"RSIA HERMINA Pasteur mempakan salah sam rumah sakit di Kota Bandung yang mengkhususkan pada pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak. RSIA HERMINA Pasteur memiliki fasilitas yang menjadi unggulan yaitu pelayanan Perinatologi, NICU, PICU, Fetomatemal dan Klinik Tumbuh Kembang. Seperti yang tercantum dalam Program Market Leader HERMINA Grup, Insialasi Perinatologi/NICU/PICU diharapkan menjadi pusal rujukan di wilayalmya. Hal ini menjadi peluang bagi RSIA HERMINA Pasteur untuk turut serw dalam penurunan AKB di Kota Bandung dan sekitamya. Salah saru instalasi yang menjadi unggulan RSIA HERMINA Pasteur adalah NICU yang merupakan nmng perawatan khusus bagi bayi risiko tinggi atau yang memerlukan pemantauan ketat dan membutuhkan alat bantu pemapasan khusus/ventilator.
Setelah berjalan hampir tiga tahun BOR NICU masih belum menunjukkan peningkatan dibandingkan produk unggulan lainnya yaitu PICU dan ICU. Berdasarkan hal tersebut perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai kinenja NICU RSIA HBRMINA Pasteur. Untuk malakukan penilaian kincrja ini dipergunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard yang memiliki empat perspektif.
Dalam penclitian ini, peneliti ingin memperoleh gambaran kinerja NICU rumah sakit yang sesuai (appropriate) dan layak (/kasible), rnenggunakan prinsip kemngka manajemen Balanced Scorecard (BSC), sebagai alat ukur dan perangkat manajcmen untuk meningkatkan kinerja.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumcn dan observasi lapangan untuk memperoleh gambaran kinerja dan model BSC yang sesuai dengan NICU rumah sakit.
Dari penelitian ini didapatkan kinerja NICU RSIA HERMINA Pasteur berdasarkan perspcktif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspelctjf bisnis internal dan perspelctif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran, Kincrja NICU berdasarkan perspektif keuangan menunjukkan bahwa NICU merupakan unit kerja yang memerlukan biaya operasional besar tetapi tidak banyak mcnghasilkan kemmtungan bagi rumah sakit. Dengan demikian tidak dapat diharapkan untuk menj adi profit centre bagi rumah sakit. Gambaran kinerja NICU berdasarkan perspektif pelanggan menunjukkan bdrwa pada tahmm 2006 dan triwulan I tahun 2007 masih terjadi beberapa kasus penolakan pasien yang berkaitan dengan biaya. Dari penelimian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa NICU RSIA HERMINA Pasteur walaupun merupakan produk unggulan tidak dapat dijadikan profit centre. Kinerja NICU berdasarkan perspektif pelanggan juga belum memuaskan karena masih banyaknya kasus penolakan pasien yang teljadi selama dna tahun terakhir ini hal ini bertolak belakang dengan perluasan pasar yang dilalcukan rumah sakit. Pertumbuhan BOR NICU pada dua tahun terakhir ini terlihat meningkat dan sebagian besar sarana dan prasarana yang diperlukan di NICU sudah tersedia atau dapat diupayakan. Kinelja NICU berdasarkan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa SDM NICU masih belum sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan.
Saran untuk RSIA HERMINA Pasteur: Perspektif Keuangan, untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar perlu dilakukan kexja sama dengan ASKESKIN, ASKES PNS serta Pemerinrah Daerah diprioxitaskan untuk penanganan kasus neonatal risiko tinggi. Pada crspektif Pelanggan, untuk mencegah terjadinya kasus penolakan pasien NICU, maka sebaiknya disusun suatu kebijakan rumah sakit mengenai hal tersebut dan menjalin kexjasama dengan pihak Pemda, ASKESKIN maupun ASKES PNS untuk membantu menanggulangi biaya perawatan khusus bagi pasien NICU. Perspelctif Bisnis internal, Pada perspektif bisnis intemal untuk meningkatkan BOR perlu dilakukan pemasaran pada kalangan tertentu misalnya DSOG dan dr SpA di Bandmmg dan daerah sekitarnya Perspektif pembelajaran dan Pertumbuhan. Penambahan tenaga Dokter Spesialis Anak yang Ietap dan pcningkatan pendidikan perawat menjadi Sl Keperawatan.

RSIA I-IERMINA Pasteur was one of the hospitals in the Bandtmg City that set aside in the health service of the mother and the child. RSIA HERMINA Pasteur had facilities that becames supreme that is the Perinatology services, NICU, PICU, Fetomaternal and Tumbuh Kembang Clinic. Like that was included in the Market Leader HERMINA Grup Program, Installation of Perinatology/NICUIPICU it was hoped became the centre of reconciliation in his territory. This became the opportunity for RSIA I-IERMINA Pasteur to join in as well as in the AKB decline in the Bandung City and surrounding area. One of the installations that became supreme RSIA I-IERMINA Pasteur was NICU that was special maintenance space for the high risk baby or that needed the tight monitoring and needed special respiratory aids/the ventilator. After going almost three NICU BORE years did still not show the increase was compared the other supreme product that is the TRIGGER and ICU. By this matter must be done by the research concerning the NICU RSIA HERMINA Pasteur achievement.
To do the assessment ol' this achievement was utilized by the Balanced Scorecard approach that had four perspectives. In this research, the researcher wanted to receive the picture of the NICU achievement the appropriate hospital (appropriate) and appropriate (feasible), used the principle of the framework of the Balanced Scorecard management (BSC), as the implement measured and management equipment to increase the achievement of this Research was the qualitative research by using the deep interview method, thc study of the document and observation ofthe field to receive the picture of the achievement and the BSC model that in accordance with NICU the hospital.
From this research was obtained by the NICU RSIA HERMINA Pasteur achievement was based on the perspective of finance, the perspective of the customer, the perspective of the intemal business and the perspective ofthe growth and learning. The NICU achievement was based on the perspective of finance showed that NICU was the work unit that needed the operational cost big but often did not produce the prolit for the hospital. Therefore could not be expected to become the pro fit centre for the hospital. The picture of the NICU achievement was based on the perspective of the customer showed that during 2006 and quarterly I in 2007 still was happening several cases of the patient?s refusal that was linked with the cost. This was the opposite of the expansion of the market that was done the hospital. That was needed by various breakthroughs to prevent this matter. The picture of the NICU achievement was based on the perspective of the Internal Business showed the increase in the NICU BORE for the last two years happened. Room facilities and NICU equipment were still being not yet complete like that was determined in the standard of NICU. Although the service could be carried out because generally specific equipment that was needed in NICU has been available. The picture of the NICU achievement was based on the perspective of the learning and growth showed did not yet have Pediatrics who was the hospital permanent employee. The level of education ofthe nurses still D3 whereas for the period that will come to be hoped for by all nurse ofNICU educated Sl Nurse.
From the research that was carried out could be concluded that NICU RSIA I-IERMINA Pasteur although being the supreme product could not be made the profit centre. The NICU achievement was based on the perspective of the customer also did not yet satisfy because still the number of cases of the patients refusal that happened during the last two year this was the opposite of the expansion of the market that was done the hospital. The growth of the NICU BORE was for the last two year seen increased and most means and the infrastructure that were needed in NICU have been available or could be striven for. The NICU achievement was based on the perspective of the growth and learning showed that NICU human resources still did not yet be in accordance with the standard that was detemiined.
The suggestion for RSIA I-IERMINA Pasteur: Perspective F inancial, to increase the market share must be carried out by the work was the same as ASKESKIN, ASKES PNS as well as the Regional Government was given priority to For the handling of the case neonatal the high risk. Perspective customer, for prevented the occurrence of the ease of the patient's refusal NICU, then better be compiled by a policy of the hospital concerning this matter and establish the co-operation with the Regional Government's side, ASKESKIN and the health insurance for PNS to help dealt with the special maintenance cost for the patient NICU. The perspective of the business internal, in the perspective of business internal to increase the BORE must be carried out by the marketing in the certain circle for example DSOG and Pediatrics in Bandung and the area of surrounding area. "Beban kerja mental perawat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal perawat. Faktor internal meliputi karakteristik individu dan motivasi perawat, serta faktor eksternal yang meliputi organisasi dan pekerjaan perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan beban kerja mental perawat saat berinteraksi dalam asuhan keperawatan di ruang perawatan intensif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Analisis data menggunakan Chi-Square dan regresi logistik ganda. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total population sampling dan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 129 perawat pelaksana yang bekerja di ruang perawatan intensif. Hasil uji regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa faktor motivasi merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap beban kerja mental perawat dibandingkan variabel lainnya p=0,022; ?=0,05. Rumah sakit dapat mengoptimalkan dan melakukan resosialisasi regulasi pemberian reward bagi perawat, serta membuat program pengembangan kompetensi dan soft skill perawat.

The mental workload of nurses is influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factor are nurse individual characteristic and motivation, also external factor such as organization and nurse task. The aim of this research is to identify the factors most closely related to the mental workload of nurses during interactions in nursing care in intensive care unit. This research is a quantitative research with data collection with questionnaire using Cross Sectional approach. Data analysis using Chi Square and multiple logistic regression. Sampling in this study used total population sampling and involved a sample of 129 implementing nurses working in the intensive care unit. The result of logistic regression test shows that motivation factor is the most influential variable to the mental workload of the nurse compared to other variables p 0,022 0,05 . Hospitals can optimize and resocialization regulation of reward for nurse, and make competence development program and soft skill of nurse.

"Ruangan perawatan intensif yang kompleks dan dilengkapi berbagai peralatan medis berbasis alarm berisiko menyebabkan perawat mengalami alarm fatigue akibat paparan alarm secara terus-menerus. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran kejadian alarm fatigue berdasarkan karakteristik responden di ruang intensif RS X Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain pendekatan cross- sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 256 perawat dengan rentang usia ≤ 25 - ≥ 46 tahun di seluruh ruang perawatan intensif dewasa RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Sampel didapatkan dengan teknik total sampling jenis non random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji reliabilitas dengan nilai Cronbach Alpha 0,744. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan dilakukan uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov dengan hasil p value 0,028 (P< 0,05). Pengkategorian dilakukan dengan cut-off poin, nilai median 44. Rekomendasi berkaitan dengan penelitian ini adalah dengan teridentifikasinya gambaran alarm fatigue berdasarkan karakteristik responden untuk selanjutnya dilakukan pelatihan manajemen alarm sebagai pembekalan kepada perawat.

An intensive care unit that is complex and equipped with various alarm-based medical equipment is at risk of causing nurses to experience alarm fatigue due to continuous exposure to alarms. This study provides an overview of the incidence of alarm fatigue based on the characteristics of respondents in the intensive care unit of Hospital X Jakarta. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach design. The study sample amounted to 256 nurses with an age range of ≤ 25 - ≥ 46 years in all adult intensive care units of Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. The sample was obtained using a total sampling technique of non-random sampling type. This study used a questionnaire that had been tested for reliability with a Cronbach Alpha value of 0.744. The results were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test with a p-value of 0.028 (P < 0.05). Categorization was done with cut-off points, a median value of 44. Recommendations related to this study are the identification of a picture of alarm fatigue based on the characteristics of respondents for further alarm management training as a provision to nurses."

"Penyakit infeksi masih menjadi masalah serius pada seperempat populasi manusia di seluruh dunia. Berbagai mikroorganisme penyebab infeksi berperan meningkatkan angka morbiditas dan mortalitas pada pasien berisiko tinggi diantaranya pasien dengan gangguan imunitas dan atau kondisi sakit berat. Jamur merupakan mikroorganisme penyebab berbagai penyakit mulai dari alergi, hipersensitivitas saluran napas atau asma, maupun infeksi sistemik yang mengancam jiwa, misalnya kandidiasis sistemik, aspergilosis sistemik, serta infeksi jamur lain. Transmisi infeksi jamur sistemik biasanya melalui inhalasi spora maupun kontaminasi elemen jamur di lingkungan sekitar pasien. Keberadaan jamur di lingkungan sekitar pasien penting mendapat perhatian mengingat potensinya sebagai sumber infeksi, termasuk di lingkungan rumah sakit.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keragaman spesies jamur yang diisolasi dari lingkungan rumah sakit, dan merupakan bagian dari penelitian multisenter aspergilosis invasif pada pasien sakit berat di beberapa rumah sakit di Jakarta. Mengingat neonatus merupakan salah satu kelompok pasien berisiko tinggi mengalami infeksi jamur sistemik di rumah sakit, maka lokasi penelitian ini difokuskan pada lingkungan ruang perawatan intensif neonatus NICU. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara konsekutif pada lingkungan NICU di dua rumah sakit, baik di bagian dalam maupun luar NICU. Sampel udara diambil menggunakan cawan petri berisi agar Saboraud dekstrosa selama 15 menit pada ketinggian 100-150 cm, setelah itu dilakukan inkubasi dan pengamatan selama tujuh hari di laboratorium.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat delapan jenis jamur yang diisolasi dari lingkungan NICU, yaitu Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus fumigatus, Candida sp., Dematiceae sp., Mycelia sterilia, Paecilomyces sp., Penicillium sp., and Trichosporon sp. Spesies jamur yang paling sering ditemukan adalah Mycelia sterilia dan Aspergillus fumigatus.

Infectious diseases are still a serious problem affecting a quarter of the human population worldwide. Numerous microorganisms causing infection served to increase morbidity and mortality rate in high risk patients, including immunocompromised and or critically ill patients. Fungi are microorganisms that cause a variety of diseases ranging from allergies, hypersensitivity respiratory or asthma, as well as life threatening systemic infections, such as systemic candidiasis, systemic aspergillosis, and other fungal infections. Transmission of systemic fungal infection is usually through inhalation of the spores or fungal elements contamination in the environment around the patient. The presence of fungi in the environment around the patient extremely needs attention considering its potency as a source of infection, including in a hospital environment.
This study aims to identify the diversity of fungal species isolated from the hospital environment, and is part of a multicentre study of invasive aspergillosis in patients with serious illness at several hospitals in Jakarta. Considering neonate is one group of patients at high risk of systemic fungal infections in the hospital, subsequently the location of this research is focused on the environment of neonatal intensive care unit NICU . The sample was taken consecutively in the NICU environment at two hospitals, both indoor and outdoor of the NICU. Air samples were taken using a petri dish containing Saboroud rsquo s dextrose agar for 15 minutes at a height of 100 150 cm, after it conducted incubation and observation for seven days in the laboratory.
The results showed there are eight types of fungi isolated from the NICU environment, including Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus fumigatus, Candida sp., Dematiceae sp., Mycelia sterilia, Paecilomyces sp., Penicillium sp., and Trichosporon sp. The most commonly fungal species found are Mycelia sterilia and Aspergillus fumigatus.

"Tesis ini membahas tentang analisis kebutuhan tenaga dokter umum berdasarkan beban kerja di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Leuwiliang Kabupaten Bogor tahun 2014. Penelitian ini adalah penelitain deskriptif dengan analisa data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode work sampling, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan tenaga dokter umum IGD yang sesuai dengan kegiatan sesungguhnya berdasarkan beban kerja kerjanya masing-masing. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tujuh hari pada tanggal 16-22 Mei 2014 dengan responden dokter IGD, dimana segala aktivitasnya diamati setiap 5 menit.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kegiatan produktif dokter IGD mencapai 83,98 %, dinilai sudah mencapai standar waktu kerja dan beban kerjanya tinggi sehingga dinilai kegiatan produktifnya sudah optimal. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan jumlah dokter yang dibutuhkan pada IGD RSUD Kabupaten Bogor untuk melayani pasien selama 24 jam dalam sehari adalah enam belas orang dokter. Hasil penelitian menyarankan pihak manajemen untuk merencanakan kebutuhan jumlah tenaga dokter di IGD sesuai dengan beban kerjanya.

The intent of this thesis is to discuss an analysis of general practitioner human resource requirements based on workloads at the Intensive Care Unit of Leuwiliang State Hospital, Bogor Regency, during 2014. The research presented is descriptive research found by means of analysing quantitative data using a work sampling method. This research proposes to to discern the number of general practitioners required at the ICU, based on actual individual workloads. The research was conducted over a period of seven days, from 16 - 22 May, 2014. The subjects were ICU doctors, whose activities were observed at five-minute intervals.
The results of this research indicate that doctors have 83.98% workplace productivity, which is understood as being a standard rate of performance when completing heavy workloads, and therefore an optimal level of workplace productivity. Calculations applied to this research show that the number of doctors working 24-hours shifts needed at the Bogor Regency State Hospital ICU to attend to patients is sixteen. The results of this research suggest that management should assign general practitioner human resources to ICUs according to workloads.

"Perawat sebagai salah satu sumber daya manusia di rumah sakit merupakan ujung tombak pelayanan yang harus direncanakan secara matang, baik secara kuantitas (beban kerja) maupun kualitas (kompetensi kerja). Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas tentang analisa kebutuhan tenaga keperawatan di Instalasi Hemodialisa RSUP Persahabatan berdasarkan beban kerja (menggunakan time and motion study kepada 8 perawat kemudian diolah dengan Metode Ilyas) dan kompetensi kerja (depth interview kepada tiga informan dengan fokus kepada pengetahuan seputar pekerjaan, keterampilan dan sikap). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat satu dan atau dua tenaga perawat dengan kualifikasi minimal lulusan D3 keperawatan yang telah diikutkan pelatihan hemodialisa.

Nurses, as one kind of the human resources in hospitals, act as a frontline service that should be planned thoroughly, both in its quantity (based on workload) and quality (based on competencies). This research was about needs assessment of nursing personnel in the Hemodialysis Installation of RSUP Persahabatan based on workload (using time and motion study technique then manipulated by Ilyas Method) and competencies (depth interview focusing on job knowledge, skill and attitude, on three subjects). The research concluded that there is one or two nursing shortage, having qualification of D3 of nursing (as minimal education) and hemodialysis training."

"Penelitian ini membahas Analisis Kebututuhan Tenaga Perawat dengan Metode Workload Indicator Staffing Need WISN di Unit Rawat Inap RS Masmitra Tahun 2016. WISN digunakan untuk menghitung kebutuhan tenaga berdasarkan beban kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan tenaga perawat di unit rawat inap RS Masmitra, Bekasi berdasarkan beban kerja. Merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan selama tujuh hari kerja. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan observasi menggunakan formulir time and motion study, sementara data sekunder didapatkan dengan telaah dokumen.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlu penambahan tenaga perawat sebanyak 5 lima orang di unit rawat inap RS Masmitra, Bekasi. Namun, hal ini belum sejalan dengan kegiatan produktif yang dilakukan oleh tenaga perawat di unit tersebut, pasalnya kegiatan produktif dinyatakan belum optimal. Oleh sebab itu, perlu diadakan perbaikan SOP maupun pelatihan SDM untuk meningkatkan produktifitas tenaga perawat di unit rawat inap RS Masmitra, Bekasi sebelum dilakukan penambahan tenaga.

This study discussed about Needs Analysis of Nursing at the inpatient unit of Masmitra Hospital, Bekasi year of 2016. WISN is used to calculate the needs based on workload. This study attempts to know the number of nurses needs at the inpatient unit of Masmitra Hospital based on workload. This is a qualitative research conducted by during seven days. The collection of primary data done with observation using time and motion study form, while secondary data was obtained through review of documents.
The result of this research indicated that need to increase the quantity of nurses about 5 five at inpatient unit Masmitra Hospital, Bekasi. But, it is not in line with productive activities conducted by the nurses at the unit, because the productive activity expressed not optimal, yet. Therefore, must be improvement SOP and resources training to increase productivity of nurses at inpatient unit of Masmitra Hospital, Bekasi, prior to increase the quantity of worker.

Metode Workload Indicators of Stafing Need (WISN) merupakan metode yang menghitung kebutuhan tenaga berdasarkan beban kerja yang sesungguhnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar beban kerja dengan teknik Time and motion study, kemudian digunakan untuk menghitung kebutuhan tenaga. Penelitian dilakukan di unit rawat inap RSUD Cilincing pada bulan April sampai dengan Mei 2017.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian diperoleh waktu kerja perawat untuk kegiatan produktif sebesar 68.25%. Belum membutuhkan tenaga baru karena dibawah 80% waktu kegiatan produktifnya.
Hasil perhitungan tenaga dengan metode WISN didapatkan jumlah tenaga perawat adalah 22 orang, kelebihan sebanyak 1 orang. Dengan rasio WISN 1.04 menunjukkan jumlah perawat saat ini lebih besar daripada yang dibutuhkan. Dengan formula Ilyas didapatkan kebutuhan tenaga sebesar 22 orang. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar metode perhitungan kebutuhan perawat di unit rawat inap RSUD.

One important component in calculating power requirements is the workload. Workload Indicators of Stafing Need (WISN) method is a method that calculates the need for personnel based on actual workload. This study aims to find out the workload with Time and Motion study technique, then used to calculate the power requirement. The study was conducted at RSUD Cilincing in April to May 2017.
This research is a qualitative research with observation, in-depth interview and document review. The result of this research is nurse work time for productive activity equal to 68.25%. Do not need new workforce because under 80% time productive activities.
The result of power calculation by WISN method got the number of nurses is 22 people, excess of 1 people. The WISN 1.04 ratio indicates the current number of nurses is greater than required. With the formula Ilyas obtained power needs of 22 people. It is expected that this research can be the basis of the method of calculating the needs of nurses in the inpatient unit of RSUD.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi pemenuhan kebutuhan tenaga perawat ICU berdasarkan analisis beban kerja yang sesuai rekomendasi Kementerian Kesehatan, dan berdasarkan kualifikasi standar minimal perawat ICU. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) yang berbasis prototyping. Pengembangan sistem dimulai dari tahap perencanaan dengan analisis kelayakan, analisis sistem informasi, desain interface dan perancangan database, serta implementasi yang dibatasi sampai pada uji coba prototipe sistem informasi yang menghasilkan informasi hasil analisis ABK, analisis pemenuhan kualifikasi standar minimal perawat ICU dan perawat pelamar. Dari hasil simulasi prototipe sistem informasi ini membantu memudahkan pengguna untuk mendapatkan informasi kebutuhan jumlah tenaga berdasarkan beban kerja ril berdasarkan ABK dan informasi pemenuhan kualifikasi standar minimal perawat ICU. Untuk implementasi yang berkelanjutan diperlukan peningkatan kemampuan dari pengguna dan dukungan manajemen seperti adanya aspek legal dan ketersediaan insfratruktur.

This study aims to develop an information system for the fulfillment of ICU nurses based on workload analysis according to recommendation of the Ministry of Health, and based on the minimum standard qualifications of ICU nurses. System development method used is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) based on prototyping. The development of the system starts from the planning phase with feasibility analysis, information system analysis phase, interface design and database design, and implementation is limited to the prototype test of information system that produces workload analysi information, the analysis of fulfillment with minimum qualification of ICU nurses and applicant nurses. From the simulation it showed that this information system help the users to obtain information needs of the number of personnel based on the real workload based and information on the fulfillment of minimum qualifications of ICU nurses. For the implementation it will need user capabilities and management support as legal aspects and infrastructures.
