"PPAT adalah mitra dari BPN tetapi tidak termasuk dalam kategori pegawai kantorpertanahan sehingga PPAT tidak menerima gaji setiap bulan hanya penghargaan,penghargaan yang dimaksud yaitu pemberian uang jasa yaitu paling besar 1% dari nilai transaksi sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan Pasal 32 ayat (1) PJPPAT. Pada tahun 2021 Menteri ATR/BPN mengeluarkan aturan Peraturan Menteri Agraria dan TataRuang/Kepala Badan Pertahanan Nasional Nomor 33 tahun 2021 Tentang Uang JasaPembuatan Akta yang membagi nilai dari 1% itu menjadi 4 bagian. Terdapat 2 (dua)rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu pertama, mengenai pengaturan tarif uang jasa dan sanksi terhadap Permen ATR/BPN No. 33 Tahun 2021, dan kedua, mengenai pelaksaan sanksi apabila PPAT melanggar aturan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan tipologi penelitian eksplanatoris. Hasil dari penelitian ini pertama, menganalisis pengaturan besaran uang jasa pembuatan akta PPAT secara lebih jelas karena adanya klasifikasi yang sudah diatur dalam Permen tersebut dan Permen ini juga menyebutkan pengaturan sanksi yang menyatakan apabila seorang PPAT melanggar ketentuan terhadap uang jasa maka sanksi pelanggaran yang dikenakan berupa pemberhentian sementara paling lama 6 bulan. Kemudian yang kedua, mengenai penerapan pelaksanan sanksi aturan Permen ATR/BPN No. 33 Tahun 2021 melewati prosedur teguran dan peringatan dan langsung pada pemecatan sementara, prosedur pemberhentian atau pemecatan tidak diatur secara rinci di dalam Permen No. 33 Tahun 2021, sedangkan dalam Kode Etik IPPAT apabila seorang PPAT melanggar ketentuan perundang-undangan lainnya yang dengan kewajiban PPAT maka ia melanggar juga Kode Etik, maka tata cara pemberian sanksi dapat menggunakan aturan Kode Etik.

Land Deed Making Officers (PPAT) is a partner of BPN but is not included in the category of land office employees so that PPAT does not receive a salary every month only awards, the award in question is the provision of service money, which is a maximum of 1% of the transaction value as stipulated in the provisions of Article 32 paragraph (1) of PJPPAT. There are 2 (two) formulations of problems in this study, namely first, regarding the regulation of service money rates and sanct ions against the Minister of ATR/BPN Regulation No. 33 of 2021, and second, regarding the implementation of sanctions if PPAT violates these rules. The research method used is normative juridical with explanatory research typology. The results of this study first, analyze the regulation of the amount of service money for making PPAT deeds more clearly because of the classification that has been regulated in the Regulation and this Regulation also mentions sanctions arrangements that state that if a PPAT violates the provisions for service money, the violation sanctions imposed are in the form of temporary suspension for a maximum of 6 months. Then the second, regarding the

application of sanctions for the regulation of the Minister of ATR /BPN Regulation No. 33 of 2021 through reprimand and warning procedures and directly on temporary dismissal, the procedure for dismissal or dismissal is not regulated in detail in Regulation No. 33 of 2021, while in the IPPAT Code of Ethics if a PPAT violates other statutory provisions that with the obligations of the PPAT then he also violates the Code of Ethics, then the procedure for sanctioning can use the rules of the Code of Ethics."

Manusia sebagai mesin hasrat akan selalu bertukar simbol yang membuat perkembangan green capitalism bergerak masif di dalam akumulasi sosial. Penulis menemukan bahwa ilusi green capitalism hadir dan terus dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat di balik ketidaktercapaiannya dalam menyelamatkan lingkungan.

Green capitalism is an economic concept that unifies economic and environmental systematics as a step to reduce environmental damage rooted in conventional capitalism that was present beforehand. Green capitalism is expanding into renewable energy which is considered more environmentally friendly.
