"Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik bervariasi dalam motivasi, gaya belajar, kemampuan pengetahuan, dan lain-lain. Dengan demikian, proses pembelajaran di setiap peserta didik bisa berbeda. Di sisi lain, pendidikan berbasis standar menuntut setiap peserta didik untuk memenuhi standar kompetensi yang ditetapkan. Dengan kata lain, setiap peserta didik dituntut untuk memenuhi target yang sama dalam pembelajaran dan pendidikan yang ditempuhnya. Untuk mencapai kompetensi yang diharapkan dan sekaligus mengakomodasi karakteristik individu, personalisasi e-Learning dapat menjadi solusi.
Dalam personalisasi e-Learning, strategi pembelajaran dapat disajikan dengan menyesuaikan pada tipe belajar setiap peserta didik dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi kompetensi yang ditetapkan. Dengan demikian, sistem personalisasi harus memiliki dua kemampuan, yaitu: mengidentifikasi tipe belajar peserta didik dan memberikan penanganan yang sesuai untuk setiap tipe belajar. Penelitian ini mengadaptasi Pendekatan Triple-Factor dalam mengidentifikasi tipe belajar peserta didik. Pendekatan Triple-Factor menganalisis peserta didik berdasarkan faktor gaya belajar, motivasi belajar, dan kemampuan pengetahuan. Faktor-faktor tersebut dapat dianalisis melalui aktivitas peserta didik dalam menggunakan e-Learning. Hasil analisis ini kemudian menjadi acuan personalisasi.
Tipe belajar peserta didik mengalami perubahan tergantung pada kondisi mereka sepanjang proses belajar. Untuk itu, analisis peserta didik perlu dilakukan secara periodik pula. Jika analisis hanya dilakukan satu kali, umumnya di awal pembelajaran, maka perkembangan dan perubahan perilaku sepanjang proses belajar tidak dapat diketahui. Dengan adanya perubahan tipe belajar peserta didik, strategi pembelajaran yang diberikan juga perlu disesuaikan. Personalisasi pembelajaran sebaiknya disajikan secara dinamis pula terhadap perubahan tipe belajar peserta didik.
Fokus pembahasan dalam penelitian ini adalah menyediakan proses belajar yang membantu peserta didik dalam mencapai kompetensi yang diharapkan, sekaligus adaptif terhadap keberagaman tipe belajar peserta didik dan dinamis terhadap perubahan tipe belajar yang terjadi pada setiap tahapan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis peserta didik secara temporal dengan mengacu pada fitur-fitur pada Pendekatan Triple-Factor menggunakan Self-Organizing Map (SOM). Hasil analisis peserta didik kemudian menjadi acuan penyajian personalisasi pembelajaran. Dengan memanfaatkan ontologi, personalisasi disajikan dengan menghubungkan tipe belajar dengan jenis aktivitas yang sesuai dengan target kompetensi mata kuliah yang diambil peserta didik tersebut.
Usulan personalisasi diterapkan pada prototype sistem untuk kemudian dilakukan ujicoba. Ujicoba diterapkan secara eksperimental dengan menganalisis peserta didik yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan personalisasi dan peserta didik yang mendapatkan pembelajaran tanpa personalisasi. Analisis juga dilakukan dengan membandingkan kondisi sebelum dan setelah pemberian personalisasi. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pemberian personalisasi berpengaruh baik pada kinerja pembelajaran maupun aktivitas pembelajaran peserta didik.

Previous studies have shown how learners vary in motivation, learning style, knowledge ability, and others. Accordingly, the learning process in each learner can be different. On the other hand, standard-based education requires learner to meet the specified competency standards. In other words, all learners are expected to accomplish the same targets in learning and education they are taking. To achieve the expected competencies while accommodating personal characteristics, e-Learning personalization can be a solution.
In e-Learning personalization, learning strategies can be adjusted with the aim of fulfilling specified competencies. Consequently, the personalization system must have two abilities: understanding learning types and providing appropriate scenario for each learning type. This research adapted the Triple-Factor Approach in identifying learners' learning type. The Triple-Factor Approach analyzes learners based on three factors: learning style, learning motivation, and knowledge ability. These factors can be analyzed through the activities of learners in using e-Learning. The results of the analysis were then become the reference of personalization.
Learners learning type change overtime. It depends on their condition during the learning process. Therefore, the learning type analysis should be conducted periodically as well. If the analysis is only done once, usually at the beginning of semester, the behavioral changes throughout the learning process cannot be described. With the change in the learning type of learners, the learning strategies also need to be adjusted. Learning personalization should also be presented dynamically due to changes that occur in the learning type analysis result.
This research aims to provide a learning process that helps learners achieve the expected competencies, while being adaptive to the variety of learning types and dynamic towards changes in learning types that occur at each stage of learning process. This research conducts learner analysis temporally by referring to the features of the Triple-Factor Approach using Self-Organizing Map (SOM). The results of the learner analysis then become the reference for learning personalization. By utilizing ontology, personalization was presented by linking the learning type with activity that matches courses target competencies.
Proposed personalized learning was applied to the prototype system as later for testing and evaluation. Testing are applied experimentally by analyzing learners who receive personalized learning and learners that use e-Learning without personalization. Analysis was also conducted by comparing conditions before and after personalization. The experiment results indicated that personalized learning effect significantly both to learning performance and learning activities improvement."

"Revolusi digital turut mempengaruhi segala aspek pola interaksi masyarakat termasuk akses sumber ilmu pengetahuan. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) menawarkan revolusi lingkungan belajar yang membuat ruang belajar lebih fleksibel dan diperuntukkan bagi peserta didik yang kesulitan dalam menghadiri kelas konvensional tatap muka. Di sisi lain, kebutuhan pada ilmu parenting yang selama ini dilalui masyarakat hanya sebatas mendengarkan cerita/mitos dari orang tua terdahulu tanpa keterlibatan para pakar didalamnya, ternyata memerlukan media untuk menjadi sumber akses ilmu parenting di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian memanfaatkan e-Learning sebagai media penyampaian ilmu parenting. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam penerapan e- Learning, diperlukan mengetahui tingkat e-Learning readiness calon pengguna serta metode desain interaksi yang dapat fokus secara efektif pada kebutuhan populasi pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods. Pada tahap pengumpulan data kebutuhan, digunakan studi kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner untuk menemukan demografi calon pengguna serta melihat e-Learning readiness calon pengguna dan untuk perolehan data kualitatif dilakukan wawancara pengumpulan data kebutuhan. Adapun perancangan menggunakan metode User-Centered Design dan beberapa prinsip desain visual dan desain interaksi. Pada tahapan evaluasi menggunakan Usability Testing (UT) dan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS). Penelitian memperoleh skor SUS yaitu 82.33 dimana berada pada posisi peringkat A. Akan tetapi terdapat beberapa rekomendasi perbaikan yang diperoleh dari UT. Untuk penilaian e- Learning readiness, menunjukkan populasi calon pengguna telah cukup siap namun terdapat beberapa variabel yang perlu ditingkatkan agar penerapan e-Learning khusus ilmu parenting mencapai keberhasilan

The revolution of digital has influenced all aspects of interaction patterns in society including access to knowledge sources. Information and communication technology (ICT) now offers a revolutionary learning environment that makes learning spaces more flexible and is aimed to students who have problem to attending conventional class. In the other side, the urgency of need for knowledge about parenting which has so far been passed by the society is limited just to listening to stories / myths from previous parents without the involvement of experts in it, apparently requires the media to be a source of access to parenting knowledge in the society. Research utilized e-Learning as a medium for delivering parenting knowledge. For achieving success in implementing e-Learning, it is necessary to know the level of e-Learning readiness of prospective users and interaction design methods that can focus effectively on the needs of the user population for designing e-Learning applications specifically the science of parenting. This research used a mixed methods approach. At the stage of gathering needs data, a quantitative study was used by distributing questionnaires to find the demographics of potential users and to see the e-Learning Readiness of prospective users. For qualitative one, interviews were conducted to collect data on needs. The design used the User-Centered Design method and several principles of visual design and interaction design. In the evaluation phase also applies a mixed methods approach that used the Usability Testing (UT) and System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The study resulted in the acquisition of a SUS score with a satisfactory result that is 82.33 which is ranked A. However, there are some recommendations for improvement obtained from UT. For e-Learning Readiness assessment, the population of prospective users is quite ready, but there are a number of variables that need to be improved so the implementation of e-Learning specifically the science of parenting hopes successful."

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah merambah ke berbagai bidang, salah satunya bidang pendidikan. Salah satu wujud pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di bidang pendidikan adalah munculnya e-learning. E-learning telah menjanjikan peningkatan kualitas belajar mengajar. Namun hingga saat ini jumlah institusi perguruan tinggi yang menerapkannya masih sangat sedikit. Sementara itu, penggunaan beberapa sistem informasi yang saat ini sudah diterapkan, masih belum dapat memberi gambaran mengenai sejauh mana kesiapan terhadap implementasi e-learning. Melihat kondisi tersebut, maka dirumuskan metode yang terdiri dari faktor-faktor yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur sejauh mana tingkat kesiapan perguruan tinggi terhadap implementasi e-learning. Metode tersebut terdiri dari 4 tingkat kesiapan yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang menggunakan 5 skala Likert. Hasil analisis menghasilkan lima faktor-faktor, yaitu policies, technology infrastructure, human resources, financial dan content. Faktor-faktor tersebut diujikan terhadap tiga perguruan tinggi dan diperoleh bahwa UMJ dan USNI berada pada level 3, sedangkan UIN Jakarta berada pada level 4. Hasil analisis berdasarkan karakteristik perguruan tinggi diperoleh bahwa perguruan tinggi dengan status negeri dan memiliki akreditasi yang tinggi cenderung lebih siap dibandingkan dengan perguruan tinggi dengan status swasta dan memiliki akreditasi yang rendah. Berdasarkan faktor yang butuh peningkatan, maka disusun strategi untuk meningkatkan tingkat kesiapan yang terdiri dari, faktor policies, (1) memasukkan rencana penggunaan e-learning dalam rencana strategis organisasi; faktor human resources, (2) meningkatkan kemampuan dalam menggunakan sarana TI; dan (3) mendorong mahasiswa untuk lebih aktif dalam berdiskusi dan memberikan pendapat; faktor financial, (4) merencanakan dan mengalokasikan anggaran untuk e-learning dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang; dan faktor content, (5) mendigitalisasi semua konten materi perkuliahan.

ABSTRACT
The development of information technology has penetrated into various sectors, one of which is education. One of IT utilizations in education is e-learning. The presence of e-learning has been able to improve the quality of teaching and learning. But now the number of higher education institutions that implement e-learning is still scarce. Meanwhile, the use of information system, is still not be able to measure the extent of readiness to the implementation of e-learning. Therefore, a method was formulated which consists of factors to measure the extent to which the level of higher education institution readiness for the implementation of e-learning. This method has four levels that obtained from questionnaire using Likert rating scale: 1-5. The research revealed five factors, namely, policies, technology infrastructure, human resources, financial and content. These factors were tested against three universities and the results showed that UMJ and USNI are at level 3, while UIN Jakarta is at level 4. Based on analysis of characteristics of the universities revealed that the public universities with high accreditation are more ready than the private universities with low accreditation. Based on the factors that need improvement, was prepared a strategy to improve the level of readiness that consists of, policies factor, (1) enter the planned use of e-learning in the organization's strategic plan; human resources factor, (2) improve the ability to use IT facilities; and (3) encourage students to be more active in discussing and giving opinions; financial factor, (4) plan and allocate budgets for e-learning in the short term and long term; and content factor, (5) digitizing all the content of lecture material., The development of information technology has penetrated into various sectors, one of which is education. "Tujuan pendidikan nasional Indonesia adalah memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas bagi seluruh rakyat. Evaluasi sistem e-learning menjadi penting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkonsolidasikan aspek multi-dimensi evaluasi e-learning dengan menerapkan BSC sebagai metode pengukuran strategis. Studi ini selanjutnya mencari solusi untuk merancang pendekatan sistematis di mana tiga pertimbangan yang sama pentingnya harus diseimbangkan; organisasi, pedagogis, dan teknologi. Untuk mengidentifikasi ukuran dari masing-masing perspektif, penelitian ini melakukan tinjauan pustaka yang komprehensif dan menggunakan analisis survei. Penelitian ini memperkenalkan kerangka kerja untuk menilai sistem e-learning dengan menggunakan proses hirarki analitik fuzzy (FAHP) dan BSC, hasilnya mengusulkan integrasi langkah-langkah pedagogis, organisasi dan teknis berdasarkan kerangka kerja BSC.

The aim of Indonesia's national education is to provide quality education for all people. Evaluation of the e-learning system is important. The aim of this study is to consolidate the multi-dimensional aspects of e-learning evaluation by applying the BSC as a strategic measurement method. This study further seeks a solution to designing a systematic approach in which three equally important considerations must be balanced; organizational, pedagogical, and technological. In order to identify the size of each perspective, this study conducted a comprehensive literature review and used survey analysis. This study introduces a framework for assessing e-learning systems using a fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) and BSC, the results suggest an integration of pedagogical, organizational and technical measures based on the BSC framework."
