Pengelolaan sumber daya alam terbarukan tersebut membutuhkan penunjang infrastruktur pabrik yang efektif dan efisien. Melalui analisis metode yang tepat akan menghasilkan konstruksi bangunan pabrik yang efektif dan efisien, diantaranya analisis metode konvensional dan analisa metode bangunan pra rekayasa.Adapun metode yang mampu menjawab solusi untuk pengurangan biaya adalah metode bangunan pra rekayasa yang mampu mereduksi penggunaan baja sebesar 31%, sedangkan metode yang mampu menjawab solusi untuk pekerjaan yang ringkas adalah metode konvensional dengan fabrikasi dilakukan di area sekitar proyek. Pada proyek ini ditetapkan penggunaan metode bangunan pra rekayasa untuk memangkas biaya yang signifikan.Progres pekerjaan saat ini kurang lebih berada di 92,43%, dimana proyek akan diperkirakan selesai pada minggu ketiga Desember 2023, sesuai dengan kesepakatan yang telah disepakati antara Klien dan Kontraktor. Seluruh pekerjaan telah diselesaikan secara professional dan menjalankan prinsip dasar kode etik keinsinyuran, baik dalam tahap perencanaan maupun dalam tahap konstruksi. Pekerjaan yang sedang berjalan juga memperhatilan unsur K3L yang signifikan sesuai dengan aturan – aturan yang berdasar pada Rencana Kerja Keselamatan, Kesehatan dan Lingkungan Kerja.
