well Pelindo utilizing their capabilities to market their products, innovate, and learning, with its impact toward the company performance is needed. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling SEM with the help of LISREL 8.51 software. The results shows that Pelindo IV marketing and innovation capabilities held a positive and significant relationship with their performance, but not with the learning capabilities. The further explanation, and suggestion based on the conducted research and in depth interview with Pelindo IV internal will be shown in this study.

ABSTRAKMenjadi pusat maritim dunia merupakan cita-cita yang besar bagi Indonesia. Untuk mewujudkan cita-cita tersebut, Indonesia harus memiliki industri transportasi laut yang kuat dimana infrastruktur yang berupa pelabuhan harus memiliki kinerja yang baik. Perlu adanya penelitian untuk mengukur seberapa baik kinerja pelabuhan, khususnya PELINDO IV, dalam memanfaatkan kapabilitas pemasaran, kapabilitas inovasi, dan kapabilitas pembelajaran mereka dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling SEM dengan bantuan software LISREL 8.51. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kapabilitas pemasaran PT Pelindo IV memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha PT Pelindo IV. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara kapabilitas inovasi PT Pelindo IV terhadap kinerja usaha PT Pelindo IV. Terakhir, Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kapabilitas pembelajaran PT Pelindo IV tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan PT Pelindo IV. Penjelasan lebih jauh, dan saran-saran dari studi penelitian dan wawancara langsung dengan personil Pelindo IV akan ditampilkan dalam skripsi ini. "
