"The purpose of this research is to analyze and design e-learning for the holding of Technology Library Management Training using Learning Technology Systems Architecture Standard (IEEE P1484.1/D11). The approach used in this research is to see the condition of e-learning of Technical Library Management Training which is currently available for later comparison with the results of the analysis of the layers that exist in the Learning Technology System Architecture Standard document (IEEE P1484.1/D11). In this way it can be seen how far the components that exist in this standard are met by e-learning of Diklat Teknis Pengelolaan Perpustakaan. Further analysis of the layers in the document LTSA is used to make the design of e-learning of Technical Library Management Training. The analysis produced the design of e-learning of Technical Library Management based on the mapping of web browser to LTSA System Components."

"Perkembangan teknologi menyebabkan inovasi pada bidang pendidikan dengan munculnya istilah e-learning dan learning management system sebagai platform pendukungnya. Teknologi juga membantu dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan terhadap keterbatasan yang dimiliki pada learning management system yaitu munculnya sistem mobile. Pada penelitian ini, dibentuklah sebuah aplikasi LMS berbasis mobile menggunakan framework UIKit sebagai tampilan antar muka serta Firebase sebagai backend-as-a-service. Selama proses berjalan, diterapkan pengujian berdasarkan kepuasan aplikasi di mata pengguna menggunakan usability testing, perbandingan implementasi LMS secara web dan mobile menggunakan comparative testing, serta menguji performa aplikasi berdasarkan waktu respons, alokasi memori, serta penggunaan CPU. Dari pengujian tersebut secara usability testing ditemukan beberapa kekurangan serta kebutuhan pengguna lainnya yang dapat diterapkan pada tahapan pemeliharaan aplikasi, secara comparative testing didapatkan bahwa mobile menjadi opsi yang lebih dipilih oleh pengguna LMS dengan perbandingan nilai 7:4 sebesar 50%, secara performance testing ditemukan bahwa waktu respons untuk keseluruhan fitur berada di bawah 2 detik, ditemukan juga secara alokasi memori bahwa fitur dalam menampilkan PDF mengambil memori serta penggunaan CPU terbesar dan bervariasi angkanya tergantung pada kompleksitas PDFnya.

The development of technology has led to innovation in the field of education with the emergence of terms such as e-learning and learning management system (LMS) as supporting platforms. Technology also helps address the limitations of the LMS by introducing mobile systems. In this study, a mobile-based LMS application was developed using the UIKit framework for the user interface and Firebase as the backend-as-a-service. Throughout the process, testing was conducted based on user satisfaction using usability testing, a comparison between web and mobile LMS implementations using comparative testing, and performance testing based on response time, memory allocation, and CPU usage. From the usability testing, several deficiencies and user requirements were identified, which can be implemented during the maintenance phase. The comparative testing revealed that mobile options were preferred by LMS users with a 7:4 ratio, accounting for 50% of the responses. The performance testing showed that the response time for all features was below 2 seconds. It was also found that displaying PDFs required significant memory allocation and the CPU usage varied depending on the complexity of the PDF."

"ABSTRAK
Student Centered E-Learning (SCeLE) merupakan media pembelajaran online yang mulai digunakan pada tahun 2008. Penggunaan SCeLE pada Cluster Sosial dan Humaniora paling rendah dibandingkan dengan Cluster Sains dan Teknologi dan Cluster Ilmu Kesehatan di Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penerimaan teknologi yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan siswa sosial dan humaniora dalam menggunakan SCeLE. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi model kesuksesan informasi teori DeLone & McLean dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan analisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian terhadap 9 hipotesis, yaitu 7 hipotesis diterima dan 2 hipotesis ditolak. Hipotesis yang ditolak adalah bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kegunaan, dan kualitas sistem berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kegunaan. Hipotesis yang diterima adalah Kualitas layanan mempengaruhi persepsi kemudahan kita, Kualitas informasi mempengaruhi persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, Kualitas informasi mempengaruhi persepsi kegunaan, Kualitas sistem mempengaruhi persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan mempengaruhi niat perilaku, persepsi kegunaan mempengaruhi niat perilaku, perilaku niat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna.
ABSTRACT
Student Centered E-Learning (SCeLE) is an online learning media that began to be used in 2008. The use of SCeLE in the Social and Humanities Cluster is the lowest compared to the Science and Technology Cluster and the Health Science Cluster at the University of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the technology acceptance factors that affect the level of social and humanities student satisfaction in using SCeLE. This study uses a combination of the DeLone & McLean theorys information success model and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of the study on 9 hypotheses, namely 7 hypotheses accepted and 2 hypotheses rejected. The rejected hypothesis is that service quality affects perceived usefulness, and system quality affects perceived usefulness. The accepted hypothesis is that service quality affects our perceived convenience, information quality affects perceived ease of use, information quality affects perceived usability, system quality affects perceived ease of use, perceived ease of use affects behavioral intention, perceived usefulness affects behavioral intention, behavioral intention affects user satisfaction."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan standar biaya pelatihan klasikal dan e-learning, penyusunan standar biaya keluaran e-learning, dan memberikan rekomendasi dalam rangka meningkatkan efisiensi anggaran pelatihan e-learning pada organisasi pemerintah penyelenggara pendidikan dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai dampak penyelenggaraan pelatihan e-learning terhadap anggaran pelatihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dengan menggali fenomena yang terjadi pada anggaran suatu instansi pelatihan sebagai akibat dari penyelenggaraan e-learning. Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keuangan (BPPK) dipilih sebagai unit analisis karena telah mengimplementasikan pelatihan e-learning sebagai salah satu upaya efisiensi dalam rangka transformasi digital di lingkungan Kementerian Keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa standar biaya yang disusun saat ini belum optimal karena belum mencerminkan seluruh biaya yang diperlukan untuk menyelenggarakan e-learning. Standar biaya yang disusun sebaiknya dibedakan untuk masing-masing jenis pelatihan e-learning. Selain itu, untuk dapat meningkatkan efisiensi anggaran pelatihan atas pelaksanaan e-learning diperlukan penyesuaian struktur organisasi yang ada saat ini dan kebutuhan kompetensi sumber daya manusia yang mendukung proses bisnis penyelenggaraan pelatihan e-learning.

This study aims to analyze the comparison of standard costs of traditional training and e-learning, formulate standard output costs of e-learning, and to provide recommendations for improving the efficiency of the training budget in a governmental organization. This study provides an overview of the impact of e-learning implementation on training budgets. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach by exploring phenomena that have occurred in the budget of an education and training institution due to e-learning implementation. Finance Education and Training Agency was chosen as the unit analysis because e-learning has been conducted as an efficiency effort in the context of bureaucratic transformation at the Ministry of Finance. The result shows that the current standard costs are less optimal because they do not cover all the costs needed to deliver e-learning. The standard costs should be differentiated for each type of e-learning. In addition, to improve the efficiency of the training budget, it is necessary to adjust the current organizational structure and the competency of human resources that support the business process of e-learning implementation"

Pertumbuhan penggunaan internet mendorong proses digitalisasi dan peningkatan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Perkembangan ini menghadirkan berbagai inovasi dan pengembangan di berbagai sektor, salah satunya adalah pendidikan. Hasil inovasi teknologi informasi di bidang pendidikan memberikan stimulus pengadopsian e-learning sebagai jawaban untuk metode pembelajaran berbasis jarak jauh. Berdasarkan survei yang sudah dilakukan sebelumnya, ditemukan bahwa sebanyak 65% dari fakultas ternama di dunia telah menggunakan sumber daya pembelajaran dalam bentuk open source dalam proses pembelajaran mereka. Kehadiran e-learning pada lembaga pendidikan tinggi memiliki potensi yang besar, khususnya pada peserta didik. E-learning merupakan metode pembelajaran yang banyak memberikan solusi pada kendala-kendala yang terjadi pada rumpun Sains dan Teknologi atau biasa disebut dengan SAINTEK. Pengenalan dan pengembangan e-learning pada institusi pendidikan tinggi banyak membahas mengenai bagaimana proses pendidikan harus dilakukan dan hal-hal apa saja yang mendukung prosesnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dapat mengetahui faktor apa yang berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan manfaat yang dirasakan dalam penggunaan sistem e-learning. Responden penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa rumpun sains dan teknologi dari Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Evaluating E-learning System dan diolah menggunakan Metode PLS-SEM. Faktor yang diperoleh dari penelitian kemudian dikembangkan menggunakan relational matrix untuk dapat memberikan rekomendasi pengembangan sistem e-learning kepada stakeholder terkait.


The growth in the use of the internet is driving the process of digitization and increasing the development of Information and Communication Technology. This development presents various innovations and developments in various sectors, one of which is education. The results of information technology innovation in education provide a stimulus for the adoption of e-learning as an answer to distance-based learning methods. Based on a recent survey, it was found that as many as 65% of the worlds leading faculties have used learning resources in the form of open source in their learning process. The presence of e-learning in higher education institutions has great potential, especially for students. E-learning is a learning method that provides many solutions to the constraints that occur in the Science and Technology academic cluster. The introduction and development of e-learning in higher education institutions discuss a lot about how the education process should be carried out and what things support the process. This research was conducted to find out what factors influence to increase the perceived benefits in the use of e-learning systems. The respondents of this study were students of the science and technology group from the University of Indonesia. This study uses the Evaluating E-learning System model and calculation method using the PLS-SEM Method. Factors obtained from the study were then developed using a relational matrix to be able to provide recommendations for the development of e-learning systems to relevant stakeholders.
