"Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta melalui Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) Jakarta Smart City (JSC) menjalankan strategi public communication dengan implementasi digital government berbasis sistem bernama Cepat Respon Masyarakat (CRM). Di dalam sistem tersebut, terdapat 13 kanal pengaduan masyarakat yang salah satunya adalah kanal berbasis aplikasi Jakarta Kini (JAKI). Selain JAKI, tentunya ada strategi lain yang diterapkan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam melangsungkan komunikasi publiknya. Menggunakan teori Publizistik, melalui penelitian exploratory descriptive qualitative (EDQ), pengumpulan data menggunakan in-depth interview dan observasi langsung, serta pengumpulan data sekunder, penelitian ini fokus pada bagaimana strategi public communication yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta tersebut mendapatkan feedback berupa public trust sebagai acuan perkembangan strategi public communication Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta ke depannya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga kesimpulan akhir: (1) Masyarakat yang melakukan pelaporan kepada Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta meningkat secara signifikan setiap tahunnya; (2) Terjadi peningkatan jumlah pengguna aktif aplikasi JAKI sebagai salah satu kanal aduan masyarakat unggulan milik Pemprov DKI Jakarta; dan (3) Mendapatkan hasil dari para informan sebagai masyarakat DKI Jakarta bahwa mereka mendapatkan public trust pada Pemprov DKI Jakarta melalui strategi public communication yang telah dilakukan.

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the Jakarta Smart City (JSC) Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) carries out a public communication strategy with the implementation of a digital government-based system called Citizen Relationship Management (CRM). In the system, there are 13 channels for public complaints, one of which is the Jakarta Kini (JAKI), an application-based channel. In addition to JAKI, of course there are other strategies implemented by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in carrying out its public communication. Using Publizistik theory, through exploratory descriptive qualitative (EDQ) research, data collection using in-depth interviews and direct observation, as well as secondary data collection, this research focuses on how the public communication strategy carried out by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government gets feedback in the form of public trust as a reference for the development of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's public communication strategy in the future. This research resulted in three final conclusions: (1) The number of people reporting to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has increased significantly every year; (2) There has been an increase in the number of active users of the JAKI application as one of the leading public complaint channels owned by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government; and (3) Getting results from informants as the people of DKI Jakarta that they get public trust in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the public communication strategy that has been carried out."

"Sustainabilitas utang negara adalah issu utama didalam suatu negara. Banyak studi teoritis yang menganalisa bahwa pengeluaran pemerintah yang produktif dapat membuat utang negara menjadi lebih sustainable. Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara pengeluaran pemerintah dan utang negara di Indonesia dengan menggunakan Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Di dalam penelitian ini, Penulis membedakan antara pengeluaran pemerintah produktif dan tidak produktif. Penulis menggunakan data belanja modal, belanja rutin, nilai tukar rupiah dan utang negara secara triwulan dari tahun 1994 triwulan I sampai dengan tahun 2012 triwulan IV. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengeluran rutin pemerintah mempunyai pengaruh yang negative terhadap utang pemerintah dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Sementara itu, hubungan antara pengeluaran pembangunan (belanja modal) dan utang pemerintah dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang adalah positive dan tidak signifikan.

The sustainability of public debt is a main issue in the country. Many theoretical studies analyze that productive government expenditure can make the public debt become more sustainable. This study examines the relationship between government expenditure and public debt in Indonesia by using Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). In this study, I differentiate between productive and unproductive government expenditure. I use the quarterly data on capital expenditure, current expenditure, exchange rate and public debt from 1994Q1 to 2012Q4. The result shows that the current expenditure has a negative effect on the public debt in the short term and long term. Meanwhile, the relationship between capital expenditure and public debt in the short term and long term is positive and insignificant."

This study aims to illustrate the use of cyber PR to support the duties and functions of government public relations, examine barriers to using Cyber ​​PR in The Social Security Administration Agency for Employment, and to find out membership opinions of organizations. This research uses descriptive qualitative case study strategy. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews with informants. "Instansi pemerintah di berbagai belahan dunia mulai mengadopsi media sosial untuk mensosialisasikan berbagai program dan kebijakan kepada masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, pendekatan eksplanatori, dan teknik analisis eksploratori, ditemukan bahwa faktor-faktor utama yang mendorong niat follower berpartisipasi adalah konsumsi konten, sensasi, dan rasa memiliki.

Social media has been adopted widely on government sector as a tool to spread and gather information to or from citizen. In Indonesia, government utilize social media channel to run government public relations program GPR . In term of number, Indonesia has many active social media user. However, in term of engagement rate on government social media GSM , the result says inversely. This study aims to identify key factors to improve follower rsquo s intention to engage on government public relations program.This study utilize stimulus organism response framework, where gratificaton factors act as stimuli, flow state of experience and sense of belonging act as organic, and continuance intention is the observed response. Through quantitative method, explanatory approach, and exploratory analysis, the result show that key factor to imporove follower rsquo s engagement are content consumption factor, flow state of experience, and sense of belonging."
