"ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi rekrutmen perusahaan PT Jasindo dalam menghadapi masyarakat ekonomi ASEAN. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teori strategi rekrutmen. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa strategi rekrutmen PT Jasindo dalam menghadapi masyarakat ekonomi ASEAN 2015 sesuai dengan yang dilaksanakan saat ini, dimulai dari bagaimana perhitungan tenaga kerja yang dimana perhitungannya dilakukan dengan cermat berdasarkan angka kebutuhan jangka panjang perusahaan, lalu spesifikasi tenaga kerja yang mempunyai pemikiran internasional, pendidikan internasional sekaligus juga mempunyai kemampuan penjualan yang baik dan rekrutmen yang fleksibel dengan menggunakan rekrutmen umum dan khusus guna membuka kesempatan bagi tenaga kerja secara luas dan mengisi tenaga kerja dalam keadaan-keadaan khusus yang harus diisi secara mendesak bagi perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to describe about recruitment strategy that PT Jasindogonna use when facing the ASEAN economic community 2015. This is using qualitative research with recruitment strategy (venithzal, 2009). The result that PT Jasindo on facing the ASEAN economic community is using the strategy that had used currently. From the human resource planning, the company have been counted for a longterm plan of the company with the specification of people that have an international knowledge and ide. The recruitment is flexible that give a chance to open recruiting for a lot of people and special recruit for certain cases that to recruit certain people needed by the company immediately."

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai strategi persaingan PT Garuda Indonesia dalam Menghadapi ASEAN Open Sky 2015, karena kompetisi persaingan akan berubah ketika kebijakan tersebut diberlakukan. Ketika Batik Air mengancam eksistensi Garuda Indonesia di pasar penerbangan Full Service Carrier, Garuda Indonesia juga akan menghadapi lawan – lawan yang baru seperti Singapore Airlines atau Malaysia Airlines yang memiliki segmentasi pasar yang sama dengan Garuda Indonesia. ASEAN Open Sky 2015 memberikan peluang untuk adanya rute – rute potensial yang baru bagi Garuda Indonesia di ASEAN tapi juga memberikan ancaman besar ketika pasar penerbangan komersil di Indonesia juga bisa dimasuki oleh maskapai penerbangan Asia Tenggara yang lain.
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Rantai Nilai, analisis STEEP, analisis 5 Kekuatan Porter, analisis SWOT, Model Bisnis Canvas dan Pemetaan Kompetitif (Competitive Mapping). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Garuda Indonesia dengan grand strategy yang sudah ada masih memerlukan beberapa strategi alternatif karena strategi yang ada sekarang belum cukup efektif untuk menghadapi persaingan yang baru. Untuk itu diperlukan beberapa strategi alternatif antara lain penetrasi pasar dan penambahan armada, pembukaan hubport baru, kerjasama dengan tourism board, penggunaan one on one marketing dan promosi pemakaian produk dalam negeri.

This thesis discusses the competitive strategies of PT Garuda Indonesia Facing ASEAN Open Sky 2015, due to the competition of competition will change when the policy is enforced. When Batik Air threatened the existence of Garuda Indonesia in Full Service Carrier aviation market, Garuda Indonesia will also face new opponent like Singapore Airlines or Malaysia Airlines, which has similar market segmentation. ASEAN Open Sky 2015 provides an opportunity of potential new routes services for Garuda Indonesia in ASEAN, but also a big threat when the commercial aviation market in Indonesia can also be entered by the the other airline in Southeast Asian.
This research using Value Chain analysis, STEEP analysis, Five Forces Porter analysis, SWOT analysis, Business Model Canvas and Competitive Mapping. Result of this research showed the existing Grand Strategy of Garuda Indonesia still requires some alternative strategies because the current strategy is not effective yet to face the new competition. It is necessary for some alternative strategies, that is market penetration and the addition of fleet, opening new hubport, cooperation with tourism board, one on one marketing and promotion of using domestic products.

"Tesis ini membahas kesiapan hukum investasi Indonesia dalam menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN 2015. Perbaikan peraturan hukum terkait investasi sudah dilakukan pemerintah Indonesia dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saing Indonesia antara negara negara anggota ASEAN. Perbaikan peraturan peraturan ini berdasarkan penyesuaian kebijakan investasi Indonesia dengan kebijakan investasi di Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN 2015 yaitu ASEAN Comprehensive Agreement ACIA. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwasimplifikasi prosedur penanaman merupakan salah satu persiapan yang baik dan sesuai untukmenarik para investor ke Indonesia. Ini membantu Indonesia bersaing dengan negara negaraanggota ASEAN lainnya dalam menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN 2015.

This thesis explores the readiness of Law Investment of Indonesi in the ASEAN Economic Community 2015. The remedy of the regulation related with investment has been conductedby Indonesian governmentt in an effort to improve Indonesia's competitiveness among ASEAN member countries. The remedy of these regulations based on the adjustment of Indonesian investment policy and the investment policy of the ASEAN Economic Community in 2015 the ASEAN Comprehensive Agreement ACIA. The study says that thesimplification procedure of investment is one of the good preparation and appropriate toattract investors to Indonesia. It helps Indonesia to compete with other ASEAN countrymembers in the ASEAN Economic Community in 2015.

"Tesis ini membahas tentang persiapan para pengusaha gula, khususnya pengusaha kecil dan petani gula dalam menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN. Dikarenakan iklim persaingan usaha pada industri gula di Inonesia masih condong monopolistik dan oligopolistik, mengakibatkan pengusaha kecil, khususnya petani gula mengalami kesulitan dalam bersaing. Meskipun pemerintah telah menunjuk KPPU melalui Hukum Persaingan Usaha telah melakukan berbagai cara untuk membantu pengusaha kecil melalui kebijakan-kebijakan yang dikeluarkan, namun ternyata hal tersebut dinilai tidak mampu menjawab permasalahan yang ada. Peraturan yang masih memiliki lubang-lubang dan kurangnya aparat penegak hukum, menjadi celah bagi pengusaha besar untuk melakukan perjanjian dan kegiatan yang dilarang dalam persaingan usaha. Sedangkan Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN akan membawa banyak pengusaha-pengusaha asing untuk ikut bermain dalam industri gula nasional. Apabila kondisi saat ini tidak mampu diperbaiki, nasib para pengusaha lokal, khususnya petani dan pengusaha kecil, akan semakin tertekan dan tidak dapat berkompetisi dalam industri gula nasional. Dalam hal ini peran Hukum Persaingan Usaha melalui Undang-Udang No.5 tahun 1999 harus mampu melindungi pengusaha kecil dan petani gula dalam menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN.

This thesis discussed about preparation of sugar entrepreneurs, particularly small businesses and sugar farmer in facing ASEAN Economic Community 2015. Business competition in the sugar industry in Indonesia was tend to monopolistic and oligopolistic that caused small businesses especially sugar farmers had to struggle to compete. Although the government has appointed KPPU through the Competition Law to perform a variety of ways to help those small businesses, in fact it was judged to be unable to address existing problems. Unfulfilled regulations and the lack of law enforcement officials provided opportunities for larger businesses to make agreements and activities that are prohibited in business competition. This condition coupled with the entry of the ASEAN Economic Community that bring a lot of foreign entrepreneurs in the national sugar industry competition would make the fate of local sugar entrepreneurs, especially the small ones, more depressed and unable to compete in the national sugar industry. In this case, the Competition Law by Law No. 5 Year 1999 should be able to protect small sugar entrepreneurs and also sugar farmers in facing ASEAN Economic Community 2015.

"ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) segera diberlakukan pada 2015. Sebagai pasar tunggal, AEC didesain untuk menghasilkan perubahan struktural melalui penghilangan atau reduksi hambatan perdagangan. Menjadi pertanyaan bagaimana kemampuan para wirausahawan muda Indonesia menghadapi kondisi tersebut. Di satu sisi mereka memiliki keterbatasan krusial, di sisi lain dihadapkan pada perubahan lingkungan strategis yang sangat kompetitif.
Tesis ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi karakterisik lingkungan strategis AEC dalam kaitannya dengan tingkat kompetisi yang akan akan terjadi dan dampaknya terhadap wirausaha; mengidentifikasi ukuran kesiapan wirausaha muda untuk sukses dalam lingkungan AEC dan mengukur kesiapan wirausaha muda Indonesia menghadapi AEC. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan teori integrasi ekonomi, teori ekonomi jaringan, teori perubahan dan kesiapan menghadapi perubahan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara pakar, stakeholder terkait dan asosiasi wirausaha muda Indonesia serta melalui kaji pustaka.
Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan : (1) Lingkungan strategis AEC merupakan bentuk integrasi ekonomi yang lebih dalam daripada free trade area; dicirikan oleh tingkat kompetisi yang semakin tinggi; pengaruh eksternal yang semakin kuat; (2) Ukuran kesiapan wirausaha muda menghadapi AEC -ditentukan oleh kebijakan publik yang kuat dan terintegrasi untuk menciptakan daya saing nasional; (3) Wirausaha muda Indonesia masih memerlukan sejumlah penyiapan terutama dalam aspek knowledge, skill, dukungan finansial dan kebijakan perlindungan untuk menghadapi AEC.

As a single market, AEC is characterized by its higher level of competition since it is designed to drive structural change through reduction and elimination of trade barrier. While young entrepreneur typically have limitations due to their age and experience therefore they need specific supports; on the other hand they have to face harder competitive era.
Research focused to identify characteristics of AEC strategic environment in associated with the level of competition and it’s impacts to Indonesian entrepreneur; to identify readiness indicators; and to asses readiness of Indonesian young entrepreneur facing AEC. Research designed using qualitative approach, based on theories of regional economic integration; economic networking; and change and readiness for changes. Datas collected through interview of experts; related stakeholders and association of Indonesian young entrepreneurs and literature study.
Based on the research it is concluded that : (1) AEC is a deeper form of economic integration compared to free trade area; characterised by higher levels of competition and external influence (2) Readiness of young entrepreneur to face changes in AEC determined by an integrated public policy to create national competitiveness; (3) Indonesian young entrepreneur need several preparation such as skill, knowledge, financial supports and protection regulation to face AEC.

"Penelitian ini berfokus pada faktor pemerintahan Jokowi-JK dalam mengoptimalkan energi dalam interaksi masyarakat ASEAN 2015. Adanya niat kuat dalam bentuk kebijakan dapat menjadi arah baru dalam melahirkan kepentingan nasional Indonesia. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan kebijakan energi Jokowi-JK dalam implementasi pemanfaatan energi nasional.
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif yang mengolah data primer dan sekunder dari bahan bacaan dan wawancara, Informan yang diwawancara sebanyak tiga Orang yang terdiri dari Unsur Pemerintah, Legislatif, dan Pengamat. Penelitian ini selanjutnya menunjukkan hasil bahwa adanya langkah langkah kebijakan dari pemerintahan Jokowi-JK dapat memberikan harapan dalam penempatan energi sebagai bagian dari modal Indonesia dalam interaksi masyarakat ekonomi ASEAN.

This research focused on leadership of Jokowi-JK factor in energy optimalized on ASEAN Economic Community. Strong willing to shape a policy could being a new direction to born indonesia national interest. That way, this research will show the policy of Jokowi-JK in implementing national energy resources.
This research used qualitative analyzes that has obtain a primer and seconder of data from books and interviews. The informan has interviewed 3 persons by government, member of house representative and observer organ. The results of this research shown to us that steps of Jokowi-Jk policy has a hopes in energy position to being a Indonesia resources in ASEAN economic interaction."

Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai fungsi investor relations yang dijalankan di Bank Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga memberikan gambaran mengenai strategi-strategi investor relations yang dilakukan Bank Indonesia dalam menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN. Penelitian dikembangkan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, dengan bantuan hasil observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Bank Indonesia, fungsi investor relations terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu fungsi business unit yang dijalankan oleh Investor Relations Unit, dan fungsi manajemen hubungan yang dijalankan oleh Departemen Komunikasi. Strategi dari Investor Relations Unit berupa kebijakan-kebijakan yang mendukung posisi Indonesia di Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN, sementara strategi dari Departemen Komunikasi berupa strategi komunikasi dari kebijakan yang dikeluarkan departemen lain di Bank Indonesia.

"ABSTRAK
Penerapan integrasi sektor keuangan di kawasan ASEAN yang akan diterapkan
melalui MEA pada tahun 2020 akan menjadi peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi
industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Berkurangnya hambatan untuk memasuki
pasar indonesia yang besar dan luas menyebabkan perbankan syariah akan
menghadapi persaingan yang lebih ketat daripada kondisi saat ini. Penelitian ini
mengukur tingkat kesiapan sektor perbankan syariah dalam menghadapi MEA.
Metode pengukuran dilakukan dengan membuat komposit indeks yang diberi
nama readiness index. Readiness index merepresentasikan tingkat kesiapan
industri perbankan syariah dilihat dari empat faktor penentu, yaitu faktor industri,
faktor kesesuaian dengan prinsip ? prinsip syariah, faktor kebijakan otoritas
perbankan dan yang terakhir faktor researcher?s views. Hasil perhitungan
readiness index diperoleh dari hasil survei dan pengisian kuesioner kepada empat
pihak yaitu ulama, praktisi perbankan syariah, otoritas perbankan dan researchers.
Nilai skor readiness index diperoleh sebesar 69,47 menunjukkan bahwa industri
perbankan syariah telah siap dalam menghadapi penerapan MEA, dengan
kontribusi terbesar berasal dari faktor kesesuaian dengan prinsip ? prinsip syariah.
Faktor ini menjadi keunggulan industri perbankan syariah dalam menghadapi
pasar bebas ASEAN. Agar industri perbankan dapat lebih meningkatkan lagi
kesiapannya, maka sebaiknya bank syariah melakukan perluasan jaringan bisnis
dan meningkatkan kualitas IT, serta berinovasi dalam pengembangan produk dan
meningkatkan service excellent. Visi pengembangan bisnis perusahaan menjadi
perusahaan berskala internasional harus diimplementasikan dalam bentuk strategi
dan tata kelola yang baik.

ABSTRACT
Implementation of financial integration in ASEAN that will be applied through
MEA in 2020 will lead to less entry barriers for ASEAN financial institutions to
enter the Indonesian market. Thus, Islamic banks in Indonesia will be forced to
face highly competitive industry. This study attempts to measure the level of
readiness of the Islamic banking sector in facing the implementation of MEA. The
measurement method used in this research is conducted by creating a composite
index, namely readiness index. Readiness index in this study represents the degree
of readiness of the Islamic banking industry, which is composed by four
determinants namely industry, shari?a compliance, banking regulation and policy,
and also the researcher views.
Readiness index is obtained from the result of questionnaires filled out by four
parties, Islamic scholars, the practitioners of Islamic banking, banking authorities
and the researchers in islamic banking area. Readiness index scores at 69.47
indicate that the Islamic banking industry is ready and well prepared to overcome
the competition within MEA. The largest contribution coming from shari?a
compliance determinant. Shari?a compliance becomes the competitive advantage
for Islamic banking industry in facing the ASEAN free market. In order to further
enhance its readiness, then Islamic banks needs to expand their networks and
improve their IT quality, innovate in product development and enhance service
excellent. Islamic bank?s vision to become internationally known as the best in the
asia should be implemented in the form of strategies and good governance."

"Looking at the brutto premium of PT. Asuransi Jasindo and the development of loss insurance industry in Indonesia, it was obvious that the market competition of insurance industry was very competitive. Such competition could be handled if PT. Asuransi Jasindo could apply a marketing strategy that had a sustainable competitive advantage. This served as the background of the research which aimed at identifying the feasibility of applying the sustainable competitive advantage concept as the marketing strategy and to what extent it can be applied to identify competitive position of PT. Asuransi Jasindo towards other competitors in the loss insurance industry in Indonesia.
The research adopted descriptive method through data collection in a form of secondary and primary data. The former used books, annual reports and other documents related with the research. As for the latter, questionnaires designed based on the Likert Scale were distributed to the personnel of PT. Asuransi Jasindo in the units in the head quarter office and 15 branch offices.
The research adopted Boston Consulting Group (BCG) matrixs theory and the Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA) approach. The BCG matrixs was used to identify the competitive position of PT. Asuransi Jasindo towards the competitors in the loss insurance industry and the SCA approach here was to analyse the components of competitors covering own products familiarity, familiarity towards competitors, familiarty towards the competitors? products and the components of competition techniques comprising of cost advantage, product differenciation, market focus, pioneering products and market sinergy.
The results of this research depicted that the competitive position of PT. Asuransi Jasindo in the loss insurance industry in Indonesia was in the star quadrant possessing the growth of long-run opportunities. The strategies that could be adopted were forward integration, backward integration, horizontal integration, market penetration, market development and product development.
Whereas the results of analysis ofthe components of prequisite condition of SCA concept was things like the familiarity of own products, familiarity of competitors? products, cost advantage, product differenciation, market focus and pioneering products receiving good/high level category and as for being familiar with the competitors possessing very good/very high category whereas the market sinergy obtained relatively good/relatively high category. Therefore it could be concluded that the SCA concept could be adopted as the marketing strategy of PT. Asuransi Jasindo.
The optirnalize the adopt on of the SCA concept as the marketing strategy that possessed the sustainable competition required mending and improvement of such strategies as market synergy, human resource development and the market extention."

This thesis discusses about the development of the private intelligence service industries (IJIP) in Indonesia, in order to deal with the threats and challenges faced by Indonesia as a result of the implementation of the AEC in Southeast Asia. This thesis conducted an analysis by formed a strengthening scenario of the private intelligence service industries in Indonesia, in order to face the threats and challenges that comes.
This study is an academic product that used a qualitative intelligence research, which analyzes the role of PT. WCG as a part of a private intelligence service industries in facing development and the need for the private intelligence service industries in Indonesia as the case study. The results of this study showed that PT. WCG is able to become a force to counterbalance the private intelligence services industries in Indonesia whose still dominated by foreign companies.
