"[ ABSTRAK
MUJI. Toko retail dari Jepang yang merupakan kasus yang menarik untuk dikaji yang
memiliki indikasi berbenturan nilai antara nilai dari merk (brand value) dengan kebiasaan
dan perilaku konsumen Indonesia. MUJI yang seharusnya merupakan barang yang murah
namun berkualitas tinggi di negara negara asalnya, ternyata di Indonesia barang barang yang
dijual di MUJI tergolong cukup mahal, tokonya pun hanya ada di mall-mall ternama, di
jakarta seperti Grand Indonesia, Pondok Indah Mall, dsb.MUJI merupakan salah stau kasus
marketing yang menarik dimana MUJI mengklaim merknya sebagai merk tanpa label.
Analisis studi kasus MUJI terhadap konsumen dewasa muda indonesia akan menjabarkan dan
mencari tahu customer perceived value yang diterima.

Dewasa ini, marak beredar pemberitaan mengenai dampak konsumsi minuman berkarbonasi jangka panjang di media online, Coca-Cola mencoba memotivasi konsumen dengan mengubah pendekatannya, agar konsumen tetap mengonsumsi Coca-Cola meski telah mengetahui dampak jangka panjangnya. Berbekal analisis konsumen mendalam terhadap pasar dan biaya pemasaran yang besar, Coca-Cola mencoba mengubah cara pandang negatif konsumen terhadap produknya. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam jurnal ini adalah apa yang memotivasi konsumen untuk terus mengonsumsi Coca-Cola, serta apa yang dilakukan oleh pihak terkait untuk dapat mengantisipasi dampak dari tingginya konsumsi minuman berkarbonasi di Indonesia. Tujuan penulisan jurnal ini adalah mengetahui jenis pemasaran apa yang digunakan Coca-Cola untuk memotivasi konsumen untuk terus mengonsumsi Coca-Cola, juga mengetahui upaya apa saja yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk mengantisipasi dampak dari tingginya tingkat konsumsi minuman berkarbonasi di Indonesia. Jurnal ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya wawasan dan mampu membuka mata pembaca terhadap penerapan analisis konsumen dalam bisnis minuman berkarbonasi di Indonesia. Jurnal ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada pekerja di bidang komunikasi dapat mengembangkan cara-cara untuk dapat memotivasi dalam proses komunikasi. Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisa permasalahan tersebut adalah teori analisis konsumen dan teori pemasaran. Penulisan jurnal ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan studi kepustakaan. Jurnal ini dalam penulisannya mengandalkan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai macam sumber sebagai referensi penulisan. Hasil dari pembahasan jurnal ini adalah kolaborasi teknik analisis konsumen dengan pemasaran yang baik berhasil mengembalikan loyalitas konsumen Coca-Cola, serta tengah dilakukannya pengkajian mengenai pengenaan tarif cukai terhadap minuman berkarbonasi oleh pemerintah Indonesia untuk menanggulangi dampak dari tingginya angka konsumsi minuman berkarbonasi di Indonesia.;

ABSTRACTNowadays, there are so many news about the impact of long-term consumption of carbonated beverages in online media, Coca-Cola tried to keep motivating the consumers by changing their approach, so that consumers will continue to consume Coca-Cola even though they are already know the impact of consuming it in long-term. With a deep consumer analysis and a huge marketing budget, Coca-Cola tried to change the negative perception of consumers towards their products. Problems examined in this paper is what motivates the consumers to continue consuming Coca-Cola, and what was done by the government to be able to anticipate the impact from the high consumption numbers of carbonated drinks in Indonesia. This paper aims to find out what kind of marketing Coca-Cola used to motivate their consumers to continue consuming Coca-Cola, also know what is being done by the government to anticipate the impact from the high consumption numbers of carbonated drinks in Indonesia. This paper is expected to enrich the knowledge and being able to open the eyes of the reader to the application of consumer analysis in carbonated beverage business in Indonesia. The paper is also expected to provide input to the workers in the field of communication, they can develop another ways to motivate in the communication process. Theories used in analyzing the problem are consumer analysis theory and marketing theory. . This paper is written in descriptive method and literature review based, which relies the secondary data collected by many sources as writing reference. " ABSTRAK
Fokus dari penilitian ini adalah untuk mengamati faktor-faktor yang secara positif mempengaruhi ekuitas merek Gojek, dengan menganalisis faktor-faktor seperti perilaku terhadap ekstensi merek, tingkat kecocokan, Ekuitas Merek awal, nilai ekuitas awal, dan perubahan terhadap nilai ekuitas awal. Dalam riset ini, data diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik sample convenience sampling dengan pribadi yang mengetahui tentang Gojek berserta ekstensinya yaitu Go-Massage, Go-Glam, dan Go-Clean sebagai sampelnya. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ekuitas merek awal berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku ekstensi merek, tingkat kecocokan berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku ekstensi merek, nilai ekuitas awal berpengaruh positif terhadap ekuitas merek awal, perilaku ekstensi merek berpengaruh positif terhadap perubahan pada nilai ekuitas awal, ekuitas merek awal berpengaruh positif terhadap perubahan pada ekuitas merek awal, nilai merek awal berpengaruh positif terhadap perubahan pada nilai merek awal. Sementara itu, perilaku ekstensi merek memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap perubahan pada ekuitas merek awal Gojek. Temuan di dalam penelitian ini diharapkan akan bermanfaat untuk penelitian-penelitian berikutnya yang membahas topik ini dan juga menguntungkan bagi perusahaan Gojek dan perusahaan serupa untuk menilai faktor-faktor yang mungkin memperngaruhi ekuitas merek.
ABSTRACT The focus of this research is to observe the factors that positively influence Brand Equity on Gojek by examining several factors namely Brand Extension Attitude, Perceived Fit, Parent Brand Equity, Parent Value Equity, and Change in Parent Value Equity. Convenience sampling was used and the samples are those who familiar with Gojek and its three extensions, namely Go Massage, Go Glam, and Go Clean. This research shows that Initial Parent Brand Equity has a positive impact on Brand Extension Attitude, Perceived Fit has a positive impact on Brand Extension Attitude, Initial Parent Value Equity has a positive impact on Parent Brand Equity, Brand Extension Attitude has a positive impact on Parent Value Equity, Change in Parent Value Equty has a positive impact on Change in Parent Brand Equity, Initial Parent Brand Equity has a positive impact on Change in Parent Brand Equity, Initial Parent Value Equity has a positive impact on Change in Parent Value Equity. Meanwhile Brand Extension Attitude has a strong positive direct impact on the Change in Parent Brand Equity of Gojek. The findings in this research are beneficial for further research regarding this topic and also benefit Gojek company and any other similar company to assess factors that might influence their Brand Equity."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas tentang pengaruh customer perceived value, brand
image, dan switching costs terhadap niat konsumen untuk menggunakan (intention
to use) brand Indosat Mentari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif
berupa descriptive research. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu
pada model penelitian yang digunakan oleh Ogwo & Igwe (2012) serta Asiegbu,
Igwe, & Iruka (2012). Sementara untuk mengukur customer perceived
valuedigunakan pengukuran PERVAL (perceived value) yang dikembangkan oleh
Sweeney & Soutar (2001) dengan melihat dimensi nilai dari perceived value yaitu
emotional value, social value, monetary value, serta convenience value. Hasil
penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dimensi dari customer perceived value, yaitu
meliputi nilai fungsional (kinerja/kualitas), nilai fungsional (harga), nilai sosial,
serta nilai emosional, memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap niat
konsumen untuk menggunakan. Sementara switching costs dan brand image tidak
memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat konsumen untuk menggunakan.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the influence of customer perceived value, brand
image, and switching costs on consumer’s intention to use brand Indosat Mentari.
This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The model used in this study
refers to the research model used by Ogwo & Igwe (2012) and Asiegbu, Igwe, &
Iruka (2012). As for measuring the customer perceived value using PERVAL
measurement that was developed by Sweeney & Soutar (2001) by looking at the
value dimensions of perceived value, they are emotional value, social value,
monetary value, and convenience value. The results of this study found that the
dimensions of customer perceived value, which includes the functional value
(performance/quality), functional value (price), social value, and emotional value,
has a significant and positive impact on consumer’s intention to use. While
switching costs and brand image do not have a significant impact on consumer’s
intention to use."

"Perkembangan industri kosmetik di Indonesia yang semakin meningkat membuat suatu merek perlu untuk memiliki daya tarik tersendiri dibandingkan dengan merek kompetitor lainnya. Keunikan merupakan kunci bagi suatu merek untuk dapat memikat daya tarik konsumennya. Wardah merupakan salah satu merek yang memiliki keunikan tersendiri dalam memperkenalkan mereknya kepada konsumen. Wardah menerapkan strategi islamic branding yang bersandar pada prinsip-prinsip syariah Islam dalam membentuk brand image-nya sebagai merek kosmetik halal di Indonesia. Makalah ini disusun untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi islamic branding oleh Wardah dalam pembentukan brand image dan pengaruhnya terhadap minat beli konsumen. Teori dan konsep yang digunakan dalam makalah ini meliputi islamic branding, brand image, dan purchase intention yang didukung oleh penggunaan metode pengumpulan data berupa data sekunder serta analisis masalah menggunakan metode analisis konten. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa penerapan strategi islamic branding yang dilakukan Wardah dalam upaya pembentukan brand image memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen di Indonesia terhadap produk Wardah.

The development of the cosmetic industry in Indonesia is currently increasing, this situation makes a brand need to have its own attractiveness to the consumers compared to other competing brands. Uniqueness is the key for a brand to be able to attract consumer appeal. Wardah is a brand that has a uniqueness in introducing its brand to consumers. Wardah implements an Islamic branding strategy that relies on Islamic syriah principles in shaping its brand image as a halal cosmetic brand in Indonesia. This paper is structured to analyze the implementation of Islamic branding strategy by Wardah in the formation of brand image and its effect on consumer buying intention. The theory and concepts used in this paper include Islamic branding, brand image, and purchase intention which are supported by the use of data collection methods in the form of secondary data and problem analysis using content analysis methods. The results of the analysis found that the implementation of the Islamic branding strategy carried out by Wardah in an effort to form a brand image had an influence on consumer buying interest in Indonesia for Wardah products."

"Brand extension merupakan strategi yang penting dilakukan bagi setiap merek. Sebuah merek induk atau parent brand mengembangkan produk baru yang berbeda menggunakan strategi merek yaitu memanfaatkan brand equity dan brand relationship yang sudah dimiliki oleh merek induk tersebut untuk mempermudah penerimaan brand extension kepada pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis customer brand relationship terhadap brand extension acceptance dan brand equity terhadap brand extension acceptance dari pengguna Instagram Shop. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik pengambilan data purposive sampling melalui kuesioner online. Data dihasilkan dari 210 konsumen Instagram Shop untuk memberikan dukungan kuat untuk model penelitian. Teknik analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis multivariat dengan regresi sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara customer brand relationship terhadap brand extension acceptance, serta adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara brand equity terhadap brand extension acceptance dari pengguna Instagram Shop di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar Instagram Shop dapat memaksimalkan customer-brand relationship, dengan membangun ikatan yang kuat kepada pengguna Instagram, dan memanfaatkan brand equity untuk konsumen dapat dengan mudah menerima brand extension dari Instagram yaitu Instagram Shop dengan serta meningkatkan kualitas, keamanan, dan kegunaan dari Instagram Shop.

Brand extension is an important strategy for every brand. A parent brand develops a new product that is different using a brand strategy, namely utilizing the brand equity and brand relationships already owned by the parent brand to facilitate the acceptance of brand extensions to customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the customer brand relationship to brand extension acceptance and brand equity to brand extension acceptance from Instagram Shop users. The research method uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and purposive sampling data collection techniques through online questionnaires. Data was generated from 210 Instagram Shop consumers to provide strong support for the research model. The data analysis technique in this study used multivariate analysis with simple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between customer brand relationship and brand extension acceptance, as well as a significant positive relationship between brand equity and brand extension acceptance of Instagram Shop users during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study recommends that Instagram Shop can maximize customer-brand relationships, by building strong bonds with Instagram users, and utilizing brand equity so that consumers can easily accept brand extensions from Instagram, namely Instagram Shop by increasing the quality, security, and usability of Instagram Shop."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa pengalaman merek pada konsumen Gojek Indonesia memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas merek. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan para pengguna Gojek Indonesia yang berdomisili di Indonesia yang berusia 18-28 tahun. Terdapat sebanyak 290 responden terkumpul yang menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Kemudian, diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh dari pengalaman merek yang dirasakan oleh konsumen Gojek Indonesia terhadap loyalitas merek melalui persepsi kualitas dan kepercayaan merek. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas merek dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh pengalaman merek, persepsi kualitas, dan kepercayaan merek. Selain itu, persepsi kualitas dan kepercayaan merek juga memiliki efek mediasi terhadap hubungan antara pengalaman merek dan loyalitas merek. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan pada industri on-demand service dalam meningkatkan loyalitas merek dari konsumen mereka.

This study aims to determine that the brand experience of Gojek Indonesia customers has an influence on brand loyalty. The samples used in this study are Gojek Indonesia users who are domiciled in Indonesia aged 18-28 years. There were 290 respondents collected using purposive sampling method. The date is processed and analyzed using Partial Least Square - Structural Partial Model (PLS-SEM). The results of this study show the influence of the brand experience felt by Gojek Indonesia customers on brand loyalty through perceived quality and brand trust. This study shows that brand loyalty is directly influenced by brand experience, perceived quality, and brand trust. Moreover, perceived quality and brand trust also have a mediating effect on the relationship between brand experience and brand loyalty. This study is expected to help companies in the on-demand service industry in increasing brand loyalty from their customers."

"Skripsi ini membahas pengaruh faktor atribut determinan service quality terhadap perceived value konsumen Starbucks yang ada di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dari setiap kelompok menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang konsisten antara Service Quality dan Perceived Value. Terdapat pengaruh antara Service Quality dan Perceived Value dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 145 responden. Coffee Quality, Service, dan Extra Benefits memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai simbolis dan fungsional. Dimana Extra Benefits hanya memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai simbolis. Selanjutnya, Food Quality dan Variety of Food tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai simbolis maupun fungsional.

The focus of this study is researching the influence of determinant attributes factor - service quality - on perceived value of Starbucks' customers in Jakarta. This research uses multiple linear regression method. The study revealed that there is a consistent relationship between Service Quality and Perceived Value, Service Quality has a significant impact on Perceived Value (sample size: 145 respondents). The study also revealed that coffee quality, service and extra benefits has a significant influence on symbolized and functional value; where extra benefits only has a significant value on symbolized value. in the other side, food quality and variety of food don't have a significant influence on nor symbolized neither functional value of Starbucks's customers in Jakarta."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis pengaruh perceived value terhadap customer satisfaction dan brand trust pada Maskapai Penerbangan AirAsia Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang mengetahui Maskapai Penerbangan AirAsia Indonesia dan pernah menggunakan layanan dari maskapai penerbangan tersebut lebih dari 2 kali dengan metode non-probabiiity sampling dan teknik purposive.
Dalam penelitian ini, instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner serta regresi yang digunakan adalah regresi linear. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perceived value memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction. Perceived value juga disimpulkan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand trust.

The aim of this study is to analyze the effects of perceived value on customer satisfaction and brand trust on the AirAsia Indonesia Airline Carrier. This study uses 100 sample that knows AirAsia Indonesia and have flown with them for more than twice. The processing of the data uses non-probability method and the technique of purposive sampling.
In this study, survey through questionnaire are the instruments of study and linear regression are the method of analyzing the outcome. The results of this study indicates that there is significant positive effect between perceived value and customer satisfaction, which customer satisfaction is affected by perceived value, whereas significant positive effect are also found on the correlation between perceived value and brand trust, which brand trust is affected by perceived value.

"Islamic branding adalah fenomena yang terjadi dalam dunia pemasaran di Indonesia dengan semakin maraknya merek yang menggunakan klaim halal pada produknya serta juga penggunaan simbol-simbol Islami dalam komunikasi pemasarannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa pembentukan ekuitas merek (brand equity) dalam Islamic brand dengan menggunakan merek kosmetik Wardah sebagai obyek penelitian.
Menciptakan loyalitas konsumen adalah merupakan tujuan utama dari seorang pengelola merek, dan merupakan inti dari konsep brand equity. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh dari variabel-variabel perceived quality, corporate brand image dan brand personality dari Islamic brand terhadap brand loyalty baik secara langsung maupun melalui variabel perantara brand attitude. Penelitian dilakukan pada 159 responden dengan menggunakan menggunakan metode kuantitatif analisa jalur.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel perceived quality dapat memberikan pengaruh kepada brand loyalty baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung yaitu melalui variabel brand attitude. Sementara brand personality tidak dapat memberikan pengaruh langsung pada brand loyalty melainkan hanya melalui brand attitude. Corporate brand image tidak secara signifikan dapat memberikan pengaruh baik pada brand loyalty maupun brand attitude.

This research was conducted to analyze the formation of brand equity in Islamic brand by using Wardah cosmetic brand as research object. Creating brand loyalty is the main objective of a marketer and is at the core of the brand equity concept.
The purpose of this research is to analyse the effect of perceived quality, corporate brand image and brand personality of Islamic brand towards brand loyalty either directly or through the mediation of brand attitude. The research was conducted on 159 respondents by using quantitative method of path analysis.
The result of this study indicates that perceived quality variables gives effect to brand loyalty either directly or indirectly through variable brand attitude. Meanwhile brand personality does not give a direct impact on brand loyalty but only through mediation of brand attitude. Corporate brand image does not significantly effect to both brand loyalty and brand attitude.
