Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah analisis rasio harga obat generik e-Catalogue dan harga reguler obat generik terhadap harga eceran tertinggi (HET) obat generik dari obat-obatan kardiovaskular.

The aim of pharmacist internship program in Directorate of Public Drugs and Medical Supplies in The Ministry of Health is to understand the duties and functions of the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, understand the basic tasks and functions of the Directorate of Public Drugs and Medical Supplies and understand the role of the pharmacist in the Directorate of Public Drugs and Medical Supplies. Specific task that given in pharmacist internship program is analyze the ratio of generic drugs’ prices in e - Catalogue and the regular price of generic drugs to the highest retail price ( HET ) of generic drug of cardiovascular drugs."

Tugas khusus yang dikerjakan berjudul Analisa Vigilans Alat Kesehatan Ventilator di Rumah Sakit Fatmawati yang diperoleh dari Laporan e-Watch di Direktorat Bina Produksi dan Distribusi Alat Kesehatan. Pembuatan tugas ini dilakukan agar calon apoteker dapat mengetahui dan memahami bentuk dan fungsi pengawasan post marketing alat kesehatan yang beredar.

Pharmacist internship at Directorate of Production and Distribution of Medical Devices is conducted to understand the duties and functions as well as part of the General Directorate of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, understand the basic tasks and functions of the Directorate of Production and Distribution of Medical Devices and understand the role of pharmacist on it. Specific task title is Vigilans Analysis of Ventilator Medical Devices in Fatmawati Hospital obtained from the e-Watch report in The Directorate of Production and Distribution of Medical Devices. This Task is done so that the pharmacist may know and understand the form and function of the post marketing surveillance of medical devices in circulation."

"Kesehatan merupakan suatu upaya yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah maupun seluruh komponen masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, kemauan, dan kemampuan hidup sehat untuk setiap orang agar terwujud derajat kesehatan msayarakat yang setingg-tingginya. Dengan memenuhi kebutuhan kesehatan masyarakat tentunya pemenuhan perbekalan mengenai obat publik dan perbekalan kesehatan merupakan hal yang utama. Pada Direktorat Jendral Bina kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan khususnya Direktorat Obat Publik dan perbekalan Kesehatan, Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker berlangsung pada periode 7-17 April 2014. Pada Direktorat Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan, Mahasiswa dapat mendalami peran apoteker dalam pengelolaan, pengadaan, analisis harga obat dan pemantauan serta evaluasi dan juga program obat haji yang berllangsung pada Direktorat ini. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan selama PKPA berlangsung ialah menelaah mengenai penyimpanan obat dan perbekalan farmasi di puskesmas.

At the Directorate General of Bina pharmacy and in particular the Directorate of Medical Devices Drugs and supplies for Public Health Practice Pharmacist takes place in the period 7 to 17 April 2014, the Directorate of Public Medicines and Health Supplies, Students can explore the role of pharmacists in the management, procurement, analysis of drug prices and monitoring and evaluation as well as programs that berllangsung Hajj drugs in this Directorate. Special tasks were administered during on going PKPA is to examine the storage of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies in health centers."

"Kesehatan merupakan salah satu hak asasi manusia dan unsur kesejahteraan yang harus diwujudkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Kesehatan terus-menerus berupaya untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat setinggi-tingginya. Hal ini dilakukan melalui upaya kesehatan dalam bentuk pencegahan penyakit, peningkatan kesehatan, pengobatan penyakit, dan pemulihan kesehatan oleh pemerintah dan/atau masyarakat. Salah satu pelayanan yang diberikan dalam upaya kesehatan yaitu pelayanan kefarmasian yang profesional. Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan memiliki sasaran utama yaitu menjamin semua sediaan farmasi, makanan, dan perbekalan kesehatan memenuhi syarat serta menjamin ketersediaan obat essensial dan alat kesehatan dasar di setiap daerah. Dalam menjamin ketersediaan dan terjangkaunya obat dan perbekalan kesehatan maka diperlukan sarana dan prasarana serta sumber daya manusia yang profesional salah satunya adalah apoteker. Apoteker perlu memahami perannya mengenai produksi, perencanaan, pengadaan, pendistribusian, penyimpanan, pencatatan, dan pelaporan dalam membuat kebijakan dan program-program yang terkait dengan kefarmasian dan alat kesehatan di tingkat pusat sampai ke daerah. Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia merupakan unit pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan tugas tersebut yang memiliki sasaran kerja untuk menjamin ketersediaan obat dan perbekalan kesehatan dalam jumlah yang cukup dengan mutu yang baik, tersebar merata dengan jenis dan jumlah yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan di seluruh Indonesia. Pemantauan dan evaluasi harus terus dilakukan dan instrumennya perlu diperbaharui secara berkala sehingga proses pemantauan dan evaluasi dapat berjalan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Dari hasil pemantauan kebijakan akan dapat dilakukan koreksi yang dibutuhkan.

One of the services provided in the health efforts is professional pharmacy services. Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices has the main goal is ensuring all pharmaceutical preparations, food, and medical supplies qualified and ensure the availability of essential drugs and basic medical equipment in each area. In ensuring the availability and affordability of medicines and medical supplies, the necessary infrastructure and professionals human resources one of which was a pharmacist are needed. Pharmacists need to understand the role of the production, planning, procurement, distribution, storage, recording, and reporting in making policies and programs related to the pharmaceutical and medical devices at the central level to the regions. Development Directorate of Public Medicine and Health Provisions, Directorate of Pharmaceutical Care and Medical Devices of Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia is a government unit responsible for carrying out the task which has the goal of work to ensure the availability of medicines and medical supplies in sufficient quantities with good quality, evenly dispersed with the type and amount according to the needs of health care in Indonesia. Monitoring andevaluation should be carried out and the instrument needs to be updated regularly so that the monitoring and evaluation process can be run more effectively and efficiently. From the results of the monitoring will be carried out policies that needed correction."

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul biaya operasional dalam pengelolaan obat publik dan perbekalan kesehatan di instalasi farmasi kabupaten/kota. Tujuan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui komponen biaya operasional yang dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan kegiatan di instalasi farmasi kabupaten/kota dan memahami dampak jika komponen biaya tersebut tidak diperhitungkan dengan tepat.

PKPA activity was intended that students can understand basic tasks and functions of Directorate of Pharmaceutical Care and Medical Devices of Ministry of Health, especially Development Directorate of Public Medicine and Health Provisions of Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia, and understand the roles of pharmacist in the directorate.

The title of special assignment was operating costs in the management of public medicine and medical provisions in the pharmacy district/city. The aims of this task were to determine the component of operating cost in the public medicine and medical provisions management at pharmacy district/city and to understand the impact if these fees are not calculated correctly."

"Setiap warga negara berhak mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang aman, bermutu, serta terjangkau. Berdasarkan hak tersebut, pemerintah pusat berkewajiban untuk memenuhinya yaitu dengan cara melakukan pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian terhadap sarana dan tenaga pelayanan kesehatan. Dalam rangka menunjang pelayanan kesehatan tersebut, Menteri Kesehatan mengeluarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia menugaskan Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan menjamin semua sediaan farmasi, makanan, dan perbekalan kesehatan memenuhi syarat serta menjamin ketersediaan obat esensial dan alat kesehatan dasar di setiap daerah. Apoteker memiliki peran dalam melakukan pengadaan, produksi, distribusi, dan pelayanan kesehatan. Oleh sebab itu, Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia untuk menyelenggarakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) pada tanggal 17 - 28 Maret 2014. Tugas Khusus dengan judul Penyusunan Instrumen Pemantauan dan Evaluasi Program Kerja Subdirektorat Penyediaan Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan bertujuan untuk memahami peran Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan dalam melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi serta melakukan Penyusunan Instrumen Pemantauan dan Evaluasi Program Kerja Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan.

Every citizen is entitled to health care that is safe, quality, and affordable. Based on this right, the central government is obliged to fulfill it is by doing coaching, supervision and control of facilities and health care personnel. In order to support the health service, the Minister of Health issued the Indonesian Ministry of Health commissioned the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices guarantee all pharmaceutical preparations, food, and medical supplies qualified and ensure the availability of essential drugs and basic medical equipment in each area. Pharmacists have a role in conducting the procurement, production, distribution, and health care. Therefore, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia coorporating with the Directorate of Public Medicines and Health Products Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia organized Pharmacist Internship Program on 17 to 28 March 2014. Specific Assignment titled Preparation of Instrument monitoring and evaluation Work Programme Sub-Directorate Provision of Public Medicines and Medical Supply aims to understand the role of the Directorate of Public Medicines and Medical Supply in monitoring and evaluation and preparation of instruments perform the Work Programme monitoring and Evaluation Directorate of Public Drug and Medical Supply."

Rencana Strategis Kementerian Kesehatan periode 2010 - 2014 mengamanatkan Program Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan untuk dapat meningkatkan ketersediaan, pemerataan, dan keterjangkauan obat dan alat kesehatan serta menjamin keamanan atau khasiat, kemanfaatan, dan mutu sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan makanan. Kementerian Kesehatan melalui Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan memiliki sasaran utama menjamin semua sediaan farmasi, makanan dan perbekalan kesehatan memenuhi syarat serta menjamin ketersediaan obat esensial dan alat kesehatan dasar di setiap daerah. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan pada 15 Juli - 26 Juli 2013 di Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan terutama di Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan bertujuan agar calon apoteker memperoleh gambaran tentang peran dan tugas apoteker mengenai pelayanan kefarmasian yang terkait dengan pemerataan, ketersediaan dan keterjangkauan obat dan perbekalan kesehatan.
