Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesuksesan proyek di bidang TI. Berdasarkan pada kasus yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian dan analisis dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, penelitian ini akan memaparkan faktor kritikal yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan proyek dari perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang TI sebagai pemberi solusi ICT (Information Communication Technology) dengan difokuskan pada proyek Teknologi Informasi. Dalam penelitian ini, factor kesuksesan diturunkan dari beberapa domain permasalahan besar. Domain atau kategori permasalahan yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Top Management Support & Commitment, Supplier & Partner Management, Process Management, dan Project Team Competencies. Keempat domain tersebut dijabarkan dalam butir-butir yang lebih mendalam untuk bisa diujikan. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan survei. Peneliti melakukan penyebaran angket yang berisi keempat domain tersebut kepada pihak yang terkait dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah data mengenai faktor-faktor kesuksesan proyek Teknologi Informasi yang ada di PT. ABC. Peneliti juga memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang bisa dilakukan untuk mencapai dan meningkatkan kesuksesan proyek Teknologi Informasi di PT. ABC.

IT projects often takes a lot of investment value in its execution but rarely result in success as expected. There are many factors that affect the success rate of IT projects. Based on the location of study case that occurred and analysis of previous studies, this thesis describe the critical factors that influence the success of a project of a company engaged in the field of IT as a provider of ICT solutions with a focus on Information Technology project. In this thesis, success factors derived from several big problem domain. Domain or category of problem that will be used in this research is the Top Management Support & Commitment, Supplier & Partner Management, Process Management, and Project Team Competencies. The four domains will be spelled out in beads of depth to be tested. The data collection process will be done by observation and survey. Researchers conduct questionnaire which contains the forty one factor from fourth domain to the relevant department parties in the Information Technology of the project such as Project Management, Business Solution, Solution Architect, and Implementation. The result is data on project success factors Information Technology in PT. ABC. Researchers also provide recommendations for improvements that can be done to achieve and increase the success of the project Information Technology in PT. ABC."

"Review pengendalian umum teknologi informasi dan pengendalian aplikasi adalah jenis jasa review yang mendukung audit laporan keuangan, dalam hal ini memberikan keyakinan kepada auditor ekternal bahwa perusahaan telah menerapkan pengendalian umum teknologi informasi dan pengendalian aplikasi dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan review adalah membandingkan kebijakan dan implementasi pengendalian PT. FGH dengan indikator RSM. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk menyusun penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah cetak biru infrastruktur TI adaptif untuk pengelolaan layanan TI, yang dapat digunakan untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan bisnis PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta sebagai penyedia solusi ICT.

Aplikanusa Lintasarta using the methodology of Architecture Development Method (ADM) from The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) for the design of adaptive IT Infrastructure and mapped in the framework of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) management-related IT Services. Data collection techniques used to compile this research was the observation, interview, and literature study. Results from this research is an adaptive IT Infrastructure blueprint for the management of IT Services, which can be used to accommodate the needs of the business of PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta as ICT solution provider."

"Memiliki rencana untuk teknologi informasi (TI) adalah base line untuk tata kelola TI yang optimal. Tapi, membuat rencana hanyalah satu masalah, melaksanakannya akan menciptakan masalah baru yang lebih menantang. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menyelidiki korelasi antara rencana TI suatu organisasi dengan tingkat maturity tata kelola TI-nya. Kami menunjukkan bahwa, di satu sisi, untuk melaksanakan rencana TI memerlukan tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI tertentu, di sisi lain, pengalaman dalam menjalankan rencana TI mendorong organisasi dalam meningkatkan tata kelola TI. Kami membandingkan situasi di dua lembaga pemerintah dan menemukan indikasi bahwa organisasi dengan rencana TI yang ambisius memiliki tata kelola TI lebih matang dari organisasi yang rencana TI-nya relatif sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan TI yang efektif harus mencakup rencana untuk pengembangan mekanisme tata kelola TI yang relevan dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai, dan jadwal pelaksanaan rencana atau roadmap TI, harus mempertimbangkan pertumbuhan tingkat mekanisme tata kelola TI.

AbstractHaving an information technology (IT) plan is a minimum baseline for optimal IT governance. But, creating a plan is only one problem, executing it poses even more challenging problems. In this research, we investigate the correlation between an organization?s IT plan and the organization?s IT governance maturity level. We show that, on one hand, executing an IT plan requires a certain IT governance maturity level, on the other hand, the experience of executing an IT plan drives the organization IT governance maturity level. We compare the situations in two government institutions and found indications that the organization with an ambitious IT plan has more mature IT governance than the other whose IT plan is relatively modest. The results suggest that an effective IT plan should include plans for the development of IT governance mechanisms relevant to the goals that the plan is intended to achieve, and the plan?s implementation schedule, also known as the IT roadmap, should take into consideration the growth of the IT governance mechanisms? maturity levels."
