"Pengetahuan merupakan hal yang penting bagi individu dan organisasi. Jika sebuah organisasi memiliki pekerja yang kaya akan pengetahuan, organisasi tersebut dapat memiliki keunggulan kompetitif. Akan tetapi, masih banyak individu yang tidak mau membagi pengetahuan yang dimilikinya. Kurangnya keyakinan akan kemampuan diri dan tidak adanya imbalan atas pengetahuan yang dibagikan adalah beberapa faktor penghalang bagi knowledge sharing. Kegiatan knowledge sharing di divisi Jakarta R&D Unit Bisnis Telekomunikasi (UBT) PT XYZ juga mengalami masalah serupa.
Sistem informasi basis data pengetahuan yang disediakan agar para pekerja dapat membagi pengetahuan yang dimilikinya masih jarang digunakan. Dengan adanya fakta bahwa PT XYZ memiliki tingkat turnover pekerja yang cukup tinggi, hal tersebut dirasa cukup merugikan PT XYZ karena pengetahuan yang dimiliki para pekerjanya hilang begitu saja sebelum sempat ditransfer kepada pekerja lain.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku knowledge sharing dari para pekerja di divisi Jakarta R&D UBT PT XYZ dengan menggunakan Social Cognitive Theory sebagai model dasar yang dimodifikasi berdasarkan penelitian-penelitian terdahulu. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 112 pekerja di divisi Jakarta R&D UBT PT XYZ yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan bantuan tool SmartPLS 2.0 M3.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing self-efficacy, enjoyment in helping others, dan reward memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku knowledge sharing. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa knowledge contributing behavior dan knowledge collecting behavior memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap penggunaan pengetahuan.

Knowledge is an important thing to individual and organization. An organization can obtain a competitive advantage if its employees had a lot of knowledge. However, there are many individuals that are not willing to share their knowledge. Lack of self-efficacy and rewards are some of the knowledge sharing barriers. The similar problem in knowledge sharing activities also occurs in Jakarta R&D division of Telecom Business Unit at PT XYZ.
The Knowledge Database Information System which is provided so one can share their knowledge to another employee is rarely used. With a fact that tbe turnover rate at PT XYZ is quite high, it is kind of a loss because the resigned employee?s knowledge will vanish along with them before it is shared to another employee.
This research is conducted to identify factors that affect the employee?s knowledge sharing at Jakarta R&D division of Telecom Business Unit at PT XYZ. This research is based on Social Cognitive Theory with some modifications based on previous researches. Data used on this study are derived from distributing questionnaires to 112 employees on Jakarta R&D division of Telecom Business Unit at PT XYZ. Those data are then analyzed using Partial Least Square method with the help of SmartPLS 2.0 M3 tool.
The result shows that knowledge sharing self-efficacy, enjoyment in helping others, and reward have significant influences towards knowledge sharing behavior. The knowledge contributing behavior and knowledge collecting behavior also shows a positive influence towards knowledge sharing behavior.

"ABSTRAK
Pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konsultasi, pengelolaan pengetahuan merupakan proses yang penting dalam perusahaan, karena inti dari produk yang dijual adalah pengetahuan itu sendiri. Group SAP merupakan bagian dari PT ABC, yang merupakan perusahaan konsultan teknologi dan informasi di Indonesia, telah menyadari pentingnya mengelola pengetahuan para konsultan SAP yang dimilikinya. Salah satu proses pengelolaan pengetahuan yang telah dijalankan adalah berbagi pengetahuan. Tujuan proses ini adalah untuk membantu para konsultan SAP mencari solusi terbaik bagi pelanggan berdasarkan pengalaman yang telah lalu.
Namun, knowledge sharing yang dilakukan oleh group SAP belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari presentase kehadiran kegiatan knowledge sharing, di mana tidak semua peserta yang diundang menghadiri kegiatan tersebut. Selain itu, pemanfaatan KnowldgeHub, yang merupakan knowledge repository yang digunakan untuk menyimpan dan mengakses pengetahuan yang dimiliki organisasi, masih rendah. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi mengenai knowledge sharing capability konsultan SAP. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, organisasi dapat mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan berbagi pengetahuan para konsultan SAP, sehingga organisasi dapat menentukan program yang perlu dijalankan agar knowledge sharing bisa berjalan secara optimal.
Penelitian dilakukan kepada 70 konsultan SAP PT ABC. Pengolahan data statistik menggunakan teknik analisis PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.2.1. Faktor-faktor yang secara empiris terbukti mempengaruhi knowledge sharing capability adalah organizational reward, social network, trust, personality, end-user focus, altruism dan IT apliaction usage. Sementara itu, faktor awareness, knowledge self-efficacy, top management support dan ICT infrastructure tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi knowledge sharing capability. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan nilai R2 sebesar 0.701, yang berarti tujuh variabel eksogen secara moderate menjelaskan 70.1% variansi dari variabel dependen (knowledge sharing capability), dimana sisanya sebesar 29.9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam model penelitian ini.

ABSTRACT
Knowledge management is an important process in consulting firm, because the core of the product of consulting firm is the knowledge itself. SAP group is a part of PT ABC, which is an information communication and technology consulting firm in Indonesia, have realized the importance of knowledge management. One of knowledge management process that has been implemented in PT ABC is knowledge sharing. The purpose of this process is to help SAP consultants looking for the best solutions for customers based on their past experience in industry.
However, knowledge sharing undertaken by SAP group has not been optimal. The evident of this statement came from the attendance percentage of knowledge sharing activities, where not all the participants were invited attended the event. In addition, the use of KnowldgeHub, as a knowledge repository to store and access the knowledge of organization, is still low. Based on these conditions, there should be an evaluation of knowledge sharing capability of SAP consultant. Given this research, organizations can determine the factors that affect the ability to share the knowledge of SAP consultants, so that the organization can determine which program should be run in order to optimize the knowledge sharing in organization.
The study was conducted at 70 SAP consultants of PT ABC. Statistical data processing uses PLS analysis techniques using software SmartPLS 3.2.1. Based on the results of statistical data processing, it is known that the individual, organizational and technological aspects affect knowledge sharing capability of SAP consultant. Factors that are empirically proven affecting knowledge sharing capability is organizational rewards, social networks, trust, personality, end-user focus, altruism and IT apliaction usage. Meanwhile, the factor such as awareness, knowledge self-efficacy, top management support and ICT infrastructure does not significantly affect knowledge sharing capability. The value of R2 of this study is 0.701, which means seven exogenous variables are moderate explain 70.1% variance of the dependent variable (knowledge sharing capability), where the remaining of 29.9% is influenced by other variables that are not described in this research model.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor penting yang berpengaruh dalam Digital Knowledge Sharing. Penelitian ini juga menyelidiki seberapa besar pengetahuan yang disumbangkan dan dikumpulkan dalam Digital Knowledge Sharing yang dapat mempengaruhi Innovative Work Behaviour dan Organizational Innovation Capability pada organisasi pemerintah, khususnya Biro Komunikasi dan Layanan Informasi Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Paradigma penelitian yang digunakan adalah positivisme dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei online.
Berdasarkan survei online dengan menggunakan total population sampling terdapat 112 pegawai Biro KLI yang menjadi sampel penelitian, penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menyelidiki model penelitian berdasarkan teori kognitif sosial. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Jabatan, Subjective Norm, Knowledge Self Efficacy, Reciprocal Benefits, dan Top Management Support secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Innovation Capability melalui Digital Knowledge Sharing.

This study aims to analyze and identify several important factors that influence Digital Knowledge Sharing. This study also investigates how much knowledge donated and collected in Digital Knowledge Sharing can affect Innovative Work Behavior and Organizational Innovation Capability in government organizations, specifically the Ministry of Finance's Communication and Information Services Bureau of the Republic of Indonesia. The research paradigm used is positivism with a quantitative research approach with online survey research methods.
Based on an online survey using total population sampling, there were 112 KLI Bureau employees who became the study sample, this study used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to investigate research models based on social cognitive theory. The findings of this study indicate that the Position, Subjective Norm, Knowledge Self Efficacy, Reciprocal Benefits, and Top Management Support significantly influence Organizational Innovation Capability through Digital Knowledge Sharing.

Saat ini pembangunan dan penyebaran knowledge menjadi faktor yang sangat penting dalam persaingan bisnis. Knowledge dipandang sebagai komoditas yang bernilai dan terkandung dalam sebuah produk (terutama produk teknologi tingkat tinggi) atau dapat juga berwujud tacit knowledge yang dimiliki oleh karyawan yang umumnya memiliki mobilitas yang tinggi. Akan tetapi, masih banyak individu yang tidak mau membagi pengetahuan yang dimilikinya. Kegiatan knowledge sharing pada Group Strategic Information Technology (GSIT) PT. Bank XYZ juga mengalami permasalahan serupa. Knoweldge Management System (KMS) yang disediakan agar para pekerja dapat membagi pengetahuan yang dimilikinya masih jarang digunakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui motivasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mendorong knowledge contributor melakukan knowledge sharing pada Group Strategic Information Technology (GSIT) di PT. Bank XYZ.
Penelitian ini menggunakan Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) sebagai model dasar yang dimodifikasi berdasarkan penelitian-penelitian terdahulu. Teori Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) digunakan untuk mewakili faktor movivasi intrinsik. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 142 pekerja Group Strategic Information Technology (GSIT) di PT. Bank XYZ. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan tool SmartPLS v3.2.3.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi yang mendorong knowledge contributor untuk melakukan knowledge sharing adalah motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Motivasi intrinsik yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap sikap para pekerja dalam melakukan knowledge sharing adalah altruism, conscientiousness, civic virtue, dan sense of self worth. Motivasi ekstrinsik yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap sikap para pekerja dalam melakukan knowledge sharing adalah extrinsic reward dan reciprocity. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi model TRA dimana knowledge sharing attitude terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap knowledge sharing intention, dan knowledge sharing intention juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap knowledge sharing behavior.

ABSTRACT
Currently the development and dissemination of knowledge becomes a very important factor in business competition. Knowledge is seen as a valuable commodity and is contained in a product (especially the high level of technology products) or can also intangible tacit knowledge held by employees who generally have high mobility. However, there are still many individuals who are not willing to share their knowledge. Knowledge sharing activities in the Group Strategic Information Technology (GSIT) PT. Bank XYZ also experienced similar problems. Knoweldge Management System (KMS) is provided so that workers can share their knowledge was rarely used. This study was conducted to determine the motivation that can be used to encourage knowledge sharing knowledge contributors do in Group Strategic Information Technology (GSIT) at PT. Bank XYZ.
This study using the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) as the basic model is modified based on previous studies. Theory of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is used to represent the intrinsic motivation factors. The data used in this study is derived from the results of questionnaires to 142 workers Group Strategic Information Technology (GSIT) at PT. Bank XYZ. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of tool SmartPLS v3.2.3.
These results indicate that the motivation that drives knowledge contributor to knowledge sharing are intrinsic and extrinsic motivations. Intrinsic motivations that has an influence on the attitude of workers in conducting knowledge sharing is altruism, conscientiousness, civic virtue, and sense of self worth. Extrinsic motivations that has an influence on the attitude of workers in doing is extrinsic reward knowledge sharing and reciprocity. In addition, the results of this study confirm the model of TRA in which knowledge sharing attitude shown to have a positive influence on knowledge sharing intention, and knowledge sharing intention was also shown to have a positive influence on knowledge sharing behavior.

PT. PINS Indonesia merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan PT. Telekomunikasi
Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan barang dan jasa yang sangat
memperhatikan performansi perusahaan. Dalam kesehariannya terjadi perbedaan
antara harapan dengan realita mengenai jumlah proposal tender proyek yang harus
diselesaikan dan kesesuaian waktu penyelesaiannya. Penyebab adanya perbedaan
tersebut adalah pengelolaan pengetahuan yang belum baik. Pengelolaan
pengetahuan di perusahaan erat kaitannya dengan knowledge sharing capability
yang dimiliki perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor
yang mempengaruhi knowledge sharing capability dan dampaknya terhadap
performansi organisasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan
kuesioner kepada karyawan tetap perusahaan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan
metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi SPSS
AMOS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh signifikan dari faktor
individu, seperti altruism, personality, dan knowledge self-efficacy dan dari faktor
teknologi informasi, yaitu IT application usage terhadap knowledge sharing
capability, dan juga adanya pengaruh signifikan dari knowledge sharing capability
terhadap faktor performansi organisasi, seperti finansial, pelanggan, proses internal,
serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan.

completion time. The reason for these differences was the management of
knowledge that had not been good. Knowledge management in companies closely
related to knowledge sharing capability of the company. This study aimed to
determine the factors that influence knowledge sharing capability and its impact on
organizational performance. Data collection was done by distributing
questionnaires to employees of the company. Data processing was conducted by
the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SPSS AMOS. The results

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh perilaku berbagi pengetahuan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada konsultan di PT. XYZ, suatu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa konsultasi sumber daya manusia. Untuk mengukur perilaku kerja inovatif, peneliti menggunakan skala perilaku kerja inovatif, sementara perilaku berbagi pengetahuan diukur menggunakan skala perilaku berbagi pengetahuan. Secara kuantitatif, hasil analisis statistik yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa perilaku berbagi pengetahuan merupakan variabel penting yang dapat secara signifikan memprediksi perilaku kerja inovatif R2 = 0.58, F 2, 17 = 11.81, p < 0.01. Selanjutnya, melalui pendekatan kualitatif, peneliti mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kemunculan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan.
Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, ditemukan adanya sejumlah faktor yang memfasilitasi individu untuk menampilkan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan. Di sisi lain, ditemukan pula sejumlah faktor yang menghalangi kecenderungan individu dalam menampilkan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan. Mengacu pada hasil penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang telah diperoleh, peneliti kemudian menyusun rancangan intervensi berupa aktivitas komunitas praktisi yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi proses berbagi pengetahuan sehingga dapat meningkatkan perilaku kerja inovatif.

The purpose of this study is to see the effect of knowledge sharing behavior on innovative work behavior among consultant at PT. XYZ, a company engaged in human resource consulting services. Innovative work behavior was measured using innovative work behavior scale, while knowledge sharing behavior was measured using knowledge sharing behavior scale. Quantitatively, statistical analysis results showed that knowledge sharing behavior is an important variable that can significantly predict innovative work behavior R2 0.58, F 2, 17 11.81, p 0.01 . Furthermore, through a qualitative approach, researcher identify several factors that influence the propensity of individuals in knowledge sharing behavior.
Based on the interview results, the researcher found several factors that facilitate individual 39 s knowledge sharing behavior. On the other hand, there are also several factors that hinder individual rsquo s tendency to display knowledge sharing behavior. Based on quantitative and qualitative results, the researchers then designed an intervention in the form of community of practices activity aim to organize knowledge sharing process which in turn will improve innovative work behavior.

"Saat ini, konsep sharing economy telah semakin berkembang di masyarakat karena kemampuannya untuk menghasilkan efisiensi biaya dan partisipasi komunitas yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor motivasional yang membentuk intensi konsumsi terhadap layanan Airy Rooms sebagai salah satu produk sharing economy yang bergerak dalam industri pariwisata di Indonesia. Adapun faktor-faktor yang dimaksud adalah attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, perceived value, perceived risk, unique experience expectation, dan electronic word-of-mouth eWOM . Penelitian ini meneliti sebanyak 371 pengguna internet di atas 18 tahun yang mengetahui Airy Rooms, tetapi belum pernah menggunakan jasa penginapan Airy Rooms sebelumnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel attitude, subjective norms, perceived value, dan unique experience expectation terhadap purchase intention serta pengaruh dari subjective norms, perceived value, dan unique experience expectation terhadap attitude. Penelitian ini tidak menemukan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari perceived risk terhadap attitude maupun purchase intention. Namun, penelitian ini menemukan adanya peran variabel attitude dan subjective norms sebagai variabel mediasi.

The rise of sharing economy in Indonesia has demonstrated its power of cost efficiency and community participation. This study would like to shed light on the insight between motivational factors of purchase intention on Airy Rooms as sharing economy product in the tourism industry in Indonesia. These shaping factors are attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, perceived value, perceived risk, unique experience expectation, and electronic word of mouth eWOM . Respondents of this study are 371 internet users above 18 years old knowing Airy Rooms without ever purchasing it. The result of this study indicates the significant influence of attitude, subjective norms, perceived value, and unique experience expectation towards purchase intention. Moreover, this study also proves the significant impact of subjective norms, perceived value, and unique experience expectation towards attitude. This study does not find the significant effect of perceived risk to attitude and purchase intention, but obtain the mediation role of attitude and subjective norms. "

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan menggunakan software Lisrel 8. 51. Dalam penelitian ini, faktor individu secara signifikan mempengaruhi knowledge sharing intention dan faktor organisasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi knowledge sharing intention dan perilaku kerja inovatif pegawai di LPP RRI.

This research investigated how individual factors (incentives, reciprocity, subjective norm, and behavioral control) and organizational factors (organizational structure, CEO support, learning climate, IT system, reward system, and trust) affect employee’s knowledge sharing intention, behavior, and innovative work behavior in Public Broadcasting Institution Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI). It employs questionaire research method which data were processed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) method and Lisrel 8. 51. software. This research indicates that individual factors significantly influence knowledge sharing intention and organizational factors significantly influence knowledge sharing intention and innovative work behavior of LPP RRI employees.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas knowledge management system (KMS), self-efficacy para pekerja mengenai penggunaan KMS, sikap akan pembagian pengetahuan dan iklim organisasi yang terdiri dari tiga variabel first-order (keadilan, inovasi, dan afiliasi) terhadap intensi pembagian pengetahuan di PT Telkom Jakarta. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari 150 sampel pekerja di PT Telkom Jakarta yang pernah menggunakan KMS. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software PLS 2.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas KMS, self-efficacy, sikap akan pembagian pengetahuan, dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh secara positif terhadap intensi pembagian pengetahuan.

The aim of this research is to study the impact of knowledge management system (KMS) quality, workers‟ self-efficacy for using KMS, attitude toward knowledge sharing, and organizational climate which consist of three first order variables (fairness, innovativeness, and affiliation) toward knowledge sharing intention in PT Telkom Jakarta. The Data were collected using quesionnaire from 150 sample of PT Telkom Jakarta‟s workers who ever using KMS. The data were proceed using PLS 2.0 software. The results show that KMS quality, self-efficacy, attitude toward knowledge sharing, and organizational climate are positively effected knowledge sharing intention.
