"Tesis ini membahas hasil penelitian tentang pelaksanaan Manajemen Sekuriti Fisik di Mega Bekasi Hypermall. Kenyataan menunjukkan bahwa sebagai pusat perbelanjaan, Mega Bekasi Hypermall pernah mengalami beberapa tindak kejahatan dan gangguan keamanan dan mempunyai potensi terhadap terjadinya gangguan keamanan yang lebih besar dan terkini yakni ancaman terorisme. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pengamatan lapangan didukung dengan teknik pengumpulan data dan dokumen serta metode wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan kepada para petugas satpam terkait dengan pelaksanaan manajemen sekuriti fisik yang dilakukan di Mega Bekasi Hypermall.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen Mega Bekasi Hypermall memang dalam rangka melaksanakan manajemen sekuriti fisik, telah melakukan pemasangan alat pencegahan kebakaran, pemasangan kamera CCTV, pemakaian alat metal detector, penggunaan alat borgol dan penggunaan alat komunikasi Handy Talkie (HT). Namun demikian dalam pelaksanaannya kegiatan manajemen sekuriti fisik yang dilakukan tersebut belum berjalan secara maksimal, hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya adalah: (1) Kamera CCTV yang dipasang belum menjangkau seluruh ruangan yang ada; (2) Tenaga Satpam yang masih mengandalkan tenaga outsourcing; (3) Jumlah personil Satpam masih terbatas; (4) Penggunaan alat metal detector tidak dilakukan sebagaimana mestinya; (5) Kualitas dan pendidikan Chief Sekuriti masih rendah; (6) Belum tersedianya ruangan server data; dan (7) Lokasi bangunan Mega Bekasi Hypermall yang berdekatan dengan Kali Bekasi, sehingga rentan terhadap bencana banjir.

This thesis describes the results of research on the implementation of the Physical Security Management at Mega Bekasi Hypermall. The fact is that as a shopping mall, Mega Bekasi Hypermall has experienced some crime and security threats and has the potential for a greater security threats, such as current threat of terrorism. This research was conducted by field observation supported by data and document collection techniques as well as interview method. Interviews were conducted to the guards associated with the implementation of physical security management at Mega Bekasi Hypermall.The results showed that Mega Bekasi Hypermall management physical security management, has improved the installation of fire prevention tools, installation of CCTV cameras, the use of metal detectors, the use of handcuffs and the use of communication tools Handy Talkie (HT). However, actual physical security management activities are not optimally carried out, it is influenced by several factors, including: (1) CCTV cameras installed not yet reached all the existing space; (2) Personnel security unit (guard) still relies on the Outsourced stafs; (3) Number of safety personnel are limited; (4) The equipment metal detector is not done properly; (5) The low quality and education of the Chief of Security; (6) Not available data server room; and (7) Location of Mega Bekasi Hypermall building is adjacent to the river Bekasi, making it vulnerable to flooding."

"Tesis ini membahas proses pelaksanaan manajemen sekuriti fisik di kawasan industri Lippo Cikarang Kabupaten Bekasi. Perhatian utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencegah terjadinya kriminalitas dan kerugian. Permasalahan yang dihadapi kawasan Lippo Cikarang saat ini adalah pengelolaan sekuriti fisik yang telah dilaksanakan belum dapat menekan kasus-kasus kriminalitas dan kejadian sehingga berdampak pada kerugian (loss) perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisa efektivitas penerapan manajemen sekuriti fisik dalam pengamanan Kawasan Lippo Cikarang, Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis manajerial yang bersifat deskriptif analitis. Beberapa informan dipilih secara purposif, diantaranya dari kawasan Lippo Cikarang, Polsek Cikarang Selatan, dan beberapa pengusaha dan penghui kawasan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen, dan triangulasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup analisis kualitatif. Pada akhir penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sekuriti fisik di kawasan Lippo Cikarang Kabupaten Bekasi belum optimal dilaksanakan. Hasil Penelitian menyarankan bahwa pihak Kawasan Lippo Cikarang perlu melakukan beberapa perbaikan terhadap struktur organisasi departemen sekuriti, melakukan evaluasi secara berkala terhadap Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), perbaikan terhadap penjabaran tugas agar tidak terjadi konflik kesatuan perintah, penambahan jumlah personil sekuriti dan meningkatkan hubungan kerjasama dengan stakeholder lain khususnya aparat penegak hukum dalam hal ini Polsek Cikarang Selatan.

This Thesis discusses about process implementation of the physical security management in Lippo Cikarang Industrial Area. The main concern of this research is the increasing incidents of crime and loss to prevent crime and loss. The problem which was faced by Lippo Cikarang industrial area today is the ineffectiveness of security management to reduce the incidents of crimes and loss to the corporates. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the physical security management of Lippo Cikarang industrial area.

This Thesis uses the juridical management approach with descriptive analysis. Some informants were selected purposively, including from the Lippo Cikarang Region, South Cikarang Police Sector, some of businessmen and occupants from the Region. Data collecion uses the techniques of interviews, observation, document study and triangulation. Data analysis techniques used in this research is qualitative analysis.

The results of the study conclude that the physical securty management of Lippo Cikarang industrial area has not been optimally implemented. The Research results suggest that the Lippo Cikarang Region management needs to improve the applied implementation of the physical security management. It cover improvement to security department organisational structure, conduct periodic evaluations of Standard Operating Procedure, re-establish unity of command to avoid conflicts, strengthen the number of security personnel and enhance the coorporative relationship among the stakeholders especially with local law enforcement."

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. lndomobil Suzuki lntemational Plant Tambun yang terletak di Jalan Diponegoro Km 32 Tambun, Bekasi Kabupaten. Letak perusahaan ini berada dalam wilayah hukum Polsek Tambun. PT. lndomobil Suzuki International Plant Tambun adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perakitan sepeda motor dan mobil dengan merek Suzuki yang terletak di Jalan Diponegoro km 32, Tambun, Bekasi, yang memenuhi kebutuhan kendaraan roda dua maupun roda empat di dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Dalam rangka melindungi aset-asetnya, perusahaan ini telah melaksanakan manajernen sekuriti lisik di lingkungannya dengan membuat bentuk~ bentuk pengamanan fisik berupa adanya petugas Satpam, akses kontrol, adanya barrier, adanya pagar yang mengelilingi lingkungan perusahaan, kunci, alat penerangan, pos jaga untuk petugas Satpam dan alat komunikasi. Narnun pada kenyataannya masih banyak terjadi tindak kejahtan yang dilakukan oleh orang dalam (karyawan perusahaan) maupun pihak luar perusahaan. Kejahatan yang tetjadi di perusahaan ini disebabkan karena penerapan sekuriti fisik yang masih jauh dari ideal. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan manajerial yuridis. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data, yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan, pengamatan terlibat, wawancara berpedoman, kajian pustaka, pemeriksaan dokumen dan audio visual. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa pengamanan yang dilaksanakan perusahaan masih jauh dari ideal. Hal ini disebabkan karena jumlah personel yang masih kurang dan keperdulian terhadap keamanan yang masih kurang, belum maksimal penggunaan teknologi modern, sehingga tidak mampu mengamankan seluruh area dan aset-aset perusahaan hingga masih banyak terjadi pencurian baik yang dilakukan oleh orang dalam (karyawan) dan dari pihak luar yang ingin mengambil aset perusahaan secara tidak sah. Upaya pengamanan area sorta aset pemisahaan sudah dilakukan oleh PT. lndomobil Suzuki Intemtional Plant Tambun, akan tetapi masih kurang maksimal. Saran-saran yang diajukan adalah perusahaan hams membenahi beberapa aspek, yaitu aspek organisasi, aspek sekuriti fisik, aspek lingkungan fisik.

This research is carried out in PT. lndomobil Suzuki International Plant Tambun that is located in Street Diponegoro 32 km Tambun, Bekasi the Regency. The location of this company am in the legal territory Sector Police Tambun. PT. lndomobil Suzuki International Plant Tambun is a company that is involved in the assembly of the motorcycle and the car with the Suzuki make that is located in Street Diponegoro 32 km, Tambtm, Bekasi, that satisnes the requirement for the wheel vehicle of two and the wheel of four in the country and foreign.

From results ofthe research that is carried out, is found that the security that is carried out by the company still far fiom ideal. "Tesis ini membahas hasil penelitian mengenai pelaksanaan Manajemen Sekuriti Fisik di Kampus Universitas Tarumanagara (Untar). Kenyataan menunjukkan bahwa kasus-kasus gangguan keamanan di lingkungan Kampus Untar masih relatif besar dan cenderung meningkat. Kondisi fisik Untar yang terdiri dari tujuh blok bangunan dengan ratusan ruangan-ruangan kelas, laboratorium, pusat komputer, kantin, bank dan jumlah mahasiswa yang terus meningkat membuat kampus ini menjadi rentan terhadap gangguan keamanan dan kejahatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pengamatan lapangan didukung dengan metode wawancara dan menghimpun dokumen terkait. Wawancara dilakukan kepada para petugas terkait dengan pengelolaan pengamanan kampus.Hasil penelitian dianalisa secara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelemahan dalam sistem manajemen sekuriti antara lain bahwa sistem pengamanan kampus terlalu mengandalkan tenaga-tenaga outsourcing, sehingga mereka kurang mempunyai rasa memiliki. Disamping kekurangan tenaga keamanan, juga kekurangan jumlah sarana pengamanan seperti CCTV dan sarana penghalang, serta kurangnya koordinasi dengan pihak kepolisian. Oleh sebab itu disarankan untuk memperkuat tenaga pengamanan internal, pengintegrasian sistem pengamanan tenaga internal dan tenaga outsourcing dan kepolisian, melengkapi sarana prasarana pengamanan serta pemberdayaan tenagatenaga pengamanan melalui program pelatihan.

The thesis analyzes the result of the research conducted on the implementation of physical security management at the Tarumanagara University (Untar). The facts showed that the number of cases against security at the Untar campus is relatively big and tend to increase. The physical condition of Untar campus consisting of several building blocks with hundreds of class-room and the increasing number of students make the Untar campus is facing the potential security problems and threats.

The research was conducted by using field research method, supported by interviews and documents collection. Interviews were conducted to a number of key informants related to security management of Untar campus. The result of the research were analyzed qualitatively and descriptively.

The result of the research showed the lack of the security management system at the Untar campus, among other that the security personnel is too much dependent on the contract and outsourced employees, who have a relatively low of sense of belonging. Also there has been insufficient security means such as CCTV and physical border installation, as well as the lack of coordination with the police officers. Therefore, it is adviced to empower internal security personnel, to integrate internal and outsourced employees and the role of police into an integrated physical security management system, improve security device and installations and empower security personnel through training programs."

Sehingga peneliti dapat menggambarkan serta memberikan saran serta perbaikan untuk sistem keamanan fisik Polres Kota Depok. Hal ini sesuai dengan tujuan yang peneliti inginkan yaitu adanya optimalisasi dari penyelenggaraan sistem keamanan fisik fisik pada Polres Kota Depok. Penelitian akan dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan cara turun ke lapangan. Metode penelitian ini akan menggabungkan data-data yang didapatkan langsung di lapangan dengan data yang terdapat di dalam peraturan dan literaturliteratur. Penyelenggaraan sistem keamanan fisik pada Polres Kota Depok sudah terselenggara dengan baik namun untuk meningkatkan pelayanan serta pengamanan maka penyelenggaraan sistem keamanan fisik pada Polres Kota Depok perlu lebih di optimalkan. Peneliti menyarankan untuk melakukan optimalisasi kepada upaya penyelenggaraan sistem keamanan fisik yang lebih berorientasi kepada pencegahan dengan memperhatikan lingkungan serta kondisi dari Polres Kota Depok.

"Tesis ini membahas penyelenggaraan manajemen sekuriti fisik Museum Nasional Indonesia Jakarta sebagai upaya dalam melindungi aset negara sehingga dapat terhindar dari ancaman yang mengakibatkan kerugian. Saat ini Museum Nasional merupakan salah satu Museum yang memiliki benda koleksi peninggalan sejarah terlengkap di Indonesia. Hal ini mengakibatkan kerawanan terjadinya kerugian maupun kejahatan pencurian benda koleksi seperti yang pernah terjadi sebanyak 5 (lima) kali di Museum Nasional ini. Menyikapi permasalahan tersebut peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan sistem manajemen keamanan sekaligus untuk mengetahui kelemahan pengelolaan Manajemen Sekuriti Museum Nasional. Penelitian tesis ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi peneliti terhadap penyelenggaraan sekuriti Museum Nasional Indonesia yang belum sesuai dengan beberapa literatur manajemen sekuriti fisik. Batasan tesis ini fokus pada proses manajemen sekuriti, proses sekuriti fisik dan proses upaya taktis pengamanan. Penelitian tesis ini menggunakan metoda kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis manajerial, serta penulisan deskriptis analitis melalui penggambaran dan penganalisaan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan penelaahan beberapa dokumen. Sumber data berasal dari informan berupa data primer maupun sekunder. Tinjauan pustaka yang digunakan merupakan beberapa konsep dan dokumen yang menunjang penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan masih ada kekurangan dalam pengelolaan keamanan fisik, kendala dalam pengelolaan serta tidak dilaksanakannya cara manajemen yang benar, maupun kurangnya peran Polri dalam mendukung pengoptimalan Manajemen sekuriti Museum Nasional. Oleh karena itu peneliti menyarankan Pertama, pelaksanaan seminar secara berkala dan terpusat di KIK UI bagi Satpam untuk mengingatkan kembali proses manajemen Sekuriti. Kedua, perbaikan dan penambahan alat pengaman bagi personel dan fisik Museum Nasional. Ketiga, pelatihan auditor Sistem Pengamanan bagi alumni Mahasiswa KIK UI agar saat berdinas di Polda dapat memprakarsai pembentukan Tim Audit bagi Objek Vital di Indonesia.

This thesis discusses the implementation of physical security management of the National Museum of Indonesia, Jakarta as an effort to protect state assets so as to avoid the threat that resulted in losses. Currently the National Museum is one museum that has a collection of historical heritage objects complete in Indonesia. This resulted in the loss insecurity and crime such as theft of a collection of objects that have occurred as many as five (5) times in the National Museum. In response to these problems the researchers wanted to know how the implementation of safety management systems as well as to identify the weaknesses in the management of the National Museum of Security Management.

This thesis research is motivated by the observation of the conduct of security researcher National Museum of Indonesia that is not in accordance with some physical security management literature. Limitations of this thesis focuses on the process of security management, physical security processes and process tactical security efforts. This thesis research using qualitative methods, juridical managerial, analytical and descriptive writing through the depiction and analysis. "Tesis ini membahas tentang Manajemen Sekuriti Fisik di Emporium Pluit Mall Jakarta. Fokus penulisan tesis ini adalah bahwa pengamanan pusat perbelanjaan Emporium Pluit Mall menggunakan dua perusahaan alih daya (out sourcing) Kopkar APG dan PT. Metropolitan Jaya Sukses (Jakarta Security).. Sedangkan penelitian ini ditulis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan, wawancara tersturktur, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kegiatan pengamanan pusat di perbelanjaan Emporium Pluit Mall dilakukan oleh tenaga Satuan Pengamanan (Satpam) yang berasal dari tenaga Outsorcing Kopkar APG dan PT. Metropolitan Jaya Sukses (Jakarta Security). Kegiatan pengamanan yang dilakukan berlangsung selama 24 jam penuh, dan sistem pelaksanaannya berpedoman pada standar pengamanan baku yang telah ditetapkan oleh manajemen gedung. Langkah-langkah kegiatan pengamanan antara lain : (1) penyusunan Rencana Kegiatan Pengamanan, yang disusun setiap tahun oleh chief security, (2) kegiatan koordinasi, (3) Kegiatan pengawasan,(4) Pelaporan dan Evaluasi, yaitu seluruh hasil kegiatan pengamanan yang telah dilakukan dalam bentuk: (a) laporan rutin; (b) Laporan berkala dan (c) Laporan penanganan kejadian kasus yang terjadi, (5) pengamanan Emporium Pluit Mall mendapatkan pengawasan dari Polsek Metro Penjaringan. Implikasi yang dapat dilakukan (1) diperlukan suatu manajemen pengamanan fisik dan sistematik dan logis sesuai dengan kaidah organisasi pengamanan modern. (2) perlunya ketersediaan perlengkapan pengamanan yang sebaiknya dimanfaatkan secara optimal (3) penambahan jumlah peralatan keamanan yang tersedia saat ini (4) Peningkatan teknologi pengamanan fisik (5) peningkatan koordinasi dengan pihak kepolisian terutama Pos Polisi di sekitar Emporium Pluit Mall maupun Polsek Metro Penjaringan.

This thesis discusses the Physical Security Management at Emporium Pluit Mall Jakarta. The focus of this thesis is that the security of Emporium Pluit Mall shopping center using two outsourcing companies (out sourcing) Kopkar APG and PT. Success Metropolitan Jaya (Jakarta Security). This research is written using a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, structured interviews, and literature. The results showed that activity in the shoppi center security Emporium Pluit Mall performed by trained security guards (guard) which is derived from the power outsorcing Kopkar APG and PT. Success Metropolitan Jaya (Jakarta Security). Security activities that do take place for 24 hours, and the system implementation is based on the basic security standards established by the building management.

Protective activity measures include: (1) preparation of Safety Action Plan, which is compiled every year by the chief of security, (2) the coordination of activities, (3) control activities, (4) Reporting and Evaluation, the entire results of the safeguards that have been done in the form of: (a) regular reports; (b) Periodic reports and (c) report the incident handling the case. (5) Emporium Pluit Mall security gain control of Police Metro Penjaringan.

Implications to do (1) required a systematic management and physical security and logical security in accordance with the rules of the modern organization. (2) the need for the availability of safety equipment that should be used optimally (3) increasing the number of security tools that are available today (4) Improvement of physical security technology (5) an increase in coordination with the police, especially around the Police Station and Emporium Pluit Mall Metro Police Sector Penjaringan."

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai hasil penelitian tentang Pelaksanaan Manajemen Sekuriti Fisik di Pusat Perbelanjaan Plaza Senayan. Kenyataan menunjukan bahwa pusat perbelanjaan Plaza Senayan sebagai pusat perbelanjaan yang banyak menjual barang-barang bermerk internasional pernah mengalami beberapa kali gangguan keamanan diantaranya adalah pencurian dan pengutilan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pengamatan lapangan didukung dengan metode wawancara dan menghimpun dokumen terkait. Wawancara dilakukan kepada manajemen operasional pusat perbelanjaan Plaza Senayan dan para petugas Satpam terkait dengan kegiatan pengamanan yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian diamati secara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan manajemen sekuriti fisik yang dilakukan di pusat perbelanjaan Plaza Senayan dilakukan dengan tenaga Satpam sistem in-house yang berpedoman kepada SOP yang dibuat oleh manajemen. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, kegiatan manajemen sekuriti fisik yang telah dilakukan sudah berjalan sudah cukup baik. Namun demikian, sebagai pusat perbelanjaan yang sering dikunjungi oleh kaum ekspatriat, maka disarankan agar pihak manajemen lebih meningkatkan sistem keamanannya, memperbanyak dan melengkapi pemasangan sarana dan prasarana fisik yang mendukung pelaksanaan tugas manajemen sekuriti fisik, menambah jumlah tenaga Satpam yang ada, melakukan upaya dan terobosan baru dengan menggunakan peralatan sekuriti menggunakan teknologi yang canggih.

This thesis discussed about the Implementation of Physical Security Management at the shopping center Plaza Senayan. The fact suggests that the Plaza Senayan as shopping center that sell goods most of international brand had experienced several times security threats such as theft and shoplifting. This research is written with a method of field observation supported with the method of interview and collecting related documents. Interviews were conducted to operational management shopping center Plaza Senayan and officials security guard associated with the activities of the security which done. The research results observed qualitatively descriptive.

The result showed that the implementation of the physical security management conducted at the shopping center of Senayan Plaza done with using security guard in-house system who guided with SOP made by management. Based on observation, management activities physical security that has been done and has been running properly. However, as a shopping center frequented by expatriate groups, then suggested to further improve the management of its security system, multiply and furnish the installation of physical infrastructure that supports implementation of the tasks security management physical, added of number guard power there, made an effort and new breakthrough by using security equipment using technology that sophisticated."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan manajemen sekuriti di Jakarta Intercultural School “JIS” serta menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan sekuritinya dan mencari tahu strategi pengembangan yang tepat untuk diterapkan di JIS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung dan studi literatur sebagai teknik pengumpulan data-datanya. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan 25 indikator Situational Crime Prevention atau Pencegahan Kejahatan Situasional milik Clarke sebagai dasar teorinya untuk dapat dipetakan potensi ancaman yang terdapat pada JIS dan menganalisis pelaksanaan manajemen sekuritinya melalui tindakan preventif yang telah direncanakan. Adapun dari 25 indikator Situational Crime Prevention, JIS hanya menerapkan 24 indikator di lingkungannya. Dari ke 24 indikator tersebut, maka penulis dapat menganalisis pelaksanaan manajemen sekuriti di JIS sehingga dapat dicaritahu kelemahannya. Pelaksanaan manajemen sekuriti di JIS juga dianalisis melalui prinsip manajemen organisasi, antara lain perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Melalui penelitian ini juga ditemukan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan manajemen sekuriti di JIS, antara lain: faktor sumber daya manusia, anggaran, dan lingkungan. Adapun strategi pengembangan manajemen sekuriti yang dapat diterapkan di JIS dibagi ke dalam tiga strategi, antara lain: 1) jangka pendek, dengan meningkatkan koordinasi dengan pihak Kepolisian, 2) jangka menengah, dengan meningkatkan koordinasi dengan masyarakat setempat melalui community development, dan 3) jangka panjang dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan koordinasi dengan BNPT dan Densus 88 AT Polri sebagai tindakan preventif terhadap ancaman teror.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of security management at the Jakarta Intercultural School "JIS" and investigate the factors that influence the implementation of security and find out the right development strategy to be applied at JIS. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with in-depth interviews, direct observation and literature study as data collection techniques. In this study, the authors used 25 indicators of Clarke's Situational Crime Prevention as the basis for his theory to map potential threats contained in JIS and analyze the implementation of security management through planned preventive actions. As for the 25 Situational Crime Prevention indicators, JIS only applies 24 indicators in its environment. From the 24 indicators, the author can analyze the implementation of security management in JIS so that weaknesses or weaknesses can be identified. The implementation of security management in JIS is also analyzed through the principles of organizational management, including planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. Through this study also found several factors that influence the implementation of security management in JIS, including: human resource, budgetary, and environmental factors. The security management development strategies that can be applied in JIS are divided into three strategies, including: 1) short term, by increasing coordination with the Police, 2) the medium term, by increasing coordination with local communities through community development, and 3) term length can be done by increasing coordination with BNPT and Detachment 88 AT Polri as a preventive measure against terror threats."
