"PT. Asei Reasuransi Indonesia (Persero) atau AseiRe merupakan salah satu perusahan asuransi milik pemerintah yang memiliki produk asuransi ekspor, asuransi kredit, penjaminan, asuransi umum, asuransi umum syariah, dan reasuransi. Permasalahan yang teridentifikasi antara lain aplikasi yang masih bersifat silo-silo, manajemen informasi yang tidak efektif, dan terjadinya konflik internal dikarenakan perbedaan data. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, perlu dirumuskan Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi PT. Asei Reasuransi Indonesia (Persero), agar keselarasan strategi bisnis dan strategi SI/TI menjadi optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Ward & Peppard. Analisis yang dilakukan yaitu analisis lingkungan bisnis internal dengan metode Value Chain dan Strength-Weaknesses; analisis lingkungan bisnis eksternal dengan metode PEST(EL) dan Opportunities-Threats; analisis lingkungan SI/TI internal dengan metode Value Chain dan Strengths-Weaknesses; analisis lingkungan SI/TI eksternal dengan metode tren teknologi dan Opportunities-Threats; dan analisis kebutuhan SI/TI dengan metode CSF. Strategi SI yang dihasilkan: penerapan BI, DW, dan EIS sebagai pengolahan data dan manajemen informasi; penggunaan aplikasi CRM yang terintegrasi dengan SI Pemasaran, SI Produksi dan Manajemen Asuransi, dan SI Keuangan; serta pemanfaatan komunikasi terpadu ESN dan UCC. Strategi TI yang dihasilkan: memprioritaskan peningkatan kapasitas infrastruktur TI dengan penambahan server, penambahan cabang online, dan peningkatan kapasitas jaringan intranet dan internet Kantor Pusat dan Kantor Cabang; pembangunan Data Center; peningkatan infrastruktur keamanan dengan penerapan firewall; serta pemanfaatan jaringan komunikasi terpadu dengan penggunaan UCC pada setiap pengguna. Strategi manajemen SI/TI yang dihasilkan: tata kelola TI dengan penyusunan Master Plan TI dan peningkatan tingkat kematangan CoBIT 4.1; penerapan organisasi pengembangan usaha yang berada didalam organisasi TI; penambahan jumlah pegawai TI; peningkatan kompetensi pegawai TI dengan mengikuti sertifikasi internasional dan terjadwal; penerapan strategi inhouse development - outbond training; dan sosialisasi kesadaran IT awareness kepada stakeholder dan pegawai AseiRe.

PT. Asei Reasuransi Indonesia (Persero) or AseiRe is one of the governmentowned insurance company that has products of export insurance, credit insurance, suretyship, general insurance, general insurance sharia, and reinsurance. The problems identified include applications that still silos, ineffective information management, and internal conflicts due to the difference in the data. To overcome the existing problems, it is necessary to formulate Strategic Planning for Information Systems PT. Asei Reasuransi Indonesia (Persero), so that the alignment of business strategy and IS/IT strategy becomes optimal. This study uses a methodology Ward & Peppard.

The analysis carried out by an analysis of internal business environment with methods Value Chain and Strengths- Weaknesses; analysis of the external business environment with methods PEST(EL) and Opportunities-Threats; analysis of internal IS/IT environment with methods Value Chain and Strengths-Weaknesses; analysis of external IS/IT environment with technology trends method and Opportunities-Threats; and analysis of IS/IT needs with methods of CSF.

IS strategy produced: implementation of BI, DW, and EIS as data processing and information management; the use of CRM applications that integrate with Marketing IS, Production and Insurance Management IS, and Finance IS; and the use of unified communications of ESN and UCC. IT strategy produced: prioritizing increasing IT infrastructure capacity with the addition of servers, additional online branch, and increasing intranet and internet capacity on Headquarters and Branch Offices; building Data Center; improvement of security infrastructure with firewall implementation; and the use of unified communication network with the use of UCC on each user. IS/IT management strategy produced: preparation of IT governance for IT Master Plan and the improvement of COBIT 4.1 maturity level; the implementation of Department of Corporate Development located within the IT organization; increasing the number of IT employees; improving the competency of IT employees to follow international certification and scheduled; implementation of inhouse development-outbound training strategy; IT awareness introduction to the stakeholders and employees."

"Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi telah menjadi keharusan bagi pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan tata kelola pemerintah yang berorientasi pada pelayanan publik. Pemerintah Kabupaten Lebak memiliki sasaran strategis yaitu meningkatkan kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah yang ditempuh melalui beberapa kebijakan umum. Salah satu kebijakan umumnya adalah mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang mendukung penyelenggaran pemerintahan dengan program prioritas optimalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Namun sampai saat ini beberapa permasalahan seperti belum optimalnya pemanfaatan SI/TI, terbatasnya sarana, prasarana dan sumber daya manusia SI/TI masih menjadi isu strategis organisasi. Beberapa faktor telah diidentifikasi seperti kurangnya integrasi antar aplikasi, investasi TI yang tidak mendukung tujuan bisnis dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia TI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu perencanaan strategis sistem informasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Lebak yang selaras dengan tujuan dan sasaran strategis organisasi. Kerangka kerja yang digunakan adalah Peppard dan Ward dengan alat analisis seperti Business Model Canvass, Value Chain, SWOT, Balanced Scorecard, Critical Success Factor, PEST Analysis dan McFarlan Strategic Grid. Sedangkan analisis tematik digunakan sebagai metode analisis datanya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi yang terdiri dari strategi SI, strategi TI dan strategi manajemen SI/TI yang selaras dengan tujuan bisnis organisasi. Strategi SI yang dihasilkan berupa pembangunan dan pengembangan 37 aplikasi yang dapat mempercepat proses layanan, mengotomasi proses bisnis, memangkas birokrasi serta mudah di akses. Strategi TI yang diusulkan adalah pembangunan pusat data pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika, penambahan infrastruktur serta peningkatan keamanan data dan jaringan internal organisasi. Sedangkan strategi manajemen SI/TI meliputi kebijakan SI/TI yang terpusat, perubahan struktur organisasi SI/TI serta penataan sumber daya manusia TI. Hasil tersebut diatas menjadi rekomendasi dalam melaksanakan prioritas pengembangan, sumber daya dan investasi TI terhadap pencapaian tujuan dan sasaran Pemerintah Kabupaten Lebak.

Nowdays, information technology utilization has become a necessity for local governments in improving public service-oriented governance. The Government of Lebak Regency has a strategic objective of improving the performance of local government through several general policies. One of the common policies is to optimize the utilization of information technology that supports the implementation of government with priority program optimization of information technology utilization. But until now some problems such as limited facilities, infrastructure and human resources of IS/IT still become strategic issue of the organization. Several factors have been identified such as lack of integration between applications, IT investments that do not support business goals and lack of IT human resources.

This paper aims to create a strategic planning information system of Lebak Regency Government that aligns with the goals and objectives of the strategic organization. The Peppard and Ward framework was used with analytical tools such as Business Model Canvass, Value Chain, SWOT, Balanced Scorecard, Critical Success Factor, PEST Analysis and McFarlan Strategic Grid. While thematic analysis is used as a method of data analysis. This research resulted in strategic planning of information system consisting of SI strategy, IT strategy and management strategy of IS/IT that aligned with organizational business objectives.

The IS strategy is the development of 37 applications that can accelerate the service process, automate business processes, cut bureaucracy and easily access. The proposed IT strategy consist of the development of data centers at the Office of Communications and Information, the addition of infrastructure and increased security of data as well as internal network of the organization. While the IS/IT management strategy includes a centralized IS/IT policy, changes in organizational structure of IS / IT as well as IT human resource management. These become a recommendation in prioritizing IT development, investment and resources in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the Lebak Local Government."

"Setiap organisasi perlu melakukan penggalian kebutuhan bisnis dan mengevaluasi sumber daya SI/TI sehingga diperoleh peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan dan dikembangkan oleh para pelaku yang terlibat di dalamnya. Dengan mengusung 3 pilar yaitu Emergency Roadside Assistance, Contact Center dan Customer Relationship Management, PT XYZ terus gencar berevolusi dan berinovasi dalam bisnisnya. Dalam rencana kerja tahun 2018, PT XYZ dituntut untuk meningkatkan inovasi layanan dalam kerangka Digitalization Program. Keadaan ini mengharuskan PT XYZ untuk memiliki perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang mumpuni untuk mengubah gaya konvensional menjadi digital. Untuk menjalankan program PQR Digitalization, PT XYZ harus siap baik dari segi sumber daya manusia maupun dalam sumber daya SI/TI yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perencanaan strategis SI/TI bagi PT XYZ agar selaras dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan. Kerangka kerja yang digunakan adalah kerangka kerja Ward & Peppard dengan alat analisis terdiri dari Business Model Canvas, Value Chain, Critical Success Factor, SWOT, Porters Five Forces, PESTLE Analysis, dan McFarlan Strategic Grid. Penelitian ini menghasilkan perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang terdiri dari strategi SI, strategi TI dan strategi Manajemen SI/TI yang selaras dengan rencana strategis perusahaan dalam kerangka PQR Digitalization. Strategi SI menghasilkan 55 aplikasi yang membantu otomatisasi proses pengelolaan data pelanggan, mendukung kegiatan market research dan memberikan pelaporan secara efektif terutama kepada pihak manajemen dan business partner. Strategi TI terdiri dari pengadaan perangkat mobile untuk pengecekan sarana dan prasarana, pengadaan infrastruktur untuk keperluan big data dan penambahan jaringan ke business partner. Strategi Manajemen SI/TI meliputi perumusan kebijakan SOP TIK, perekrutan dan pembentukan struktur tim System Development dan tim Data Mining Analyst serta pelatihan terkait big data analytic, teknologi digital dan teknis terkait aplikasi."

"Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kwik Kian Gie adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi yang berlokasi di Jakarta Utara yang memiliki visi untuk menjadi salah satu School of Business terkemuka di Indonesia yang berwawasan regional dan internasional, dengan kualitas unggul berdasarkan standar World Class University. Untuk mendukung visinya tersebut, Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kwik Kian Gie bermaksud selalu mengupayakan agar pemanfaatan TI dapat berlangsung secara maksimal dan tetap sesuai dengan visi dan misi institusi. Kenyataannya, pemanfaatan TI pada Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kwik Kian Gie dinilai tidak sesuai dengan visi dan misi yang dimiliki. Beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi adalah sistem yang tidak terintegrasi, investasi SI/TI yang tidak mendukung tujuan bisnis (misalnya pengadaan videotron), tidak adanya mekanisme prioritas SI/TI yang jelas, manajemen informasi yang buruk (data yang tidak konsisten dan akses yang lambat), justifikasi proyek berdasarkan aspek finansial semata, dan lainnya. Untuk menjawab permasalahan ini, diperlukan sebuah perencanaan strategis sistem informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rumusan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi di Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kwik Kian Gie berdasarkan metodologi Ward dan Peppard. Seluruh data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini didapatkan melalui proses wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, studi dokumen organisasi, dan studi literatur. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis internal bisnis (value chain, critical success factor, analisis SWOT), analisis eksternal bisnis (analisis PESTEL dan analisis five competitive forces), analisis internal SI/TI, dan analisis eksternal SI/TI. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah perencanaan strategis SI/TI (yang terdiri dari strategi SI yang mengatur bagaimana setiap unit organisasi menggunakan SI, strategi TI yang mengatur bagaimana investasi TI dan perencanaan layanan TI, dan strategi manajemen SI/TI yang mengatur mekanisme tata kelola untuk mendukung kesuksesan implementasi strategi dan pencapaian tujuan bisnis); pemetaan 28 sistem informasi masa depan ke dalam McFarlans application portfolio; dan implementasi pengadaannya selama tiga tahun ke depan dalam bentuk roadmap aplikasi.

Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kwik Kian Gie is one of the higher education located in North Jakarta with a vision to become one of the leading School of Business in Indonesia with regional and international insight, with superior quality based on World Class University standard. In support of its vision, Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kwik Kian Gie intends to strive for maximum utilization of IT and remain in line with the vision and mission of the institution. In fact, the use of IT at the Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kwik Kian Gie considered not in accordance with the vision and mission. Some of the problems that occur are unintegrated systems, IS / IT investments that do not support business objectives (e.g. videotron procurement), lack of clear IS / IT priority mechanisms, poor information management (inconsistent data and slow access), justification of the project on the basis of mere financial aspect, and several others. To solve this problem, a strategic planning of information system is needed. This study aims to create a strategic information system formulation at Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kwik Kian Gie based on Ward and Peppard methodology. All data used in this research is obtained through interview process, observation, questionnaire, organization document study, and literature study. The analysis conducted by the researcher consisted of internal business analysis (value chain, critical success factor, SWOT analysis), external business analysis (PESTEL analysis and five competitive forces analysis), internal analysis of SI / TI, and external analysis of SI / TI. The result of this research is an information system strategic planning (consisting of an SI strategy that regulates how each organizational unit uses IS, an IT strategy that governs how IT investments and IT service planning, and an IS / IT management strategy that governs governance mechanisms supporting the success of strategy implementation and achieving business objectives); map of 28 future information systems in form of McFarlans application portfolio; and implementation plan over the next three years in the form of application roadmap."

"ABSTRAK<>br>Badan Kepegawaian Daerah BKD Provinsi DKI Jakarta merupakan unsur pendukung Pemerintah Daerah dalam pengelolaan kepegawaian daerah. BKD memegang peranan penting dalam mewujudkan sumber daya manusia SDM aparatur Pemprov. DKI Jakarta yang berjati diri, professional dan berdaya saing global. Namun pada kenyataanya proses pengelolaan kepegawaian daerah masih menemui banyak permasalahan. Permasalahan yang dimaksud antara lain sistem investasi yang ada belum mendukung tujuan bisnis organisasi, duplikasi dan dualisme data, serta sistem informasi yang tidak terintegrasi silo . Permasalahan tersebut terjadi karena belum tersedianya perencanaan strategis SI/TI. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis BKD Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Metodologi Ward dan Peppard digunakan sebagai pedoman pada penyusunan perencanaan strategis SI/TI dengan metode olah data seperti analisis SWOT, CSF, Value Chain, McFarlan Strategy Grid, dan PEST. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rumusan perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang terdiri dari Strategi Bisnis SI, Strategi TI, dan Strategi Manajemen SI/TI.

ABSTRACT<>br>The Regional Personnel Board BKD of DKI Jakarta Province is the supporting element of the Regional Government in managing the regional personnel. BKD plays an important role embodying human resources HR of apparatus Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta that had self identity, professional, and global competitiveness. But in fact, the process of managing the local staff still encounter many problems. The problems in question include the existing investment system has not supported the organization 39 s business goals, duplication, and dualism of data, as well as information systems that are not integrated silo . The problem occurs due to unavailability of strategic planning of information system. This study discusses how the strategic planning of information system that accordance with BKD DKI Jakarta Province 39 s business needs. The Ward and Peppard methodology is used as a guide to the preparation of strategic planning of information system with data processing methods such as SWOT, CSF, Value Chain, McFarlan Strategic Grid, and PEST analysis. Data collection was obtained through interviews, observation, and secondary data. The results of this study are the formulation of strategic planning of information system consisting of Business IS Strategy, IT Strategy, and IS IT Management Strategy."

Dari seluruh jasa dan layanan yang ada, Jasa pengiriman SMS dipilih menjadi ujung tombak perusahaan dalam meraup pendapatan, salah satu alasannya adalah belum meratanya coverage internet membuat SMS masih reliabel sebagai pengiriman pesan karena SMS tidak membutuhkan jaringan internet. Pendapatan PT. ACM cenderung menurun pada 3 tahun terakhir. Tujuan dari peneliitan ini untuk menghasilkan strategi SI/TI untuk PT. Agara Cipta Mandiri. Dari analisis permasalahan pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa strategi SI/TI tidak selaras dengan Visi dan Misi perusahaan. Perumusan strategi SI/TI pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard dengan menggunakan instrumen- instrumen analisis Value Chain, SWOT, Six Force Porter, PEST. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 7 usulan sistem informasi, dimana 1 diantaranya sudah ada dan perlu dilakukan peningkatan dan 5 lainnya harus diadakan sistem informasi baru untuk mendukung Visi dan Misi organisasi.

In the last three years, PT. ACM has tendency to decline. The goal of this research is to produce an IS/IT strategy for PT. Agara Cipta Mandiri. The IS/IT strategy is not harmonized with the company's vision and mission, according to the analysis of the problems in this study. The Ward and Peppard method is used to formulate the IS/IT strategy in this study, which includes the utilization of Value Chain, SWOT, Six Force Porter, and PEST analysis instruments. This results of the study conducted 7 suggested information systems, one of which already exists and needs to be enhanced, and the other five of which must be created from scratch to serve the organization's vision and goal."

Oleh karena itu, diperlukan rumusan rencana strategis sistem informasi dalam mendukung pembangunan daerah dan penerapan smart gorvernance. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Ward & Peppard dengan teknik analisis Value Chain, Balanced Scorecard, CSF, SWOT, PESTEL, dan McFarlan Strategic Grid. Tahapan dari Metodologi Ward & Peppard terdiri dari analisis kondisi internal dan eksternal bisnis dan SI/TI. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa rumusan strategi SI, strategi TI, strategi manajemen SI/TI, peta jalan SI/TI, serta quick wins. Rencana strategis sistem informasi ini diharapkan mampu menyelaraskan strategi SI/TI dengan visi, misi, dan proses bisnis Pemerintah Kabupaten Semarang sebagai acuan dalam melakukan pengembangan SI/TI dalam menuju smart governance.

The increase in population density that occurs causes government problems. Smart governance, which is one of the dimensions in smart city development, aims to realize efficient, communicative, effective local governance and continue to improve bureaucratic performance through innovation and integrated technology adoption. This shows that information technology has become a necessity. The Semarang Regency Government continues to improve its function in government by utilizing technology. The main problem faced by the Semarang Regency Government is that the use of IS/IT has not fully supported the Semarang Regency Government towards smart governance. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate an information system strategic plan to support regional development and the implementation of smart governance in the Semarang Regency Government. The methodology used is Ward & Peppard with Value Chain, Balanced Scorecard, CSF, SWOT, PESTEL, and McFarlan Strategic Grid analysis techniques. The Ward & Peppard Methodology stages consist of an analysis of the internal and external conditions of the business and IS/IT. The results of this research are IS strategy formulation, IT strategy, IS/IT management strategy, IS/IT roadmap, and quick wins. This strategic plan of information system is expected to align the IS/IT strategy with the vision, mission, and business processes of the Semarang Regency Government as part of developing IS/IT towards smart governance."

"Sebagai perusahaan yang memiliki bisnis utama memproduksi baja, PT.Krakatau Steel (persero) harus bekerja keras untuk dapat survive, tumbuh dan berkembang di tengah persaingan industri baja dunia yang semakin kompetitif. Perusahaan harus mampu menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan internal dan eksternal yang dihadapinya. Karenanya, perusahaan juga telah menerapkan berbagai bentuk aplikasi teknologi informasi (TI) untuk menciptakan proses bisnis yang efisien dan sekaligus menjadikannya sebagai salah satu keunggulan kompetitif. Namun demikian, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di perusahaan ini belum seluruhnya dapat membantu penyelesaian berbagai masalah yang ada. Infrastruktur dan aplikasi SI/TI yang ada belum mampu membantu perusahaan melakukan efisiensi proses bisnis, implementasi budaya dan tata nilai perusahaan yang baru serta menekan biaya produksi. Keadaan ini malah diwarnai dengan berbagai permasalahan SI/TI yang saat ini menimpa perusahaan seperti aplikasi SI/TI yang belum terintegrasi, arsitektur infrastruktur SI/TI yang kompleks, adanya perangkat keras, perangkat lunak & jaringan komputer yang sudah obsolete, pengembangan SI/TI yang tidak terarah, kurangnya jumlah personil SI/TI yang kompeten, serta tata kelola SI/TI yang kurang bagus. Dari berbagai permasalahan yang ada, maka penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai pendekatan untuk meningkatkan keselarasan strategi bisnis dengan strategi informasi dengan memanfaatkan TI secara optimal. Dari hasil kajian tersebut diperoleh suatu pendekatan penyusunan Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi dengan studi kasus PT.Krakatau Steel (persero). Pendekatan yang digunakan merupakan kombinasi dari metodologi Ward & Peppard dan framework CobIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology). PT.Krakatau Steel (persero), as a company whose main business is to manufacture steel, has to work hard in order to survive, grow and expand in the midst of an ever increasing competition in the world of steel industry. At the same time, PT.Krakatau Steel (persero) has to also be able to resolve all of the internal or extrenal encountered matters and problems. Hence, PT.Krakatau Steel (persero) has implemented various information techonology applications to create a more efficient business process as well as making it as one of its competitive advantages. However, the use of information technology in PT.Krakatau Steel (persero) is not yet fully effectual to completely resolve all of the existing problems. Its IT infrastuctures and applications have not been fully utilize to support PT.Krakatau Steel (persero) in forming a more effective business process, to implement a better business ethics, as well as to reduce production cost. On the contrary, it possesses generic problems such as unintegrated applications, complicated infrastructure architecture, obsolete hardware, software, and networks, cluttered IT planning, insufficient proficient human resources, as well as deficient IT governance. Therefore, this research is done in order to examine different approaches to develop a better congruence between business strategy and information strategy by fully utilizing information technology. It brings forth a Strategic Planning for Information System with a case study in PT.Krakatau Steel (persero). The approach used was a combination between Ward & Peppard methodology and CobIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology). Output of SPIS (IS Strategy, IT Strategy and IS/IT management strategy) can be used as a common base for IS/IT management which is suitable with the business needs and giving direction for IS/IT development. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi untuk mewujudkan visi, misi dan sasaran strategis Setjen MPR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun perencanaan strategis sistem informasi Setjen MPR dengan metodologi Ward dan Peppard yang terdiri dari tahapan masukan dan keluaran. Penelitian ini melakukan wawancara dan diskusi kelompok terarah untuk pengumpulan data pada tahapan masukan, yang terdiri dari analisis kondisi internal dan eksternal bisnis dan SI/TI, di Setjen MPR. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah menggunakan analisis tematik. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rumusan strategi SI, strategi TI, strategi manajemen SI/TI, portofolio aplikasi mendatang dan peta jalan sehingga dapat mewujudkan visi, misi dan sasaran strategis Setjen MPR.

The Secretariat General of the People 39 s Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia hereinafter referred to as ldquo Setjen MPR rdquo is a non ministerial government institution as the secretariat of a state institution. It is directly responsible to The Heads of People 39 s Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia hereinafter referred to as ldquo MPR RI rdquo . Setjen MPR continues to strive improvement of its service to MPR RI, its supporting agencies, and the communities in term of the performance of information systems and information technology hereinafter referred to as ldquo IS IT rdquo in accordance with its vision, mission, and strategic objectives. However, in reality, it had not been achieved due to the lack of utilization of IS IT. Therefore, strategic planning for information systems is necessary to realize its vision, mission, and strategic objectives. This study aimed to develop strategic planning for Setjen MPR 39 s information systems using the methodology of ldquo Ward and Peppard rdquo which consists of input and output stages. The research is conducting interviews and focus groups discussion to collect data on the stage of entry, which consists of the analysis of internal and external conditions of business and IS IT in Setjen MPR. The data collected is processed by employing thematic analysis. The result of this research is the formulation of IS IT including its management strategy, the application portfolio, and roadmap in order to realize the vision, mission and strategic objectives of Setjen MPR."
