"Laporan magang ini menganalisis pengaruh PNPM Mandiri terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur pendidikan , kesehatan, dan jalan raya di Indonesia pada tingkat desa/kelurahan, dan kecamatan. Adapun metode analisis yang dipakai adalah analisis regresi kuantitatif dengan metode negatif binomial untuk variabel dependen kesehatan dan pendidikan yang datanya bersifat diskrit, dan ordered logit untuk infrastruktur jalan yang bersifat kualitatif dan berperingkat. Variabel utama yang dipakai adalah keberadaan program PNPM bidang pembangunan infrastruktur untuk data tingkat desa/kelurahan, serta alokasi PNPM Mandiri dari tahun2009-2011. Pada penelitian ini dinyatakan bahwa keberadaan program PNPM berdampak positif terhadap infrastruktur pendidikan, kesehatan, dan jalan. Lalu besarnya dana alokasi berdampak signifikan terhadap infrastruktur kesehatan di tingkat kecamatan, sementara tidak demikian pada infrastruktur pendidikan. Data diambil dari data Podes 2011, dan data alokasi PNPM yang dikeluarkan oleh Kemenkokesra. Yang menjadi variabel kontrol pada penelitian ini adalah total penerimaan desa, jumlah penduduk, status desa, rumah tangga yang tinggal di daerah kumuh, serta tingkat pendidikan lurah.

This internship report analyzes the effect of PNPM Mandiri to infrastructure development of education, health, and roads in Indonesia at the desa / kelurahan , and kecamatan. The analytical method used is quantitative regression analysis with negative binomial method for the dependent variable of health and education for which data are discrete, and ordered logit for road infrastructure are qualitative and ranked. The main variable used is the existence of PNPM program in infrastructure development for the data rate of the village /kelurahan, and allocation of PNPM Mandiri tahun2009-2011 on kecamatan levels. In this study stated that the existence of the PNPM program had a positive impact on the infrastructure of education, health, and roads. Then the amount of funds allocated significant impact on the health infrastructure at the district /kecamatan level, while not so in educational infrastructure. Data retrieved from the data Podes 2011, and the data released by the PNPM allocation of Ministry. That a control variable in this study is total revenue village, population, village status, households living in slums, and education levels headman."
