"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh internal website media exposure dan external media exposure terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial (CSR) dengan variabel moderasi ukuran perusahaan dan sektor industri. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 82 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2 tahun (2013-2014). Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan external media exposure berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan CSR, sedangkan internal website media exposure tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Ukuran perusahaan dan sektor industri memperlemah pengaruh external media exposure terhadap pengungkapan CSR dan tidak memoderasi pengaruh internal website media exposure terhadap pengungkapan CSR.

The research aims toanalyze the effects of internal media exposure and internal website media exposure on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure with moderatio variable size and industry sector. The samples of this resarch are 82 companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for 2 period (2013-2014). Hypotesis is tested by using multiple regressions analysis.
These results indicate that external media exposure have positive effect on CSR disclosure, while internal website media exposure have not effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Size and industry sector weakens the effects of website media exposure agains CSR disclosure and have not effect the internal website media exposure agains CSR disclosure.

"ABSTRAK
Program Corporate Social Responsibility menjadi fokus dalam penelitian
ini. Secara khusus penelitian ini meneliti mengenai strategi komunikasi yang
dijalankan oleh organisasi dalam upaya pencapaian objektif formal dari program
CSR. Teori yang menjadi pedoman dalam penyusunan tesis ini adalah The
Management Strategic yang dikemukakan oleh Grunig (1992). Grunig
menyatakan bahwa untuk mencapai tujuan dari organisasi maka perlu dilakukan
tujuh langkah yang dilakukan secara bertahap yaitu analisis stakeholders, analisis
pubik, analisis isu, menyusun objektif formal, perencanaan, implementasi dan
evaluasi.
Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodologi
kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskripsi. Unit observasi dalam penelitian ini adalah
CCFI, SBS dan ketiga target sasaran PerpuSeru, yaitu perempuan, pemuda dan
pengusaha Usaha Kecil Menengah. Pengamatan yang hanya didasari kedekatan
latar belakang budaya tidak cukup untuk memahami karakteristik target sasaran.
Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa memahami target sasaran menjadi kunci
utama keberhasilan sebuah program.

ABSTRACT
The Corporate Social Responsibility program is the focus of this study.
Specifically, this study examines the communication strategies undertaken by the
organization in achieving the objective of formal CSR programs. Theories that
guide in the preparation of this thesis is The Managemen Strategic by Public
Realtion proposed by Grunig (1992). Grunig states that to achieve the goals of the
organization, it is necessary to seven steps undertaken in stages: analysis of
stakeholders, pubic analysis, issue analysis, establish a formal objective, planning
strategy and tactics, implementing strategic and tactics and evaluate the impact of
the strategy and tactics.
The methodology used in this study is a qualitative methodology to
approach the description. The unit of observation in this study is CCFI, SBS and
strategic publis of PerpuSeru, namely women, youth and entrepreneurs.
Observations were only based on the proximity of cultural background is not
enough to understand the characteristics of the target. This study concludes that
the target understands the key of the success of a program."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh iklim komunikasi internal terhadap employee engagement sehingga karyawan ikut mengkomunikasikan implementasi CSR kepada pihak eksternal. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian campuran (mixed methods) yaitu mengkombinasikan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif dalam satu penelitian. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Kantor Pusat PT. Freeport Indonesia. Iklim komunikasi internal diukur dengan menggunakan Dennis communication climate survey (Dennis, 1974), employee engagement diukur menggunakan model AON Hewitt (2015) dan komunikasi CSR diukur dengan turunan definisi dari Podnar (2008). Hasil penelitian ini adalah iklim komunikasi internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan (employee engagement). Sedangkan employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komunikasi CSR. Iklim komunikasi internal juga memiliki peran stratejik dan sentral dalam perusahaan sehingga akan berpengaruh kepada produktifitas dan reputasi perusahaan.

This study discusses about the effect of internal communication climate over employee engagement so that employees participate in communicating the implementation of CSR to external parties.The research used in this study is mixed methods research, which combines quantitative research methods and qualitative methods. Respondents in this study were employees working at PT. Freeport Indonesia's Head Office. Internal communication climate measured by using the Dennis communication climate survey (Dennis, 1974), employee engagement measured by using the AON Hewitt (2015), and CSR communication measured by derivative definitions from Podnar (2008). The results of this study are the internal communication climate has a significant effect on employee engagement. While employee engagement has a significant effect on CSR communication. The internal communication climate also has a strategic and central role in the company so that it will affect the productivity and the reputation of the company."
