"[Atribut produk merupakan unsur unsur yang melekat pada suatu produk yang dianggap penting bagi konsumen yang dijadikan suatu acuan atau dasar bagi konsumen untuk membeli atau menggunakan suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk terhadap minat beli kembali pada produk Post it notes. Disamping itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengukur masing masing dimensi dari atribut produk seperti kualitas produk merek desain produk harga produk terhadap minat beli kembali Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden yang terdiri dari masyarakat umum di wilayah DKI Jakarta dan Depok. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh antara atribut produk dan minat beli kembali Hasil peneilitan ini juga menunjukan bahwa pada masing masing dimensi variabel atribut produk seperti kualitas produk tidak memiliki pengaruh nyata signifikan terhadap minat beli kembali sedangkan ketiga dimensi lainnya merek desain produk dan harga produk memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli kembali.

"Setiap orang rata-rata memiiliki satu buah telepon genggam, karenanya adopsi broadband melalui telepon genggam atau yang lebih dikenal dengan smartphone akan lebih mudah untuk diteliti. Penelitian sebelumnya yang mengungkapkan bahwa pelabelan berkontribusi terhadap penerapan teknologi informasi, dimana hal tersebut berdampak pada pembelian ulang belum banyak ditemukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dimensi ekuitas merek dan penggunaan saat ini terhadap minat beli ulang terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada produk smartphone. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 220 orang responden yang pernah dan sedang menggunakan smartphone.
Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa elemen-elemen ekuitas merek seperti kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas, serta loyalitas merek dan penggunaan saat ini memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan positif terhadap minat beli ulang pada smartphone. Selain itu diketahui bahwa penggunaan saat ini dapat memediasi antara dimensi-dimensi ekuitas merek dan minat konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian ulang dan terus menggunakan smartphone.

As every one owns on average one mobile phone, the adoption of broadband through handphone or more popularly known as smartphone would be the natural path to take. Past literatures had suggested that branding do contribute towards the acceptance of Information Technology, however its effect on repurchase intention had been scarce. The purpose of this research is to examine relationship between brand equity dimensions and current use to repurchase intention on smartphone. the study was conducted from 220 respondents who had and still using smartphone.
The results of the study indicated that brand equity dimensions like brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty and current use have significant and positive relationship with repurchase intention on smartphone. In addition it is also proved that current use has partially mediated the relationship between brand equity dimensions and consumer's intention to repurchasing and continue to use smartphone.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Experience Toko Online Tokopedia, baik itu experience yang positif maupun negatif dalam mengengaruhi tingkat Online Repurchase Intention Konsumen Toko Online Tokopedia pada wilayah Jabodetabek. Data pada penelitian ini didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang melibatkan 100 responden dengan menggunakan salah satu teknik penarikan sampel non-probability sampling, yaitu teknik purporsive yang dilakukan melalui adanya screening questions pada kuesioner seperti apakah mereka melakukan transaksi di Tokopedia setidaknya satu kali dalam tiga bulan terakhir. Data pada penelitian ini diolah menggunakan program SPSS 22 for Windows. Dilakukan Uji Analisis Regresi yang pertama untuk mengukur kekuatan hubungan (korelasi) antara Variabel Brand Experience Terhadap Online Repurchase Intention dan yang kedua untuk mengetahui diterima atau ditolaknya hipotesis pada penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat adanya pengaruh yang terbentuk antara Brand Experience Toko Online Tokopedia dengan Tingkat online repurchase intention konsumen merek tersebut yang artinya Hipotesisnya diterima atau Ha diterima sementara Ho ditolak, dengan kekuatan interpretasi korelasi yang tergolong kuat menuju sangat kuat, dimana seluruh dimensi dalam penelitian memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

This study aim to analyzing the influence of the Tokopedia Online Store Brand Experience, either positive and negative experiences in influencing the level of Online Repurchase Intention of Tokopedia Online Store Consumers in the Jabodetabek area. The data in this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires involving 100 respondents using one of the non-probability sampling techniques, that is the purposive technique which was carried out through the filtering questions on the questionnaire such as whether they had made transactions on Tokopedia at least once in the last three months. The data in this study were processed using the SPSS 22 for Windows program. The first regression analysis test was conducted to measure the relationship (recommendation) between the Brand Experience Variable on Online Purchase Intention and the second, the hypothesis could be accepted or rejected in this study. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence that is formed between the Tokopedia Online Store Brand Experience with the level of Online Repurchase Intention consumers of the brand, which means the hypothesis is accepted or Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected, with the power of interpretation that is classified as strong towards very strong, where all dimensions in this study have a significant effect."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu hubungan antara sifat-sifat psikologis konsumen seperti kesadaran terhadap nilai, kerentanan terhadap pengaruh normatif, dan kebutuhan terhadap keunikan; terhadap perilaku terhadap merek, hubungan antara perilaku terhadap merek dan keinginan membeli kembali, dan apakah pengetahuan konsumen mempengaruhi kebutuhan konsumen terhadap keunikan. Hipotesis diuji dengan metode regresi sederhana dan berganda, dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22.
Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sifat-sifat psikologis dan perilaku terhadap merek, dan perilaku terhadap merek juga mempengaruhi niat pembelian kembali. Sementara pengetahuan konsumen tidak mempengaruhi kebutuhan terhadap keunikan konsumen.

This research focuses on finding out the relationship between consumer rsquo s psychological traits such as value consciousness, susceptibility to normative influence, and need for uniqueness towards brand attitude, the relationship between brand attitude and repurchase intention, and whether consumer knowledge affects the consumer rsquo s need for uniqueness. The hypotheses are tested with the simple and multiple regression method, using the SPSS version 22.
This research found that there is a significant relationship between psychological traits and brand attitude, and brand attitude also influence the repurchase intention. While consumer knowledge does not affect the need for uniqueness for the consumer.

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai persepsi pelanggan deterjen Rinso dan persepsi pelanggan deteljen So Klin terhadap atribut yang dipertimbangkan daiam pembelian deterjen dan evaiuasi kinerja atribut produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan dalam pembelian deteljen, serta perbedaan persepsi antara pelanggan Rinso dan pe1anggan So Klin terhadap atribut deterjen. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian eksploratif dengan in depth interview dan desk:riptif melalui survei. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan terdapat 3 faktor bagi pelanggan Rinso serta terdapat 4 faktor bagi pelanggan So Klin yang dipertimbangkan dalam keputusan pembelian deterjen; terdapat perbedaan persepsi signifikan antara pelanggan Rinso dan pelanggan So Klin pada salah satu atribut deterjen.

The focus of this study is about learning costumer perceptions of powder detergent from two brands "Rinso" and "So Klin" to product attributes and evaluation of product performance. This purpose of this study is to analyze how many factors that influences consumer decision making when buying powder detergent products, and to search the difference of perceptions to product attributes between the customers from two brands. This research is qualitative explorative and descriptive design. The data were collected by means in depth interview and a survey. The research found that there are 3 factors for costumer of Rinso and 4 factors for customer of So Klin when making a purchase decision. The research showed there is significant difference of perception between the customer of Rinso and customer of So Klin in one of the product attributes."

"ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh persepsi penonton video pemasaran dalam menciptakan minat beli produk Tropicana Slim Stevia dalam konteks penonton webseries Sore yang berada dalam rentang usia dewasa muda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksploratif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang didapat melalui purposive sampling diolah dengan analisis faktor dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh persepsi penonton webseries Sore terhadap minat beli produk Tropicana Slim Stevia pada dewasa muda. Penelitian dilakukan dengan lima variabel yang diturunkan dari elemen webseries dan variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah variabel persepsi product placement dan variabel persepsi elemen visual. Menurut penelitian, webseries merupakan media yang baik untuk menarik engagement dengan produk sebelum konsumen memutuskan untuk membeli. Penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya melakukan perbandingan pengaruh dari iklan di berbagai media dengan webseries.

ABSTRACT
This study discover about the impact of perception that video marketing viewers have on purchase intention of Tropicana Slim Stevia, in the context of viewers whose age are considered as young adult. The study is an explorative research with quantitative approach. Data was obtained through purposive sampling, proceeded with factor analysis and multiple linear regression. Result shows that webseries Sore viewers rsquo perception has impact on purchase intention of Tropicana Slim Stevia. The study has five variable that were broken down from webseries rsquo elements. Turns out there most impactful variable are lsquo perception on product placement rsquo and perception on visual rsquo . According to this research, webseries works to gain engagement of the viewers with product before they decide to buy. Because webseries is one of marketing communication form, similar study in the future can compare its effectivity with advertising."

"Teknologi yang semakin berkembang memengaruhi Hallyu (Korean Wave) untuk menyebar secara masif, salah satunya adalah K-pop. Melalui popularitas K-pop yang peminatnya banyak, beberapa produk lokal di Indonesia menjadikan selebritas Korea sebagai brand ambassador. Lemonilo, perusahaan lokal yang memproduksi makanan, adalah salah satunya. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh partisipasi fandom NCTzen terhadap pemasaran Lemonilo serta bentuk partisipasi fandom NCTzen dalam pemasaran tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fandom NCTzen terhadap pemasaran produk Lemonilo dan menjelaskan bentuk budaya partisipatoris fandom NCTzen sebagai dampak dari Hallyu pada perusahaan lokal Indonesia yang menjadikan selebritas Korea sebagai brand ambassador. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka terhadap sumber yang berkaitan dengan partisipasi fandom NCTzen di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui kolaborasi Lemonilo dan NCT Dream, partisipasi fandom NCTzen turut mempengaruhi pemasaran produk Lemonilo. Lemonilo dapat memperoleh eksposur yang tinggi dan menyebarkan misi produk Lemonilo terkait gaya hidup sehat. Partisipasi fandom NCTzen dilakukan dalam bentuk membeli produk Lemonilo, membuat dan menggunggah konten berisikan produk Lemonilo di Tiktok, serta memperkenalkan produk Lemonilo kepada NCTzen di Korea Selatan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kerja sama tersebut tidak meningkatkan pendapatan penjualan produk Lemonilo secara konsisten. Berdasarkan hal ini, K-pop telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemasaran merek di Indonesia melalui partisipasi fandom selebritas Korea yang menjadi brand ambassador.

The ever-developing technology influences Hallyu (Korean Wave) to spread massively, one of them is K-pop. Through its popularity, which has many enthusiasts, several local products in Indonesia have made Korean celebrities as their brand ambassador. Lemonilo, a local company that produces food, is one of them. This study discusses about the influence of Nctzen fandom participation on Lemonilo's marketing and the forms of NCTzen fandom participation in this marketing. This study aims to analyze the effect of NCTzen participation on the marketing of Lemonilo products and explain the participatory culture forms of the NCTzen fandom as the impact of Hallyu on Indonesian local company that using Korean celebrities as brand ambassadors. This study used descriptive qualitative method with literature review techniques on sources related to the participation of the NCTzen fandom in Indonesia. The results of the study show that through the collaboration of Lemonilo and NCT Dream, the participation of NCTzen fandom has influenced the marketing of Lemonilo products. Lemonilo can gain high exposure and spread Lemonilo's product mission related to a healthy life style. The NCTzen participation is carried out in the form of purchasing Lemonilo products, creating and uploading content related to Lemonilo, and introducing the Lemonilo products to South Korean NCTzen. This study also found that the collaboration didn’t consistently increase sales revenue for Lemonilo products. Based on this, K-pop has had positive impact on brand marketing in Indonesia through the fandom participation of Korean celebrity who have become brand ambassadors."

"Perkembangan pesat online brand community secara global, didukung oleh kemajuan teknologi, telah mendorong banyak perusahaan untuk mengadopsi strategi serupa guna mempertahankan basis konsumen mereka. Salah satu keuntungan dari mengadopsi strategi ini adalah menumbuhkan loyalitas pelanggan dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dua jenis produk yang berbeda dimana terdapat online brand community di dalamnya untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap loyalty intention serta bagaimana pihak brand memanfaatkan wadah ini dengan jalur yang berbeda untuk mendapatkan loyalitas pengguna yang lebih baik. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 270 responden melalui kuesioner daring dan data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa information quality completeness dan timeliness mempengaruhi customer satisfaction, sedangkan aspek information quality believability dan amount tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Selain itu, aspek-aspek sosial seperti need for social capital bridging, bonding, dan maintaining juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan customer satisfaction. Lebih lanjut, customer satisfaction juga terbukti berdampak positif pada loyalty intention, bersama dengan relationship commitment yang kuat. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi online brand community yang efektif untuk memperkuat hubungan dengan konsumen dan membangun loyalitas yang berkelanjutan.

The rapid development of online brand communities globally, supported by technological advancements, has prompted many companies to adopt similar strategies to maintain their consumer base. One advantage of adopting this strategy is fostering long-term customer loyalty. This study identifies two different types of products with online brand communities within them to examine their influence on loyalty intention and how brands utilize this platform through different avenues to enhance user loyalty. The research was conducted with 270 respondents through online questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The results show that information quality completeness and timeliness affect customer satisfaction, while aspects of information quality such as believability and amount do not have a significant impact. Additionally, social aspects such as the need for social capital in bridging, bonding, and maintaining also play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has been proven to positively impact loyalty intention, along with strong relationship commitment. These findings provide valuable insights for companies in designing effective online brand community strategies to strengthen relationships with consumers and build sustainable loyalty."

"Giant Hypermarket merupakan jenis pasar serba ada yang dibuat dengan format modern. Didalam Giant hypermarket dijual berbagai macam produk dan merek. Dalam penjualan berbagai macam produk, Giant Hypermarket memberi merek nama produknya dengan nama Giant atau disebut dengan store brand atau private label brand. Dengan adanya berbagai macam merek yang dijual oleh Giant Hypermarket, hal ini akan membuat persaingan diantara produk merek manufaktur dengan produk merek Giant. Dalam memenangkan persaingan merek maka Giant Hypermarket harus dapat mengetahui ekuitas produk merek tokonya. Komponen - komponen yang membentuk ekuitas merek diantaranya persepsi kualitas, kesadaran merek/asosiasi merek, dan loyalitas merek.
Dari latar belakang permasalahan di atas, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh reputasi toko, citra komersial toko, dan citra harga toko terhadap pembentukkan ekuitas produk merek toko. Penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu mall intercept interviews dengan responden sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reputasi toko, citra komersial toko, dan citra harga toko berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi kualitas dan kesadaran merek. Selanjutnya adanya hubungan yang positif antara persepsi kualitas dan kesadaran merek terhadap loyalitas merek. Dalam pembentukan ekuitas produk merek toko, maka terdapat hubungan positif diantara persepsi kualitas, kesadaran merek, dan loyalitas merek terhadap ekuitas produk merek toko. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi bagi para ritel untuk meningkatkan persaingan pada produk-produk merek tokonya.

Giant Hypermarket is a type of convenience market which create in modern format. In Giant hypermarket sold varieties of products and brands. In selling varieties of products, Giant Hypermarket give brand name of the product by named of Giant which called store brand or private label brand. With the wide varieties of brands sold by Giant Hypermarket, it will create competition among manufacturing brands with the Giant brand products. In the competition to win the Giant Hypermarket brand should be able to find out the store brand equity products. The components of brand equity such as perceived quality, brand awareness / brand association, and brand loyalty.
From the background of the problems above, the purpose of this study was to determine the influence of store reputation, store commercial image, and store price image on equity Giant brand products. The study used a questionnaire method of data collection which a mall intercept interviews with respondents as much 200 respondents. The analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
The results showed that store reputation, store commercial image, and store price image have positive effect on perceived quality and brand awareness. Furthermore, the existence of a positive relationship between perceived quality and brand awareness to brand loyalty. In the formation of brand equity products store, then there is a positive relationship between perceived quality, brand awareness, and brand loyalty towards the private label brand equity products. This study is expected to provide information for the retailers to increase competition in private label brand products.
