"[ABSTRAK
Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah merambah ke berbagai bidang, salah satunya bidang pendidikan. Salah satu wujud pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di bidang pendidikan adalah munculnya e-learning. E-learning telah menjanjikan peningkatan kualitas belajar mengajar. Namun hingga saat ini jumlah institusi perguruan tinggi yang menerapkannya masih sangat sedikit. Sementara itu, penggunaan beberapa sistem informasi yang saat ini sudah diterapkan, masih belum dapat memberi gambaran mengenai sejauh mana kesiapan terhadap implementasi e-learning. Melihat kondisi tersebut, maka dirumuskan metode yang terdiri dari faktor-faktor yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur sejauh mana tingkat kesiapan perguruan tinggi terhadap implementasi e-learning. Metode tersebut terdiri dari 4 tingkat kesiapan yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang menggunakan 5 skala Likert. Hasil analisis menghasilkan lima faktor-faktor, yaitu policies, technology infrastructure, human resources, financial dan content. Faktor-faktor tersebut diujikan terhadap tiga perguruan tinggi dan diperoleh bahwa UMJ dan USNI berada pada level 3, sedangkan UIN Jakarta berada pada level 4. Hasil analisis berdasarkan karakteristik perguruan tinggi diperoleh bahwa perguruan tinggi dengan status negeri dan memiliki akreditasi yang tinggi cenderung lebih siap dibandingkan dengan perguruan tinggi dengan status swasta dan memiliki akreditasi yang rendah. Berdasarkan faktor yang butuh peningkatan, maka disusun strategi untuk meningkatkan tingkat kesiapan yang terdiri dari, faktor policies, (1) memasukkan rencana penggunaan e-learning dalam rencana strategis organisasi; faktor human resources, (2) meningkatkan kemampuan dalam menggunakan sarana TI; dan (3) mendorong mahasiswa untuk lebih aktif dalam berdiskusi dan memberikan pendapat; faktor financial, (4) merencanakan dan mengalokasikan anggaran untuk e-learning dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang; dan faktor content, (5) mendigitalisasi semua konten materi perkuliahan.

The development of information technology has penetrated into various sectors, one of which is education. One of IT utilizations in education is e-learning. The presence of e-learning has been able to improve the quality of teaching and learning. But now the number of higher education institutions that implement e-learning is still scarce. Meanwhile, the use of information system, is still not be able to measure the extent of readiness to the implementation of e-learning. Therefore, a method was formulated which consists of factors to measure the extent to which the level of higher education institution readiness for the implementation of e-learning. This method has four levels that obtained from questionnaire using Likert rating scale: 1-5. The research revealed five factors, namely, policies, technology infrastructure, human resources, financial and content. These factors were tested against three universities and the results showed that UMJ and USNI are at level 3, while UIN Jakarta is at level 4. Based on analysis of characteristics of the universities revealed that the public universities with high accreditation are more ready than the private universities with low accreditation. "Dalam era digital ini, pembelajaran dengan metode e-learning menjadi solusi yang umum diimplementasikan pada pendidikan jarak jauh. Kekurangan dari metode e- learning ini yaitu minimnya informasi pengajar mengenai antusiasme dan tingkat partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran. Masalah tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan sistem yang mampu mendeteksi engagement siswa. Tingkat engagement siswa pada e-learning dapat ditentukan dari pandangan siswa dan ekspresi wajah siswa dalam pembelajaran. Sistem pendeteksi engagement siswa bekerja dengan cara mendeteksi arah mata siswa dan ekspresi wajah siswa menggunakan teknologi OpenCV dengan metode CNN (convolutional neural network) pada input file berupa video atau webcam secara real-time. Sistem akan memberikan output berupa nilai engagement siswa “engaged” berdasarkan durasi mata siswa menatap layar dan ekspresi wajah siswa berupa ekspresi netral atau positif. Sistem akan memberikan output berupa nilai kehadiran siswa “disengaged” berdasarkan durasi mata siswa tidak menatap layar dan ekspresi wajah siswa menunjukkan ekspresi negatif. Sistem menganalisis reaksi emosi siswa yang direpresentasikan dalam parameter nilai persentase reaksi netral, positif, dan negatif menggunakan dataset FER-2013. Sistem pendeteksi engagement siswa dapat mengukur presensi, status attendance siswa memperhatikan layar, emosi, impresi dan status engagement siswa dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 83,33%, presisi sebesar 100%, recall sebesar 66,67% dan f1 score sebesar 80,00%.

In this digital era, the e-learning method is a common solution implemented on distance learning. The disadvantage of the e-learning process is the facilitator has no idea about students' enthusiasm and participation rate during a lecture. This problem could be solved by a student engagement detection system. Student engagement can be determined by capturing the student's eye-gazing focus rate and student's facial expression during an online lecture. The student engagement detection system works by detecting student eye gaze and facial expression using OpenCV technology and CNN (convolutional neural network) method, receiving input through video file input or real-time webcam feed. The system will report on the student engagement level “engaged” if the student's eyes are staring at the screen and student facial expression showing a neutral or positive impression. The system will report on the student engagement level “disengaged” if the student's eye gaze were away from the screen and student facial expression showing a negative impression. This system will analyze student's emotional reactions which represented by neutral, positive, or negative reaction percentage value using the FER-2013 dataset. Student Engagement Detection System could calculate student presence, attendance rate calculated through eye gaze focus rate, emotional reaction, impression and engagement status with an accuracy of 83,33%, a precision of 100%, recall of 66,67%, and f1 score 80,00%.

"Adanya peningkatan penetrasi pengguna internet, menunjukkan masyarakat yang semakin aktif dalam mengakses informasi dengan menggunakan alat elektronik. Hal ini menjadi pendorong perkembangan proses bisnis di berbagai bidang, salah satunya pada bidang pendidikan, yang dikenalnya istilah e-Learning. E-Learning adalah penyampaian secara online terhadap suatu materi pendidikan dan menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk tujuan belajar, mengajar, kapanpun dan di manapun. Untuk mendukung peningkatan fleksibelitas proses pembelajaran pada aplikasi e-Learning, terdapat faktor pendukung yaitu, teknologi, materi (pedagogis), dan pengguna/manusia (learner/teacher). Faktor pengguna (learner/teacher) erat hubungannya dengan sistem interaksi (Human Computer Interaction), salah satunya pada pengalaman pengguna (user experience) yang masih dinilai kurang. Sementara itu, faktor pengguna sebagai pengambil keputusan dalam menggunakan aplikasi dipandang unik karena memiliki keberagaman budaya, baik yang disebabkan oleh lingkungan maupun individu. Dengan demikian, peneliti melakukan penelitian terhadap user experience (UX) berdasarkan aspek budaya (dimensi lintas budaya) untuk dapat memberikan strategi peningkatan kualitas UX. Dengan menggunakan metode campuran, penelitian ini dikerjakan dalam dua tahap, yaitu (1) kualitatif, dengan tinjauan pustaka untuk menangkap aspek budaya yang kemudian divalidasi kepada pakar UX maupun budaya; dan (2) kuantitatif, dengan melakukan survei kepada responden pada suatu situs e-Learning. Batasan penelitian adalah pada aplikasi e-Learning SPADA Indonesia. Penelitian ini melibatkan 85 responden dan menunjukan hasil bahwa nilai pengukuran UX dari enam dimensi user experience questionnaire (UEQ) adalah di atas rata-rata, sedangan budaya pengguna menunjukan nilai grafik terjauh dari 19 dimensi lintas budaya adalah 1,55 pada dimensi budaya orientasi penghargaan. Nilai budaya ini menunjukan bahwa pengguna aplikasi cenderung mengharapkan adanya penghargaan terhadap suatu capaian yang telah dilakukan pengguna. Perolehan hasil korelasi terhadap 54 pemetaan antara UEQ dan dimensi lintas budaya, memperlihatkan tingkat hubungan adalah berkorelasi rendah pada dua pemetaan sedangkan lainnya hampir tidak ada korelasi. Adapun strategi peningkatan UX dikategorikan berdasarkan stakeholders SPADA Indonesia yaitu mahasiswa, dosen, dan pengembang. Peningkatan disusun secara teknis dan tidak tiknis, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas diskusi, motivasi, aplikasi dan fasilitas pembelajaran online. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan 19 dimensi lintas budaya pada penelitian ini tanpa perlu melakukan pemetaan antara budaya dan UX atau melakukan perbaikan pada pemetaan antara budaya dan UX.

The massive of internet user penetration, shows that people are increasingly active in accessing information using electronic devices. It has become a driver of business process development in various fields, one of which is in the field of education, which is known as e-Learning. E-Learning is the online delivery of educational material and using information technology for the purpose of learning, teaching, anytime and anywhere. To support the increased flexibility of the learning process in e-Learning applications, there are supporting factors, namely, technology, material (pedagogis), and users/humans (learner/teacher). User factors (learner/teacher) are closely related to the interaction system (Human Computer Interaction), one of which is on user experience which is still considered to be lacking. Meanwhile, the factor of users as decision makers in using the application is seen as unique because it has cultural diversity, both caused by the environment and individuals. Thus, researchers conduct research on user experience (UX) based on cultural aspects (cross-cultural dimensions) to be able to provide UX quality improvement strategies. Using a mixed method, this research was carried out in two stages, namely (1) qualitative, with a literature review to capture cultural aspects which were then validated to UX experts and culture; and (2) quantitative, by surveying respondents on an e-Learning site. The limitation of the study is on the SPADA Indonesia e-Learning application. This study involved 85 respondents and showed the results that the UX measurement value of the six dimensions of the user experience questionnaire (UEQ) was above the average, while the user culture showed that the farthest value of the 19 dimensions cross cultures was 1.55 in the orientation orientation culture dimension. This cultural value shows that application users tend to expect an appreciation of the achievements that have been made by the user. The results of the correlation of 54 mappings between UEQ and cross-cultural dimensions, showed that the level of relationships was low correlated on the two maps while the other had almost no correlation. The UX improvement strategy is categorized based on SPADA Indonesia stakeholders, namely students, lecturers, and developers. Improvement is structured technically and not technically, which aims to improve discussion activities, motivation, applications and online learning facilities. Future studies can use 19 cross-cultural dimensions in this study without the need to do mapping between culture and UX or make improvements to the mapping between culture and UX."

"Penggunaan E-learning pada Perguruan Tinggi ABC telah diterapkan sejak tahun 2017 khusus kelas blended. Sejak pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2020 E-learning diimplementasikan secara penuh bagi seluruh sivitas akademik. Namun, sejak tahun 2017 masih terdapat kendala yang saat ini masih terjadi seperti tidak adanya integrasi pada sistem akademik sehingga adanya proses redudansi, bug sistem yang masih terjadi dan fitur unggah video pada forum diskusi yang belum ada. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa E-learning belum secara maksimal digunakan dan berjalan efektif. Penelitian ini dimaksud untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penerimaan E-learning di Perguruan Tinggi ABC. Pengukuran efektivitas menggunakan teori ADUTAUT dikombinasikan dengan teori UTAUT2 serta penelitian – penelitian sebelumnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan mixed methods dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 47 dosen dan 138 mahasiswa. Data yang dikumpulkan diuji dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square  Structural Equation Modelling (PLS – SEM) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas E-learning berdasarkan data kuantitatif, yaitu social influence, Habit, behavioral intention. Faktor-faktor tersebut memberikan pengaruh siginifikan terhadap niat dalam memanfaatkan sistem E-learning. Faktor lain yang mendukung dari data kualitatif adalah facilitating conditions, performance expectancy. Penelitian ini memberikan lima rekomendasi yang dibagi menjadi empat sasaran yaitu bagi mahasiswa, dosen, Perguruan Tinggi ABC, pengembang sistem dengan skala prioritas dengan tujuan dapat berdampak positif pada pengguna dan mengambil keputusan.

The usage of E-learning at University of ABC has been implemented since 2017 specifically for blended classes. Since the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, E-learning has been fully implemented for the entire academic community. However, since 2017, ongoing challenges have persisted, such as the lack of integration with the academic system, resulting in redundancy processes, persistent system bugs, and the absence of a video upload feature in the discussion forum. Based on these issues, it can be seen that E-learning has not been maximally utilized and is not running effectively. This study is intended to identify the factors that influence the effectiveness of E-learning acceptance at Perguruan Tinggi ABC. The measurement of effectiveness utilize the ADUTAUT theory combined with the UTAUT2 theory and previous research. This research method employs mixed methods, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data. The quantitative data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 47 lecturers and 138 students. The collected data were tested and analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research indicate the factors that influence the effectiveness of E-learning based on quantitative data, namely social influence, Habit, and behavioral intention. These factors significantly impact the intention to utilize the E-learning system. Another supporting factor identified through qualitative data is facilitating conditions, performance expectancy. This study provides five recommendations divided into four targets, namely for students, lecturers, ABC College, system developers."

"Berdasarkan data Direktorat Pengolahan PT Pertamina, jumlah pekerja berumur 38 tahun sampai 45 tahun hanya 8% dari total pekerja di HSSE Refinery. Fenomena tersebut menyebabkan belum terpenuhinya pekerja berpengalaman dalam pergantian manajemen. Untuk mempercepat transfer knowledge dari pekerja berpengalaman dilakukan program pengembangan kompetensi melalui E-learning Refinery Enrichment Program (REP). Berdasarkan log aplikasi tahun 2020, hanya 14% peserta telah menggunakan REP. Penggunaan yang belum optimal menghambat pengembangan kompetensi. Analisis faktor penyebabnya dilakukan menggunakan model General Extended Technology Acceptance Model for E-learning (GETAMEL) dan Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mixed method yaitu kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada 80 orang pengguna REP sebagai sampel penelitian dan kemudian melakukan wawancara kepada 2 narasumber. Teknik olah data yakni PLS-SEM menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan REP yakni Experience, Subjective Norm, Organization Support, Policies dan Relative Advantage, Attitude, dan Intention to Use. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi penelitian terkait web-based training berupa E-learning di perusahaan, memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan E-learning, dan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan penggunaan REP adalah menyediakan training, forum diskusi, prosedur pelaksanaan, promosi manfaat REP, dan pengoptimalan sistem seperti optimalisasi proses unggah dan unduh serta menyediakan fasilitas yang mencukupi.

Based on data derived from the Refinery Directorate of PT Pertamina, the number of workers aged 38 to 45 years is only 8% of the total workers at HSSE Refinery. To accelerate the transfer of knowledge for management succession, a competency development program is carried out through the E-learning Refinery Enrichment Program (REP). The sub-optimal use was analyzed using the General Extended Technology Acceptance Model for E-learning (GETAMEL) and Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) models. This was a mixed method study which used a questionnaire towards 80 REP users and interviewing 2 REP users. The data processing using PLS-SEM utilized SmartPLS 3. The results indicated that the factors that influenced the use of REP were Experience, Subjective Norm, Organizational Support, Policies and Relative Advantage, Attitude, and Intention to Use. The results of this study can be used as a reference for further studies related to web-based training in companies, in order to understand the factors that influenced the use of E-learning, as well as recommendation towards service quality. Recommendations to increase the use of REP applications include providing training and assistance regarding the use of REP, creating discussion forums, promoting the use of REP, developing implementation procedures, and developing REP."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat untuk menggunakan sistem e-learning. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah sikap untuk menggunakan, persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, pengaruh sosial, kondisi fasilitas dan kecemasan pada pekerja kerah biru di PT Frisian Flag Indonesia. Pendekatan Structural Equation Modelling dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Lisrel digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor mana yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Data diperoleh dari 391 pekerja kerah biru. Penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa faktor persepsi kegunaan merupakan faktor yang yang paling kuat dibandingkan dengan variabel lainnya. Penelitian ini juga mengindikasikan implikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan performa perusahaan.

This study aims to identify factors affecting intention to use e-learning. These factors are attitude toward use, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, facilitating conditions and anxiety among blue collar workers at Frisian Flag Indonesia. A structural equation modelling approach using Lisrel software was applied to identify the factors above that may have positive and significant affect. Data obtained from 391 blue collar workers. The study concludes that perceived usefulness is a much stronger predictor of user intention compared to others. The study also indicates implications to improve performance of company.

"STIKes XYZ merupakan salah satu sekolah tinggi yang berfokus pada bidang ilmu kesehatan. Dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, STIKes XYZ memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi yang berupa sistem e-Learning. Sistem e-Learning berhenti digunakan di STIKes XYZ di tahun 2018, hal ini menyebabkan target penggunaan sistem e-Learning pada tahun tersebut sebesar 60% tidak tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan sistem e-Learning oleh pengguna di STIKes XYZ. Pengguna merupakan seorang pelajar dan pengajar atau dosen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dimana pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar secara daring. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data digunakan sebagai bahan dalam pemberian rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan penerimaan sistem e-Learning. Pendekatan model theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) digunakan di dalam penelitian ini dengan beberapa variabel yang telah disesuaikan. Survei yang dilakukan secara daring berhasil mengumpulkan 205 data responden yang valid. Dari 205 data, hanya data responden pelajar sebanyak 191 data yang dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Data pengajar tidak dianalisis karena jumlahnya terlalu kecil. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan Partial Least Square Struktural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan tools smartPLS. Dari proses analisis dihasilkan bahwa faktor habit, hedonic motivation, dan information quality mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem e-Learning. Selain itu, habit dan behavioral intention juga berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan sistem e-Learning secara aktual. Terdapat lima rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan penerimaan sistem e-Learning, yaitu meningkatkan penggunaan sistem e-Learning dengan tidak hanya untuk ujian, membuat konten dan tampilan yang lebih interaktif dan menarik, memberikan informasi di sistem e-Learning yang lebih lengkap, terbaru, dan relevan, membuat kebijakan terkait kewajiban penggunaan sistem e-Learning, dan meningkatkan kondisi dari fasilitas pendukung sistem e-Learning, seperti koneksi internet.

STIKes XYZ is a institution of higher education that focuses on health sciences. In teaching and learning activities, the institution has utilized information technology in the form of e-Learning systems. e-Learning has been stopped being used in 2018 and it causes the target of using e-Learning by 60% is not achieved. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the acceptance and use of e-Learning systems by users at STIKes XYZ. The responden of this research is students and teachers or lecturers. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach where data collection is carried out using a questionnaire which was conducted online. The results of data processing and analysis are used as material in providing recommendations to increase the acceptance of e- Learning systems. The theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model approach is used in this study with several variabels that have been adjusted. The online survey succeeded in collecting 205 valid respondent data. From 205 data, only student’s data was chosen to be analyzed quantitatively with total 191 data. Teacher’s data were not chosen for analysis because the data were too small. Quantitative data analysis uses Partial Least Square Struktural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of smartPLS tools. From the analysis process it is produced that habit, hedonic motivation, and information quality have a significant influence on the user's intention to use the e- Learning system. In addition, habit and behavioral intention also affect the actual use of e-Learning systems. There are five recommendations for increasing the acceptance of e- Learning systems, namely increasing the use of e-Learning systems by using them not only for exam but also for others activities, making content and displays more interactive and interesting, providing information on e-Learning systems that are more complete, up- to-date and relevant, making policies related to the obligation to use e-Learning systems, and improving the conditions of e-Learning system support facilities, such as internet connections."

"Perkembangan informasi dan teknologi yang semakin canggih ternyata juga berpengaruh dalam bidang pendidikan. Salah satu implementasi perkembangan informasi dan teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan tersebut adalah e-learning atau elektonik learning. E-learning merupakan media pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan jaringan internet sehingga memungkinkan tersampaikannya bahan ajar kepada peserta ajar tanpa adanya tatap muka. Media pembelajaran ini saat ini juga telah diterapkan pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Indonesia, yang dinamakan dengan SCeLE (Student Centered E-Learning Environtment). Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai bagaimana pemanfaatan e-learning SCeLE itu sendiri sebagai media pembelajaran oleh mahasiswa Fasilkom UI. Objek penelitian ini adalah e-learning SCeLE yang ada di Fasilkom UI. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa e-learning SCeLE di Fasilkom UI sudah dimanfaatkan dengan baik, hanya saja pemanfaatannya belum optiamal. Terbukti dari masih adanya fasilitas-fasilitas pada SCeLE yang kurang dimanfaatkan seperti fasilitas untuk berdiskusi. Sehingga saat ini pemanfaatan SCeLE di Fasilkom UI cenderung lebih sering digunakan untuk penyampaian bahan ajar atau materimateri kepada mahasiswa yang bersifat untuk mereview atau mengulang kembali materi yang telah dijelaskan oleh dosen pada saat di kelas.

Abstract
The Development of information and technology that increasingly sophisticated is also influential in the field of education. One application of information and technology developments in the field of education is e-learning or electronic learning. E-learning is a learning media that uses the internet network to enable delivery teaching materials to the teach participants without face to face. This learning media now been applied to the Faculty of Computer Science University of Indonesia, called SCeLE (Student Centered E-Learning Environtment). In this reseach will be discussed on how is the use of e-learning SCeLE itself as a media for learning by students of Faculty of Computer Science University of Indonesia. Object of this research is SCeLE as e-learning in Faculty of Computer Science University of Indonesia. This research is a quantitative study with descriptive research design. The results of this study indicate that SCeLE or e-learning in Faculty of Computer Science University of Indonesia has been used well, just do not use optimal. Proven that there is still facilities in SCeLE are underutilized, such as discuss facility. So that, in the present time the use of e-learning (SCeLE) in Faculty of Computer Science University of Indonesia tend more often used for delivery of materials or teaching materials for students to review or repeat material that has been described by the lecturer in class."

"The purpose of this research is to analyze and design e-learning for the holding of Technology Library Management Training using Learning Technology Systems Architecture Standard (IEEE P1484.1/D11). The approach used in this research is to see the condition of e-learning of Technical Library Management Training which is currently available for later comparison with the results of the analysis of the layers that exist in the Learning Technology System Architecture Standard document (IEEE P1484.1/D11). In this way it can be seen how far the components that exist in this standard are met by e-learning of Diklat Teknis Pengelolaan Perpustakaan. Further analysis of the layers in the document LTSA is used to make the design of e-learning of Technical Library Management Training. The analysis produced the design of e-learning of Technical Library Management based on the mapping of web browser to LTSA System Components."
